Aldera Junior High family court case.
The courtroom Is large and full of people from both UA, Hero commission. Civilians and most of not all Junior high in Mustafah. The room has Wooden boards and cream marble wall and floor to cover the eyes can see.
"Rise for the honourable Naoki Kazama"
The Judge walks from the side door in the court room "Please be seated" Everyone sits.
The judge looks towards the prosecutor "This case is coming off from the Children that are from this school."
The prosecutor a man name Whiles Edgeworth nods "Yes your honour. Most of children from Aldera Junior high have agreed to attended therapy. Some going to UA Hounddog, A Hero with the necessary licenses. while others think that what they did was in their purview and are now going to attend the next 5 years in Juvenile detention. With education of course and forced therapy"
The judge nodded but frowned "what about this Bakugo and his Cohorts"
Edgeworth frowned "The Hero commission thought it best to intervene in that matter stating and I quote 'we can't let some fool like a Quirkless individual ruining the life of a future great hero' End quote"
The Judge did not show but people can tell that he was not happy. "I see. Do the Hero commission know about the circumstances behind the individual" A green hair boy in the back rows was ducking from the spotlight that about to become his.
The prosecutor with gritted teeth "I'm sorry to say your honour, but their declared that little fact false."
The Judge was not one to mince words but the defence started talking.
"Your Honour the Hero commission representative and his partner can clarify on that matter for us" the defence is a bald headed man who everyone can tell is very sleezy. He called Rin Payne
The judge frowning ever further allowed it just to hear what they have to say "Very well"
Tajima Yuji stood up looking big with black lax hair and a suit that striped with black based shade and red rims. He here with his partner Tahara Yori a female wearing a similar get up just with blue strips than red and has brown long straight hair. She replaced the previously Hero commission representative.
Tahara Yori speaks first " Your honour. The lies of one Quirkless individual and whatever doctor"
The judge already stop her from making a stupid statement "did you even read the notes and who reported the misdiagnosed quirk. that from my understanding has a arrest warrant out for the doctor because of his malpractice of stealing one quirk"
Tahara Yori frowned because she was interrupted but answered anyway "your honour. We didn't because we as"
"Alright. The doctor who in question was the Hero recovery girl who by all accounts is well respect in the medical field. Which by the way was double check to make sure it was accurate" Recovery girl smiled at the praise.
Tahara Yori eyes widen and looked to her partner who was just as shocked. Apparently no one from the hero commission read the medical report for cases. Even the defence did not know that fact as he becoming sweaty.
The judge carried on "so by all accounts you dismissed evidence that happened to be facts of evidence and released potential children that can and will cause problems in the future that what I am hearing right. Who was the judge for that case because he should be fire for allowing that to happened." He shouted that last piece, grinding his teeth in trying to hold back his anger.
The hero commission representative was starting to recoil from the Judge anger her body shacking. Her partner took over.
"Your honour, we apologises for we should of read the paperwork that was given to us" The prosecutor was smiling at the judge
"That the other thing why where you given copies of the evidence. You're not even involved in the case that the heros investigated" This made both Hero commission reps squirm. To them a hero investigating schools makes it harder for them to control the narrative. Tajima Yuji also was a little upset that his quirk did not work.
Tajima Yuji
Nickname : Myōjō
Quirk: Golden Voice of reason.
Basically allows him to manipulate people with his tone of voice and depending on the mood he can make seem like his reason Is the correct one and only reason. The drawback is that it can only work on someone who weaker than him in terms of power control or have a form of mind protection.
"Now we got that out of the way we can get started on the trial" The Judge moved on not caring for answer with the Hero commission.
"The trial of the people VS Aldera Junior High. How does Aldera Junior High plead Defence attorney" The defendant aka the principle of Aldera Junior High looks nervous sweating from head to toe. He also muttered something to his defence representative who himself looked pained.
"The Principle pleads guilty your honour, while the teachers plead not Guilty" This threw a wind of shock throughout the trial. Even the Judge was shocked, he looked at the evidence before hand as well to get his bearings of the case. His opinion was that the school as a whole was going to plead not Guilty.
"Does the defences or the principle more specifically have anything to say on the matter" The Judge asks
The principle nods and stands up. "your honour. While working at that school I have always tried to make a homely school. The problem was never the students such like Midoriya. The problem was, the teachers there, including myself. That school never got the funding it required so, I decide to go with the Hero commission school hero program. They bring in the teachers, we pay for them. By the time I got around half way to summer of 2395 it was too late. Our school suicide rate increases and well you get were the influence comes. MLE. I am not proud of it but I was blackmailed by the staff there to keep shut. My wife new I told her straight after this. She helped me get this statement out. The more time progressed the more it became worse to the point where I myself almost commitment to the act of self-harming. That when Bakugo and Midoriya came in and well you all know the story of that by now. We fucked up badly. That all and I like to apologise to Midoriya and Bakugo for failing them" he bowed towards the back courtroom.
