Hi there, so this concept is one that I don't see a lot and I really liked. There was one fanfic that was starting doing this idea and then abandoned it. What if Tastumaki and Fubuki were Izuku older sisters? I mean, they don't have last names and they have psychic powers like Inko. Well, I decided to do my own take, starting from scratch. This chapter will be about Tatsumaki and how she became mostly well her. I hope you all enjoy this chapter.

One thing I put out for everyone, the Hero Association and the Hero Public Safety Commission are separate departments. The HA you can become a hero no matter the age, you just need to have a driver license, a high school diploma and documents, while the HPSC you need to do a hero course to be enrolled in it. The HPSC is more popular because they have been around for longer and All Might is the head figure, but you can switch sides if you want.

This is something I also wants to clarify, but most of you do not care, Inko age. She actually has a canonical age is 41, Tatsumaki is 28 in the present and Fubuki is 23, to things make senses Inko will be 51 when we see her in the present. Ok, well lets go.

The world has changed a lot over the years, ever since the discovery of powers called quirks people were now up and down doing amazing things. From lifting a book to make powerhouses attacks, this was the so called Age of Heroes, one that would stay in the mind of many for hundreds of years.

Some people still wanted to have a regular life, even with this crazy world. For example, newly married Inko and Hisashi Midoriya were in the hospital, having the birth of their first child.

''Congratulation miss Midoriya, it's a healthy girl.'' Said the doctor.

''Oh dear you did it!'' Said Hisashi all happy.

The doctor soon wrapped the baby in a cloth and put in his arm.

''Here you go miss Midoriya.'' Said the doctor.

The woman took her child on her arms, she looked so small and she had such a big forehead. Inko couldn't helped to smile at that.

''She is so small.'' Said Inko.

''Have you two decided on a name?" Asked the doctor.

''Yes, Tatsumaki.'' Said Hisashi.

''Welcome to the world Tatsumaki.'' Said Inko.

The Midoriya couple looked so happy a child one year after they were married. They never thought they would had one so early, regardless they would make her feel loved every day.

Years later

Tatsumaki was four years old, her quirk came and it was ´´Telekinesis´´, pretty much in the line of her mother quirk. However, while Inko could only levitate small objects, Tatsu at a young age was lifting things like chairs and books.

''Mommy look! I can make the TV float too.'' Said Tatsu all happy showing her quirk to her mom.

''Wow! You growing more and more dear.'' Said Inko surprised to see how powerful her daughter was getting, it was almost like she was getting stronger as the days pass by and she was just 4.

''Yes and look what I learned.'' Said Tatsu.

The girl just did a snap with her finger and she managed to start the TV.

''Oh wow!'' Said inko in shock.

''Isn't this cool?!' Asked Tatsu.

''Yes dear, its pretty cool.'' Said Inko with a smile.

The older woman made sure that the Tv was put back in place and she also taught Tatsumaki on how to control her powers properly at home.

Two years later.

Inko was feeling sick recently, she has been throwing up a lot lately and craving various food. Tatsu was playing with a coloring book in the living room while Hisashi was reading the newspaper when Inko barges inn.

''Darling!'' Said Inko.

''What is it?" Asked Hisashi worried.

''I been feeling a bit sick lately, plus my period has been late.'' Said inko.

''Uh…'' Said Hisashi feeling a bit nervous.

''So I bought a test…just to make sure and….'' Said her making Hisashi all ecstatic.

''Wait Inko! You mean!'' Scream him in shock.

''Yes dear…I´m pregnant again.'' Said Inko with a smile.

The man jumped all happy and hugged his wife, a new child! They would be so busy for a while.

''Mommy, what´s going on?" Asked Tatsumaki.

''Tastu dear, I´m pregnant. Do you know what this mean?" Asked Inko.

''I am going to be a big sister!'' Said Tatsumaki all happy.

''Yes, you´re going to be an amazing big sister.'' Said Inko all happy.

