Finally, Dustin and Draco have made up after whatever happened. Not one of the students knows since neither one of them would answer besides Dustin saying that it was his fault and deserved what Draco was giving him.
The two re-enter the Great Hall, quite clearly after having a make-up-make-out session. As they sat back in their usual seats, that's when everything seemed to go awry.
The Great Hall began to shift around them, causing panic. The Professors shoot to their feet, wands raised. But that didn't stop the unknown force from silently apparating them to the back of the room. The students had the same fate, except for Draco and Dustin. The two were forced onto a sofa with Snape.
Once the students and Professors get their barrings back they realize that the Great Hall was now formed into what some knew as a cinema with sofas instead of individual seats.
Then, the screen lit up.
Many startle, especially Dustin, Draco, Professor Snape, and Headmaster Dumbledore.
Written on the screen were the words, "You all will react to what Harry Potter is doing right now, and we will go back to the beginning of the last summer."
Understandably, the four who know exactly what is going to be shown grow nervous. The Headmaster remains calm. In his head, none of the Death Eaters could know what was happening. Severus would not have informed Voldemort, not when it would put his son in danger. Harry wouldn't, and even though Draco had a bad reaction to finding out that Dustin Snape was also Harry Potter, he had been vehemently refusing to explain what had happened between the two. It was only Harry who told anyone that it was his fault for the hostility.
So, no. Dumbledore didn't believe Voldemort or the Death Eaters knew what was going on.
Which begs the question, who does?
Draco didn't know how to react to this news. He knew he didn't have a great reaction to being told who Dustin Snape was, and with that he knew that at least one other person might end up having the same reaction. He also knew that Harry was worried about Ron and Hermione's reaction to knowing their best friend was right in front of them this entire time, hiding in Slytherin house and being the son of Professor Snape. Draco hopes that they can think things through from Harry's point of view before getting angry at him.
The text on the screen changed once again, "You will also be reacting to what is going to happen in the future."
Now, that was interesting. Even the small amount of students who have had visceral reactions to Harry Potter wanted to know the future. There has to be something that happens in the future that would help the students and staff.
It was because of this, that everyone calmed down.
Even Harry, sitting in between his father and boyfriend, and tried to breath. His nerves were going haywire, but he knew that this would probably help him and everyone else involved in the defeat of Voldemort and the true Death Eaters.
That's when a flash of light appeared a little ways in front of the sofa where Snape, Harry, Draco, and Dumbledore had been sat in. Upon looking, there stood Lucius Malfoy.
Draco rushed to his father, informing him quietly of what they were doing. While Lucius was clearly confused he say down next to his son, giving a respectful nod to his friend, his sons boyfriend, and the Headmaster.
Most stared, thinking that a known Death Eater should not have greeted the leader of the light so respectfully. Little do they know…
They focus back on the screen when it starts to swirl, before taking shape.
