Chapter 100: The Power of One!
Hello everyone, this chapter is going to be my take on the second Pokémon Movie. This is going to be a very big chapter possibly longer than the one for the Mewtwo and the Ash vs Paul chapters from the Kanto League. There's going to be many battles and also some surprises as well. I hope you all enjoy it.
The chapter begins 1 day after the last chapter ended and we see Hunter J's airship flying through the air. As it continues to fly, we come inside the ship and see Hunter J sitting in her chair. She continues to look out the window as one of her grunts speaks.
"We're here Madam J" The man says as J along with her grunts look forward and see a giant air ship that looks like a floating palace. J's grunts all have surprised looks on their faces as J speaks.
"Begin making contact" J says with the grunt nodding as he begins making contact with the ship. Once he does, we see the man inside the ship he's looking at what seems to be an old tablet and begins to read it.
"Disturb not the harmony of Fire, Ice, or Lightning lest these titans wreak destruction on which they clash. The god of the sea will appear to quell the fighting but will be unable to prevent the worlds destruction. Thus, an exceptional trainer with thine hands shall appear to bring 3 treasures and work with the god of the sea to stop the titans." The man says as he finishes reading the tablet then speaks.
"I don't desire the titans of Fire, Ice, or Lightning the one I desire is the god of the sea" The man says while having a smile on his face then gets a transmission. He looks at it and gets a smile on his face as he presses a button and speaks.
"Are you Hunter J?" The man asks as Hunter J speaks.
"Yes, I am, and we have the Pokémon you asked for" J says making the man smile as he speaks.
"Good you may dock" The man says as he then presses a button that opens the dock to his ship once he does that J commands for the ship to fly over there with her crew nodding as the ship flies over to the dock. Once it does, J's ship lands on the dock then opens up as J along with a few of her grunts exit the ship. Once they do they see a man in front of them who has a smile on his face as J speaks.
"So, are you the one they call "The Collector"?" J asks as the man smiles and speaks.
"Why yes, I am, and you must be the famous Hunter J. I must say underneath that tough exterior I see a very beautiful woman maybe after business is done, I can treat you to one of my home-made meals" The man says making J's grunts annoyed as J smirks and speaks.
"Sorry I'm not interested the only thing I'm interested in is your money" J responds with the man nodding as he speaks.
"Ouch I'm hurt by your rejection, but I do see your point and before I pay you, I must see my packages" The man says with J nodding as she looks at her men and speaks.
"Unload" J says with her men nodding as they begin to unload multiple Pokémon statues in glass cases. They continue to unload more and more until they're done. The man has a big smile on his face as he speaks.
"Amazing and they're all still alive, yes?" The man asks as J speaks.
"Of course, they're my men and I made sure of that" J says with the man nodding as he speaks.
"Fascinating" The man says while having a big smile on his face as J speaks.
"Now as for my payment" J says as the man looks at her and speaks.
"Oh yes right that I'll get that for you" The man says as he pulls out a tab with J doing the same. The man presses a few buttons and sends the money over to J as he speaks.
"Will this much suffice?" The man asks as J looks at the amount of money smiles and speaks.
"Yes, it will" J says as she then puts the tablet away, she looks at her men and speaks.
"We got what we came for let's go" J says with her men nodding as they begin heading back on the ship. J's about to walk back on the ship too as the man speaks.
"You know if I need you to capture more Pokémon for me in the future, I'd still like to take you out for dinner" The man says as J looks at him smiles and speaks.
"Please the only thing that you're good for is your money and as long as you keep paying me like today, I'm satisfied" J says as she then walks back on her air ship and when she does the ship flies out of the dock and turns invisible heading for its next destination. Once the ships gone the man speaks.
"She refused me twice but that just makes me want her more but now I should get back to business" The man says as he then snaps his fingers and when he does multiple robots appear and begin taking the Pokémon statues and place them in a big room that has many items along with what looks to be a Master Ball (It's not a real Master Ball just a replica). Once the Pokémon are gone the man closes the door to the dock then goes back to where he was before. When he makes it back, he sits in a chair, presses a few buttons and speaks.
"Are we close to Fire Island?" The man asks as he then hears a voice.
"Yes, in a about 10 seconds Fire Island will come into view" The voice says as the man looks forward and out of the clouds appears Fire Island. The man has a smile on his face and speaks.
"So, this is where the first piece lies. Seems like my guess of them being close to Shamouti Island was correct and now it's time to wake up the fire titan." The man says as he presses a button and when he does his air ship fires something that looks like ice and hits the island. The man presses the button a few more times sending out multiple ice balls that hit the island and freeze some part of it. When that happens, the man speaks.
"Now will that be enough to wake it up?" The man says to himself as a few seconds later a giant stream of fire appears out of the island and easily melts the ice. When that happens a large bird that looks like a phoenix appears and roars. The mon sees the big flying palace and begins flying towards it. It continues to fly towards the ship as the man speaks.
"Now that I've dragged it out it's time to capture" The man says as he presses another button which sends out multiple black rings at the bird. Moltres sees the black rings coming and begins firing multiple Flamethrowers at them easily burning a few of them. Moltres continues to do that until a couple of the black rings appear on both sides of Moltres and send out electricity. When they do, Moltres cries out in pain. It tries to fight through it but is unable to as the rings continue to electrocute Moltres until it eventually gives up. The black rings then take Moltres into the ship as we come back to the man. He has a smile on his face as he speaks.
"Well, I must say that was much easier than I expected but now that I've collected the first key, I just need two more and then the king will arrive" The man says as he continues to speak.
"But before I do, I should wait until Greevil, and his men arrive as I did promise him that we'll be seeing the god of the sea Lugia together" The man says as his ship disappears. We now go over to Mt. Silver with Red along with his Charizard who were in the middle of training but stop once they feel something in the distance Red speaks.
"Did you feel that Charizard?" Red asks with the mon nodding as Red then receives a call on his Pokegear. He looks at it and sees that it's Looker as he speaks.
"It's Looker" Red says as he presses the button and answers. When he does Looker begins to talk to Red telling him that they're going to need his help on Fire Island in the Orange Islands. Red nods as when the transmission ends, he looks at Charizard and speaks.
"Let's go Charizard" Red says with the fire lizard nodding as Red gets on the mons back and begins flying in the direction of the Orange Islands. After that we come over to the abandoned house where the other world Giovanni along with his Mewtwo and 2 Persian's are. Giovanni has a smile on his face as he speaks.
"Guess it's time for us to go as well" The man says with his Pokémon nodding. Giovanni returns his 2 Persian's back to their Pokeball's and when he does that Mewtwo teleports them somewhere. We now come over to the helicopter that Greevil along with Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix are in as Resix speaks.
"We'll be meeting up with the collector in a couple of days Greevil sir" Resix says with Greevil nodding while having a smile on his face. After that we go over to somewhere in the waters of the Orange Islands and see the mysterious Pokémon that we saw at the end of last chapter. The mon continues swimming forward heading in the direction of Shamouti Island. 2 days later we come over to the group who're still riding on the boat that Luana gave them in the previous chapter.
"During the past 3 days it's been pretty relaxing for the gang, and they stopped on a few islands to stock up on supplies and do some training. Leaf continues searching for shiny Pokémon and managed to capture a shiny Weedle along with a shiny Paras, Zubat, and Kantonian Farfetch'd. Tracey during this time continues observing and sketching any Pokémon that they come across.
For Misty after Togetic evolved he's become a lot more independent and loves training with the groups other Pokémon. Togetic also has grown to love the taste of Ketchup and Maple syrup thanks to Ash's Pikachu and Raichu. For Misty's new Pokémon Poliwag he's a fun addition to the group and loves to train/play with the groups Pokémon. Also, a couple of days prior while the group was on an island taking a nap Misty's Poliwag fell into a hole. Pikachu along with Riolu, Frogadier, Misty's Vaporeon, Togetic, Psyduck, Leaf's Shellder, Meowscarada, Dachsbun, and Tracey's Smeargle and Azumarill went after him (This is where the events of the second Pikachu short takes place). They made it to a valley that was filled with multiple Pokémon. After a lot of shenanigans and fighting off a storm they were able to save Misty's Poliwag and help the Pokémon in the valley.
Now for Ash during this time he along with his Pokémon have been training nonstop for the Orange League. Dudunsparce after evolving has grown a lot stronger and with his new move Hyper Drill he's able to easily get rid of any boulders that get in the way for some of the Pokémon on the ranch. Of course, Dudunsparce is still lazy and mostly tends to sleep a lot along with Dartrix, Meltan, Skeledirge, Snorlax, and Noctowl. Garchomp after evolving has grown a lot stronger too he continues training alongside Ash's dragon and ground types. Also, even though Garchomp has mastered Draco Meteor when he uses the move during his training battles with Ash's Pokémon at the ranch there's always one meteor that hits Daisy which makes the woman mad and scold Garchomp telling him not to use the move while she's in the area with Garchomp understanding.
As for Meltan there's now 400 of them including Ash's Meltan and no more Meltan have appeared out of the Mysterious Box so Oak along with Daisy put it away for safe keeping. Oak and Daisy's interest for the Meltan continues to grow as they continue to study the mons and have completely forgotten that they were also supposed to study the GS Ball as well. Also, during this time Misty had her 11th birthday causing the group to celebrate it by throwing her a surprise party. The party was really fun, and Misty got a lot of presents from the others but the one present she liked the most was from Ash who got Misty a beautiful blue necklace. That caused Misty to blush a little and told Ash thank you which caused him to blush as well. We now come to present time and see the group still riding on the boat as it continues to sail through the water. We see Pikachu at the edge of the boat looking at the distance, Tracey's sitting down currently sketching, Leaf's looking through her Pokémon encyclopedia, Misty (wearing her new blue necklace) along with Togetic are looking at the water and Ash is looking into the distance as well having an excited look on his face. A couple seconds later Ash does a stretch and speaks.
"What a nice day" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"It's beautiful don't you agree Togetic?" Misty asks with the mon nodding as a couple seconds later Tracey along with Leaf come over as Tracey speaks.
"Hey, do you guys think we should send out our Pokémon?" Tracey asks as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, they should experience just how nice today is too" Leaf says and before Ash and Misty can respond Maren (the person driving the boat) speaks.
"That sounds like a great idea, and we have some time as it'll take us about an hour to reach the next island" Maren says making the 4 kids happy as Ash pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"Well, what are we waiting for?!" Ash says he throws the ball high in the air and out of it appears Lapras who lands in the water. Once Lapras appears she has a smile on her face and slashes the top of the water a little bit. Ash then pulls out 2 more Pokeball's throws them high into the air and sends out Frogadier along with Riolu. The 2 mons do a big stretch and have smiles on their faces. After that Tracey sends out his Smeargle, Venomoth, Azumarill, and Scyther. The 4 mons have smiles on their faces as Scyther then takes a nap. Leaf then pulls out 4 Pokeball's throws them high into the air as out of them appears Salazzle, Poliwrath (who immediately jumps in the water), her shiny Altaria (who begins flying in the air) and her Obstagoon. Misty's next as she pulls out 6 Pokeball's and throws them high into the air. The mons that appear are Vaporeon, Golisopod, Milotic, Inteleon, Quaquaval, and Primarina. Vaporeon along with Golisopod, Milotic, and Primarina immediately jump in the water and begin to happily swim while Inteleon and Quaquaval stay on the boat.
Ash then pulls out 2 more Pokeball's and sends out Charizard along with his shiny Dragonair. Charizard along with Dragonair happily fire out Flamethrowers which surprises the group and when Ash's about to return them back to their Pokeball's the 2-mons fly in the air and begin flying alongside Altaria. After that Ash decides to bring out Snorlax while Leaf brings out her Venusaur and shiny Arctozolt. When they do that, this almost causes the boat to sink so the 2 trainers quickly return them back to their Pokeball's allowing for everyone to let out a relief sigh. After that the boat continues sailing forward with the groups Pokémon in the water and the Pokémon in the air following it. As the boat continues to sail forward Riolu along with Frogadier notice Pikachu looking towards the distance and sparking his cheeks. Before they can ask Pikachu what's wrong suddenly the clear blue sky is then replaced with dark clouds and begins to rain. The group have surprised looks on their faces as suddenly the waves begin to become more intense and is causing the boat to shake as Maren speaks.
"Hold on everyone!" Maren says as she tries to take control of the still shaking boat everyone does their best to hold on. Misty along with Leaf and Tracey return their Pokémon back to their Pokeball's (except for Togetic as Misty holds him in her arms). Ash quickly returns Lapras, Charizard and Dragonair back to their Pokeball's. When he's about to return Riolu and Frogadier another wave shakes the boat causing Ash to fall on the ground. After that Misty along with Leaf notice a huge school of Magikarp swimming by as we then cut over to Pikachu, Riolu, and Frogadier the 3 mons are holding on tightly and continue looking forward having serious looks on their faces. We then cut away from them as deep in the water we see the silhouette of the mysterious Pokémon from earlier in the chapter continue to swim forward.
We now come back to the group as the waves have finally calmed down and some beams of light pierce through the clouds. As the waves continue to push the boat Maren looks forward and speaks.
"So, this is where we ended up" Maren says alerting the group as they look forward and see an island. Maren continues to speak.
"That's Shamouti Island which means that we're in the middle of the Orange Islands" Maren says with the group nodding as the waves continue pushing the boat towards the island. Pikachu along with Riolu and Frogadier continue to look forward as we then cut away from the group and go over to Pallet Town. In Pallet Town there's clear blue skies as we see Pidgey's flying high in the air. We then move away from the Pidgey's and head over to the Ketchum residents. Inside the house we see a picture of Ash, Misty, Leaf, and Brock along with their Pokémon before they went to the Orange Islands. Next to that picture is one that has a young Red (who's holding the Kanto League trophy), Delia, Blue, Rose, Yellow, Riley, and Sabrina all having smiles on their faces. We then come out of the house and see Delia along with Ash's Meowscarada watering the plants.
On the roof we see Ash's Dartrix along with Meltan happily sleeping. Next, we see Ash's Incineroar and Lycanroc having a light training session with each other while Ash's Alolan Raichu (I forgot to mention this before, but Raichu also stays at Delia's house too) cheers them on. And last, we see Mr. Mime happily sweeping the entrance of the house making sure to get rid of all of the dust. As they continue to enjoy themselves, they hear a bell which causes them to turn around as they see Prof. Oak riding on his bike. When the man makes it, he looks at them and speaks.
"Good morning, Delia nice weather we're having wouldn't you say?" Oak asks as Delia smiles and speaks.
"I agree the weather has been very nice lately which is good for the plants that Meowscarada and I are growing" Delia says with Oak nodding as he looks at the plants and speaks.
"I must say you two certainly have green thumbs and everyone else seems to be doing great as well." Oak says making Delia along with Meowscarada and the other Pokémon smile. But their smiles don't last for long as suddenly they feel a wind breeze which causes them to look at the sky. When they do they see the once bright sky become dark and cloudy. Mr. Mime quickly runs into the house as suddenly it begins to rain. Before the rain reaches them, Mr. Mime reappears and holds an umbrella above Delia and Meowscarada's heads blocking them from the rain while everyone else gets soaked. When that happens the rain suddenly disappears as Delia speaks.
"That was weird" Delia says with the others nodding as they then see a few snowflakes falling down as Delia speaks.
"Is that snow?" Delia asks as Oak speaks.
"It is but there shouldn't be any snow at this time of the year as it's almost summer" Oak says with Delia agreeing with him as Mr. Mime looks at the sky and speaks.
"Mime!" Mr. Mime says causing the 2 humans along with the 6 mons to look as their eyes grow wide and see an aurora borealis. They all have surprised looks on their faces and see a flock of Pidgey's flying towards it. A few seconds later the Pidgey's along with the borealis disappear as the sky becomes clear again. They all have surprised looks on their faces as they all then begin to feel the ground shaking. They look back and see a big group of Diglett and Dugtrio heading for them. They all have surprised looks on their faces as Oak quickly jumps off his bike as the mole Pokémon then begin to take it away. When that happens Mr. Mime begins to freak out with Incineroar, Lycanroc, Raichu, Meowscarada, Dartrix, and Meltan all looking forward, having serious looks on their faces and growling as Delia speaks.
"What's going on with them?" Delia asks as Oak speaks.
"Something must be happening with mother nature" Oak says making Delia confused as Oak continues to speak.
"Pokémon are more in tune with nature than we are and are able to tell when something's wrong. So, this means that somewhere in the world something is going terribly wrong." Oak says with Delia nodding as Oak continues to speak.
"Anyway, I should head back to the lab as the Pokémon there are probably acting weird too and Daisy's going to need help." Oak says with Delia nodding as she speaks.
"We'll come with you" Delia says with Oak nodding as they along with Mr. Mime and the 6 mons begin running over to the lab. We now move away from them and come over to a random island somewhere in the Orange Islands. We zoom in on the island and see Nemona as she looks forward and sees an explosion. Out of the explosion appears her shiny Meowscarada who lands on the ground and when the mon does the smoke clears revealing Nemona's Quaquaval along with a Skeledirge. The 3 mons continue looking at each other as Nemona speaks.
"You 3 are looking great out there let's continue!" Nemona says with the 3-mons nodding as they shoot forward and continue battling each other. Meanwhile off to the side we see Rika, Larry, and Hassel watching Nemona train her Pokémon as Larry speaks.
"She's really motivated huh?" Larry says as Rika speaks.
"That's what happens when you have a rival which makes you want to improve yourself" Rika says as Hassel speaks.
"Rika's right but I do wish that she showed this much enthusiasm in art class" Hassel says with the other two nodding as they continue watching Nemona train. Back on the battlefield we see the 3-mons clash with each other then back away as Nemona speaks.
"Okay now Meowscarada use-" Before Nemona can finish they all hear a voice.
"So, this is where you are" The voice says causing Nemona to stop as she along with the 3 adults look at where the voice came from. When they do they see Purpsix, Browsix, and Greesix appear. They look at the 4 humans and 3 mons as Hassel speaks.
"May I ask who you are?" Hassel says as Purpsix speaks.
"Usually, I'd be glad to tell you but we're not in the mood to introduce ourselves as we're here to battle" Purpsix says as he along with Browsix and Greesix get their Pokeball's ready Nemona speaks.
"Oh, you're here to battle? Well in that case I'll take you on!" Nemona says while having an excited look on her face with her Pokémon getting into battle stances as suddenly Rika, Larry, Hassel stand in front of her surprising the girl as she speaks.
"Hey what are you guys doing?" Nemona asks as Rika speaks.
"Sorry Nemona but will you let us handle these 3?" Rika asks as Larry speaks.
"They don't seem like the type of people that battle to have fun" Larry says as Hassel speaks.
"We also promised your parents that we'd protect you so it's best that you don't get involved" Hassel says while having a serious look on his face with Nemona nodding as she speaks.
"Fine I understand and besides I'll finally get to see you guys battle up close" Nemona says while having an excited look on her face as Hassel then looks at the 3 men and speaks.
"I'll only say this once leave now or face our wrath" Hassel says while having a serious look on his face as Purpsix smiles and speaks.
"No can do as our boss ordered us to still your Pokémon and that's just what we're going to do!" Purpsix says as he along with his brothers throw their Pokeball's forward. Purpsix sends out his Tentacruel, Browsix sends out his Ursaring, and Greesix sends out his Breloom. When the 3 mons appear, they have serious looks on their faces and their bodies are covered in a shadowy aura as Nemona speaks.
"What's with that shadowy aura?" Nemona asks as Hassel speaks.
"If I were to guess they're probably shadow Pokémon" Hassel says as Nemona speaks.
"What are shadow Pokémon?" Nemona asks as Larry speaks.
"Shadow Pokémon are Pokémon that have no free will of their own and are only used for battle" Larry says with Nemona nodding as Rika speaks.