Tatsumaki was now super happy, be a big sister! She never imagined she would get to be one.

Months later

Inko had now gone to labor for the second time. After a long time the baby was deliver.

''Here it is miss Midoriya.'' Said the doctor.

''I will call the husband and your daughter.'' Said a nurse.

The second child was also a girl, however the hair unlike Tatsu and Inko who was light green this one was a little more dark, so a mix of Hisashi and Inko altogether.

''Have thought of the girl?" Asked the Doctor?

''Fubuki.'' Said Inko.

The child looked so fragile, Inko just smile while holding her.

''Tatsu would you like to hold her?" Asked inko.

The small girl was a bit nervous, but then upon holding her little sister she just smiled. She saw this little baby in her arms and she felt a new feeling.

''don't worry Fubuki, your big sister will always be there for you.'' Said Tatsumaki.

2 Years later

Tatsumaki was now 7 years old, her power had grown more and more as the years go on. Her teachers called her a prodigy, someone with the power of a pro with such a young age.

''Tatsumaki what is this that I heard that you levitated a boy in your class?'' Asked Inko.

''Oh yes, I did that.'' Said her while reading a magazine while Fubuki was playing with her toys.

''You did it!'' Said Inko in shock.

''Yes, he was making fun of a girl so I decided to make him feel humiliated too.'' Said her.

That made Inko a bit scared, she never had a power like that when she was young, so she wanted to know how her child got so much power.

''Tatsu lets go to the doctor!'' Said Inko.

''Why?" Asked Tatsumaki.

''I need to see what is going on with you, but first let's drop your sister at the Bakugo´s.'' Said Inko grabbing Fubuki.

''Ok.'' Said Tatsu.

At Dr Ujiko office.

The doctor was well known in the area, as a friendly and well knowing medic. He was loved by all the kids and has been the doctor of Tatsumaki since she was a baby.

''So what is going on miss Midoriya?" Asked Ujiko.

''Dr I think there is something wrong with my daughter quirk.'' Said Inko.

''I don't see what's wrong, last time I check this little gummy could make all the blister of my office fly. Oh that was a fun day.'' Said Ujiko with a smile.

''Tatsumaki quirk had just grown and grown over time, she trains a bit but it's going to the point that I´m getting scared. I wasn't able to do this when I was a kid, so how does my daughter had enhanced abilities" Asked inko a bit scared.

The doctor thought for a moment, thinking about a possible solution. Then he looked Inko medical history and he figured out something.

''Uh…'' Said Ujiko.

''What is it doctor?" Asked Inko.

''Miss Midoriya, remember the drug ´´Compound H´´?" Asked Ujiko.

''Oh yes, it was a drug that we used to take when our powers were giving us headaches.'' Said Inko.

''What is that?" Asked Tatsumaki.

''It was a medicine that we ued to take in the past, it helped people who had problems with their quirks. Once they used their quirk they usually get headaches or other problems, so they took a pill to made them feel better.'' Said Ujiko.

''Yes, I remember taking those mostly during childhood. I had headaches all the times because of my quirk.'' Said Inko.

'How many times did you took the medicine?" Asked the doctor.

Inko tried to remember as best as she could, then she tells hm.

''10 tiems a day.'' Said Inko.

''What!'' Scream Ujiko in shock.

''Mommy are you ok?!'' Asked Tatsumaki in shock.

''The dose is supposed to be 2 times a day at minimum, the side effects can include quirk troubles, but I guess you could have passed them to your daughter.'' Said Ujiko.

The explanation made a little sense to Inko, who was a bit shocked.

''So are you saying that I passed down most of power to Tatsumaki, because I was taking this drug?" Asked Inko.

''In a sense yes, Tatsumaki should have a quirk similar to yours, maybe lifting regular objects, but if she continues to use more often and training with it she can ended up doing more. Oh I´m sorry if this sounds a bit harsh.'' Said Ujiko.

''Its ok, I don't use my quirk that often in my job. I was just curious on how my daughter got this amount of power.'' Said Inko.