Nezu in the back on Awaiza shoulder ask him with a frown "did you expect this considering he help antagonize Midoriya"
Awaiza shacks his head "No, nor about the blackmail either from my investigation"
The judge and prosecutor also notice this titbit of fact and the Judge ask "what did they Blackmail you with?"
Principle looked down in shame "I have two kids. Twins, One girl and one boy. My son was not always perfect and used the trigger drug from back in his high school days" everyone was shocked.
Prosecutor was now intrigued "Why did you not report it."
"I did, that why I am being blackmailed. Hero commission school hero program prevents anyone with a criminal background either one from a family, yourself or friend. Your not allowed to work in schools and be given a black mark. It in the guidelines"
Everyone was shocked, upset and one women was crying assuming that the principle wife. Nezu was thinking of looking over those rules and guidelines. Awaiza was mortified at that rule while he agreed with many of the hero commission rules, he never agree to work with them because he does not trust them completely and this why.
The judge had steam coming out of him but could not say anything biased. "Very well. For your sentence and while I do agree with the chose of punishment from the prosecution. I am also adding in therapy this will continue along with your prison sentence of 5 months after that therapy is optional but I do recommend you continue after your prison sentence for yourself and for your family. Now lets move of to the rest of the school faculty"
The principle nodded and was escorted out by the guards. The walked past the hero commission representative who was upset by the turn of events
Tajima Yuji was upset by the crowd reaction to the rule. To him it made sense. Why should we trust someone like that but again to him there idiots.
The rest of the Trial was a bit boring is was mostly statements and evidence from the case. Then came the witnesses. The videos of bakugo attacking Midoriya paved way for everyone there who supported bakugo in in thinking that Midoriya lied. Now they're seeing the truth. Bakugo growled but his parents were shacking they heads.
The first to go up was Awaiza as he investigated the whole school which lead to the schools being near have the same investigation. He goes on to explain the effect of evidence tampering and the teachers outright hitting the children. Then he explain the cops involvement where the tried to stop said investigation.
Next up came Nighteye as he help Awaiza further with the investigation. He further uncover the connection to the MLE as one of the teacher is related to a high paying member of the MLE. He also made arrest with pro hero Mrs Joke when it was discovered that a past student had information on Aldera. The reason for the arrest was because the past student was selling private information on the black web. The information itself was interesting as it uncover more connections than the ones Awaiza made. Unfortunately one of the connections was a pro-Hero Slidin' Go. This lead to Him, Mrs Joke, Awaiza and Midnight to arrest him.
The third was Midoriya who by all accounts was very nervous but said what he had to say. The defence tried to lie and make Midoriya out to be a the bad guy and a stalker. Only for the prosecutor to downright punch the defence in the metaphorically gut. When it was shown the Midoriya lives in the same area as Bakugo so walking in the same direction is not stalker at all. Second the evidence showed Bakugo attacking Midoriya with the teachers approval. This in turn gave Inko a death Glare to her best friend or ex best friend now. Who shrunk under the glare.
Recovery girl came next and well. Let just say the nurse at Aldera was not only going to lose her license but her livelihood too. Recovery girl discovered while helping Midoriya with misdiagnosis. That he had drugs in his systems drugs that can poison if not kill him.
Inko was fuming and wants to speak to a lawyer for a lawsuit. Nezu overheard and quickly agreed to himself to provide assistance to Inko crusade. That nurse was screwed. Ben who was sitting next to Midoriya snorted as it was obvious to him that Nezu wants to get into Inko good books. Ryuko like the any newly adoptive mother would smack Ben behind the head. Ben scowl.
Detective Tsukauchi was next but only backed up the same sentiments of Nighteye and Awaiza.
Bakugo was the final witness and well.
"FUCK YOU! THE TEACHERS WHERE SHIT AND EVERYONE WAS FOLLOWING ME AROUND LIKE A LOST PUPPY. DEKU THAT STALKER WAS ALWAYS TRYING TO THINK HE BETTER THAN ME, BUT HE NOT. I DON'T REGRET TELLING HIM TO TAKE A SWAN DIVE OF A BULDING."
"so you justify everyone you did because the teacher ignored them as well as break many laws in the process. While at the same time called them 'Shit' for not during anything?" The prosecutor was both amused, disgusted and confused at the same time. He never met a kid that can not only help him while defending his teachers but at the same time screw over said teachers at the same time with such passion.
"DAM, RIGHT"
"Right no further question your honour" The judge nodded his head understanding waved over him. Bakugo was angry and confused but did not stop to question it thinking that they released they could not win. Bakugo smirk. The Judge walk out back through the Judge door.
The defence went to ask they question but stop himself. "No questions your honour"
The judge nodded knowing with what they had stacked against them. "We have a 15 minute recess. To gather are thoughts then I will decide what verdict will be"
Everyone nodded and gather to the respect groups.