"I've heard rumors that back in the Orrie Region a group called Team Snagem were the only ones who used shadow Pokémon so seeing 3 of them in front of us is surprising. Also, if I were to guess these 3 Pokémon only became shadow Pokémon recently am I right?" Rika says with the group nodding as Purpsix speaks.
"You 3 are pretty knowledgeable but it makes sense as you're all Elite 4 members. Also, what the woman said is right about our Pokémon becoming shadow Pokémon recently. Our boss figured that since we'll be going up against you that our Pokémon needed a power up, so we turned them into shadow Pokémon and they're stronger than ever before." Purpsix says with his brothers along with their Pokémon agreeing with him as Hassel speaks.
"I'll admit your Pokémon do indeed look strong but in the face of the Paldea Elite 4 they're nothing! Rika! Larry!" Hassel says with the 2 adults nodding as they all pull out one Pokeball each and throw them forward. Rika sends out a Clodsire, Larry sends out a Flamigo, and Hassel sends out an ice dragon Pokémon called Baxcalibur who lets out a mighty roar as Hassel speaks.
"Now it's time for this!" Hassel says as he along with Rika and Larry pull out Tera Orbs and speak.
"Terastallize!" The 3 adults say as they throw the orbs forward (Rika does a little spin). The 3 orbs appear on their respective Pokémon's heads and glow brightly as the 3 mons are then incased in crystals. A couple seconds later the 3-mons burst out of the crystals, their bodies are now glistening and have jewels on the top of their heads. Clodsire has what looks to be a cut-through model of the Earth on its head, Flamigo's jewel has 3 balloons, and Baxcalibur has the face and wings of a dragon on it. The 3-mons let out a mighty roar creating a big shockwave that pushes the Hexagon brothers along with their Pokémon back a little bit. A few seconds later the shockwave disappears as the 3 mons look forward having serious looks on their faces. Off to the side Nemona along with her Pokémon are in awe as Hassel speaks.
"I'll give you all one more chance to leave" Hassel says while having a serious look on his face as Purpsix speaks.
"Please just because your Pokémon are wearing some fancy jewelry on their heads doesn't scare us! Let's do this brothers!" Purpsix says with Browsix and Greesix agreeing with him as they all speak.
"Use Shadow Rush!" The 3 men call as the 3-mons roar, they cover their bodies in shadow energy and begin running towards the 3 mons. Hassel lets out a sigh and speaks.
"Fools" Hassel says as he along with Rika and Larry speak.
"Use Tera Blast!" The 3 adults call with the 3-mons roaring as the jewels on their heads glow more intensely and they all fire 3 beams of ground, flying, and dragon energy. The 3 beams then combine together becoming one big beam and a couple seconds later the beam collides with the 3-mons creating an explosion along with a strong gust a wind. A few seconds later the wind along with the smoke goes away as everyone looks forward and sees that the 3 shadow Pokémon are knocked out. Purpsix along with Browsix and Greesix all have surprised looks on their faces as Greesix speaks.
"We lost" Greesix says as Browsix speaks.
"And only to one attack" Browsix says while Purpsix has a shocked expression on his face Hassel speaks.
"Now that you've seen our power you should know that you can't defeat us" Hassel says while Purpsix looks at him he's about to throw another Pokeball forward but stops himself as he knows that his other Pokémon won't be able to win. Purpsix calms himself down as Greesix speaks.
"What now Purpsix?" Greesix asks as Purpsix speaks.
"We're leaving" Purpsix says as he along with his brothers return their Pokémon back to their Pokeball's and begin leaving the island heading back to Cipher HQ. Once they're gone Clodsire, Flamigo, and Baxcalibur revert back to their normal forms as their trainers come over to them and tell them good job. When they do that Nemona has stars in her eyes and speaks.
"You 3 were amazing! I'm so happy that I got to see you all battle up close!" Nemona says happily with the 3 adults nodding as Larry speaks.
"I wonder what made them think that they could try to steal our Pokémon?" Larry says with the others wondering too. After that they notice the clouds becoming darker and the wild Pokémon on the island beginning to act weird. They also notice their Pokémon acting a little weird too as Nemona speaks.
"What's going on?" Nemona asks as Hassel speaks.
"Seems like the Pokémon are noticing that something is currently wrong" Hassel responds as Larry speaks.
"And it looks like a lot of them are heading in that direction" Larry says as they all see multiple Pokémon flying/swimming in the direction they're looking at as Rika speaks.
"If I remember right, I believe that's the direction of where Shamouti Island is so something must be happening there." Rika says with Hassel and Larry nodding as Nemona speaks.
"Do you think that it's a strong Pokémon? Because if it is then maybe we should go there so that I can request it for a battle" Nemona says while having an excited look on her face as Hassel speaks.
"Sorry Ms. Nemona but it would be unwise for us to head out while the weather is like this so it would be best to stay on this island" Hassel says making Nemona sad as Rika speaks.
"Come on let's go back to the Pokémon Center" Rika says with Nemona nodding as she along with the others and their Pokémon begin walking back to the center. As they continue to walk Larry looks at Hassel and speaks.
"You seem very uneasy" Larry says as Hassel speaks.
"I just have a feeling that something really bad is going to happen" Hassel says with Larry nodding as they all continue heading for the center. We now cut away from them and go back to the group who've crash landed on the Shamouti Island beach. We see Ash along with Misty, Leaf, and Tracey get off the boat. When they do Ash speaks.
"Looks like we're all okay" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"It's a good thing that we have luck on our side" Misty says with the group agreeing with her. Tracey then looks to his left and sees something that scares him as he speaks.
"I think our luck just ran out" Tracey says making the 3 kids and Togetic confused as they look and get surprised looks on their faces as they see multiple people wearing tribal masks and holding spears. The people go over to the 4 kids surrounding them, making the group scared as one of the people then looks at the boat sees Maren and speaks.
"Maren is that you?" The person says making the group confused as they see the person remove their mask revealing that it's a young woman with short hair. Maren looks at her smiles and speaks.
"Oh, it's Carol! How many years has it been?" Maren asks as Carol speaks.
"Let's see the last time we saw each other was when we went to Branch School on Mandarin Island so about 5 years" Carol answers with Maren nodding as she speaks.
"Seeing as you're all dressed up that must mean that it's finally time for the festival. So, are you going to be the Festival Maden again this year?" Maren asks as Carol speaks.
"Oh, no I'm too old for that now so my little sister is taking over. Speaking of my sister where is she?" Carol says as everyone then hears a voice.
"I'm over here!" The voice says causing everyone to look as they see a young girl around Ash's, Leaf's, and Misty's age who's wearing sunglasses as she speaks.
"I'm the only one here not wearing some lame costume you'd think that after a few centuries everyone would've outgrown this thing. Besides the ceremony doesn't start for an hour anyway so for the time being I get to wear what I want." The girl says as Carol speaks.
"This isn't lame it's tradition and you should be honored that you're taking part!" Carol says as the girl then lets out a yawn and telling Carol not to worry as she'll be there to take part in the "legend". Carol looks at the girl and has an annoyed look on her face as she lets out a sigh then looks back at the group and speaks.
"Let me introduce you that's Melody my little sister. She's this year's shrine maiden and has a leading role in the festival" Carol says with the group nodding as they see Melody cracking her neck Carol then looks at Maren and speaks.
"By the way Maren who are they?" Carol asks as Maren speaks.
"Oh, let me introduce you first off this boy here is Ash Ketchum and he's a Pokémon Trainer" Maren says and when she's about to introduce the others the people speak.
"A POKEMON TRAINER?!" The people exclaim as they then begin to cheer which surprises the group while Melody looks over at Ash. Suddenly an old man wearing a bird mask appears before Ash and begins to speak.
"The ancient legend foretells your arrival saying that only an exceptional trainer along with the god of the sea can vanquish the titans of Fire, Ice, and Lightning. The fate of the world rest in your hands oh Chosen One" The man says as Ash speaks.
"It does?" Ash asks while having a worried look on his face as the old man smiles and speaks.
"Don't worry kid it's only for tradition and the tourist" The old man says with Ash nodding as Melody then appears she looks at Ash and speaks.
"So, you're this year's Chosen One and a Pokémon Trainer huh?" Melody asks while she continues to look at Ash as she smiles and speaks.
"Well, I guess you'll do and here's your traditional welcome kiss" Melody says as she then kisses Ash on the cheek which shocks the group especially Misty who then gets jealous as she glares at Melody. Melody then sees Misty glaring at her and speaks.
"And who might you be? Are you his little sister?" Melody asks as Misty speaks.
"Little sister? Hah! No way!" Misty responds as Melody continues looking at Misty sees the blue necklace around her neck smiles and speaks.
"Then that must mean that you're his girlfriend" Melody says making Misty blush even more as she speaks.
"What I'm not his girlfriend and the name's Misty!" Misty says while blushing profusely as Melody smiles and speaks.
"Really? Because your face and that necklace you have around your neck tells me otherwise" Melody says making Misty blush even more as Melody continues to speak.
"Well seeing as you have followed him all the way out here you have great taste" Melody says as she puts her sunglasses back on the group look at her then back at Misty who continues to blush more as the old man speaks.
"We've finally found our Chosen One! It's time to celebrate!" The old man says with the other people agreeing with him as they begin playing music and begin walking away from the beach. The group begin to follow them Ash along with Tracey (who has his sketchbook out) have excited looks on their faces, Leaf's excited too then looks over at Misty who still has some blush on her face and is a little flustered. Leaf tells Misty not to worry with Misty nodding as we then come over to Pikachu (who's on Ash's head), Riolu and Frogadier (who're walking next to Ash). They all look up at the dark sky having worried looks on their faces as everyone continues to walk an hour goes by. During this time the group got to walk around the festival seeing many things like a parade, and people along with their Pokémon dancing. Tracey begins to do some sketches while Leaf joins in on the dancing, Ash notices that Misty is feeling down and when he was going to ask her to play one of the festival games with him Melody pulls him over instead leaving Misty alone. After that they're all now in a dining room we see Maren sitting with Carol and the old man then speaks.
"And she says no I have Krabby's" Maren says causing Carol along with the old man to laugh. We now come over to another table where the groups sitting at and see Pikachu along with Riolu, Frogadier, Togetic, Tracey and Leaf eating some food. As they continue to eat Misty thinks about Melody and speaks.
"That Melody who does she think she is" Misty says to herself while having an annoyed look on her face as she eats a Drumstick Ash speaks.
"I'm interested in seeing what my part in the legends festival is going to be like" Ash says with Tracey nodding and just when Ash's about to eat they all hear music. This causes everyone to look at the stage as they see Melody in a dress while playing a flute. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Leaf speaks.
"Look it's Melody" Leaf says as Tracey speaks.
"She really does look like a shrine maiden" Tracey says as Misty's surprised by how beautiful Melody looks. Misty then looks over at Ash and sees just how interested he is with Melody. Misty gets annoyed again and speaks.
"Hmph she's just showing off" Misty says to herself as a few seconds later Melody stops playing the flute. Everyone claps for Melody as she then jumps off the stage and runs over to the group. When she gets close enough, she speaks.
"Hear Ye All! When the heavens and earth are enraged and the world is reaching its demise the god of the sea shall once again appear, and with the help of a skilled trainer it shall quell the fury of the titans." Melody says as she then bends down in front of Ash looks at him in the eyes and speaks.
"Oh, Chosen One if you're truly an exceptional trainer please prove it" Melody says making Ash confused as he speaks.
"Prove it? How?" Ash asks as Melody speaks.
"Oh, that's right you wouldn't know since it is tradition, but you shouldn't worry about it too much as we do this every year" Melody says as she then sits down on one of the chairs that's next to Tracey Carol speaks.
"Melody" Carol says as Melody looks at her and smiles. Melody then grabs three fruits from the fruit bowl, looks at Ash, hands him the fruit and begins to speak.
"In order to prove yourself you must gather 3 treasures from Fire Island, Ice Island, and Lightning Island which are in the surrounding waters. Then once you gather all 3, you'll place them all into the altar on this Island and then I'll play my flute for the gods" Melody says as she does a twirl and plays her flute a little bit. Once she does that, she looks at Ash and speaks.
"And that's the end of the festival sounds pretty easy right?" Melody says as Ash speaks.
"How will I get to these Islands to find the treasures?" Ash asks as Melody speaks.
"You'll travel by boat of course. Also, when you make it to the Islands there are stairs that lead up to the shrines where the treasures are" Melody says with Ash nodding as he then smiles stands up and speaks.
"Alright! Let's go right now!" Ash says while having a determined look on his face as Melody smiles and speaks.
"I like your enthusiasm Ash but there's no need to rush the festival continues until tomorrow meaning that you can travel to the islands tomorrow too. So, for now just relax" Melody says as Ash speaks.
"Sorry Melody but after hearing all that I can't relax now and like you said I'm the Chosen One, so I have to be responsible and it's best to strike while the iron's hot." Ash says while having a confident look on his face as Misty speaks.
"I'm sure it is" Misty says as she then eats a grape as Maren speaks.
"I like your spirit Ash let's take my boat and we'll head to Fire Island" Maren says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Thanks Maren! And Misty, do you want to come?" Ash asks as Misty speaks.
"Sorry Ash but no seeing as you're the "Chosen One" I doubt you need me" Misty says which makes Ash a little sad and just before he can say anything Pikachu along with Riolu and Frogadier sense something. Pikachu quickly grabs Ash's hat as he along with the 2 mons begin running down the stairs as Ash speaks.
"Hey Pikachu give me back my hat!" Ash says as he begins to run after the 3 mons with Maren following them. A couple seconds later they then get in the boat and Maren begins sailing towards Fire Island. Once they're gone, we come back to the others as Melody looks at Misty and speaks.
"You're really not going with him?" Melody asks as Misty speaks.
"Ash's tough he can handle it" Misty responds as Melody speaks.
"Really even in this storm?" Melody asks as Misty speaks.
"He's been in worse situations before" Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"I don't know Misty I think Melody's right because it really doesn't look good outside" Leaf says as Tracey speaks.
"Yeah, I get the feeling that the storm Ash along with Maren are in now is going to be worse than the one that happened to us earlier today" Tracey says with Leaf agreeing with him. Misty then looks outside and sees the storm starting to get worse. Misty looks at Togetic who has a worried look on his face. Togetic then looks at Misty as the girl looks outside again and speaks.
"Ash…" Misty says while having a worried look on her face as we then come over to the boat. We see Pikachu along with Riolu, and Frogadier looking forward having serious looks on their faces while Ash has a smile. A couple seconds later there's lightning and it begins to rain. Next, we come over to a cave and see a Slowking who's looking outside as it speaks.
"Disturb not the harmony of Fire, Ice, or Lightning" The mon says as he then sees a lightning bolt pass by causing the mon to sigh and speaks.
"This is turning into a mess" The mon says as he continues looking out the cave we now cut away from the mon and come back to the boat that Ash's in. As the boat continues to sail the rain starts coming down harder and the waves are thrashing more. As the boat continues to sail Ash gets a worried look on his face as he speaks.
"Hopefully the legend ceremony doesn't include a funeral" Ash says as the boat continues to sail, we come back to the Shamouti Island dining hall and see Melody (in a new outfit), her sister Carol and the old man looking at the storm. They continue to look as Melody speaks.
"This storm it has to be the worst storm I've ever seen" Melody says as she then looks at Carol and speaks.
"Carol I'm going to borrow your boat" Melody says as Carol speaks.
"What are you planning on doing Melody?" Carol asks as Melody speaks.
"Two people are caught in this storm because of our stupid traditions and what makes it worse is that I asked Ash to go. I have to do this it's my responsibility." Melody says, with Carol nodding as she then gives Melody the keys to her boat and when she does Melody begins running towards it. As Melody's running towards the boat, she then hears a voice.
"Wait!" The voice says causing Melody to look back as she sees Misty (who's wearing a pink jacket), Togetic, Leaf, and Tracey all running towards her. When they catch up to her, they continue to run as Melody looks at Misty and speaks.
"I thought you said that you weren't coming?" Melody asks as Misty speaks.
"Of course, I am and before you say anything it's not because I'm in love with Ash or anything he's just one of my best friends!" Misty says as Melody speaks.
"Well, you did follow him all the way here, so I guess that makes sense" Melody says as Misty speaks.
"I didn't follow him he just so happens to go wherever I'm going, and he still owes me a bike!" Misty responds making Melody roll her eyes, Leaf along with Tracey sigh while Togetic's confused. A few seconds later they make it to the boat Melody inserts the key and speaks.
"Here we go!" Melody says as she turns the key and starts the boat as it begins to sail forward at a fast speed. As the boat continues to sail the 4 kids along with Togetic have serious looks on their faces as Misty thinks.
"Ash please stay safe" Misty says to herself as we now cut away from the group and go up high into the air as we see the large flying palace. We see the dock to the ship open as a helicopter enters it and lands. Once it does the ship's dock closes as Greevil along with Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix appear out of the helicopter and when they do they hear a voice.
"So, you've finally made it" The voice says causing the 4 of them to look as they see the collector having a smile on his face. Greevil looks at him and speaks.
"So, you're the collector" Greevil says as the man speaks.
"Yes, I do sometimes go by that name, but my real name is Lawrence the 3rd" Lawernce says with Greevil nodding as he speaks.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you Lawrence my name's Greevil and I'm the leader of Team Cipher." Greevil says with Lawrence nodding as he then looks at the 3 men standing next to Greevil and speaks.
"I didn't know that you'd bring bodyguards with you" Lawrence says as Greevil speaks.
"Well one thing you should know about me is that I'm a very cautious man don't tell me that them being here bothers you" Greevil says as Lawrence smiles and speaks.
"Not at all the more the merrier" Lawrence says with Greevil nodding as he then gets serious and speaks.
"Now then onto business is it true that you're able to summon Lugia?" Greevil asks as Lawrence smiles and speaks.
"Why yes I am now follow me as I'm going to show you something" Lawrence says with the 4 men nodding as they begin to follow him. Greevil along with the 3 men continue following Lawrence as a couple minutes later they enter a big room and continue walking. They continue to walk until they suddenly stop as Greevil along with the 3 men have surprised looks on their faces once they see the captured Moltres who's roaring in anger as Lawrence speaks.
"Is this enough proof?" Lawrence asks as Greevil speaks.
"You actually managed to capture Moltres?" Greevil asks with Lawerence nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, next I'll be capturing Zapdos and then Articuno. And once I have all 3 the king will appear" Lawrence says with Greevil nodding as he speaks.
"Well, you really out did yourself so as a reward I guess it's time we give you what you wanted" Greevil says as he looks over at Resix with the man nodding. Resix walks a couple steps forward and pulls out a device as Greevil speaks.
"This device is called the Shadow Program it was created by the Cipher company's greatest scientist Ein. Once a Pokémon is hit by this device the door to their hearts will be closed turning them into mindless fighting machines that'll do everything you say." Greevil says with Lawrence nodding as he speaks.
"Interesting can we test it out?" Lawrence asks as Greevil speaks.
"Sure, do you have any Pokémon?" Greevil asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Why yes I do as a big shipment of them came in a couple of days ago" Lawrence says as he then takes them to a room that's filled with Pokémon that are statues and in glass cases. Greevil along with his men look at the amount of Pokémon as Greevil looks at Lawrence and speaks.
"I can make the assumption that Hunter J's the one that delivered these Pokémon?" Greevil asks with Lawrence nodding as he speaks.
"You are correct she managed to capture every Pokémon I listed making my collection complete. The only thing I wish is that she accepted my invitation for dinner" Lawerence says as Greevil speaks.
"Anyway, which Pokémon do you want us to turn into a Shadow Pokémon first?" Greevil asks as Lawrence looks at the mons, he sees an Onix and speaks.