''So I am going to get stronger?" Asked Tatsumaki.

''Yes dear, if you put your mind into you can do anything. I can see you even lifting a building if you want.'' Said Ujiko.

''Lets not go this far doctor!'' Said Inko worried.

''Wow! I can do that!?'' Asked Tatsumaki all excited.

''While yes, but you need to work hard and make sure to eat your veggies and listen to what your mommy says.'' Said Ujiko all friendly.

''I am going to do that!'' Said Tatsumaki all happy.

''Sure dear, but remember to never hurt anyone.'' Said Inko.

''Right mommy.'' Said Tatsumaki all happy.

''Let's go home, Fubuki must be missing us. Thank you doctor.'' Said Inko.

''By doctor.'' Said Tatsu.

''Bye sweetie, here have a lollipop.'' Said Ujiko giving the candy to Tatsumaki.

''Thanks.'' Said her all happy.

Dr Ujiko have with a smile at the two. Once they left his floor he closed the door and called his ´´Master´´, the notorious criminal villain All For one.

''Master.'' Said Ujiko.

''Yes.'' Said the villain.

''I have good news, we have found a powerful telekinesis quirk.'' Said Ujiko.

''Who is the user?" Asked All For One.

''She is a 7-year-old girl. I intend to ´´test´´ her to make her quirk seen more powerful.'' Said Ujiko with a sick smile.

''What is her name?" Asked All For One.

''Tatsumaki Midoriya and I have her file and everything.'' Said him.

The doctor was a sick individual who was doing quirk research for decades, he never cared if anyone got hurt, as long his research was successful he would go on.

A few days later.

It was a calm night on the Midoriya neighborhood. Tatsumaki was sleeping on her room, while Inko was sleeping in her room with little Fubuki near her.

However the sound of a van stopped nearby the house, soon some lights started flickering near the house of the green haired family and that waked up Tatsumaki.

''Uh?" Asked her confused as someone barges into her room.

Crack

''What!'' Said Tatsumaki in horror seeing a bunch of hooded man in her room.

''Come here!'' Scream the man covering Tatsumaki mouth and injecting her with some drugs.

Inko run towards her daughter room and see all these man holding her child.

''What is going on!?" Scream Inko.

''Get down lady or else you will die!'' Scream the thug with a gun in his hand.

''please don't hurt her!'' Scream Inko but the thug shoot the roof to make Inko go down.

SHOT

''I said down!'' Scream the thug not playing around.

''Mommy!'' Scream Tatsumaki scared.

''Come here!'' Scream the thug injecting more drugs into Tatsumaki neck.

The thugs soon ran off before any hero appeared, they were soon away from the scene as Inko tried to chase their van.

''Tatsu! Nooooo!'' Scream her in panic.

Inko just break down and cried in the street, everyone could hear the shout of the woman who just had her daughter kidnaped right in front of her.

''aaaaaaaah!'' Scream Inko in pain.

Later

The police and over 20 heroes arrived in the scene, all looking around to see what they could do to help the woman.

''So they were just human looking thugs with ski masks? This is going to be a little complicated to deal with.'' Said the officer.

''Please, save my daughter!' Scream Inko.

''Its ok maam, we will do our best and call all of our best detectives to find your daughter.'' Said the officer.

''My baby is gone and I just stood there.'' Said Inko in tears.

The woman went to her house to make sure that everything was ok, well Tatsumaki room looked like a tornado passed by and everything else seemed ok. Inko went to her room where Fubuki was crying nonstop, just like her mother.

''Come here Fubuki.'' Said Inko crying with her daughter in her arms.

The two spend the whole night sobbing, just wondering where Tatsumaki is and what they would do to her.

On an abandoned subterranean laboratory.

Tatsumaki was in a cage, with little food and little water. Put there like an animal and seen by mysterious people that she couldn't identify. Once she saw where she was, she was scared.

