Hi there, time to make another chapter of this fic. My Hero is over and I feel that we need to check back with the Midoriya family, also the last retconned chapter of One Punch Man came out and it totally changed things from the ones that came out last year. It's a bit much but we can do this. I hope you all like it.

2 years later

Tatsumaki graduated from UA, top of her class and considered the strongest of her year. She gained a lot of attention even getting some people wondering if she was going to get into the top 10 in a year. She was really going places according to everyone. At the moment Tatsumaki was having dinner with her family, Inko was already crying.

"So you are going to leave us?!'' Asked Inko.

"Oh mom, I need my own place, and I saved a lot from over the years. I need to start making my agency and setting up how I am going to work as a full-time pro hero.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"But you will be missed in here big sis.'' Said Fubuki.

"Yeah, I am going to miss you.'' Said Izuku.

"Oh Izuku, I am not going anywhere. I am just going to be in another apartment, that's it.'' Said Tatsumaki.

The family kept talking about Tatsumaki new opportunities, despite still looking small the girl was already 18 and was ready to make the hero world hers.

"So dear did you finished your application for the HSPC?'' Asked Inko and then Tatsumaki told something that she didn't expect.

"Actually….'' Said Tatsumaki a bit shy, her mom was one of the few people she feels a bit nervous about it.

"Uh?'' Asked Inko confused.

"I decided to go with the hero Association.'' Said Tatsumaki.

Ever since the creation of Pro Heroes the government wanted a faction that would monitor them and make sure they were doing things right.

However, there were so many heroes, so many that would take years for a simple government body to look after all of them. At first the Hero Public Safety Commission was there to make sure all heroes were registered, but then the Hero Association came about it.

The Hero Public Safety Commission was the safest route. Just go to hero school and registrar, it sounded like the easy way to be a hero in the government eyes.

On the other hand the Hero Association was a bit different, not only you could do hero school, but if you decided to be a hero out of the blue you could take their hero exams, which happen every 3 months and see if you have the qualifications. However, different from the other association the ranking is done the style of a RPG, from class C to class S. There were few heroes on the Class S and that was making Tatsumaki try out their organization, she wasn't going to wait a whole year to see if she went up or down.

The news surprised Inko, she expected Tatsu to go with the HSPC since this where all the main heroes would go.

"What! The Hero Association?'' Asked Inko.

"Yes, they have more option for me. I don't have to take a dozen sidekicks just to function as a regular agency and I can accompany my ranking every day. It works best for me.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"But the HSPC is where All Might is at!'' Said Izuku.

"I agree, but I saw a lot of students going for the Hero Association. They are less strict than the HSPC.'' Said Fubuki.

"I don't want to wait for an entire year to see that I am in the same rank or not.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"But I thought you were going HSPC, to see if you could get as strong as All Might.'' Said Izuku.

"Oh Izuku dear, my rank on the Hero Association will be as the same as if I was in the HSPC. It's a little bit more convoluted but you will understand later.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"Ok Tatsu, if you say that's your choice than I ok with that.'' Said Izuku.

"Me too.'' Said Fubuki.

"Same here baby.'' Said Inko.

The short teenager just smile at them, she was just glad that she had a very supportive and loving family. She was still pissed that her father wasn't in the picture, but she decided to not open that can of worms.

"Thanks guys.'' Said Tatsumaki with a smile.

A few weeks later

The moving truck was there and Tatsumaki was packing her room, everything was out and Inko was already soaking the carpet with her tears.

"I can't believe my baby is leaving me!'' Said Inko.

"Mom! I will call every day and you will see me time to time.'' Said Tatsumaki calming the old lady.

"It's too much! I can't…my first child…'' Said Inko crying a lot.

The floor soon got flooded with Inko Midroiya tears, Tatsumaki calling her siblings went to calm their mother.

"Oh god it's a code red.'' Said Fubuki.

"Quick hug her!'' Said Tatsumaki.

The children hugged their mother and Fubuki even used her quirk to calm her, Inko was a mess of emotion but she was super proud of her first born.

"Mom, I can't express how much I am thankful to you. Without you I wouldn't be the hero that people look up. I promise to call you every day and talk about my day. Also coming to dinner every Wednesday and Friday, what do you think?'' Asked Tatsumaki.

"Ok sweet.'' Said Inko hugging Tatsu.

"Fubuki, you will be the eldest of the house. Make sure things are right, mom doesn't keep eating those sweet all the time and if something is off call me.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"Sure, big sis.'' Said Fubuki.

Then Tatsu went to Izuku, the only one she had to knee down to make sure he was ok.

"Izuku, I won't be with you all the time, but it doesn't mean I don't love you. I will always be there for when you need me, just call and I will be as quick as possible.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"Sure, I understand.'' Said Izuku.