"How about this Onix" Lawrence says as he then unfreezes the giant rock snake's face. When he does the mon looks at him and roars, having an angry look on its face as Greevil looks at Resix and speaks.
"Do it now" Greevil says with Resix nodding as he presses a button on the device and sends out a beam that hits Onix. When that happens the rock snake roars in pain as a few seconds later its eyes glow red and gains a shadowy aura around its body. Once that happens the rock snake lets out a mighty roar as Lawrence smiles and speaks.
"Brilliant absolutely brilliant" Lawrence says while clapping his hands as he then turns the rock snake back into a statue. When he does that, he looks at Greevil and speaks.
"Have you tested this device on a legendary Pokémon before?" Lawrence asks as Greevil speaks.
"Yes, I did in fact the first legendary I tested it on was Lugia, but it managed to free itself. So, this time around once I see Lugia again I'll use this device, take full control of the beast and rule the world" Greevil says with Lawrence nodding as Greevil then looks at Lawrence and speaks.
"By the way now that you've captured Moltres when will you capture Zapdos?" Greevil asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Pretty soon actually as while we were talking, I received word that Zapdos will be making an appearance on Fire Island soon" Lawrence responds with Greevil nodding as he speaks.
"Good" Greevil says as he then looks at Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix then speaks.
"You 3 stay here and continue turning all of these Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon" Greevil says with the 3 men nodding as they continue Greevil along with Lawrence leave the room and Lawrence's ship begins heading towards Fire Island. After that we come back to the Shamouti Island dining hall and see Carol along with the old man watching the news on a TV. On the screen it showcases a nearby town that has pouring rain and lightning as the news caster speaks.
"As you can see multiple unprecedented natural disasters are happening all around the world and scientists have confirmed that there's an anomaly in the deep-sea current" The man on the TV says as on the screen it showcases multiple cities/towns having pouring rain, massive snow or flooding water as the man on the TV continues.
"For those unaware the Deep-Sea current is a water current that flows at the bottom of the ocean and is said to control the weather and climate around the world" The man on the screen says as he then shows a diagram of the sea current. We then come over to Oak's lab where we see him along with Delia and Mr. Mime looking at the screen as Oak speaks.
"So, the deep-sea current is the cause" Oak says as suddenly one of the windows to the lab breaks surprising the 2 adults and the mime as back on the screen the man continues to speak.
"It seems as though this anomaly has originated around the middle of the Orange Islands." The man on the screen says as on the screen appears the deep-sea current along with Shamouti, Fire, Ice, and Lightning Islands. Oak along with Delia and Mr. Mime have surprised looks on their faces as Delia speaks.
"The Orange Islands? That's where Ash and his friends are" Delia says with Oak nodding as Oak then gets a call on his computer and speaks.
"Looks like someone's calling me" Oak says as he presses a button to answer and when he does Prof. Ivy appears on the screen as Oak speaks.
"It's Prof. Ivy" Oak says as the woman begins to speak.
"Prof. Oak the Pokémon on Valencia Island are all acting strange" Ivy says as in the background we see Brock along with Ivy's assistants running around trying their best to keep the Pokémon calm as Ivy continues to speak.
"How are the Pokémon at your lab?" Ivy asks as Oak speaks.
"Currently they seem fine" Oak responds with Ivy nodding but a couple seconds later Daisy bursts into the room and speaks.
"Grandpa!" Daisy says alerting the two adults along with Mr. Mime as they look at her Oak speaks.
"Daisy what's wrong?" Oak asks as Daisy speaks.
"It's Ash's Pokémon along with the Meltan!" Daisy says making Oak along with Delia and Mr. Mime confused as they all then head over to the ranch. When they make it to the ranch, they see all of Ash's Pokémon along with all of the Meltan gathered together. We see Ash's Venusaur, Clefable, and Gyarados roaring with Ash's other Pokémon roaring too as Delia speaks.
"What do you think they're talking about?" Delia asks but neither Oak nor Daisy now. After that Gyarados roars again as a few of Ash's Pokémon get on the sea serpents back and he begins flying in the air. Raichu, along with Clefable, Gengar, and Noctowl use psychic to lift not only Ash's Pokémon who can't fly but also the Meltan as well. We then see Ash's flying types beginning to fly too as they all begin following after Gyarados leaving the ranch. The 3 adults all have surprised looks on their faces as they watch them all fly into the storm Delia speaks.
"Where are they going?!" Delia asks as Daisy speaks.
"If I'm right I believe that direction is where the Orange Islands are" Daisy answers as Oak speaks.
"Of course, they're probably worried about Ash, so they left the ranch in order to help him." Oak says as Delia speaks.
"If that's the case then I want to go to the Orange Islands too as I'm worried about Ash" Delia says as Oak speaks.
"I know how you feel Delia, but we currently don't have a way to get there" Oak says as Daisy speaks.
"We could use my Aerodactyl, but I need him here to help calm down and help the Pokémon that live at the ranch." Daisy says with Delia nodding as a couple seconds later they all hear the sounds of a helicopter. They all look in the air and see a helicopter as it lands on the grass. Once it does Rose along with Blue come out of it as Delia speaks.
"Rose, Blue is that you?!" Delia asks with the 2 adults nodding as Daisy speaks.
"What're you doing here?" Daisy asks as Rose speaks.
"Well since Ash along with Leaf are currently in the Orange Islands, I figured it be best to go as I'm worried about Leaf, and I know that Delia is worried about Ash" Rose says as Blue speaks.
"And I'm here to help Daisy take care of the Pokémon" Blue says as Oak speaks.
"But shouldn't you be helping around the region?" Oak asks as Blue speaks.
You'd think so but currently the gym leaders, Lorelai, Bruno, Agatha along with the Officer Jennys are going around the region making sure everyone is safe" Blue responds as Rose speaks.
"Sabrina along with Yellow and Sabrina's assistant Anabel are also using their psychic powers to help people and Pokémon too" Rose says with the 3 adults nodding as Blue speaks.
"Dad, Delia you better hurry up and get in the helicopter before the storm gets worse" Blue says with the 2 adults nodding as they along with Rose get in the helicopter (Delia tells Mr. Mime to stay and help Daisy and Blue take care of the Pokémon that live in the ranch with the mime nodding). Just when the copter is about to start Delia looks at Rose and speaks.
"Have you been able to contact Red?" Delia asks as Rose speaks.
"No, I haven't but knowing him he's probably heading to the same place we are" Rose says with Delia nodding as Oak speaks.
"On our way to Shamouti Island we should make a stop on Valencia Island as I'm sure Prof. Ivy can help" Oak says with the 2 women nodding as Rose then looks at the pilot and speaks.
"Okay we're ready!" Rose says with the pilot nodding as he presses a button causing the helicopter to fly in the air and go forward. Daisy along with Blue, and Mr. Mime wave them goodbye until they can't see them anymore. We now go inside the helicopter Delia's currently looking out the window and sees just how bad the storm is starting to get as she speaks.
"Ash, Red please stay safe" The woman says to herself with a worried look on her face as the helicopter keeps going. We now come back to Daisy, Blue, and Mr. Mime. They don't see the helicopter anymore as Daisy looks at her father and speaks.
"Dad, do you think that Gary's okay?" Daisy asks while having a worried look on her face as Blue looks at her and speaks.
"Yeah, you know your brother I'm sure that he's taking care of himself." Blue says with Daisy nodding as Blue continues to speak.
"Now then let's start calming down the Pokémon" Blue says with Daisy nodding as they along with Mr. Mime begin going around the ranch and begin to calm the Pokémon that live there (Leaf's along with Gary's Pokémon help them). After that we come to a forest in the Johto region and see multiple Pokémon running away from a forest fire. As they continue to run an Oddish suddenly trips, the mon looks and sees that a burning tree is about to fall on top of it as it then hears a voice.
"Hydro Pump!" The voice says as a large Hydro Pump appears and easily gets rid of the burning tree along with some of the fire. Oddish has a surprised look on its face as it then looks forward and sees Gary (Should have mentioned back in chapter 98 but Gary is also 11 years old too and his birthday happened a week prior to Ash and Leaf's) along with his Blastoise and shiny Tyranitar. Gary walks over to the Oddish bends down and speaks.
"You're safe now" Gary says as he then sprays a Hyper Potion on the plant making the mon feel better and making Gary along with the 2-mons smile. After that the Oddish then joins its friends as they continue to run away. Once they're gone Gary along with Blastoise and Tyranitar look at the storming sky as Gary speaks.
"What's going on?" Gary questions as he along with his Pokémon continue looking at the sky as they see multiple bolts of electricity coming from the clouds. After that we pan around the world seeing multiple cities, towns, and many other places being affected by the storm. In those areas we also see the regions Gym leaders, Elite 4 members, and each regions Champion doing their best to save as many people and Pokémon as they can. We also see many trainers helping out too like Giselle, Joe, AJ, Ritchie, Harrison, Bea, Korrina, Gladion, Calem, Alain, Kiawe, Lillie, Lana, Mallow, Sophocles, Kukui, Burnet and even Paul's helping as well. Next, we come to different areas of the Orange Islands where we see the Gym Leaders along with Wikstrom, Barry, Hau, Rinto, Nemona, Rika, Larry, and Hassel helping out too. We also see this world's Mewtwo secretly helping out both people and Pokémon but he's currently wearing a disguise so that no one will recognize him. As everyone continues doing their best, we come over to the Cipher Base on New Orrie Island, we head inside the base and see that it's calm with the employees walking around as one of them speaks.
"I can't wait for master Greevil to capture Lugia" The man says as the other one speaks.
"I also heard that when he does capture Lugia he's going to turn it into a Shadow Pokémon and with it nobody will stand in his way" The woman says with the man nodding as they then hear a voice.
"Hmmm interesting" The voice says causing the 2 employees to turn around as they see the other world Giovanni along with his Mewtwo. The two employees have surprised looks on their faces and are about to sound the alarm as Giovanni speaks.
"Do it" Giovanni says as he snaps his fingers with Mewtwo nodding as it uses its psychic powers to snap the two employees' necks killing them. When that happens the other cipher employees notice and sound the alarm as multiple cipher grunts appear and send out multiple Shadow Pokémon that go to attack Giovanni along with Mewtwo as the man speaks.
"This should keep us entertained for a while" Giovanni says with Mewtwo nodding as the mons eyes glow using its psychic powers. We then begin to pan away from the building and begin hearing multiple people in the cipher building screaming. 5 minutes later we come away from the building and come back to Ash who's currently riding in the boat. As the boat continues to sail forward the once pouring rain stops as Ash speaks.
"Looks like the rain finally stopped" Ash says as Maren speaks.
"But what's with these waves?" Maren says as she continues to control the boat that's sailing through the rough waves and making it harder for Maren to control. During this Maren sees large rocks up ahead and begins doing her best to dodge them which kind of makes Ash along with Pikachu, Riolu, and Frogadier stumble a little bit. The boat keeps going until a wave pushes it high into the air as the rudder of the boat then hits a rock and breaks apart. When that happens the boat lands back in the water Maren notices that she's having trouble controlling the boat as she speaks.
"The rudder's not working!" Maren says surprising Ash as Pikachu looks forward and speaks.
"Pika, chu!" Pikachu says alerting everyone as they see that they're getting closer to the island a big wave lifts up the boat and sends it flying forward. Ash along with Maren yell as the boat then crash lands on the island safely. When that happens Pikachu along with Riolu and Frogadier are about to fall but Ash manages to grab them in time. After that Ash then looks forward and sees a lot of stairs that possibly leads to the shrine as Maren speaks.
"Well, we finally made it" Maren says and when she says that suddenly Pikachu along with Riolu and Frogadier begin running forward with Ash running after them as Maren speaks.
"Ash wait you should stay here for now as the weather's going to get worse!" Maren says as Ash looks at her and speaks.
"I wish I could but Pikachu along with Riolu and Frogadier are acting weird, and I want to find out why. You stay here and we'll be back soon!" Ash says as he along with the 3 mons begin running up the stairs Maren speaks.
"That kid" Maren says as she then looks over to her right and sees what looks to be a hot air balloon with the face of a Meowth on it as she speaks.
"Are there other people on the island?" Maren says to herself as we then come over to where the shrine where the orb is and see Looker, Jessie, James, Meowth, Wes, and Rui. They're all looking around as Wes speaks.
"There are definitely signs of a battle here" Wes says with Rui nodding as James looks at Looker and speaks.
"Are we sure that this "Collector" guy is the reason as to why Moltres disappeared?" James asks as Looker speaks.
"Yes, I'm certain that he's the one which also means that we'll find a connection to him and Team Cipher as well" Looker says with James and the others nodding as they continue to look. We now come over to the group of Misty (Misty return Togetic back to his Pokeball), Leaf, Tracey, and Melody. Their boat continues riding through the crashing waves as Misty speaks.
"Can't you drive smoother?!" Misty says as Melody speaks.
"You try sailing through a storm like this!" Melody responds as Leaf along with Tracey look to the left and get scared looks on their faces as Leaf speaks.
"I don't think it's time for you guys to be arguing right now" Leaf says making the 2 girls confused as they look left and get surprised looks on their faces as a giant wave is coming towards them. Just when the wave's about to crash down on them Melody gets a determined look on her face and speaks.
"Hold on!" Melody says with the 3 kids holding on as Melody begins to make her boat surf the wave. The 3 kids have surprised looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"I hate to admit this but you're good" Misty says as Melody speaks.
"I've been around boats all of my life something like this is easy for me, so you guys don't need to be scared" Melody says as Misty speaks.
"Oh, I'm never scared of the sea as I grew up in a water Pokémon gym" Misty says as Melody looks at her and smiles. Melody's smile doesn't last for long as she along with the others notice the wave starting to collapse. Melody quickly makes the boat go faster as they then manage to make it out of the wave. When they do the waves continue getting rougher as a big wave then lifts up the boat and sends it flying towards Fire Island with the 4 kids holding on tightly. We then come over to Maren who's inside her boat and has made some coffee along with a few snacks. As Maren continues to relax, she suddenly hears something which forces her to come out of the boat and look. When she does, she sees the 4 kids and their boat on top of a rock pillar as Tracey looks at her and speaks.
"Hey Ms. Maren, are you and Ash, okay?" Tracey asks as Maren speaks.
"I should be the one asking you that but yes we're fine and thank you for coming to help as my boat isn't working anymore" Maren says with the 4 kids nodding as Melody speaks.
"Where's Ash?" Melody asks as Maren speaks.
"He along with his Pokémon went up ahead if you hurry you might be able to catch up" Maren says with the 4 kids nodding as Misty speaks.
"Now we just need to get down from here" Misty says and when she does a strong wind appears and begins to slowly push the boat backwards as Tracey speaks.
"We're going to fall!" Tracey says as Melody quickly takes action and pulls something. When she does two sails appear from the front of the boats which take in the wind and sends it forward. The boat flies in the air as Tracey speaks.
"I didn't know that this boat could fly" Tracey says as Leaf speaks.
"So! Cool!" Leaf says while having stars in her eyes as the boat then lands on the stairs Melody speaks.
"Nice a perfect landing" Melody says happily as the wind grows stronger and begins pushing the boat forward making it start to climb up the stairs as Misty speaks.
"We're really going up" Misty says while having a surprised look on her face as Melody speaks.
"Yep, because up here is Ash and we're going to help him right?" Melody says while looking at Misty with Misty looking at her as she smiles and nods. Misty then gets a serious look on her face as she along with the others look forward while the boat continues going up the stairs. High above in the clouds we come back to the flying air palace and see Moltres still trying to break free with Greevil looking at it as he looks at Lawrence and speaks.
"I must say I'm still surprised that you managed to capture Moltres" Greevil says as Lawrence speaks.
"Thank you and soon Moltres will have a friend" Lawrence says as we see the ship getting closer to Fire Island. Back on the island still climbing the stairs we see Ash still chasing after the 3 mons. Pikachu along with Riolu and Frogadier stop to look at Ash as the boy speaks.
"Pikachu, Riolu, Frogadier!" Ash says as the 3 mons continue running up the stairs with Ash continuing to follow them. After that we come back to where Looker, Jessie, James, Meowth, Wes, and Rui are. As they continue to investigate, they notice Ash's Pikachu, Riolu, and Frogadier running down the stairs with Ash following behind them. They along with Ash have surprised looks on their faces as Looker speaks.
"Ash?" Looker says as Ash speaks.
"Mr. Looker?" Ash says and before he or Ash can say anything they all hear a voice.
"Pika!" The voice says causing them to look as they see Pikachu, Riolu, and Frogadier next to a shrine causing Ash to run over to it. When he makes it to the shrine Ash sees a red crystal ball and stares at it as he speaks.
"This must be the first treasure" Ash says as he then begins trying to pull out the ball. As Ash is doing that, he's having trouble but after some cheering from Pikachu, Riolu, and Frogadier Ash manages to pull out the ball. When that happens Ash looks at the ball then puts it in his pocket and when he does that Looker along with the others run over to them. When they get close enough Looker looks at Ash and speaks.
"Ash I'm happy to see you again but what are you doing here?" Looker asks as Ash speaks.
"Oh, I'm currently taking part in the legends festival as I've been dubbed this year's Chosen One" Ash responds with Looker, Wes, and Rui nodding as Jessie speaks.
"You the Chosen One? What makes you so special?" Jessie asks with James and Meowth wondering the same as Ash speaks.
"Well wouldn't you like to know" Ash says while having a smug look on his face and making the 2 adults along with Meowth annoyed as Ash then looks at Looker and speaks.
"Anyway, Looker can I guess that the reason you're here involves Team Cipher?" Ash asks and just when Looker's about to answer suddenly a speed boat comes out of nowhere and lands on the ground surprising everyone. Then when the dust clears, they look at the boat and see Misty, Leaf, Tracey, and Melody. Melody then looks at Ash and speaks.
"There you are! Geez what made you think that coming here with this crazy weather was a good idea? Honestly you should've just listened to me and stayed at the party." Melody says while having an annoyed look on her face as Misty speaks.
"Welcome to our world now imagine having to deal with his stubborn and reckless attitude everyday" Misty says with Leaf and Tracey nodding and making Ash annoyed as Melody looks at her and speaks.
"Oh, don't worry you'll get used to it when you to eventually get married as you do love each other" Melody says making Misty along with Ash blush as Leaf speaks.
"You know I'm starting to like this girl" Leaf says while making Tracey confused as Jessie speaks.
"Hey, isn't it 10 years too early for you kids to be talking about romance, love, and hate?" Jessie says as James speaks.
"We're 5 years too late for that" James says as Meowth speaks.
"You two aren't too late as you love each other" Meowth says as Wobbuffet appears from his Pokeball and agrees with Meowth making Jessie and James glare at them as Rui hugs Wes's right arm and speaks.
"Well, I know for a fact that it isn't too soon or too late for us right Wes?" Rui says while having a happy look on her face causing Wes to look at her and blush a little bit. Looker then puts his hand on his head and shakes his head. Then when Looker's about to speak everyone then hears a voice.
"ARRRRRHHHHH!" The voice says causing everyone to stop talking as they see a few bolts of electricity and then Zapdos appears. The group all have surprised looks on their faces as Zapdos flies around for a little bit then lands on a rock pillar. Once it does Zapdos roars sending out a few bolts of electricity as the area they're in turns a light blue with electricity flowing everywhere as it's now become a magnetic field. Zapdos then continues to roar as Rui speaks.
"What's Zapdos doing here?" Rui questions but nobody knows as Misty speaks.
"This Zapdos looks bigger than the one we saw before" Misty says with Ash agreeing with her. Pikachu then fires an electric bolt that somewhat catches Zapdos's attention causing the mon to zap back and knocks Pikachu a couple feet away as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu!" Ash says as Pikachu stands back up and begins firing multiple small electric bolts at Zapdos as the bird continues to roar. Everyone continues watching Pikachu do this as Jessie speaks.