''Where am I? Mommy! Daddy!'' Asked Tastumaki scared.

''Hi there kid.'' Said a shadowy figure.

''Who are you? Where is mommy?" Asked Tatsumaki scared.

''Oh we are going to play with you while your mommy is gone, take her out.'' Said the shadowy figure.

Tatsumaki was soon ambushed by two men, they grabbed her by the arms and dragged her out of the cage.

''Uh?" Asked her scared.

Later

The girl was hooked to a chair, with wires connected all over her body and all sorts of equipment's hooked up.

''Enjoy the experience.'' Said the shadowy figure activating the machine that not only used a lot of electricity but also caused a lot of pain to Tatsumaki.

VRRUUUUUUM

''AAAAAAAAAH!' Scream her in pain.

The plan was to make Tatsumaki quirk increase its limit, the theory was to make someone body break its limiter. It was seen impossible, but maybe for someone who had a quirk increasing daily might be possible.

Hours later.

Tatsumaki was now a husk, she was barely moving and talking. She felt like she had been drained out of all her energy and she could barely stand.

''So how are feeling?" Asked the shadowy figure?

''Uh…'' Said Tatsumaki in pain.

There was some people in the room, all looking at the results of this progress.

''Her quirk has increased a lot in this test alone. We theorized she can lift an entire table set with no trouble.'' Said a doctor.

''Oh if we keep this up she will be able to lift a car in no time.'' Said the shadowy figure.

The girl could barely as she taken from the machine.

''Toss her in the cage.'' Said the shadowy figure.

Tatsumaki was tossed in her cage, some candies and water were there but she dint wanted them.

The girl felt abused, they were torturing her and messing up with her power. Doing experiments with such a young child was beyond abuse, this was just the first day and she felt broken.

''Mom…someone…help me…'' Thought her.

10 months later

Tatsumaki had experiment done to her daily, for hours nonstop. She felt like a lab rat, if she tried someone, she would get tased or worst. She couldn't escape and the cage that she was placed inn was made of a material powerful enough to resist her telekinesis. Now speaking of her quirk it was increased immensely, Tatsumaki managed to lift 10 cars in time, she could lift a whole crowd with no problem and so much more. However, she will forever remember that these feet's were never caused by her working hard but by others testing her. It got to the point that Tatsumaki had enough, all she wanted was to kill those people and go back to her family.

''Rise and shine kiddo.'' Said the shadowy figure.

The girl wasn't smiling, she had irritated face and hateful glare towards her kidnapper.

''Do you wanna say something?" Asked the shadowy figure.

''When I get out of here...I´m going to kill you all'' Said her all cold.

The fragile and broken girl was now gone, Tatsumaki didn't know what would be like once she returned home.

''Oh really?! Well, I would love to see you try.'' Said the Shadowy figure.

The man was ready to tase Tatsumaki and make her remember to stay in her place.

''Alright, let's go a little easy today.' Said him.

The man was ready to start tazing the girl, when suddenly he heard some noise.

''Uh?'' Asked him confused as a explosion happened.

BOOM

''What is going on?!' Asked the Shadowy figure as he saw the subterranean lab going down.

BOOM

BOOM

''The doctor babies! He is going to kill me!'' Scream the figure seeing creatures called ´´Nomu´´ being destroyed.

''it's a hero! He found the lab!?" Asked one of the minions.

''Its All Might?" Asked the shadowy figure.

''No! Its….'' Scream the minion and those were the last thing he and the Shadowy figure said before they exploded it into pieces. The last thing they heard was the sound of a blast.

BLAST

Tatsumaki saw that the keys of her cage were tossed towards her, with the shadowy figure dead she could finally escape. She took the keys and left her cage.

''Uh?" Asked her leaving the cage.

She saw the state of the lab, everything was destroyed, and everyone was dead. Creatures and people all torn to pieces.

A monster managed to survive and looked at Tatsumaki, he saw her as food and was ready to eat her piece by piece.

