Hi there everyone, time to get back at some calm and good time with Komi. This story is kind of a comfort zone and I have the timeline set on how we will do 3 years of Komi in just 1 year of My Hero, hey its Horikoshi who decided to make these kids go through 2 wars in just 1 year. We will do the last chapter of volume 2, but we will meet up with an old face here for a original chapter next time. Thanks everyone.

At Komi house

Komi was spending her Saturday afternoon reading a magazine on Fashion, she never wanted to be a model, but she always liked to check out the new trends. She stopped reading for a moment and saw again the dress she bought a few days ago.

At first, she didn't know if she would look good in this dress, but Tadano and her other friends kept insisting she looked good and at the end Shoko also had to admit she looked really pretty in that.

While looking herself in the mirror with the new dress she saw her bangs were getting too close to her eyes. After a good minute thinking Komi had made up her mind and decided to go cut her hair.

At the Karisu Hair Salon

A very popular establishment that even has a few pro as their regular customers, this salon is known to make good cuts and offer some really good deals at the end.

Inside the owner and main hairdresser of the place Maki Karisu was setting up for the day, besides her there was also her new worker Kamiko Arai

"What're you doing now Arai?'' Asked Karisu.

"Just organizing the shampoos miss Karisu.'' Said Kamiko.

"When you are done go sweep out the front, please.'' Said Karisu.

Kamiko Arai was a simple girl with a not so useful quirk, but she didn't mind that because heroism was never something she was aiming to.

Her dream was to become a great hairdresser, just like her boss Maki Karisu. She felt the older woman was super coo and stylish, she wanted to be just like her when she grew up. While she just started working knew that one day she would become a great hairdresser like her boss, in the meantime she was going to swipe the floor and she went outside to do this she was a girl with UA uniform shaking at their door.

"Uh?'' Asked Arai confused.

Komi is a regular at this place, but seeing this new worker made her feel all nervous as usual.

"Oh! She must be a customer. I'll put on a big smile.'' Thought Arai.

Once putting out her game face she greeted Shoko.

"Welcome! Please, come inside!'' Said Arai.

However even greeted like this was too much for poor Komi, she started to tremble in fear much to the new girl shock.

"No? Just a passerby? Well! This is awkward! Have I flubbed it again?'' Thought Arai in shock.

Soon Maki arrived and saw who was at the door.

"Oh it's you Shouko-chan. Come on in.'' Said the older woman all calm as Komi went inside.

"She entered!'' Thoguht Arai in shock.

The new girl just looked relief that she didn't cause a problem at the end.

"She is a customer! Why didn't she come in for me? Was my smile weird? Was I too pushy? Amd I stinky? Nope, I smell fine!'' Though Arai going a thousand thoughts per second.

The girl felt like she messed up big time and started to insult herself.

"You stupid dork!'' Scream Arai to the mirror.

"Don't do this! You would startle me! Scream at yourself during your break.'' Said Karisu all calm.

The girl just nodded it and went to watch her idol work on some hair.

"It's been a while. How would like your hair? How about short and blonde?'' Asked Karisu

Komi soon started to shake her hair frantically, making the older woman chuckle.

"Kidding, I am going to give the usual.'' Said her all calm.

Karisu was one of the few people that could understand Komi and didn't mind her problem in communication. She knew that after all this years the girl liked the same hairstyle, she had no problem with that.

Arai saw the whole thing as if she was watching a great movie, admiring both woman in the end.

"That girl is probably the prettiest I've ever seen. Her hair is so straight and lustrous! It's a shame to cut it! But Kairsu drive right in! She's dashing and dazzling and the two together are as pretty as picture.'' Thought Arai in amazement even bringing a camera.

"What are you doing, arai?'' Asked Karisu.

"Uh? Holding the moment?'' Said her.

"Go back to work.''' Said Karisu.

"Yes sorry, but first would like a complimentary drink?'' Asked Arai.

"She will have a glass of water, wouldn't you Shoko?'' Asked Karisu.

Komi just nodded as Arai went running to get the water.

The girl arrived 5 seconds later and brought the water.

"Here is your water! Also, some magazines.'' Said Arai putting a good amount of magazines to read.

However once she return Komi had her eyes closed, she iddnt imagined she would fall asleep this faster.

"Oh! She felled asleep. So cute!'' Thought Arai.

"She is just pretending to sleep. So I won't talk to her.'' Said Karisu knowing all of Komi tactics.

"What!'' Said Arai in shock.

"She is shy, don't mention to anybody, ok?'' Asked Karisu.

"Ok.'' Said Arai going back to work.

"By the way Shoko, I hear you started High School at UA. How is it?'' Asked Karisu.

The girl just looked silent for a second and then just let out a single word. One single word.

"F…'' Said Komi.

"I see, fun. Great.'' Said Karisu all calm but Arai was amazed by that.

"She understood! One single sound and she could read her like a book?!'' Asked Arai in shock in her thoughts.

"I guess that should do it. Arai, would you give her some shampoo?'' Asked Karisu.

"Yes maan!'' Said Arai.

Soon the girl grabbed the shampoo and went to Komi, trying her best to be like her idol and knowing how to communicate with this girl.

"I just started a few months ago. I am getting used to this work, but if I did something wrong, just tell me! How long have you been coming here?'' Asked Arai trying to get some talk.

Komi didn't talked back, she just pointed at the magazine where the number 12 was at.

"12? As in since she was 12 or 12 months ago?' Asked Arai confused.

After that Arai felt like she just messed up at her work big time.

"She doesn't want to talk to me? Is she really that bad in communication or I am a really bad employee? No, I am a bad employee! That's must be it! How can I be a super stylist if I cant get a single word of a customer?'' Thought Arai in tears.