"What's it doing? Weak attacks like that aren't going to hurt Zapdos" Jessie says as Meowth speaks.
"Actually, Pikachu's not trying to hurt Zapdos but is trying to communicate with it" Meowth says as he continues to speak.
"Pikachu's asking Zapdos why it's on Fire Island since this is Moltres's home" Meowth says with the group nodding as they continue watching Pikachu trying to communicate with the mon. Pikachu fires one more electric bolt that finally catches Zapdos's attention. The electric bird fires an electric bolt of its own that connects with Pikachu as James looks at Meowth and speaks.
"What's Zapdos saying?" James asks as Meowth speaks.
"Zapdos is telling Pikachu that now that Moltres is gone it'll now become the new ruler of Fire Island" Meowth says with everyone nodding as Zapdos then roars sending out electricity everywhere showcasing its power. As Zapdos continues to do that suddenly its electricity begins heading towards the sky. Everyone looks up as out of the clouds appears a large flying palace that is absorbing Zapdos's electricity with its Lightning rods. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Looker speaks.
"That ship" Looker says as they continue watching the ship slowly descend, we then go inside it. Inside the ship we see Lawrence sitting in a chair with Greevil standing next to him as they then hear a voice.
"Now absorbing Zapdos's power" The voice says as Lawrence smiles and speaks.
"Zapdos's electric power is an artificial beauty that was brought forth thanks to the power of life" Lawerence says with Greevil agreeing with him as Lawerence then presses a button. When he does the bottom part of the ship opens and sends out multiple black squares that head for Zapdos. Zapdos quickly flies in the air and begins zapping the black squares, easily destroying them. As Zapdos continues to fly around a couple black squares appear next to the group, grabs them and begins taking them to the ship. Back to Zapdos it continues flying around until a couple seconds later 2 black squares slam into the bird making it stop as they then capture Zapdos and begin taking it to the ship. Once Zapdos along with the group are at the ship the bottom part of it closes as we then go over to Lawrence and Greevil as Greevil speaks.
"You've now successfully captured Zapdos" Greevil says as Lawerence speaks.
"Yes, now the last one we need to capture is Articuno and once we do Lugia will appear" Lawrence says with Greevil nodding as they then hear a voice.
"While capturing Zapdos something else was captured as well" The voice says making the 2 men confused as they begin heading over to that area to go look. We now come over to the group who're currently locked in a cage and are surrounded by robots (Ash's Frogadier and Riolu aren't with them as they managed to escape). The group looks around and see both Moltres and Zapdos captured. The 2 mons are roaring and are trying to break free as Leaf speaks.
"So, this is where Moltres was" Leaf says with the others nodding as Melody then looks forward and sees a stone tablet with words on it. Melody then begins to read it.
"Do not disturb the harmony of Fire, Ice, and Lightning" Melody says to herself and when she's about to continue reading it they all hear a voice.
"You're the first ones to come here uninvited" The voice says causing everyone to look as they see Lawerence and Greevil looking at them. Looker along with Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth have surprised looks on their faces as Wes speaks.
"Looker that's the collector and the leader of Cipher" Wes says with Looker nodding shocking the 4 kids as Ash speaks.
"He's the leader of Team Cipher?" Ash asks as Greevil looks at him Looker speaks.
"Yes, that's Greevil he's the leader of the company that we've been looking for. A couple days ago we got word that Greevil is working with the man they call the collector who managed to capture Moltres" Looker says as Ash speaks.
"So, the reason you guys were on Fire Island was to find Greevil?" Ash asks with Looker nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Wait so that means your company is the one that's been creating Shadow Pokémon!" Leaf says as Greevil speaks.
"Why yes you're right about that my company has been the one that's been creating Shadow Pokémon and I've heard all about you and your little friends getting in the way of my plans" Greevil says as Ash speaks.
"And we'll keep putting a stop to your plans!" Ash says with his friends agreeing with him as Lawrence speaks.
"My Greevil I wasn't expecting a bunch of kids along with the international police to be on your tail" Lawrence says as Greevil speaks.
"Does them being here ruin the plan?" Greevil asks as Lawrence speaks.
"No not at all" Lawerence responds with Greevil nodding as Looker speaks.
"And what exactly are you planning that involves capturing Moltres and Zapdos?" Looker asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Well seeing as you're captured, I don't mind telling you. As you already know I'm a collector I go around the world collecting rare items/objects that interest me and that includes Pokémon as well" Lawrence says as Misty speaks.
"In that case why don't you just capture Moltres and Zapdos in a Pokeball? What you're doing right now is just putting them on display!" Misty asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Why would I do that? Like I said before I'm a collector not a Pokémon Trainer and as a collector I want to view them with my own eyes at all times. Also, I should let you know that I received some packages from Hunter J which contained over a hundred Pokémon that are currently in the process of becoming Shadow Pokémon thanks to Greevil's men" Lawrence says as Looker speaks.
"I don't get it what's the point of turning them into Shadow Pokémon if you're not going to use them?" Looker asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Well, you see turning them into Shadow Pokémon brings out their primal nature which I find beautiful and while they're stuck as statues, I'll be able to look at that beauty everyday" Lawrence responds making the group angry as Rui speaks.
"That's not right!" "Yeah, you're nothing but scum!" Rui along with Wes say as Lawrence smirks and speaks.
"I wouldn't expect non collectors like yourselves to understand though now that I think about it being a Pokémon Trainer is pretty similar to being a collector as you go around catching Pokémon" Lawrence says as Ash speaks.
"But unlike with you we treat the Pokémon we capture as friends/family and not things that need to be put on display!" Ash states with the others agreeing with him making Lawrence smirk as he speaks.
"Looks like the way we view things is different not that it matters to me because you won't be able to stop us" Lawrence says as he continues to speak.
"I was originally going to release you all so that you could take a look at my collection, but I get the feeling that if I do that, you'll try to set Moltres along with Zapdos free. So, in order for that to not happen I'm keeping you all in that cage also even if you do manage to escape the robots keeping watch over you will immediately exterminate you so be good and don't do anything." Lawrence says while having a smile on his face as he along with Greevil then leave. When they're gone the group have angry looks on their faces as Jessie speaks.
"They're terrible" Jessie says with the others agreeing with her as Ash speaks.
"We need to get out of here" Ash says as Wes speaks.
"But the moment we do these robots guarding the cage will not hesitate to fire at us" Wes says as Tracey speaks.
"Meaning that currently there's nothing that we can do" Tracey says making the others sad, but Ash doesn't stay sad for too long as he then remembers something and speaks.
"Wait we actually do have a way to get out of here" Ash says making the others confused as Misty speaks.
"What do you mean Ash?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"What I mean is that before we got put into this cage Riolu along with Frogadier managed to get away" Ash says making the others smile as Tracey speaks.
"That's right they're not trapped here with us meaning that they'll be able to handle the robots and set us free" Tracey says with the others nodding as Melody speaks.
"But how do we get them to come to us?" Melody asks as Ash speaks.
"Don't worry I have that covered" Ash says as he then closes his eyes and begins to concentrate. Melody looks at Ash then looks at Misty and speaks.
"What's Ash doing?" Melody asks as Misty speaks.
"You see Ash has something called aura within him and is going to send a signal to Riolu that'll tell us our location." Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"Ash isn't too experienced with it and can't control it at will, but he has been practicing" Leaf says with Melody nodding as she along with the others continue looking at Ash. As Ash continues to concentrate, he feels some aura inside him and sends out a small signal. When he does that, we come to another part of the ship where Riolu and Frogadier are as they're currently hiding from robots. As they continue to hide Riolu gets an aura signal from Ash telling her his location. Riolu then looks at Frogadier then speaks.
"Rio, rio" Riolu says telling Frogadier that she now knows where Ash and the others are. Frogadier nods and they then begin heading in that direction making sure that they aren't noticed by the robots. Meanwhile outside of the ship we come over to Ice Island. On the Island we see a big Articuno (this isn't the same one that Ash and Misty met) flying around in a blizzard firing ice beams everywhere as it begins flying towards Fire and Lightning Island. Next, we come back to the dining hall on Shamouti Island and see Carol along with the others continuing to watch the TV as the man on the screen speaks.
"The anomalies of the deep-sea current are believed to be around Shamouti Island in the Orange Islands. Also, for some reason multiple Pokémon from around the world are making their way to Shamouti Island." The man says as we see water Pokémon swimming in the ocean, flying type Pokémon flying through the air (Ash's Pokémon are shown as well), and also Pokémon who're unable to reach Shamouti are on land masses that are near the island. We then see a helicopter flying and inside it we see Delia, Rose, Oak, Ivy and some news reporters. One of the news people looks at Oak and speaks.
"We're currently here with Prof. Oak and Prof. Ivy to ask what their thoughts on the phenomenon are." The man says as he points the mic near Prof. Oak's mouth as he begins to speak.
"On Shamouti Island there's a legend that says the gods of Fire, Ice, and Lightning live by. If we analyze this scientifically speaking if the god of ice were to freeze the ocean, the god of fire would melt the ice and cause a sea current at the bottom of the ocean." Oak says as he begins drawing on a piece of paper then showcases it to the camera as the man speaks.
"I see a current at the bottom of the sea" The man says as Oak speaks.
"Now if the god of lightnings electricity were to interact with the stirred ocean water it would create proteins which is the base of all living things" Oak says while continuing to draw on the paper as the man speaks.
"And what does that mean?" The man asks while having a worried look on his face as Oak speaks.
"Simply put the balance between the 3 gods allowed the flow of the Deep-Sea current to move steadily and from it life on our planet sprung forth meaning that the central part of the Deep-Sea Current could be considered the origin of life. This irregularity we're currently experiencing is because something has broken the delicate balance of the 3 powers." Oak says as Ivy speaks.
"I assume that's the reason as to why the Pokémon are acting in a strange way is because they're sensing the immediate destruction of our planet. It's possible that the Pokémon are unable to make a difference alone. But since the Pokémon have a close relationship with this planet's nature they're instinctively gathering because this is something they feel that they must do" Ivy says with everyone nodding as the news reporter then looks at Delia and speaks.
"And if you don't mind me asking, who are you?" The man asks as Delia looks at him and speaks.
"My son is currently somewhere in the Orange Islands he can be rash and reckless and I'm not sure what he'll do once he gets carried away as there's no limit to how much danger he'll put himself through in order to help." Delia says with the man nodding as we come over to Shamouti Island and see the Slowking we saw earlier next to a bunch of rock pillars and is covered in snow. The mon then shakes his body removing the snow off himself as he speaks.
"It's getting worse" The mon says as we see a big blizzard covering Shamouti Island and see Carol having a worried look on her face thinking about Melody. A few seconds later the blizzard stops as the sun begins to rise and we see Articuno continuing to fly. Up high in the air we see the large flying palace and go inside seeing Lawrence and Greevil. The 2 men look out the window as Greevil speaks.
"The ocean is completely frozen" Greevil says as Lawrence speaks.
"Meaning that we're getting close" Lawrence says with Greevil nodding as they continue to look forward. We come back to the group with Melody reading the stone tablet as she speaks.
" "Disturb not the harmony of Fire, Ice, or Lightning lest these titans wreak destruction on which they clash. The god of the sea will appear to quell the fighting but will be unable to prevent the worlds destruction." The legend it's come true" Melody says as James speaks.
"If the world is destroyed then that means there will be no more Pokémon for us to protect" James says as Meowth speaks.
"Meaning that we'll be out of the job!" "Wobbuffet" Meowth and Wobbuffet say as Jessie speaks.
"This isn't the time to be worrying about that!" Jessie says with the 3 of them nodding as Wes speaks.
"Anyway, the only way to save the world is by freeing Moltres and Zapdos but we can't do that while being stuck in this cage" Wes says as Looker speaks.
"If only Red was here" Looker says as Ash speaks.
"My Dad?" Ash asks as Looker speaks.
"Yes, your father I contacted him a couple days ago for him to meet us on Fire Island, but he hasn't shown up yet." Looker says s Leaf speaks.
"Knowing Mr. Ketchum, he's probably helping keep people and Pokémon safe" Leaf says with Looker nodding as Misty looks at Ash and speaks.
"Ash aren't Riolu and Frogadier here yet?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"Don't worry they'll be here soon" Ash responds, and when he does, they all hear a voice.
"Rio!" The voice says as suddenly an Aura Sphere appears and hits a few of the robots easily destroying them. Everyone looks and sees Ash's Riolu as Ash speaks.
"Riolu!" Ash says happily while Riolu smiles. Riolu's smile doesn't last for long, as a few robots are about to shoot at her, everyone hears another voice.
"Frog!" The voice says as suddenly white Frubbles appear and hit the robots faces making them unable to see. Frogadier then appears he summons 2 dark blades and slashes all of the robots easily destroying them as Ash speaks.
"Frogadier!" Ash says happily as the mon looks at his trainer and smiles Ash then speaks.
"Quick get us out of here!" Ash says with the 2-mons nodding they tell the group to stay back as the 2-mons fire an Aura Pulse that connects with the cage and creates an opening. When it does the group manages to get out of the cage and land on the ground. When they do Ash along with Pikachu run over to the 2 mons, hug them and speak.
"You guys freed us thank you!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say making the 2-mons happy as Looker speaks.
"Now that we're free it's time we do the same for Moltres and Zapdos." Looker says with the group nodding. We then cut away from them and come back over to where Lawrence and Greevil are. They continue to look forward as they hear a door open. They look and see Resix, along with Blusix, and Yellosix. The 3 men walk over to them and when they get close enough Greevil speaks.
"I take it that you 3 successfully turned all of those Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon?" Greevil asks with the 3 men nodding making Lawrence smile as he speaks.
"That's wonderful news and now it looks like another good thing is about to happen as well" Lawrence says causing the 4 men to look out the window as they see Articuno firing Ice Beam's everywhere. They all have smiles on their faces as Lawrence speaks.
"The best way to deal with its ice moves is to use fire" Lawerence says as he presses a button, and the bottom of the ship opens revealing cannons. The cannons then begin firing multiple balls of fire that head for Articuno, but the bird manages to dodge. Articuno then fires an ice beam at the ship, but a fire ball collides with the beam creating an explosion. After that the cannons continue firing more and more fire balls with Articuno doing its best to dodge and attack. Underwater we see the same silhouetted Pokémon the mon lets out a roar as it starts swimming upward and begins to spin creating a tornado. Back to the group we see them split into teams. Ash, Misty, Leaf, and Tracey are one team and are looking at the captured Moltres while the other team is Looker, Wes, Jessie, James, and Meowth as they look at the captured Zapdos. They all look at the 2 mons then pull out their Pokeball's and speak.
"Come out!" The trainers say as they throw their Pokeball's forward and send out their Pokémon. The Pokémon Wes sends out are his Umbreon, Espeon, Tyranitar, Gyarados, Steelix and a Salamence. Ash looks at the Gyarados and speaks.
"That Gyarados didn't it belong to Gonzap? And that Tyranitar along with Steelix they belonged to a couple team Snagem members too." Ash asks with Wes nodding as he speaks.
"Yep, Gonzap entrusted Gyarados to me, he along with Tyranitar and Steelix have been purified and they're going to help free Zapdos" Wes says with the 3-mons nodding making Ash smile as he then looks forward and speaks.
"Okay let's do this! Pikachu use Thunderbolt, Charizard use Flamethrower, Dragonair use Dragon Pulse, Riolu use Aura Sphere, Frogadier use Water Pulse, Snorlax use Hyper Beam and Lapras use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls as Misty speaks.
"Use Hydro Pump and Togetic use Moonblast!" Misty calls as Leaf speaks.
"Venusaur use Solar Beam, Altaria use Dragon Pulse, Salazzle use Flamethrower, Poliwrath use Hydro Pump, Obstagoon use Dark Pulse and Arctozolt use Thunder!" Leaf calls as Tracey speaks.
"Smeargle, Azumarill use Hydro Pump, Venomoth use Psybeam, and Scyther use Air Slash!" Tracey calls as his along with the others Pokémon fire their attacks that collide with the circle barrier. On Zapdos's side Looker speaks.
"Croagunk, Drapion use Sludge Bomb and Arcanine use Fire Blast!" Looker calls as Wes speaks.
"Umbreon use Dark Pulse, Espeon use Psybeam, Steelix use Flash Cannon, and Tyranitar, Gyarados, Salamence use Hyper Beam!" Wes calls as Jessie speaks.
"Arbox use Sludge Bomb and Lickitung use Power Whip!" Jessie calls as James speaks.
"Weezing use Sludge Bomb and Victreebel use Leaf Storm!" James calls with his along with the others Pokémon roaring as they fire their attacks that collide with the square barrier that's trapping Zapdos. When all of the attacks connect with the barriers their Pokémon's attacks disappear as Tracey speaks.
"The barrier's too strong!" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"In that case we keep going until it breaks!" Ash says with the others nodding as their Pokémon continue firing their attacks at the barriers while off to the side Melody, Rui, Meowth, and Wobbuffet cheer. As their Pokémon continue firing their attacks, they notice the barriers starting to crack a little bit as Ash speaks.
"Okay everyone here we go one final push!" Ash says with the others nodding as they all call for their Pokémon to fire at the barriers again and when they do the barriers crack more until they explode. Out of the explosion appear the black rings along with the black squares that kept Moltres and Zapdos trapped as Ash speaks.
"We did it!" Ash cheers along with everyone else as Moltres along with Zapdos appear out of the smoke. When they do the 2 mons look at each other having serious looks on their faces as they roar. Moltres fires out a large stream of fire while Zapdos fires a large Thunder, when the 2 attacks connect with each other they create a big explosion which knocks the group along with their Pokémon away. When that happens, the group look and see the birds continuing to fire more attacks at each other until one of their attacks hits a wall of the ship and destroys it. Moltres looks at the hole and flies towards it with Zapdos going after the mon. A couple seconds later Moltres along with Zapdos appear out of the ship and begin to fly around it. Lawrence along with Greevil, Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix all have surprised looks on their faces as Moltres and Zapdos then begin firing multiple Flamethrowers and Thunders destroying multiple parts of the ship. They continue to do that until the ship begins to descend heading towards Lightning Island as inside the ship a voice speaks.
"Losing altitude, losing altitude, preparing to make an emergency landing on Lightning Island!" The voice says as we see Lawrence having an angry look on his face with Greevil and his men having the same look. Moltres along with Zapdos continue flying in the air as Articuno notices them and begins flying towards them. Back to the group they can see that the ship's about to crash land on Lightning Island as Looker speaks.
"We need to go!" Looker says with everyone nodding as they quickly return their Pokémon (Other than Pikachu, Charizard, Dragonair, Altaria, and Salamence). Wes along with Looker, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth get on Salamence's back. Leaf and Tracey get on Altaria's back, Misty and Melody get on Charizard's back while Ash and Pikachu get on Dragonair's back. The 4 mons then quickly fly out of the ship as it then crashes down on the Island. When it does some of the rubble begins falling towards the group with the 4-mons doing their best to dodge. As they continue to dodge some rubble from the ship does hit Dragonair's head causing her to lose concentration as she along with Ash and Pikachu fall in the snow. Misty looks back and speaks.
"Ash!" Misty calls in worry as in the snow Ash along with Pikachu and Dragonair groan in pain. Ash then stands up and asks the 2 mons if they're okay with them saying they're. They then notice some more rubble from the ship coming to fall down towards them as they begin to run. As they're running a part of the ship destroys a shrine and out of the shrine appears a crystal ball that falls in front of Ash causing him to trip. Ash then stands up and looks at the ball and sees that there's electricity inside of it as he then hears a voice.