''AAAAAH!' Scream the girl in horror before the monster exploded it.

BAM

She didn't know what to say, what caused that monster to die so quickly? Then she saw him.

''You can come.'' Said a male voice.

Tatsumaki saw this man…with an amazing armor, shoulder pads and a powerful presence. She felt more scared of him than anyone in this lab for the past 10 months.

''Who are you?" Asked her.

''I´m Blast. I work as hero.'' Said him all calm.

She looked at him in shock, she liked heroes but never remember seeing or hearing about him.

'Well…I am a not register Pro Hero, I don't believe a hero should be tied to the government to help others. I guess this is more of a hobby.'' Said him while holding a cube.

''A hero.'' Said her.

''Why didn't you use your powers to escape? I saw the files, you could´ve easily break free.'' Said Blast.

The girl looked a little scared and answered.

''Every time I used my power without their content, I got tased. I´m not that strong.'' Said her.

''It's not good lying.'' Said him.

The girl looked even more scared; she didn't know what will happen now.

''Did you know there is a ton of people looking for you? I read in the newspaper." Asked him

''I was weak and they capture me. Mama should be mad at me for being weak.'' Said Tatsumaki.

The hero just laugh as he puts a hand on the child head.

''Your mom loves you very much, I heard she cries for you every day. A mother who doesn't love her daughter wouldn't do that.'' Said Blast.

The girl just looked a little sad at that, she had the audacity to say her mom didn't loved her. Why would she say that?

''There are billions of people with amazing powers, if you put yours into good use you can one of the most amazing person in the entire world.'' Said Blast.

Tatsu just looked at Blast with admiration as she keeps crying.

''Protect your family. Also, listen up, I'll give you one piece of advice for later. To keep in mind for someone who has too much power. When the time comes, don't go expecting someone to come save you.'' Said Blast with a smile.

Those words meant a lot to Tastumaki, that meant if she wanted to save everyone, she would have to do all the work, prove that she was the strongest and make sure that it was a safe world for her sister and her mother.

Blast soon took Tatsumaki with him as they left the subterranean lab.

Later

Inko was with baggy eyes, she barely slept anymore and was barely eating. After Tatsumaki capture it was hard to keep her healthy, Fubuki was worried for her all the time. The three-year-old was trying to take care of a full grown up.

''Mommy! I told you to eat!'' Said Fubuki pointing at a plate of curry on the microwave that Inko forgot.

''Sorry dear.'' Said Inko.

As inko took out the plate Fubuki felt like she saw something, the 3-year-old looked so excited.

''Mommy! Look! Look!'' Said Fubuki all happy.

''What is it dear?" Asked Inko.

''Tatsu!'' Said Fubuki.

''Uh what?!'' Asked

''Tatsu!'' Said Fubuki

Inko looked at what her daughter was pointing too. She saw a small childing walking down the streets, she cleaned her eyes to make sure she was seeing this right, and she was seeing it. Tatsumaki, her eldest daughter was there.

''Tatsu!'' Said Inko in disbelief.

The woman soon ran off to see her daughter.

''TATSU!'' Scream Inko all worried.

The woman hugged her daughter very tightly, making sure she was fine and not with some kind of scar.

''Tatsu! Dear! Where have you been?! I was so worried.'' Said Inko in tears as she hugged her 7-year-old.

''I´m home.'' Said Tatsumaki levitating as she hugged her mother with calm as tears go down in her eyes.

This is the origin for Tatsumaki. I know in canon she spent 3 years being experiment, but for a good mother 10 month is already enough hell. We will make things up as times go on.

I like the explanation that her power is also accumulation of Inko quirk never been used to full potential because of a drug. It's stupid but I liked. Also, the torture is a reason for why she is all pissed off all the time. She was abused 10 months straight and experimented like a lab rat.

Next chapter is more of Tatsumaki and a little bit of little Fubuki, and then we will have a new member coming up.

Also, Saitama will be in the story, but more of a recuring character, not a main one.