"I will miss you talk about hero's little bro, don't worry you will see nbtu not as frequent.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"Ok big sis.'' Said Izuku hugging her.

The small teen went for a family hug, she wanted to enjoy that, after this she would be very busy for a while.

"I love you all.'' Said Tatsumaki.

"We love you back.'' Said Inko.

"We will miss you.'' Said Fubuki.

"Go plus Ultra Tatsu.'' Said Izuku.

The green haired teen just smile as she went out the door, flying off to her new home. It was hard but she wanted to make a name for herlsef.

6 months

Life was still normal around for the Midoriya's/

Tatsumaki was becoming the new face of the Hero Association. She was rising through the ranks pretty fast, going A class in just a few months, she would be in S class in no time, the only ones there were the man who rescued her Blast, who apparently appeared, Martial Arts legend Bang and powerhouse scientist Metal Knight. For her achieving a great rank would be fast.

However on the Midoriya household things weren't going so great. Izuku was already at the age for awakening his quirk, but for some reason it was showing up, he tried to make telekinesis like his sister but nothing, it was getting a bit suspicious, so they took him to a doctor.

At Dr Garaki Clinic

Inko and Fubuki took Izuku to make another test, they were both worried as Izuku played with an All Might action figure. They were even thinking of the worst.

"It must be delayed that's it.''' Said Inko.

"Are you sure? Its been a few months. His entire class has already awaken!'' Said Fubuki also worried.

"I don't know, you two were quick. I thought the same would happen to him.'' Said Inko.

Then Izuku looked over his mother and big sister, he had a concerned look on his face.

"Mom, am I going to be able to be a hero like Tatsu?'' Asked Izuku.

The two didn't know what to say, of course they went to make sure he was ok.

"Of course you will.'' Said Inko.

"Yes Izuku, this is just an error nothing more.'' Said Fubuki making sure he wasn't crying.

Soon the doctor arrived.

"Miss Midoriya the results are ready.'' Said Dr Garaki.

The mother, daughter and son went to the room. They were all a bit nervous as the doctor sit on his chair.

"So doctor is Izuku quirk dormant?'' Asked Inko.

"Yes, it's taken a while to awaken right?'' Asked Fubuki.

The doctor didn't had a good look on his face, pretty much trryiing to not break the news in a bad way.

"How can I put this?'' Asked him.

"What is wrong Dr Garaki?'' Asked Inko.

"Miss Midoriya, I am afraid your child is…quirkless.''' Said Dr Garaki.

And like that Izuku felt his world shattering as his mom and sister had a look on shock in their face.

Meanwhile

The quirkless teenager Saitama was trying out to defend himself from some bullies, he even tried to rip his shirt out and act all tough, but he got his ass beaten as they steal his money, it was just 200 yens but for him that was a lot. Then a criminal named Piggie Bank arrived and beat all the bullies and stole their money. Once everyone got sent to the infirmary Saitama was called up by a teacher.

"Saitama I told you come to right away. Are you jerking me around?'' Asked the teacher.

"You told me to come, but you didn't say right away.'' Said Saitama.

'Always a comeback, issue. Are you still in grade school? And you've destroyed your uniform.'' Said the teacher seeing his condition.

"Upperclassmen did this. And they took my money. This was before the villain appeared.'' Said Saitama.

"Are you trying to push this off on them? How much did they take?'' Asked the teacher.

"Two hundred yen.'' Said Saitama.

"You are jerking me around!'' Said the teacher pissed.

After school Saitama went home. While walking he felt so useless, everyone had a cool quirk and could do cool things, he was just a regular guy and had nothing special about him.

"I just don't fit into society. I don't know how to live. I always end up losing. How can I keep going when I am so weak?'' Thoguht him.

The quirkless teen didn't know what he would do in his life, he thought just do a 9 to 5 job like most useless people. He didn't know if he was able to be a hero.

So yes, Tatsumaki moved away, Izuku news were given and Saitama had a little bit of his crisis from his early years. It's a bit much but a good amount for this chapter.

Now, I felt my distinction between HSPC and HA were good, basically HSPC is the standard for Hero joining forces while HA is an open invitation. Now, I know there are ways to get to be a pro hero even if you didn't get to hero school, look at the crawler, but the Hero Association is more of a ranking place than a big thing like the HSPC makes it out to be.

Also, I know the S Class is something more recent in the manga. I decided to establish early in this universe. It will be something small in detail, but there is always that One Punch Man from the Wiki who will try to correct me.

It will take a while for Izuku to become a hero and I am more interested in the One Punch Man characters in the background doing things, specifically Saitama. I can't wait to see him interact with the Pro heroes and make them not being all the high things they think themselves to be. This is all I have to say, thank you all.