"Ash!" The voice says as he looks up and sees Misty along with Melody on Charizard's back waiting for them to catch up as Ash speaks.
"We'll be right there!" Ash says as he and Pikachu quickly get on Dragonair's back again as she flies forward. A few seconds later they reunite with the others and get inside Melody's boat that fell down from the ship. Charizard, Dragonair, Altaria, and Salamence then go back in their Pokeball's and just when Melody's about to start the boat Zapdos flies by sending out electricity that destroys the ice that had frozen over the waterfall. Zapdos then goes after Moltres and Articuno who're currently battling with Zapdos joining in as well. Back to the group Melody's boat goes backwards and before she can try and regain control over the boat it falls from the waterfall. Everyone yells in fear and before they hit the ground suddenly a large tornado catches them. The group have surprised looks on their faces as the tornado takes them over to Shamouti Island and when it gets close enough the tornado throws the boat forward. Everyone hangs on as the boat lands and when it does it's about to fall down the cliff, so everyone quickly gets out of the boat as it falls on the ground and explodes. When that happens, Melody looks at the destroyed boat and speaks.
"Carol's going to kill me" Melody says as everyone then hears a voice.
"Hello there" The voice says causing everyone to look as they see a Slowking. The group have confused looks on their faces as they thought they heard someone as the mon looks at Ash and speaks.
"Please take the treasures and put them there" Slowking says while pointing over to the shrine. The group have surprised looks on their faces as they didn't expect Slowking to speak. Before anyone can ask how it's able to do that Pikachu looks at Ash and speaks.
"Pika, pika, chu" Pikachu says with Ash nodding as he pulls out the 2 crystal balls then runs over to the shrine. When he makes it, he looks into the shrine and sees that it showcases the 3 islands. Ash then pulls out the fire crystal ball and speaks.
"Let's see that's Fire Island" Ash says as he places the ball in the spot that showcases Fire Island. Ash then pulls out the crystal ball that has electricity inside of it and speaks.
"That's Lightning Island" Ash says as he places the ball in the spot that showcases Lightning Island. Ash then looks at the spot that showcases Ice Island then hears a voice.
"You only have two?" The voice says surprising Ash as he looks at Slowking. Ash hears a roar as he along with the others look forward and see the 3 legendary birds continuing to battle. The 3 mons continue to battle and are getting closer to where everyone else is. Ash gets a serious look on his face as he runs forward, gets in front of everyone, looks at the 3 mons and speaks.
"STOPP!" Ash yells and just when the 3-mons attacks are going to hit him and everyone suddenly a large tornado appears out of the water. The tornado knocks away the attacks along with the 3-mons pushing them back a few feet away, but they quickly readjust themselves. Inside the tornado everyone sees something swimming up and as it continues to swim up the tornado disappears as the mon shows itself Slowking speaks.
"It's the god of the sea… Lugia…" Slowking says while having a surprised look on his face as Melody speaks.
"That's the god of the sea?" Melody says as Ash speaks.
"Lugia?!" Ash says as he along with everyone look at the mon in awe. Meanwhile at Lawrence's ship we see Lawrence, Greevil, Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix all groaning in pain then stand up. When they do Greevil looks forward and gets a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"Lugia it's finally here" Greevil says causing the other 4 to look. Lawrence has a smile on his face as Greevil then looks at Resix and speaks.
"Resix give me the Shadow Program now!" Greevil asks as Resix speaks.
"I hate to tell you this Greevil sir when the ship crashed the Shadow Programing was destroyed as well" Resix says making Greevil angry as he speaks.
"WHAT?!" Greevil yells in anger as Lawrence speaks.
"Now Greevil there's no need to get angry as I have something" Lawrence says making Greevil confused as Lawrence presses a button as a large cannon appears. When it does Greevil along with his men look at it as Greevil speaks.
"What's this?" Greevil asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Well as you can see it's a cannon" Lawrence responds as Greevil speaks.
"Yes, I know it's a cannon but why are you showing me this?" Greevil asks as Lawrence speaks.
"I'm showing you this because this cannon has the power to turn Lugia along with the 3 legendary birds over there into Shadow Pokémon" Lawrence responds surprising Greevil and his men as Greevil speaks.
"What do you mean? I didn't even give you the technology in order to do that" Greevil says as Lawrence speaks.
"Well, you're right you didn't give me the technology. You see while your 3 bodyguards over there were turning my statue Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon, I had one of my robots secretly watch and collect data. Then when it finished it along with a few other robots created this cannon which has the same technology." Lawrence responds surprising Greevil and his 3 men as Greevil gets annoyed and speaks.
"You really played me for a fool don't think that I'll be taking this lying down" Greevil says as Lawrence looks at him and speaks.
"Oh, don't worry I know" Lawrence responds as Greevil speaks.
"So, aren't you going to fire it?" Greevil asks as Lawrence speaks.
"Unfortunately, no because before I can use it, it needs to be charged so in the meantime I say we watch Lugia battle in all of its glory and when the machine is fully charged, I'll fire it when Lugia along with the other birds least expect it." Lawrence says with Greevil nodding as Greevil then looks at Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix and speaks.
"You 3 while the cannon's charging un petrify those Pokémon you turned into Shadow Pokémon earlier. And once you're done with that, I want you 3 to head over to where the International Police and those children are and get rid of them permanently." Greevil says with the 3 men nodding as they begin heading over there Lawrence speaks.
"Is that really necessary?" Lawrence asks as Greevil speaks.
"Yes, because when we do successfully turn Lugia along with Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno into Shadow Pokémon I'm sure that they along with possibly other Pokémon will try to stand in our way" Greevil responds with Lawrence nodding as they then look forward, we come over to where Lugia is. Lugia looks at the 3 birds and roars as Melody speaks.
"That sound" Melody says as she pulls out her flute and looks at it. After that Zapdos roars and fires a Thunder at Lugia. Lugia easily dodges the attack and when it does Articuno along with Moltres try to attack Lugia too, but the mon easily dodges. Lugia then begins heading towards the ice with the 3 birds following and as they continue to follow Lugia breaks through the ice and enters the water. While in the water Lugia spins creating a big tornado as it bursts out of the ice and hits the 3 birds again. Articuno then fires an Ice Beam that manages to easily freeze the tornado with Lugia inside it. Lugia then bursts out of the ice and begins to fly away with the 3 birds going after it. As Lugia's flying the 3 birds fire their attacks in hopes of hitting Lugia but the mon easily dodges their attacks. Lugia then flies at the 3 birds, summons a barrier and hits them with it. This makes the 3 birds mad as they continue going after Lugia in hopes of getting rid of it. While Lugia continues to battle the 3 mons we come over to the group as Melody speaks.
"The god of the sea will appear to quell the fighting but will be unable to prevent the worlds destruction." Melody says as Slowking speaks.
"This isn't good" Slowking says as they all continue watching Lugia battle the 3 birds. As they all continue to battle Lugia's doing its best to dodge their attacks but is having a harder time. Then when a Flamethrower is about to hit the group Lugia appears in front of it and summons a barrier stopping the attack. Once Lugia's barrier goes down Zapdos uses this chance to launch a big Thunder which hits Lugia and begins to shock the mon. After that Moltres along with Articuno launch their attacks too which hit Lugia and create an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Lugia who lands back into the water. The group all have surprised looks on their faces as the 3 birds then fire attacks at where Lugia fell making sure that it can't appear again. Once they're done with that the clouds become darker as the 3 birds go back to fighting each other again creating a strong wind. Back to the group they're surprised that Lugia was defeated as Slowking speaks.
"This isn't good unless an exceptional trainer appears to quell the anger of the 3 titans the world is doomed" Slowking says as he then looks at Ash and speaks.
"You've managed to get 2 of the treasures" Slowking says as Melody speaks.
"But where are we going to find an "exceptional trainer"?... Wait…." Melody says as she then looks over at Ash and speaks.
"It has to be you" Melody says as Misty speaks.
"It's Ash?" Misty says as Tracey speaks.
"It does make sense to me" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"Me? Really? But what about Wes he's a Pokémon Trainer too" Ash asks as Wes speaks.
"Trust me Ash as much as I would like to take this responsibility off your hands, I also believe that it makes since for it being you as you already obtained 2 of the treasures so far" Wes responds with the others nodding as Ash takes a couple steps back and speaks.
"Hold on one second yes, I do want to be a Pokémon Master but saving the world? Isn't that way too much responsibility for me? I'm only 11 years old and this sounds like something that my father or one of his friends should do" Ash says while having a nervous look on his face as Looker speaks.
"I do understand why you're scared Ash but unfortunately neither your father nor any of his friends are here, but you are." Looker says as Leaf speaks.
"We know something like this is very big for you" Leaf says as Tracey speaks.
"But currently you're the only one here that matches the legend" Tracey says as Ash then looks at Melody and speaks.
"But during the festival didn't you say that something like this is supposed to be easy?" Ash asks as Melody speaks.
"Normally it is but as you can see everything's gone wrong and I'm sorry for getting you involved in this" Melody says as apologetically as Ash tells her that it's not her fault Misty speaks.
"You do sometimes get carried away and involved in things" Misty says as Ash speaks.
"True but never something this bad" Ash responds with Misty nodding as Melody thinks for a little bit and speaks.
"Wait if the legend so far has been true up to this point, then maybe with this flute" Melody says as she pulls out her flute and begins to play it. Deep in the water Lugia can hear the flute and can feel that its strength is coming back. A few seconds later Lugia appears out of the ice, looks at the group and speaks.
"The song, the song has restored my strength, but it doesn't have the strength to appease the 3 worried ones" Lugia says making the group confused as Lugia continues.
"Once the 3 treasures of Fire, Ice, and Lightning have aligned their rage shall be quelled. But this task can only be achieved with the strength of an exceptional trainer aka the Chosen One who needs to be a human." Lugia says as Ash speaks.
"So, does that mean I'm a representative of humanity?" Ash asks as Lugia speaks.
"You have gathered 2 treasures, only the treasure of ice remains" Lugia says as everyone looks at ice Island and sees the 3 birds continuing their fight creating multiple explosions. Ash gets a worried look on his face and speaks.
"I have to go there?" Ash asks while having a worried look on his face as Lugia speaks.
"You are closer than anyone right now in saving the world, but the choice is yours." Lugia says with Ash nodding as he looks forward and sees the 3 birds continuing their fight. Ash still has a worried look on his face as he then feels something tugging his leg. Ash looks down and sees Pikachu having a smile on his face telling Ash that he can do it. Ash then feels his Pokeball's wriggle as Charizard, Dragonair, Riolu, Frogadier, Snorlax, and Lapras appear as Ash looks at them and speaks.
"You guys think I can do it too?" Ash asks with the 6-mons nodding as Tracey speaks.
"You can do it Ash" Tracey says as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, you never run away from a challenge" Leaf says as Jessie speaks.
"You may still be a Twerp, but we know that you can do it" Jessie says with James, Meowth, and Wobbuffet (who came out of his Pokeball) agreeing with her as Looker speaks.
"We trust you too" Looker says with Wes and Rui agreeing with him as Misty speaks.
"We believe in you Ash" Misty says with everyone agreeing with her. Ash looks at them then at his Pokémon. He smiles then gets teary eyed as he looks down and begins to speak.
"Misty, Leaf, Tracey, Melody, Mr. Looker, Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, Meowth, and Wobbuffet" Ash says as everyone looks at him Misty speaks.
"Ash" Misty says as a couple seconds later Ash lifts his head up turns his hat backwards and speaks.
"I'll do it! I'm going to save the world!" Ash says while having a determined look on his face and making everyone smile as Wes speaks.
"I'll go with you to make sure you reach Ice Island safely" Wes says with Ash nodding as he then returns Snorlax, and Lapras back to their Pokeball's (he was also going to return Riolu and Frogadier, but they wanted to stay out). Ash and Pikachu then get on Charizard's back while Riolu along with Frogadier get on Dragonair's back. Wes sends out his Salamence and gets on its back as Lugia speaks.
"I'll make sure that those 3 don't get close to you" Lugia says with Ash nodding as before he leaves Misty speaks.
"Ash" Misty says catching the boy's attention causing him to look at her as she speaks.
"Please come back safe" Misty says while having a worried look on her face as Ash smiles and speaks.
"You got it!" Ash says with Misty nodding as after that Charizard along with Ash's Dragonair, and Wes's Salamence then fly in the air heading towards Ice Island with Lugia following them. The others watch them leave as Misty puts her hand on the blue necklace Ash gave her, wishing for him to stay safe. Leaf then puts a hand on Misty's shoulder trying to reassure her with Misty saying thank you as they all continue to look forward. Meanwhile we cut over to the helicopter that Delia, Oak, Ivy and Rose are riding in. The wind is making it harder for the pilot to control which causes the helicopter to crash land on another part of Shamouti Island. When it does, we see the destroyed helicopter and out of it appears Oak. He looks around then helps Ivy, Rose, and Delia out of it while the news reporters come out too. They look around and see snow everywhere as Rose speaks.
"We finally made it" Rose says with the others nodding as Delia thinks.
"Ash, I hope you're not doing anything crazy" Delia says to herself as they all begin walking forward. We now come over to Ash, Wes, and Lugia. As they continue heading for Ice Island the legendary birds notice them and fire a Flamethrower, Thunder, and Ice Beam at them as Ash and Wes speak.
"Pikachu, Charizard use Thunderbolt, and Flamethrower!" "Salamence use Hyper Beam!" The 2 trainers call with the 3-mons nodding as they fire their attacks which collide with the 3 birds attacks creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Articuno who fires an Ice Beam towards them as Ash speaks.
"Dragonair use Flamethrower, Riolu use Aura Sphere, and Frogadier use Water Pulse!" Ash calls with the 3-mons nodding as they fire their attacks that combine and collide with the ice beam creating an explosion. After that Zapdos appears next to Charizard and is about to launch a Thunder attack but Lugia manages to tackle the mon away. Moltres then fires a big blast of fire towards Charizard and Dragonair, but Lugia appears and summons a protective barrier blocking the attack. Wes along with his Salamence head for Moltres as Wes speaks.
"Salamence use Dragon Rush!" Wes calls as Salamence roars it covers its body in dragon energy shoots forward and hits Moltres hard in the stomach pushing the bird back a few feet away. After that Articuno fires an Ice Beam that hits Salamence hard in the stomach causing major damage to the mon as it begins falling from the sky Ash looks back and speaks.
"Wes!" Ash calls in worry as Wes speaks.
"Ash don't worry about us keep going!" Wes says as Salamence manages to readjust itself and land on the ice groaning in pain. Ash nods and continues looking forward. Back to Wes he looks at his Salamence who continues to groan in pain as he speaks.
"I know you're tired Salamence, but can you launch one more attack?" Wes asks with the dragon nodding, making Wes happy as he looks forward and speaks.
"Okay Salamence let's give Ash more cover use Draco Meteor!" Wes calls with Salamence roaring as it fires out a purple orb of dragon energy high into the air as it then explodes creating multiple large purple meteors. The 3 birds notice the meteors and begin to dodge. A few meteors also head for Ash and his Pokémon, but Lugia appears and creates a protective shield blocking the attack. Ash looks at Lugia and thanks it with Lugia nodding as it goes back to battling the 3 birds. Wes sees Ash along with his Pokémon getting closer to Ice Island as he smiles and speaks.
"The rest is up to you Ash" Wes says as he then returns his Salamence back to its Pokeball. Wes then brings out his Gyarados. Meanwhile back to Ash and his Pokémon. As Charizard and Dragonair continue flying forward Moltres appears and fires a Fire Blast towards them. Charizard along with Dragonair manage to dodge the attack but then Articuno appears and goes to hit them. Lugia quickly tackles the ice bird out of the way then hits Moltres as well. After that Zapdos covers its body in electricity and goes to hit Ash along with his Pokémon. But Zapdos then gets hit by a big Hyper Beam that knocks it away, Ash has a surprised look on his face as he looks back and sees Wes along with his Gyarados. Wes has a smile on his face and does a thumbs up making Ash smile too as he looks forward. Wes then gets on Gyarados's back as they begin heading over to where everyone else is. Back to Ash and his Pokémon they've finally made it to Ice Island and quickly head to the shrine. When they make it Charizard along with Dragonair land, Ash quickly gets off Charizard's back and begins running over to the shrine.
When Ash makes it to the shrine he sees a crystal ball with Ice inside of it. Ash then manages to pull the ball out as he looks at his Pokémon and speaks.
"Okay let's head back" Ash says with the mons nodding and just when Ash's about to get on Charizard's back Articuno appears and fires an ice beam towards them as Ash speaks.
"Charizard quick use Flamethrower! And Dragonair you use Flamethrower too!" Ash calls Charizard quickly fires the stream of fire which collides with the icy beam creating an explosion. Dragonair then fires her own Flamethrower at Articuno, but the mon manages to dodge. Suddenly Zapdos appears and uses Discharge sending out multiple bolts of electricity everywhere which hit Articuno and Moltres. The electric bolts head for Ash and his Pokémon as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Thunder times 6, Charizard Inferno, Riolu Aura Sphere, Frogadier Water Pulse, and Dragonair use Dragon Pulse!" Ash calls with the 6-mons nodding as they all fire their attacks that collide with Zapdos's Discharge and create a big explosion covering the entire area in smoke. Ash then uses this chance to get on Charizard's back as he along with Dragonair quickly fly in the air getting away from the island. As the 2 mons are flying Moltres's right behind them its body heats up and fires a big Overheat out of its mouth that heads for Ash and his Pokémon. But Lugia appears creating a protective shield and blocks the attack. After that Lugia then flies next to Ash and his Pokémon as Lugia looks at the boy and speaks.
"Do you have the last treasure?" Lugia asks with Ash nodding as he shows Lugia the ball with the mon nodding as Lugia speaks.
"Good now get on" Lugia says with Ash nodding as he along with Pikachu quickly get on the mons back. When they do Ash returns Charizard, Dragonair, Riolu, and Frogadier back to their Pokeball's. Now that Ash's on Lugia's back the mon goes fast flying to where everyone else is but getting in Lugia's way are the 3 birds. The 3 mons continue trying to attack Lugia, but the mon is easily dodging their attacks. Lugia continues to dodge their attacks as he speeds up getting away from the 3 mons as they continue going after him. As Lugia continues to fly Ash notices wild Pokémon on the ice as he speaks.
"Are those Pokémon?" Ash asks as Lugia speaks.
"Yes, they are" Lugia responds as Ash speaks.
"But what're they doing here?" Ash asks as Lugia speaks.
"Because they live together, they cannot allow these places to be destroyed" Lugia says as Ash speaks.
"Places?" Ash asks with Lugia nodding as Lugia speaks.
"The others' world. You have yours and I have mine. In conclusion we all have our own unique worlds." Lugia responds with Ash nodding as he smiles. After that Lugia continues to fly and is getting closer to where everyone else is. On the Island we see Misty having a worried look (Wes has made it back) on her face as she speaks.
"Ash" Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"I see them!" Leaf says while wearing her binoculars as she points forward. When she does everyone sees Ash riding on Lugia's back and get smiles on their faces as Ash speaks.
"Hey!" Ash says while waving towards his friends as we then come over to where Lawrence and Greevil are as Lawrence speaks.
"The cannon is all charged up" Lawrence says as Greevil speaks.
"Then fire it already!" Greevil yells with Lawrence nodding as he presses a button and out of the cannon comes 4 beams of shadow energy. Just when Lugia's about to reach its destination it along with Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno get hit by the shadow beams. The 4 mons begin to roar in pain as Ash speaks.