Yagi was talking to his fellow teachers along with Inko and Midorya. Ben went with Ryuko into the registration office to fill out more paperwork. Being an adopted child of a hero has very nice perks
Yagi started out "So, what the verdict as whole" He looked around
Nezu frowned but answered "we have no choice. The hero Commission forced my hand no other school going to want him. I honestly don't care if he a vigilante or a Villain he made his bed but The commission has put some damaging evidence in my face so we have to use the excuse. Thanks Aizawa by the way. So we can't abandoning a child in need or something. As for the trial it clear cut that the defense can't ignore."
Everyone nodded, They knew Nezu reason in the last meeting of Bakugo being vigilante or Villain was an excuse to hide the true reason behind him coming to UA.
Inko frowned but Aizawa got a light bulb moment. He looks to Inko "you still planning to cut of Bakugo and rid yourself of that Godparent right."
"Yes after today, I be getting the paper for it"
"can you wait to school starts. I have a plan that may ended up helping him realise what he losing. From what can tell he loves you but hates your son"
Inko nodded and agreed but under the condition she chose the moment to do it. Aizawa agree to that at least out of respect for the fact she lost her nephew in all but blood. Young Midoriya was silent throughout the exchange. Sad that his friendship with Bakugo is gone but Hounddog is helping him through it.
Yagi continues "If I only notice sooner"
Nighteye joined up at this point after having a discussion with Detective Tsukauchi.
"notice what sooner" he push his glasses up.
"When the slim villain incident happen. Young Midoriya was the first victim not Bakugo"
Inko frowned so did Aizawa who ask "Let me guess and I assume he was Quirkless at that point" Yagi nodded " That the one the news reported was the second incident and they kept Midoriya involvement quiet"
Yagi shakes his head " it was not just that. I thought it was a rivalry between the two and You see the heroes there. Death arms, Mt Lady and Kamui Woods could not save bakugo because they quirks was not well match especially when bakugo was cause a lot of explosion trying to get out of the slim but I know from experience that they had over ways to save bakugo. Such as Midoriya rushing in pulling bakugo out. The heroes themselves though."
Nezu sees where this is going "while Bakugo is getting praise while at the same time caused most of the burning and Midoriya getting reprimanded for doing their job. That was not in the report"
Aizawa frowns in disappointment at the Three heroes. He turn to young Midoriya for confirmation.
"is this true problem child"
Izuku nodded "Yes sir but to be fair on Kamui woods, he himself has an excuse because he made of wood. Bakugo explosions would of cause problems for him. Bakugo afterwards did shout at me for not needing my help and well not thanking me. I tried to explain" Aizawa nods agreeing with the kid assessment. Puts a hand on his shoulder.
"Kid. That boy going to need a problems to fix before you can have a civil conversation again. That is if you want to be friends with him again" Midoriya shuffled his feet knowing the truth behind that statement.
Nighteye spoke up "I agree but what concerns me even more is how this was kept secret and how the MLE was Hiding beneath our ranks and schools"
Nezu nodded "I will do some digging into that myself and I doubt the Mrs president of the Hero commission not happy right now"
Inko titled her head "how?"
"Because the Hero commission representative for schools is getting her ire at the moment over the phone"
Aizawa then chimed in "Also it Nezu. When you start working at UA you don't question it"
Detective Tsukauchi. Walked up "Good news I have re-arrested the kids that were with Bakugo"
Izuku was shocked "How" Nighteye and Aizawa just shrugged. They expected this.
Detective Tsukauchi. Smirk "it seems the teachers underestimated the principle of the school. Ever since he been blackmailed. He been hiding evidence in case something like this happened"
Nezu chuckles with Tea that appeared out of nowhere "Incredible. I assume there was no new evidence on bakugo"
Detective Tsukauchi just nodded. He sees the judge doors open. "well looks like we getting a verdict"
The judge walked back into the room face no showing any emotion.
"Everyone please be seated." Everyone does so.
"Well I have come to a long period of talks and a lot of thinking. We have decided by us the Judges of Japan. That you are Guilty not only of many accounts of quirk laws but child abuse and laws relating to that Nature. This is not even adding the fact that they also attempted murder and suicide baiting laws that you committed. "
The teachers are sadden. no one cares.
"You are punished for 5 years in Tartarus, some of you will be given a villain record on account of the poisoning. Those that work for the MLE you be given 10 years. No chance of parole. Dismissed" The teachers are escorted out by the guards crying they eyes out.
"Court is adjourned."
Midoriya is happy but now comes his next huddle of being a hero. Nemesis Izuku laughed in the background. He walks away knowing and waiting if or at all Bakugo will ever change.
Bakugo was walking away with his Parents who are not happy with what they seen they son do. Bakugo was not happy with himself apparently attacking someone with their quirk without a license is against the law and apparently the school never got a license to teach quirks .
"Excuse me" All three turned to see Aizawa
Mitsuki Bakugo. Katsuki' mother ask first " Yes can I help you"
"yes you can considering I be teaching your son at UA. I called pro Hero ErasorHead. His my license." He hands out his license for them to see.
"I want to go over some ground rules. Considering his position right now. He needs every advantage he get" Aizawa smirk devilishly which put Katsuki' bakugo off. like this is some kind of ruse of some kind.
