Nico Robin of the Jungle
Once a promising archeologist from West Blue's Island of Ohara, Nico Robin was adrift after the Navy decimated her home. As a small, helpless girl, she sailed the open sea without destination. But hope was not lost. She washed ashore on the mysterious Bukuvvu, a remote jungle island on the far outskirts of West Blue.
Bukuvvu was an island no man dared enter, home to apes, lions, and elephants. Sailors who passed by could only glimpse its marvels from the sea—lush foliage and towering mountains. Despite its allure, no one has set foot on Bukuvvu until now.
Lost and alone, Nico Robin ventured deep into the jungle, seeking any sign of civilization. Confronted by a hungry lion, she found herself cornered before a tree. Just as she was about to become lunch, an ape named Ape rescued her, pulling her high into the trees and causing the lion to crash against the trunk.
That's going to be one big boo-boo.
Ape, more intelligent than a rocket scientist, took Robin to the legendary Ape Mountain.
Twenty-two years later
The Great Ape Mountain, home to the 'Great Apes' of the jungle and shaped like an ape's face for your convenience, sounded with the catchy beating of drums. A group of Gorillas hurdled in a drum circle within the lush jungle foliage, beating their large hands atop some bongos. The sounds of their beating drums reached the high treetops, where Nico Robin was swinging swiftly from vines.
Robin uttered a Tarzan-like call as she clung tightly to the vine, pressing her large, leopard-skin-clad breasts against it as she soured easily through the trees. Her long black hair and the scrapes of leopard skin she wore danced in the wind. Two chimps popped out of the foliage below as they peered up at Robin swinging overhead. The Primates were then given quite the view of what was underneath the leopard skin.
The gorillas continued to play drums, creating a beat for their queen as she turned. Smiling, Robin enjoyed their musical accompaniment as she performed an athletic backflip mid-air and activated her Devil fruit power.
"Mil Fleur!"
Several arms sprouted from two trees, forming a chain Robin grabbed onto. She swung up and landed in the tree's canopy with more of her fellow apes. There, the Jungle Queen sat down over the branch with the apes, where she reached between her breasts, pulling out a banana she had been saving, much to the surprise and curiousness of her fellow apes, who scratched their heads.
Robin chuckled. It often baffled her fellow apes at what she could fit between those two large coconuts, as they often refer to them.
"Such a lovely day in the Jungle, isn't it?" She said.
The Other apes all grunted and hooted in response to their beloved Queen. Robin smiled, peeling the banana before taking a bit of the tip. All the while, the Jungle Queen surveyed her domain from the tree's canopy.
Twenty-two years later, the once promising archeologist had grown into a Swinging Jungle Queen. Once a lost girl, now the Queen of all the Bukuvvu island. Beauty amongst an island teaming with wild beasts. Since losing her home in the West Blue, Life in the Jungle was all that Robin had ever desired it to be. Not only had she kept her promise to her mother to live, but she also found friends that Saul had said she would—her now Animal subjects who adopted her and made her their Queen. Sometimes, she missed her mother and Saul, but the Apes of Ape Mountain raised her as if they were their own.
However, as the Queen of the Jungle, Robin protects her subjects from troublemakers, most notably unruly predators. As the Jungle Queen was face to face with a growling leopard, she showed no fear in the face of the growling predator. Instead, she gave a sly smirk to the leopard. With a growling, the leopard attempted to pounce upon Robin. While anyone would have gotten out of the way, Robin crossed her arms as she uttered those words.
"Mil Fleur!"
several arms sprouted from below and caught the leopard mid-air. Several more from the spotted beast, wrapping around them like a python. Two hands came to grip its very head, and Robin then gripped her hands tightly.
"Glutch!" she said.