"Lugia what's wrong?!" Ash asks but the mon doesn't respond as it then begins firing multiple Aeroblast's everywhere which hit the Pokémon that came to help and easily knocking them out. Meanwhile, with Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno they roar in pain too until a few seconds later their eyes glow red, and their bodies are covered in shadow energy. The 3-mons roar and begin firing their attacks a random also hurting the nearby Pokémon too. Back to the others they all have surprised looks on their faces as Melody speaks.
"What's going on?!" Melody asks as Wes looks at Rui and speaks.
"Rui" Wes says with Rui nodding as she looks forward and when she does, she sees that the 3 mons have a shadowy aura around their bodies as Rui speaks.
"Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos have become Shadow Pokémon!" Rui says surprising the group as Rui continues.
"And that's not all Lugia has a shadowy aura too but is trying its best to fight it off but unfortunately it won't be able to" Rui says causing the others to get worried looks on their faces as they see Lugia continuing to fire Aeroblast's everywhere as Ash speaks.
"Lugia stop!" Ash yells but Lugia ignores him as the mon begins doing crazy movements until it crashes hard into the icy water. In the icy water Ash along with Pikachu get off Lugia's back and begin floating back to the surface as Lugia speaks.
"I can't let this power control me…." Lugia says to himself as he continues to sink deeper and deeper into the water. A few seconds later Ash along with Pikachu appear back up the surface of the water, Pikachu looks at Ash and sees that he's knocked out and tries to wake him up. We now come back to everyone else. They all saw Lugia crash land into the water and have surprised looks on their faces as Melody looks at Misty and speaks.
"Misty here hold this" Melody says while holding her flute in front of Misty as Melody speaks.
"I'm the one that got Ash into this mess so it's only right that I go save him" Melody says as Misty looks at her smiles and speaks.
"No, it's not your burden to bear you need to stay here and play the song I'll go and save Ash because he's someone that I love" Misty responds as Melody looks at her and nods. After that Misty along with Tracey and Leaf begin running over to where Ash fell and when they're gone James speaks.
"That darn Greevil how could he turn them into Shadow Pokémon doesn't he know how dangerous that is?" James says as Looker speaks.
"Unfortunately, that's what happens when you want power you don't think clearly" Looker says as he continues to speak.
"Come on let's go put a stop to Lawrence and Greevil once and for all" Looker says with Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth nodding as they begin heading over to Lightning Island (They're riding on Wes's Gyarados back). Meanwhile, back in the water with Ash and Pikachu. Lapras has come out of her Pokeball and has them both on her back. As Lapras is trying to swim to shore the waves along with multiple electric bolts stop her as she then hears a voice.
"Lapras, Pikachu!" The voice says causing the 2 mons to look over as they see Misty riding on her Milotic. Once they reach them Misty speaks.
"Follow us!" Misty says with Lapras nodding as she begins to swim with them. As they continue to swim an electric bolt comes to hit the two mons as Leaf and Tracey speak.
"Venusaur use Solar Beam!" "Scyther use Air Slash!" Both trainers call as the 2 attacks collide with the electric bolt creating an explosion. When that happens, Misty looks forward and sees Leaf along with Tracey telling them to hurry with Misty nodding as Milotic and Lapras quickly swim forward. A few seconds later they've made it to shore and safely put Ash on the ice. When they do Tracey looks at Ash and speaks.
"He's not breathing" Tracey says and when he does Misty quickly begins doing chest compressions on Ash trying to wake him up as she speaks.
"After all the reckless and stupid things, you've put us threw there's no way I'm going to let you die I won't allow it!" Misty says as she continues doing the chest compressions, but Ash still doesn't move causing the 3 kids to worry as Leaf speaks.
"Ash wake up!" "Come on Ash!" Leaf along with Tracey say while having worried looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"Come on Ash don't go you promised me that you wouldn't do something like this again so please Ash wake up. DON'T LEAVE ME!" Misty says with tears in her eyes as she then stops the chest compressions. Leaf then gets tears in her eyes while Tracey gets a sad look on his face with Pikachu, Lapras, Milotic, Venusaur, and Scyther having sad looks as well. Misty doesn't believe that Ash's dead, in fact she won't believe it. Misty then gets a determined look on her face as she looks at Ash's face and kisses him on the lips. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as a few seconds later Ash opens his eyes and sees Misty. Misty sees that Ash's now awake and stops kissing him as Ash continues to look at her and speaks.
"Misty" Ash says as he then begins to cough up water and when he does Tracey speaks.
"Are you okay?" Tracey asks as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, I'm fine thanks" Ash responds as Leaf speaks.
"Geez why do you always have to make us worried?" Leaf says while pouting as Ash tells her sorry. After that Ash then looks over at Misty with her looking at him. The 2 of them continue looking at each other and blush for a little bit as Misty speaks.
"I'm happy that you're okay Ash" Misty says while continuing to blush as Ash looks at her smiles and speaks.
"Thank you for saving me Misty" Ash says while having a smile on his face with Misty smiling too as the others look at them and smile as well. Ash then stands back up with Tracey helping him as he then remembers something and speaks.
"Oh, right the treasure!" Ash says as he reaches into his pocket and pulls out the ball when he does, he lets out a relief sigh as Leaf speaks.
"Is that the final treasure?" Leaf asks as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, with this everything should stop" Ash says with Leaf and the others nodding. They then return Lapras, Milotic, Venusaur, and Scyther back to their Pokeball's and begin heading up the stairs. When they reach the top Slowking along with Melody look at them having smiles on their faces as Ash walks over to Slowking and speaks.
"Is this what we need?" Ash asks with Slowking nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, and now you just need to place it in the shrine" Slowking says with Ash nodding as he walks over to the shrine. Meanwhile deep in the water we see Lugia with its body covered in a shadowy aura as its eyes turn red. Back to Ash just when he's about to put the crystal ball in the spot where Ice Island is suddenly the ground begins to shake as Leaf speaks.
"What's going on?!" Leaf says but the others don't know as a couple seconds later they do get their answer once Lugia appears out of the water. When it does its body is covered in shadow energy as Tracey speaks.
"We're too late Lugia's turned into a Shadow Pokémon!" Tracey says as they all continue to look at Lugia the mon begins to change. Its once white body becomes a dark purple with a white underside, the mon gains jagged silver eye spikes, and its toes resemble claws. Once the transformation is complete what was once a normal Lugia is now a Shadow Lugia. The mon lets out a mighty roar creating a shockwave which causes the entire island to shake. When Lugia's done roaring it looks at the group who have surprised looks on their faces as we then head over to where Lawrence and Greevil are. They look at Lugia as Lawrence speaks.
"I originally thought that Lugia in its regular form was beautiful but now that it's in its shadow form it's even more magnificent and I must have it for my collection." Lawrence says while having a big smile on his face as Greevil speaks.
"Yes, I thought you'd say that" Greevil says as he then shoots Lawrence's throat. Lawrence has a surprised look on his face as he coughs up some blood and looks at Greevil who has a smile on his face and speaks.
"I bet you're wondering why I shot you it's simple I never planned on working with you and once you're gone your entire collection shall be mine" Greevil says while having an evil smile on his face as Lawrence looks at him having anger in his eyes, but he then smiles and speaks.
"Your…. Time…. Will…. come…." Lawrence says while looking at Greevil as he coughs up some more blood then falls on his stomach as he's now dead. Greevil looks at him and speaks.
""My time will come"? Idiot" Greevil says as he kicks Lawrence's dead body then looks at his gun and speaks.
"Now that I have Lugia I have no need for this" Greevil says as he throws his gun away then pulls out an earpiece and speaks.
"Lugia this is your new master Greevil, and I command you to kill those brats" Greevil says while having an evil smile on his face as we come back to Lugia. Lugia hears Greevil's command and doesn't want to do it, but it can't control its body anymore. Lugia then begins to charge up an attack filled with shadow energy as Ash speaks.
"LOOK OUT!" Ash yells as we come over to Greevil who speaks.
"Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls as Lugia fires a large beam of shadow energy that heads for the group. The group quickly jump out of the way as the beam hits the ground creating a big explosion. When that happens, everyone is blown away as the crystal orb that Ash was holding onto is sent flying. A few seconds later the smoke clears, and we can see the 5 kids, Pikachu and Slowking groaning in pain Ash speaks.
"Is everyone okay?!" Ash asks with his friends nodding as they all stand back up. When they do, they all look at the destruction that Lugia caused as Melody speaks.
"That one attack caused all of this damage" Melody says as she along with everyone look and see that half of the forest is gone as Leaf speaks.
"Lugia was strong before but now it's even stronger" Leaf says as Tracey speaks.
"There's no way we can beat it" Tracey says as Slowking speaks.
"We don't need to beat Lugia we just need to play the song and Lugia along with the 3 titans will be purified" Slowking says as Misty speaks.
"The song can purify Shadow Pokémon? But I thought they could only be purified at either the Orrie region or at international police headquarters?" Misty asks as Slowking speaks.
"That's true as well but you see when the song is played there's a mysterious green water that appears and it's able to not only calm the titans but also purify Shadow Pokémon as well. And so, we need the Chosen One to place the final treasure into the shrine." Slowking says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Okay let's do it!" Ash says as he reaches into his pocket to grab the ball. When he does, he notices that he doesn't have it as he speaks.
"It's gone!" Ash says surprising everyone as Misty speaks.
"It must've gotten blown away from that blast" Misty says as Slowking speaks.
"Hurry we must find it!" Slowking says and when they're about to look for it they then hear a voice.
"Are you looking for this?" The voice says causing everyone to look as the see Resix (holding the ball), Blusix, and Yellosix. Ash, Misty, Leaf, and Tracey all have surprised looks on their faces as they speak.
"It's the Hexagon Brothers!" The group says as Resix speaks.
"Yes, that's right and by master Greevil's order we're here to eliminate you permanently!" Resix says as he along with his brothers each throw a Pokeball forward. When they do the mons appear as Resix sends out a Camerupt, Blusix sends out a Metagross, and Yellosix sends out a Manectric. When the 3 mons appear, they have a shadowy aura around their bodies as Tracey speaks.
"They've Shadow Pokémon too?!" Tracey says while having a surprised look on his face Resix speaks.
"That's right we got stronger too and this time we'll crush you!" Resix says with his brothers agreeing with him as Ash speaks.
"You jerks!" Ash says with Pikachu agreeing with him as he sparks his cheeks. Just when Ash's about to call for a command Misty speaks.
"Ash go deal with Lugia will handle these guys" Misty says surprising Ash as he speaks.
"Are you sure?" Ash asks as Misty speaks.
"Yeah, don't worry, we'll handle them and get the crystal ball back but as long as Lugia's there it'll keep getting in our way" Misty says with Leaf and Tracey agreeing with her. Ash looks at them, nods and speaks.
"Okay I'll trust you guys. Come on Pikachu!" Ash says with the yellow mouse nodding as they begin running towards Lugia Resix speaks.
"Who said that you can leave?! Camerupt use Fire Blast!" Resix calls with the mon nodding as it fires a big blast of fire towards Ash and Pikachu Misty speaks.
"Golisopod use Liquidation and Vaporeon use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls as Golisopod appears in front of the blast of fire. Golisopod summons 2 water blades and swings them easily cutting the blast of fire in half. Vaporeon then fires out a large stream of water that hits Camerupt doing super effective damage to the mon. Resix then looks forward as Misty speaks.
"You're battling us!" Misty says as she along with Leaf and Tracey throw their Pokeball's high into the air and send out their Pokémon. When the mons appear, they let out a mighty roar and get into battle stances as Resix speaks.
"Fine before we deal with your friend, we'll get rid of all of you first! Let's go brothers!" Resix says with the 2 men nodding as they along with the group call for their commands and the battle begins. As that's going on Ash looks back and speaks.
"Looks like they started let's do our part Pikachu!" Ash says with the yellow mouse nodding as they keep running until Ash and Pikachu jump off the cliff. When they do Ash pulls out 6 Pokeball's and speaks.
"Charizard, Dragonair, Riolu, Frogadier, Snorlax, Lapras I Choose You!" Ash says as he throws the 6 balls forward and sends out the mons. Snorlax along with Lapras safely land on the ground, Riolu along with Frogadier land on Dragonair's back, and Ash along with Pikachu land on Charizard's back. When that happens Ash along with his Pokémon look at Lugia as Ash speaks.
"LET'S GOOOOO!" Ash says with the 7-mons nodding as they all charge forward. Lugia roars and heads for them as well. Lugia fires out another Shadow Blast at them as Ash speaks.
"Dodge and Charizard use Dragon Claw!" Ash calls with his Pokémon nodding as they dodge the attack. Charizard then flies over to Lugia covers his left claws in green dragon energy hits Lugia's stomach and goes up slashing it. Charizard then flies away as Lugia roars and begins flying after Charizard as Ash speaks.
"Lapras use Blizzard and Snorlax use Hyper Beam!" Ash calls Lapras along with Snorlax roar as they fire their attacks that hit Lugia causing some damage to the mon. Dragonair then appears in front of Lugia as Ash speaks.
"Dragonair use Dragon Pulse, Riolu Aura Sphere, and Frogadier use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls Dragonair along with Riolu and Frogadier fire their attacks that combine into one and hit Lugia's face creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Lugia who goes to attack the 3-mons as Ash speaks.
"Dragonair dodge and Charizard use Thunder Punch!" Ash calls Dragonair quickly flies away as Charizard appears he covers his right fist in electricity and punches Lugia hard in the face. When that happens Pikachu's sparking his cheeks as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Nasty Plot then Thunder times 6!" Ash calls Pikachu nods as he sharply increases his special attack power then fires out 6 large electric bolts that hit Lugia. Lugia roars in pain as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, that's it Pikachu!" Ash says as Pikachu increases the power of the attack making it hurt Lugia more. As Pikachu continues to shock the mon Lugia looks at Pikachu, Ash, and Charizard then opens its mouth as Greevil speaks.
"Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls as Lugia fires out a big blast of energy that consumes Pikachu, Ash, and Charizard as they all yell. After that Charizard begins falling back towards the ground with Dragonair going after him. As Charizard's about to hit the ground Snorlax manages to capture him along with Pikachu and Ash. Dragonair then lands on the ground as she along with Riolu, Frogadier and Lapras run over to their teammates and trainer. When they make it, they see the 3 of them groaning in pain as Greevil speaks.
"Now Shadow Thunder!" Greevil calls as suddenly a large electric bolt comes down heading for them. The mons quickly move out of the way as Greevil speaks.
"Use Shadow Fire and Shadow Chill!" Greevil calls as out of nowhere appears a shadowy fire attack along with a shadow ice attack that makes contact with Snorlax, Lapras, Riolu, Frogadier, and Dragonair making them all cry out in pain as there's then a cloud of smoke. When the cloud of smoke clears Ash wakes up and sees that all of his Pokémon are down groaning in pain. Ash struggles to stand back up and when he eventually does his eyes grow wide when he sees not only Shadow Lugia but also Shadow Moltres, Shadow Articuno, and Shadow Zapdos. The 4 mons look at Ash as Greevil speaks.
"Now you should understand boy you can't defeat me!" Greevil says as he begins to laugh. Meanwhile with Ash he's completely scared but then he clinches his fists, looks at the 4 mons and speaks.
"It looks bad for us, and I'll admit I'm scared. But if I back out now the whole world's going to be destroyed and I can't let that happen. So, no matter what you send at us my Pokémon and I will continue fighting UNTIL WE SAVE THE WORLD!" Ash states while having a serious look on his face as his Pokémon look at him and begin struggling to stand up agreeing with their trainer's resolve. Back to Greevil he scoffs at what Ash said and speaks.
"Stupid brat he should know that he can't win guess it's finally time for me to get rid of him" Greevil says to himself as he speaks.
"Lugia wipe that child off the face of the Earth with Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls Lugia roars and begins to charge the shadow beam and is creating a strong wind. Meanwhile back to where Misty, Leaf, and Tracey are they continue fighting the Hexagon Brothers as Melody speaks.
"Ash's in trouble!" Melody says alerting the 3 kids and their Pokémon as they see that Ash's Pokémon are struggling to stand up while Lugia's charging a beam. They have surprised looks on their faces as Resix speaks.
"Fire Blast Camerupt!" Resix calls as the mon fires the attack which almost hits Misty, but she manages to dodge at last minute Leaf then speaks.
"Misty, are you okay?!" Leaf asks with Misty nodding as she then looks over at Resix who speaks.
"Didn't you say that you're fighting us? Don't think that I'm going to let you help your little boyfriend" Resix says while having a serious look on his face and making Misty annoyed as she can't help Ash. Meanwhile, back with Ash Lugia continues charging up the beam but Lugia's trying not to fire the attack as Greevil speaks.
"Lugia what are you doing?! Fire the attack this is an order!" Greevil says as Lugia continues trying to fight it but is unable to as it then fires the Shadow Blast at Ash. When it does Ash's friends along with his Pokémon see the blast heading for Ash and have worried looks on their faces. Just when Pikachu, Charizard, Snorlax, and Lapras are about to protect Ash 3 Pokémon were quicker. Dragonair, Riolu, and Frogadier appear in front of Ash and fire their attacks consisting of Dragon Pulse, Aura Sphere, and Water Pulse. The 3 attacks combine together and collide with the Shadow Blast. When they do they begin trying their best to push the blast back as Ash speaks.
"Dragonair, Riolu, Frogadier" Ash says while having a surprised look on his face as the 3 mons look at their trainer giving him a look that says they'll protect him. Ash looks at the 3 mons smiles and speaks.
"Okay guys don't let that Shadow Blast beat you!" Ash says with the 3-mons nodding as they roar pouring more power into their attacks as Greevil speaks.
"Pathetic Lugia blow them away!" Greevil calls as Lugia roars increasing the power of its Shadow Blast and begins pushing the combined attack back making it harder for the 3 mons as Ash speaks.
"I know that Lugia's attack is powerful, but I believe that you can beat it. NOW UNLEASH ALL OF YOUR POWER!" Ash yells with Pikachu, Charizard, Lapras, and Snorlax cheering too. The 3 mons hear the cheers of their trainer and teammates. Not wanting to see their trainer or teammates get hurt anymore the 3 mons dig deep and can feel more power welling up inside of them. They feel more and more power as they get serious looks on their faces and yell.
"AIR!" "RIO!" "FROG!" The 3-mons yell as they then glow a shiny bright white which surprises everyone as Ash speaks.
"They're evolving!" Ash says while having a surprised look on his face as he sees the 3-mons beginning to change. They all grow bigger, and their appearances continue to change. When the light of evolution fades away what were once a Dragonair, Riolu, and Frogadier are now a Dragonite, Lucario, and Greninja. The 3 mons continue to roar as Ash speaks.
"They evolved!" Ash says while still having a shocked look on his face as he then speaks.
"Dragonite, Lucario, and Greninja KEEP GOING!" Ash cheers with the 3-mons nodding as they let out a loud roar putting more power into their combined attack. The combined attack is now pushing the Shadow Blast back, it keeps pushing the move back more and more until it destroys the Shadow Blast and hits Lugia's face creating an explosion. Lugia appears out of the explosion and falls on the ground landing on its back. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as we come back to Dragonite, Lucario, and Greninja who're panting heavily as Ash speaks.
"You did it!" Ash cheers along with Pikachu, Charizard, Lapras, and Snorlax as the 3-mons look at them and smile. But their smiles don't last for long as Lugia flies back in the air and looks at Ash and his Pokémon. Ash looks at the mon and speaks.
"I knew that attack wouldn't have been enough, but I was hoping it would've done more damage" Ash says to himself as we then come over to Greevil who has a smile on his face as he speaks.
"Dumb kid really thought that would've been enough to take down Lugia" Greevil says as he then looks forward and sees a Gyarados heading towards him with Looker, Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth riding on it. Greevil grits his teeth as he speaks.
"Lugia, Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno come to me!" Greevil says with the 4-mons nodding as they begin flying over to Lightning Island Ash speaks.