Komi noticed that and felt a little bit nervous but couldn't do anything as Arai was washing up her hair.

A few minutes later

Komi was with a haircut and with a good smell in her head. Karisu went to check on the girl.

"Well? Do you like it? I am glad.'' Said Karisu all calm.

Komi just nod and went bow as a thanks for the haircut.

Soon she went to the register to pay up for the haircut.

"Here is your change and your receipt.'' Said Arai still feeling bad.

However, once she got the receipt, she saw something written on it.

"Eh?'' Asked her in shock.

The girl read what was in the receipt, she wanted to talk to Komi but the girl was already out. Arai rushed to the front of the salon and shouted out loud.

"Thank you! Please come again!'' Scream her.

"Are you ok, Arai?'' Asked Karisu seeing her new worker feeling so fired up.

"Karisu-san? Did I do something wrong?'' Asked

"No, there are people who just don't like to chat with their stylist. It doesn't mean they don't like them, is just they prefer to just cut and go on.'' Said Karisu.

"I see.'' Said Arai with a smile.

She saw what Komi had wrote down for her, it wasn't a full message it was just a phare, but it meant a lot to Arai.

Feeling of Gratitude

Once she read that she felt good, meaning that Komi actually was thankful for her work today.

"Well, maybe I do have a chance in the future.'' Said Arai.

"Hi dear, we are for the appointment at 14:00 PM.'' Said a woman with a short brown hair.

The young girl saw the new customers, it was this woman, one with long blonde and one with short green hair. Arai took a noticed to recognized these three as they were Pro Heroes.

"Wait, you're the wild wild Pussycats!'' Said Arai.

"Yes! Great to see a kitten recognized us with no makeup.'' Said Ragdoll.

"We like to come here in causal clothes, you know order from the big woman.'' Said Mandalay referring to Karisu.

"Oh you all arrived earlier, seat down Shino, Tomoko. Ryuko is the first one.'' Said Karisu all calm.

"Thanks Karisu-chan.'' Said the two pro heroes seat down.

The blonde one was the first one in the chair, Karisu just looked a bit bored but she cared deeply for her customers.

"What will be?'' Asked Karisu.

"Something hot!'' Said Pixie Bob.

"I see and what else?'' Asked Karisu.

"A look to attract!'' Said Pixie Bob.

"I've been doing your hair for 5 years Ryuko, it's not going to work.'' Said Karisu.

"I am not getting any guys even at the parties! Do something Karisu! You have the eye of a visionary when it comes to hair! Make me your muse!'' Said Pixie Bob in tears.

"Don't talk to me like I am Jesus, I am just a simple worker. Arai get these women some beverages.'' Said Karisu.

"Alright!'' Said Arai with a smile as she went back to work.

Too bad Komi missed that, the Wild Wild Pussycats are her favorite superheroes.

At the streets

Komi was just feeling happy she got her hair done, she won't be need a new cut for a while. She was a bit sad that she couldn't talk to that girl who wanted to help her, but she at least wrote down the message. While walking home Komi noticed something in the sky, looked like a star.

"Uh…?'' Asked Komi confused.

Once looked up closer it wasn't a star, it was someone quirk that acted like a bomb. Komi didn't know that but luckily someone was nearby to save her.

"Look out!' Scream the hero saving her.

Komi was rushed to the side as a explosion happened near her. She looked up to see a guy in a glider just laughing out loud, he had green skin and a purple hood.

"Ha ha! Victory is mine! That whole building is now depositing all their money into my account! I won this time!'' Said the green guy.

"You vile villain! Don't forget who is in town today? The best squad from Hosu!'' Said a hero with a armor and turbines in the legs.

"We are from Ingenium Agency so you will answer to justice!'' Said a sidekick.

"Bring the goods Ingenium, I am going to have some fun before real heroes show up!'' Said the green guy flying away.

"Hey! We are real heroes!'' Said a sidekick insulted.

The heroes went after the villain, only three remained while Komi was still shaken by the fact that a bomb almost hit her.

"Ae you ok miss?'' Asked a sidekick.

The girl couldn't stop shake and cry, she didn't have the courage to open her mouth due to all these people being heroes she never meets before.

"I guess she is fine but shocked by the whole thing.'' Said a sidekick.

"I had a feeling of that. Sky crawler take her to safe spot.'' Said Ingenium.

"On it!'' Said Sky crawler

The man with a nice suit like Ingenium grabbed Komi, and then they were jumping through the air as if they were almost flying.

Komi was shaking the whole time, but the sidekick just smiles at her.

"Don't worry miss. As long I am here you will be safe!'' Said the sidekick taking Komi to safe place.

The whole place turned into a superhero brawl area, thankfully Karisu Salon wasn't affected in the slightest.

So yes, we had a nice chapter of Komi cutting her hair and then boom a pro hero fight. If you couldn't guess the villain was a nod to Green Goblin, read a few old school spider man comics and the green face and the purple hood got my interest.

Yes, Ingenium and Sky crawler or better known as the Crawler went to save Komi. I actually really liked the Crawler, and I wish he had a big appearance on the main manga, now I know he is Canon 100% and Horikoshi designed him but man I wish he and Izuku meet once.

Next chapter is Komi copping with the horrors of a villain attack and some nice bonding time with the ex-vigilant.

Arai Kamiko-Steam pressure: If she gets too embarrassed or too nervous steam will literally come out of her ears as if she was a pressure pan. If she let goes out for too long, she will lose balance and have a little bit a shaky memory. Better make sure she is not stressed out all the time.

Karisu Maki- Scissor Fingers: She can use her index and middle finger as if it was a real scissor, one strong enough to cut thick meshes of hair. To master this technique it took a lot of practice and patience to make the cuts just fine.