With a loud snapping sound, Robins's two extended arms break the leopard's neck. They then disbursed into white flower petals as the leopard's body dropped. Robin Lowered her arms with a triumphant smirk, once again proving her dominance over the Jungle. A while later, the Jungle Queen was back at her Treehouse, looking herself in the mirror at her new bikini she made from the leopard's spotted coat.
However, Robin often joins some of the apes' customers in the Jungle's tranquil moments, such as the always fun game of coconut ball.
The Jungle Queen and her fellow Gorillas were playing a good old game of coconut ball. As one of the gorillas on the opposite side of the vine net bounced the ball, Robin quickly reacted, jumping high over the net. She then knocked the coconut over the net, which struck the ground and broke open over the ground. The other Gorillas on her side of the net cheered, leaping up and down as they grunted. All while Robin gave a simple smile.
There were also the always fun swinging parties the apes liked to have.
Robin danced to their catchy rhythmic beat while some Gorillas banged their hands atop some bongos. With both her arms above her head, Rombin swayed her hips from side to side, dancing to the beat. All while her fellow apes watched in delight at their Queen's dancing. Often getting some lovely views of certain places that her top and loincloth concealed from sight. Robin only smirked and winked at them.
Robin listened to the soothing sounds of waves washing over the distant beach, a relaxing backdrop deep within the jungle. She could see the beach and far ocean horizon from the highest tree. The raven-haired Jungle Queen, now in her early thirties, enjoyed the sun's warmth. Clad in a leopard-skin top and loincloth, her sweat-drenched skin shimmered in the sunlight.
As she reminisced about her years on the island, having been raised by the Ape Mountain apes despite her devil fruit power, she heard a familiar voice.
"Robin, Robin!"
Her trusty monkey companion, Chopper, swung up to her on a vine. When his vine snapped, Robin's devil fruit power saved him with several arms catching and tossing him up to her branch.
"Are you okay, Chopper?" Robin asked, smiling.
"Ahuh, thank you, Robin," Chopper said.
Robin patted his head. "
"What are you doing?" She asked
"I was just catching up on some reading," Robin insisted, holding up her book.
Chopper tilted his head curiously.
"What's it say?" he asked.
"Well..." Robin said.
"Tooki, Tooki!"
Her majordomo, Tookie, the toucan, flew up to her, bringing news from the jungle.
"Oh, Father needs help back at the Treehouse?" Robin asked.
"Tookie, Tookie," Tookie confirmed.
"The baboons are back?" Robin asked.
Tookie nodded.
"Not again," Chopper said.
Robin smiled, preparing to swing. "I guess they need more discipline."
Swinging off into the jungle with Chopper clinging to her back.
Ape emerged from the open entrance of the treehouse, waving his arms to scare off the baboons.
"Shoo-shoo, how many times must I tell you this is not a place for you to loiter!" Ape proclaimed to them.
The Baboons began battering Ape with banana peels and other half-eaten fruit, causing him to groan as fruit pelted him.
"Now see here," Ape proclaimed.
Only to have a banana peel to splat on her face, causing him to groan. Right at that moment, he heard the Tarzan call of Robin, who swung up onto the porch of the treehouse.
"Robin, thank heavens you are here. Look at what they are doing to the tree house," Ape said, gesturing at its roof.
Robin gazed up at the loitering baboons above, placing her hands over her hips.
"Yes, I thought they learned their lesson. Don't worry, Father, I'll take care of it," Robin said.
With that, Robin turned forward, crossing both arms before her.
"Mil Fleur!"
Robin's devil fruit power sprouted arms around the baboons.
"Spank!" She exclaimed.
The arms then swatted the baboons, spanking their already red behinds and sending them off the roof.
"You did it, Robin!" Chopper cheered.
"Yes, Robin, well done. But could you please be quicker in the future?" Ape asked.
Robin lowered her arms, smirking. "Thank you, Father. I'll be quicker next time."
Just then, Tookie brought news of trouble. With her devil fruit power tossing her a vine, Robin swung off into the jungle to address the new danger.