"Wait!" Ash says and just when he along with his Pokémon are about to run forward suddenly, they notice a few Hyper Beams heading for them and quickly dodge. When they do Ash notices that there are over a hundred Shadow Pokémon in his way. Ash along with his Pokémon have surprised looks on their faces as we come over to Greevil as he speaks.
"I was hoping to have Lugia finish him off but I'm sure that those Shadow Pokémon will be enough" Greevil says while having an evil smile on his face as we come back over to Ash and his Pokémon. They see the horde of Shadow Pokémon coming towards them, Ash's Pokémon get into battle stances as Ash thinks.
"Pikachu, Charizard, Dragonite, Lucario, Greninja, Lapras, and Snorlax are all tired but there's nowhere else for us to go right now" Ash says as he then looks at the 7-mons and speaks.
"Guys I know you're tired but let's keep going!" Ash says with the 7-mons roaring agreeing with their trainer as they see a lot of Shadow Pokémon coming towards them. The Shadow Pokémon are getting closer and before they're about to collide with Ash and the 7-mons they then hear a voice.
"Fire Blast!" The voice says as suddenly a big blast of fire appears colliding with the Shadow Pokémon and knocking a lot of them away" Ash along with his Pokémon have surprised looks on their faces as Ash looks at the sky gets a big smile on his face and speaks.
"DAD!" Ash says as up in the air we see Red riding on his Charizard. Red looks at Ash smiles and speaks.
"Sorry I'm late Ash and I'm happy to see that you're okay" Red says with Ash nodding as Ash then remembers Lugia and speaks.
"Dad Lugia along with Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos have turned into Shadow Pokémon you have to save them!" Ash says as Red speaks.
"But what about you?!" Red asks as Ash speaks.
"Don't worry we'll be fine!" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding before Red can say anything he then notices something high in the air. Red smiles looks at Ash and speaks.
"Okay Ash leave Lugia along with the legendary birds to us and also it seems like you'll have some company" Red says making Ash confused as before Ash can ask Red tells Charizard to fly forward with the fire lizard nodding. As Charizard's flying the Shadow Pokémon fire their attacks at Charizard hoping to knock it along with Red out of the sky but Charizard easily dodges their attacks and continues flying forward heading for Lightning Island. Once Red along with Charizard are gone the Shadow Pokémon then look back at Ash and his Pokémon having serious looks on their faces as Ash speaks.
"It's going to be tough but let's hold out until Dad saves Lugia!" Ash says with the 7-mons nodding as they get into battle stances. The Shadow Pokémon roar and begin charging at Ash and his Pokémon again. Just when they're about to collide suddenly from the air a Hyper Beam along with Air Slash's, Dragon Pulses, Moonblast, Thunderbolts, Ice Beams, and Leaf Storms appear hitting multiple Shadow Pokémon creating explosions. Ash along with his Pokémon have surprised looks on their faces as they then hear a very familiar roar as Ash speaks.
"That roar it's" Before Ash can finish up high in the air, we see his Gyarados, his flying types, Ash's Meltan along with the rest of the Meltan and the rest of Ash's Pokémon flying in the air heading for their trainer and the 7-mons. Ash along with Pikachu, Charizard, Dragonite, Lucario, Greninja, Lapras, and Snorlax all get smiles on their faces as Ash speaks.
"IT'S EVERYONE!" Ash says while having a happy look on his face as the mons then land next to them. When that happens Ash along with the 7-mons quickly run over to them and when they do, they all hug each other as Ash looks at them and speaks.
"Did all of you come here to help us?" Ash asks with the mons nodding making Ash smile. The mons then look over at Dragonite, Lucario, and Greninja as Ash speaks.
"Oh, right before you guys got here Dragonair, Riolu, and Frogadier evolved into a Dragonite, Lucario, and Greninja don't they look cool?!" Ash says with the mons agreeing as they go over to the 3 mons and congratulate them making the 3-mons happy. The dragon types along with Gyarados, Charizard, and Pignite congratulate Dragonite on fully evolving making her happy. Clefable wraps Lucario and Greninja in a big hug. Greninja doesn't mind the hug but Lucario's trying to get out of it which makes everyone else laugh. As they all continue to talk, they then notice the Shadow Pokémon starting to stand back up and glare at Ash's Pokémon with Ash's Pokémon glaring back at them as Ash speaks.
"You know before you guys showed up, I was scared but now that you're all here I don't feel scared anymore" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding as Ash continues to speak.
"So, with that in mind LET'S DEFEAT THESE POKEMON AND SAVE THE WORLD!" Ash yells while having a determined look on his face and turning his hat backwards as his Pokémon roar agreeing with their trainer. The Shadow Pokémon roar too and begin charging at Ash and his Pokémon as Ash speaks.
"Let's go guys! Pikachu, Raichu, Luxray use Thunder times 3! Gyarados, Blastoise, Kingler Seismitoad, Aqua, Lapras, Feraligatr, Greninja, and Dracovish use Hydro Pump!" Ash says with the 12-mons nodding as they roar and fire out their attacks that hit multiple Shadow Pokémon easily defeating them. After that more Shadow Pokémon continue running towards them as Ash speaks.
"Noivern, Flygon use Boomburst!" Ash calls Noivern along with Flygon roar as they both fire out a big wave of sound that hits multiple Shadow Pokémon and easily blow them away. We then see multiple Shadow Machamp's running forward having their fists ready as Ash speaks.
"Pidgeot, Corviknight, and Dartrix use Brave Bird, and Hawlucha, Noctowl use Sky Attack, Clefable, Ninetales use Moonblast!" Ash calls as the 7-mons roar. Pidgeot along with Corviknight and Dartrix cover their bodies in blue flying energy while Hawlucha and Noctowl cover their bodies in gold flying energy. The 5-mons shoot forward and are easily knocking away multiple Machamp's. Clefable along with Ninetales create a large pink orb of fairy energy and throw it at the Machamp's easily defeating them two. After that multiple Shadow Arcanine, Magmortar, Kantonian Ninetales, and Kantonian Rapidash's all fire Flamethrowers forward which combine into one big stream of fire as Ash speaks.
"It's time to fight fire with fire! Charizard, Arcanine, Incineroar, Skeledirge, Ceruledge, Blaze, Pyroar, Dragonite, Flygon, and Pignite use Flamethrower!" Ash calls with the 10-mons roaring as they fire their own Flamethrowers too which combine together and collide with the other combined Flamethrower. The 2 attacks go back and forth for a little while until there's an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Now Lycanroc, Boldore, Rhyperior, Tyrantrum, Dudunsparce, Krookodile, Garchomp, and Tinkaton use Stone Edge!" Ash calls with the 8-mons roaring as they all fire multiple large sharp stones at the fire types and hit them causing major damage to the mons as they're knocked away. After that multiple grass types fire large storms of leaves at the 8 mons as Ash speaks.
"Venusaur, Meowscarada, Rillaboom, Sceptile, and Dartrix counter with Leaf Storm!" Ash calls with the 5 grass types nodding as they roar and fire their own storm of leaves which collide with the opposing one and cancel each other out as Ash speaks.
"Now Ninetales, Glalie, Darmanitan, Lapras, and Clefable use Blizzard!" Ash calls as the 5-mons roar and fire out a large blizzard that easily freezes multiple grass types. As the Blizzard continues, we see two large mammoth like Pokémon (called Mamoswine) are easily running through it while using Shadow Rush as Ash speaks.
"Snorlax use Giga Impact and Tyrantrum use Head Smash!" Ash calls Snorlax covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks while Tyrantrum's body glows blue as they run forward. A couple seconds later they each collide with their respective Mamoswine and begin trying to push them away. At first the 2 Mamoswine's are winning but Snorlax along with Tyrantrum roar increasing the power of their attacks and send the 2-mons flying. The 2-mons land back on the ground a few feet away as Ash speaks.
"Great job!" Ash says with his other Pokémon cheering making Snorlax along with Tyrantrum smile. Ash then looks in the sky and speaks.
"Now use Air Slash, Dragon Pulse, and Shadow Ball!" Ash calls as high in the air Pidgeot, Corviknight, Scyther, and Noctowl begin firing multiple slashes of wind, Charizard, Dragonite along with Noivern and Flygon are firing multiple Dragon Pulses, while Gengar fires multiple Shadow Ball's at the Shadow Pokémon creating multiple explosions and defeating a lot of them. When that happens multiple electric and rock type Shadow Pokémon begin firing Thunderbolts and Stone Edge's at them as Ash speaks.
"Dodge! And Krookodile, Garchomp use Sand Tomb!" Ash calls the flying types, along with the dragon types, and Gengar easily dodge the attacks and when they do Krookodile along with Garchomp roar as they summon a tomb of sand that causes the electric and rock type Shadow Pokémon to fall in. As the mons are trying to get out of the tomb of sand Ash speaks.
"Use Dig!" Ash calls. When he does Ninetales, Dudunsparce, Lycanroc, Arcanine, Skeledirge, Rhyperior, Krookodile, and Garchomp appear from the ground and send the mons high into the air. As they're all in the air Blastoise, Corviknight, Kingambit, Tinkaton and the Meltan's are taking in deep breaths as Ash speaks.
"Use Flash Cannon!" Ash calls with the mons roaring as they all fire multiple steel beams that combine into one and hit the electric/rock type Shadow Pokémon creating an explosion. When the explosion clears, we can see that the mons are all knocked out but that doesn't stop the Shadow Pokémon as we see a lot of them using Shadow Rush heading for Ash's Pokémon as he speaks.
"Tauros, Blaze, Aqua, Lee use Raging Bull, Arcanine use Raging Fury, and Sirfetch'd use Meteor Assault!" Ash calls with the 6-mons roaring as they all charge forward. Tauros, Blaze, Aqua, and Lee cover their bodies in normal, fire, water, and fighting energy respectively. Arcanine covers his body in an intense fire, Sirfetch'd points his leek sword forward and gains a yellow aura. Then when they collide with the Shadow Pokémon, they are easily blowing them away making Ash smile. Ash's smile doesn't last for long as he sees a few Dark type Pokémon consisting of Sneasel, Weavile, Bisharp, Mightyena, and Houndoom heading for him as Ash speaks.
"Use Close Combat, Power-up Punch, and Focus Punch!" Ash calls as Primeape along with Hitmonlee, Lucario, Pignite, Heracross, and Hawlucha shoot forward and begin punching/kicking multiple dark type Shadow Pokémon causing super effective damage and defeating them. When that happens a Shadow Pangoro along with a Shadow Grimmsnarl are running towards the fighting types going to hit them as Ash speaks.
"Rillaboom use Drain Punch on Pangoro and Darmanitan use Superpower on Grimmsnarl!" Ash calls with the 2-mons nodding as they quickly jump forward. Rillaboom's right fist glows and punches Pangoro hard in the face while Darmanitan, gains a red outline on his body, gets bulkier and punches Grimmsnarl hard in the face with his left fist. The 2-mons crash down on the ice and when they do high up in the air a Shadow Hydriegon heads for Rillaboom and Darmanitan using Dragon Rush as Ash speaks.
"Dodge!" Ash calls with the 2-mons nodding as they quickly jump back causing the Hydriegon to hit the ice instead and when the mon stands back up Ash speaks.
"Aura Sphere!" Ash calls. Lucario creates a blue ball of fighting energy and fires it at the dragon, hitting it. The mon then lays on the ground knocked out as Ash speaks.
"Great job Lucario!" Ash says with Hitmonlee, Primeape, Pignite, Hawlucha, Heracross, Rillaboom, and Darmanitan saying the same thing making Lucario happy. After that we see a few steel, grass, water and ground types heading for them as Ash speaks.
"Clefable, Raichu, Gengar, and Noctowl use Psychic to stop them!" Ash calls with the 4-mons nodding as they fire the waves of psychic energy and connect with the mons holding them in place as Ash speaks.
"Now Sceptile use Leaf Blade, Sirfetch'd, Scyther use Fury Cutter, Ceruledge use Bitter Blade, Kingambit use Kowtow Cleave, and Greninja use Night Slash!" Ash calls as the 6-mons shoot forward and begin slashing their targets. When they do the mons are easily knocked out as Ash speaks.
"Way to go!" Ash cheers with the 6-mons smiling as suddenly a few Shadow Pokémon fire some Hyper Beams at the 6 mons Ash speaks.
"Dodge and Greninja use Water Shuriken!" Ash calls the 6-mons quickly jump out of the way and when they do Greninja fires out multiple water shuriken's towards the mons and hits them. We now go high in the air and see Corviknight flying with Tinkaton on his back as Ash speaks.
"Tinkaton use Gigaton Hammer!" Ash calls Tinkaton jumps off Corviknight's back, her hammer glows in steel energy and begins to spin. Tinkaton continues to spin as once she gain's enough momentum she slams her hammer hard on the ground in the middle of the Shadow Pokémon and sends a lot of them high into the air as Ash speaks.
"Now Garchomp, Noivern, Flygon, and Dragonite use Draco Meteor!" Ash calls with the 4 dragons nodding as they all fire a purple orb high into the air and when they get high enough, they explode turning into purple meteors. The purple meteors come crashing down on the Shadow Pokémon creating multiple explosions as there's then a big cloud of smoke. When the smoke clears, we see a lot of Shadow Pokémon groaning in pain but then a few seconds later they stand back up as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, that's not surprising" Ash says to himself as he looks at his Pokémon and speaks.
"Okay guys let's keep going!" Ash says with his Pokémon roaring as they continue battling the Shadow Pokémon. We pan around the battlefield seeing Ash's Pokémon fire Flamethrowers, Dragon Pulses, Thunderbolts, Leaf Storms, Ice Beams, Shadow Ball's, and Sludge Bombs. We also see Incineroar, along with Clefable and Muk using Fire Blast. Charizard using Inferno, Skeledirge using Torch Song, Pignite using Fire Pledge, Rillaboom using Drum Beating, Gyarados along with Tyrantrum using Dragon Tail, Lycanroc along with Heracross using Counter and Muk using Gunk Shot. We also see some team ups like Ceruledge along with Gengar using Phantom Force to not only dodge attacks but also positioning opposing Pokémon for one of Ash's Pokémon to hit them. We see Sirfetch'd get on Dracovish's back with Dracovish running forward using Dragon Rush while Sirfetch'd used Meteor Assault and managed to knock away/defeat multiple Shadow Pokémon (Ash named this Dragon Assault). We also see Snorlax along with Rhyperior, Darmanitan, Incineroar, and Rillaboom holding back multiple Pokémon which made it easier for Ash's other Pokémon to attack them.
We also see Ash's Meowscarada hit a lot of Shadow Pokémon with Flower Trick causing them to stumble a little bit and while they're stumbling Dudunsparce, Lycanroc, Rhyperior, and Blaze shoot forward. Dudunsparce turns into a drill using Hyper Drill while the other 3 use Drill Run and hit multiple Shadow Pokémon easily knocking them out. We also see Venusaur along with Rillaboom using a combination of Power Whip and Drum Beating to not only knock away but also hold multiple Shadow Pokémon in place for the others to attack them. Ash also calls for Pikachu, Raichu and Blastoise to use Surf causing them to create one big wave and knock out many Shadow Pokémon too.
Ash's Meltan is working alongside the other Meltan's and firing multiple Flash Cannons/Thunder shocks at the Shadow Pokémon. Ash's Dragonite along with Noivern, Flygon, and Garchomp used a combined Dragon Rush to knock away multiple Shadow Pokémon that were flying in the air. Also, when Ash called for Greninja and Lucario to use Water Shuriken and Aura Sphere. Lucario held up her left hand while Greninja held up his right hand the 2 mons summoned their attacks that then combined together, Ash was surprised and called this move Aura Shuriken. Lucario and Greninja then launched the move forward and when it collided with the Shadow Pokémon it created a big explosion which knocked a lot of them out. Ash along with his other Pokémon were impressed by that attack and cheered the two mons as Lucario and Greninja gave each other a fist bump.
We also see a Tyranitar, Steelix, and Slaking fire a combined Hyper Beam that heads for Ash's Pokémon but they managed to dodge the attack. When they do Ash then calls for Gyarados and Snorlax to fire Hyper Beam's too. As the 2 mons were charging up the beam, they noticed Dragonite standing with them and charging up a beam too. After that the 3-mons fire a large combined Hyper Beam that hits the Shadow Tyranitar, Steelix, and Slaking creating an explosion and knocking them out causing Ash along with his Pokémon to cheer. After that a few flying type Shadow Pokémon summoned a large combined Hurricane that headed for Ash's Pokémon. So, Ash had Gyarados, Pidgeot, Corviknight, and Noivern create a Hurricane of their own and when they did the 2 moves canceled each other out. When that happened Ash had Pikachu along with Raichu and Luxray use Thunder times 6 which hit the flying types causing super effective damage and knocking them out. As the battle continues suddenly Dartrix gets hit by a Fire Blast which sends him crashing on the ice as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix!" Ash calls in worry as while the mon is groaning in pain a few Shadow Houndoom's begin heating up their bodies and fire out a combined Overheat as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix look out!" Ash says but Dartrix can't dodge in time. Just when the Overheats are about to hit Dartrix Ash's Meltan along with a few other Meltan's appear and summon a protective barrier blocking the attack as there's an explosion. When the explosion clears, we see the protective barrier disappear as Ash speaks.
"Great job Meltan!" Ash says as Dartrix looks at Meltan and tells the mon thank you with Meltan nodding. Meltan then looks at the other Meltan's and speaks.
"Mel, tan, mel" Ash's Meltan says with the others nodding as suddenly they all begin dancing around Ash's Meltan and firing some electricity at it making Ash along with his Pokémon and the Shadow Pokémon confused as Ash speaks.
"What're they doing?" Ash questions and as they continue to watch as they suddenly see Ash's Meltan along with the other Meltan glow. The other Meltan begin fusing into Ash's Meltan and when they do Ash's Meltan glows a bright white as Ash speaks.
"Meltan's evolving!" Ash says while having a surprised look on his face as they all see Meltan get bigger, growing legs and arms. Then when the light of evolution fades away what was once a Meltan is now a Melmetal. Ash along with his Pokémon all have surprised looks on their faces as Ash pulls out his Pokedex to scan the mon.
"Melmetal, the Hex Nut Pokémon, a pure Steel Type and the fully evolved form of Meltan. Long ago it was revered for its capacity to create iron from nothing and it's also said that Melmetal can deliver the strongest punches of all Pokémon" The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"So, it evolved into a Melmetal" Ash says and before he can say anything else the Houndoom's jump toward Melmetal with their teeth covered in fire as Ash speaks.
"Melmetal look out!" Ash says but Melmetal isn't worried as it begins to spin and easily smacks away all of the Houndoom's with its arms. Melmetal then fires out a large Flash Cannon that blows away and defeats multiple Shadow Pokémon. Ash along with his Pokémon all have surprised looks on their faces by how much stronger Melmetal got. Ash then quickly recomposes himself, smiles and speaks.
"Amazing Melmetal!" Ash says with his other Pokémon agreeing with him as Dartrix then perches himself onto Melmetal's right shoulder and tells Melmetal thank you with the mon nodding as Ash speaks.
"Okay guys let's keep going!" Ash says with his Pokémon agreeing as they charge forward and continue battling the Shadow Pokémon. We now cut over to Misty, Leaf, and Tracey who're still battling Resix, Blusix, and Yellosix. They hear the explosions coming from Ash's area as Tracey speaks.
"Sounds like Ash Is doing well" Tracey says with Leaf nodding as Misty speaks.
"Well then we better do our part too!" Misty says with the 2 kids and their Pokémon agreeing with them as Yellosix speaks.
"Let's see you try! Manectric use Discharge!" Yellosix calls as the mon quickly fires out multiple electric bolts as Tracey speaks.
"Dodge and Venomoth use Sleep Powder!" Tracey calls as the 4-mons quickly dodge the electric bolts and when they do Venomoth flies over to Manectric and sends out a sleeping powder. Manectric gets drowsy it tries to stay awake but is ultimately unable to as it goes asleep Tracey speaks.
"Now Azumarill use Play Rough and Scyther use Fury Cutter!" Tracey calls with the 2-mons nodding as they shoot forward and hit Manectric repeatedly. The 2-mons continue to hit Manectric until they hit it one more time causing the mon to slide back a few feet away and when it does Tracey speaks.
"Smeargle use Giga Impact!" Tracey calls (Smeargle sketched this from watching Ash's Snorlax use it). Smeargle covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks, shoots forward and hits Manectric. Manectric is sent flying a few feet away and crashes next to Yellosix. Yellosix looks at the mon and sees that it's knocked out as Tracey speaks.
"Alright we won!" Tracey says happily while his Pokémon cheer. We now come over to Leaf's battle against Blusix as the man speaks.
"Metagross use Meteor Mash!" Blusix calls Metagross, covers its body in steel energy and shoots forward heading for Leaf's Pokémon as she speaks.
"Obstagoon, Poliwrath use Bulk Up and stop Metagross!" Leaf calls with the 2-mons nodding as they bulk up their bodies and collide with Metagross. When they do Metagross tries to knock the 2-mons away, but Poliwrath and Obstagoon stand their ground. As Metagross continues trying to knock them away Leaf speaks.
"Poliwrath, Obstagoon let go of Metagross and Salazzle use Fire Blast!" Leaf calls with the 2-mons nodding as they quickly let go of Metagross and back away. As Metagross goes forward Salazzle fires out a big blast of fire that hits Metagross creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Metagross is groaning in pain as Leaf speaks.
"Now Arctozolt use Blizzard!" Leaf calls Arctozolt roars and fires out a large Blizzard that consumes Metagross and doing some damage to it. Once the Blizzard goes away Metagross looks forward as Blusix speaks.
"Hah that did nothing!" Blusix says as Leaf speaks.
"Are you sure about that?" Leaf asks as Blusix takes a closer look at Metagross and can see that the mons legs are frozen. Blusix has a surprised look on his face as Leaf speaks.
"Okay time to end this Altaria use Dragon Pulse, Salazzle Fire Blast, Obstagoon Dark Pulse, Poliwrath Hydro Pump, Arctozolt Thunder, and Venusaur use Solar Beam!" Leaf calls with the 6-mons roaring as they all fire their attacks that combine into a beam and head for Metagross. Blusix tells Metagross to dodge but the mon is unable to dodge because of the ice which allows for the beam to hit it. When the smoke clears Metagross is laying on its stomach knocked out as Leaf speaks.
"We won!" Leaf cheers along with her Pokémon while Blusix is surprised that he lost. We now go over to Misty's battle against Resix. Resix saw that his brothers lost and speaks.
"Fools" Resix says as Misty speaks.
"You're the last one left and we're taking you down!" Misty states with her Pokémon agreeing with her as Resix speaks.
"Let's see you try little girl. Camerupt use Eruption!" Resix calls as Camerupt roars and fires out multiple molten rocks towards Misty's Pokémon as she speaks.
"Primarina use Sparking Aria, Inteleon Hydro Pump, and Golisopod use Liquidation!" Misty calls with the 3-mons nodding. Primarina summons multiple orbs of water and shoots them at the rocks destroying them. Inteleon points both of his fingers forward and fires out 2 large streams of water that collide with the rocks blowing them away. Golisopod summons two water blades and begins to easily cut them in half. After that Misty calls for her next command.
"Vaporeon, Milotic use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls as the 2 mons take deep breaths and fire out two large streams of water that combine and heads for Camerupt as Resix speaks.
"Camerupt use Protect!" Resix calls as Camerupt quickly summons a protective barrier and blocks the attack. As that's happening Quaquaval then suddenly appears out of the combined Hydro Pump surprising both Resix and Camerupt as Misty speaks.
"Quaquaval use Aqua Step!" Misty calls. Camerupt's protective barrier goes down and before Resix can call for a command Quaquaval begins to not only kick Camerupt but also uses his bladed feathers as well. Quaquaval continues to hit Camerupt with each hit doing more damage than the last as Resix speaks.
"Camerupt use Shadow Rush!" "Quaquaval dodge!" Both trainers' call. Camerupt roars as it covers its body in shadow energy and heads for Quaquaval, but the mon quickly jumps in the air. Once Quaquaval's gone Camerupt looks forward and sees Vaporeon, Golisopod, Primarina, Milotic, and Inteleon taking deep breaths as Misty speaks.
"Use Hydro Pump and Scald!" Misty calls with the 5-mons nodding as they all fire their attacks that combine into one and hit Camerupt consuming the mon. Camerupt's sent sliding back a few feet away and is groaning in pain as Resix speaks.
"You're not done yet Camerupt use Eruption!" Resix calls and just when Camerupt's about to use the move Misty speaks.
"Togetic use Moonblast!" Misty calls as up in the air Togetic has created a big pink orb of fairy energy and fires it at Camerupt. Camerupt can't dodge in time as the Moonblast then consumes it making the mon cry out in pain until there's an explosion sending out a strong wind that causes Resix to let go of the blue crystal ball. There's now a cloud of smoke and when the smoke clears, we see Camerupt laying on its stomach knocked out as Misty speaks.
"We did it!" Misty cheers along with her Pokémon. Leaf along with Tracey and their Pokémon come over to them and they all begin to celebrate. Resix's angry that he lost and returns Camerupt back to its Pokeball. Once he does Blusix along with Yellosix appear next to him as Blusix speaks.
"Sorry Resix we lost" Blusix says as Resix speaks.
"That's fine because as long as we have the orb there's nothing that they can do" Resix says with his brothers nodding as when Resix goes to show them the orb he notices that he doesn't have it in his hand. Resix along with his brothers begin looking for the ball as Misty speaks.
"Looking for this?" Misty asks causing the 3 men to look at her as they see that she's holding the ball in her hand. The 3 brothers all have surprised looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"Now that we have this ball back, we're going to make sure that you won't take it again" Misty says with Leaf, Tracey, and their Pokémon agreeing with her as they all have serious looks on their faces. Yellosix then looks at Resix and speaks.
"What now?" Yellosix asks as even though Resix wants to take the ball back he calms down, looks at his brothers and speaks.
"We're retreating for now" Resix says with Blusix and Yellosix agreeing as Resix looks at the 3 kids and speaks.
"You may've won today but mark my words the next time we meet you won't be so lucky!" Resix says with his brothers agreeing with him and they then begin to run away as Leaf speaks.
"They're getting away!" Leaf says as she is about to go after them Tracey speaks.
"Leaf hold on there's no need to go after them as we got what we need" Tracey says with Leaf nodding as we then see Misty walking over to Melody and Slowking. When they get close enough Misty looks at them and speaks.
"We got the ball back" Misty says making Melody and Slowking smile as Slowking speaks.
"This is great and now we just wait for the Chosen One to come back" Slowking says with Misty nodding as they all look and see Ash along with his Pokémon continuing to battle the Shadow Pokémon. We now come away from the group and come back to where Greevil is. Greevil's looking forward as he then sees that Looker, Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth have made it. They all get off Gyarados's back as Wes returns the mon back to its Pokeball Greevil speaks.
"You finally made it" Greevil says as Looker speaks.
"That's right and we're taking you into custody!" Looker says while having a serious look on his face as Greevil speaks.
"Sorry but I'm going to decline as I still enjoy my freedom" Greevil says as Looker speaks.
"Unfortunately for you there's no negotiation" Looker says as Greevil smiles and speaks.
"Actually, I believe there is" Greevil says making Looker along with the others confused. Meowth then senses something as he speaks.
"Something's coming!" Meowth says alerting the others as they turn around and see Shadow Lugia along with the Shadow Legendary birds. They all have surprised looks on their faces as Greevil speaks.
"Lugia use Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls as Looker speaks.
"LOOK OUT!" Looker yells as he along with everyone else quickly get out of the way as Lugia fires out a big shadow beam at them and lands on the ground creating an explosion. When that happens, they're all blown away as there's then a cloud of smoke. When the smoke cloud clears, we see everyone laying on the ground groaning in pain as Looker speaks.
"Is everyone okay?" Looker asks with them all nodding as they stand back up and when they do Greevil speaks.
"So, Looker of the international police what was that about you taking me into custody?" Greevil asks while having a smile on his face as Lugia, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno are all standing protectively over him. Looker along with Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth all have worried looks on their faces as Greevil speaks.
"No response? Well, that's fine with me because it's time for you all to die." Greevil says as he looks at Lugia and calls for a command.
"Lugia use Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls. Lugia lets out a mighty roar and fires another Shadow Blast at them and when the move is about to connect, they all hear a voice.
"Fire Blast!" The voice says as suddenly a big blast of fire appears and collides with the blast creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Greevil speaks.
"Where'd that come from?!" Greevil questions as Looker looks in the air smiles and speaks.
"You finally showed up Red" Looker says while looking at the man riding on his Charizard who has a smile on his face. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as Charizard then lands on the ground and Red gets off his back. When he does, he goes over to the others and speaks.
"Are you guys, okay?" Red asks as Looker speaks.
"We're a little bruised but we'll manage" Looker responds with Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth agreeing with him making Red smile as he speaks.
"That's good to hear" Red says while having a smile on his face as he then looks over at the 4 legendary mons then Greevil and speaks.
"So, I take it that you're the one responsible for causing this mess that's happening to the world?" Red asks as Greevil speaks.
"Well yes but I did have a partner" Greevil responds as Red speaks.
"Partner?" Red says as Looker speaks.
"That's right Lawrence should be here what happened to him?" Looker asks as Greevil speaks.
"Oh yes him he's right over there" Greevil says while pointing over to Lawrence's dead corpse as Rui speaks.
"He's dead" Rui says while she along with the others have surprised looks on their faces as Wes speaks.
"Why'd you kill him? Weren't you guys' partners?" Wes asks as Greevil speaks.
"While he was useful to have around and seeing as we both wanted Lugia I decided to kill him so that Lugia along with his fortune can become mine." Greevil responds while having an evil smile on his face as Jessie speaks.
"You're horrible!" Jessie says with the others agreeing with him as Red speaks.
"Looks like I do need to stop you" Red says as Greevil speaks.
"You stop me? Please don't you see the Pokémon I have under my command you might currently be the world's strongest trainer but not even you can defeat all 4 legendary Pokémon that now have more strength because they're now Shadow Pokémon." Greevil says as Red speaks.
"If I was the same trainer, I was 20 years ago then what you said would be true but unfortunately for you I'm not and I'll make sure to defeat you and save those Pokémon!" Red states as he throws 3 Pokeball's high in the air sending out his Dragonite, Gengar, and Aerodactyl. Once they appear they stand next to Charizard and look at the 4 legendary mons as Greevil speaks.
"You can try to stop me but once I defeat you the world shall be mine!" Greevil says as he then calls for his commands.
"Moltres use Shadow Fire, Articuno use Shadow Chill, and Zapdos use Shadow Bolt!" Greevil calls with the 3-mons nodding as they all fire their attacks that head for Red's Pokémon as he speaks.
"Dodge!" Red calls as the 4 mons quickly fly in the air and dodge the attacks. When they do Lugia appears in front of them as Greevil speaks.
"Use Shadow Down!" Greevil calls as Lugia roars at the 4-mons causing them along with Red and the others to cover their ears. As Lugia continues to roar Red's Pokémon can feel that their physical defense has decreased as Greevil speaks.
"Now use Shadow Rush Lugia!" Greevil calls. Lugia roars as it covers its body in shadow energy and heads for Red's Pokémon as Red speaks.
"Dragonite, Gengar, Aerodactyl dodge and Charizard use Temper Flare!" Red calls Dragonite along with Gengar and Aerodactyl quickly get out of the way dodging the attack. Charizard covers his body in fire, flies forward and collides with Lugia. When he does the 2 mons begin trying to push each other back and forth. Lugia begins to slowly push Charizard back, but the fire lizard doesn't give up as a few seconds later they then fly away from each other. Once they do, Greevil calls for his next command.
"Lugia use Shadow Storm!" Greevil calls as Lugia roars and summons a large shadowy tornado that heads for Charizard as Red speaks.
"Dragonite use Thunder and Aerodactyl use Stone Edge!" Red calls. Before the tornado can connect with Charizard Dragonite roars and summons a large electric bolt from the sky that comes crashing down on the shadowy tornado easily destroying it. Once the tornado's gone Aerodactyl creates multiple sharp rocks around itself and fires them forward heading for Lugia as Greevil speaks.
"Lugia use Shadow Shed and Articuno, Zapdos use Shadow Rush!" Greevil calls. Lugia summons a protective barrier and blocks the sharp stones. Articuno along with Zapdos cover their bodies in shadow energy and fly forward as Red speaks.
"Aerodactyl use Giga impact and Dragonite use Dragon Rush!" Red calls Aerodactyl along with Dragonite roar as they fly forward and collide with the 2-mons creating an explosion. Out of the explosion the 4-mons fly away from each other as Greevil speaks.
"Moltres use Shadow Fire!" Greevil calls. Moltres roars and fires out a large shadowy fire that heads for Charizard, Dragonite, and Aerodactyl as Red speaks.
"Gengar use Phantom Force then Shadow Ball!" Red calls. Gengar appears in front of the attack and summons a portal in front of itself. The attack then goes in the portal and when it does another portal appears next to Articuno as the Shadow Fire hits it instead causing damage to the mon. Gengar then creates a big ghostly ball and throws it at Articuno. The Shadow Ball hits Articuno and sends the mon crashing hard on the ground as it groans in pain. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"Articuno get up! This is an order!" Greevil calls and Articuno tries to get up but can't as it's too tired from all the fighting it did earlier Red speaks.
"Well, that's one down" Red says as Greevil speaks.
"Don't get too confident now as I still have 3. Zapdos use Shadow Bolt!" Greevil calls Zapdos fires a large electric bolt towards Red's Pokémon as he speaks.
"Dragonite counter with Thunder!" Red calls Dragonite roars and fires a large electric bolt that connects with Zapdos's attack creating an explosion. Out of the explosion Dragonite appears and is heading for Zapdos as Greevil speaks.
"Lugia use Shadow Blast on Dragonite and Moltres use Shadow Fire on Dragonite too!" Greevil calls with the 2-mons roaring as they fire their attacks that head for Dragonite as Red speaks.
"Charizard use Fire Blast and Aerodactyl use Hyper Beam!" Red calls with the 2-mons nodding as they fire them forward and connect with Lugia's along with Moltres's attacks. Meanwhile Dragonite continues heading for Zapdos as Greevil speaks.
"Zapdos use Shadow Bolt!" Greevil calls Zapdos roars and fires out multiple shadowy bolts at Dragonite as Red speaks.
"Dragonite dodge and when you get close use Dragon Rush!" Red calls Dragonite nods as she begins to easily avoid the electric bolts. Dragonite continues to dodge until she covers her body in dragon energy and rams her head hard into Zapdos's stomach making the mon cough in pain. Dragonite then opens her mouth as Red speaks.
"Dragonite use Dragon Pulse!" Red calls Dragonite roars and fires out a large purple draconic beam that consumes Zapdos and sends the mon crashing down on the ground creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Zapdos's laying on its back and can't battle anymore. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as Red speaks.
"That's two" Red says making Greevil annoyed as he calls for his next command.
"Why you Lugia use Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls Lugia fires out a big shadow beam that heads for Dragonite as Red speaks.
"Charizard intercept the Shadow Blast with Flamethrower and Gengar use Thunderbolt on Moltres!" Red calls Charizard fires out a large stream of fire that collides with the Shadow Blast creating an explosion. Gengar's body is sparking in electricity as it then fires an electric bolt at Moltres as Greevil speaks.
"Moltres dodge then use Shadow Fire!" Greevil calls Moltres easily dodges the attack and when it goes to use its attack Red speaks.
"Aerodactyl use Giga Impact!" Red calls as Aerodactyl appears out of nowhere and hits Moltres causing damage to the mon Red speaks.
"Now use Stone Edge!" Red calls Aerodactyl roars and fires multiple large sharp stones that consume Moltres and sends the mon crashing down on the ground. When the dust clears Moltres is laying on its back groaning in pain and can't battle anymore either. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as Red speaks.
"And that's 3 just one more to go" Red says while having a smile on his face which makes Greevil angry as he speaks.
"Lugia use Shadow Rush!" Greevil calls Lugia, lets out a mighty roar as it covers its body in shadow energy and flies forward heading for Aerodactyl as Red speaks.
"Aerodactyl dodge and Charizard counter with Thunder Punch!" Red calls Aerodactyl quickly moves out of the way as Charizard appears covers his left fist in electricity and collides with Lugia. When that happens the 2 mons begin pushing each other back and forth trying to overpower their opponent as Greevil speaks.
"Use Shadow Blast!" "Charizard dodge then use Fire Blast!" Both trainers' call. Lugia fires the shadowy blast that goes to hit Charizard, but the fire lizard manages to dodge the attack. Charizard then covers his mouth in fire and fires out a large blast of fire that hits Lugia hard in the face. Lugia groans a little in pain as Greevil speaks.
"Lugia use Shadow Storm!" Greevil calls Lugia roars and summons a large tornado of shadow energy that goes to hit Charizard as Red speaks.
"Dodge Charizard!" Red calls Charizard manages to easily dodge the attack as Greevil speaks.
"Use Shadow Rush!" Greevil calls. Before Red can call for a command Lugia appears in front of Charizard and hits the mon doing some damage as Greevil speaks.
"Now use Shadow Blast!" Greevil calls Lugia roars as it fires out a point-blank Shadow Blast that consumes Charizard and sends the fire lizard crashing on the ground creating an explosion. When the explosion clears, we see Charizard laying on his back as Greevil smiles and speaks.
"Hah! See what did I tell you you're nothing compared to me and now that your Charizard's defeated the rest of your Pokémon will soon fall as well" Greevil says while having an evil smile on his face as Red smirks and speaks.
"What makes you think that Charizard's down?" Red asks, making Greevil confused as suddenly Charizard stands back up and shakes his head knocking some of the rubble and dust off him. Red looks at the fire lizard and speaks.
"So, how'd that feel?" Red asks as Charizard lets out a little roar saying it was a strong attack with Red nodding. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"But that's impossible your Charizard should be down after taking a Shadow Blast from Lugia!" Greevil says as Red looks at him and speaks.
"While that attack was powerful it wasn't going to be enough to take down Charizard, but it would've defeated another trainers Pokémon" Red says with Charizard agreeing with him Greevil speaks.
"Fine you want more power I'll give you more power! Lugia use Calm Mind then Aeroblast!" Greevil calls Lugia calms its mind increasing its special attack/defense power. Lugia then fires out a large beam with air around it as Red speaks.
"Charizard use Thunder Punch!" Red calls Charizard covers both of his fists in electricity and collides with the Aeroblast with his left fist. When he does the move begins to slowly push Charizard back as Greevil speaks.
"I bet your Charizard can't handle this attack!" Greevil says while having a confident smile on his face as Red smiles too and speaks.
"Well, it's a lot stronger than that previous attack but it's still nothing that Charizard can't handle!" Red responds as he speaks.
"Charizard keep using Thunder Punch!" Red calls Charizard nods as he begins punching the Aeroblast fast. As he's doing that, he's slowly punching away the Aeroblast and is making his way to Lugia. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as Red speaks.
"Yeah, that's it Charizard!" Red cheers along with Dragonite, Gengar, and Aerodactyl as Charizard continues punching the move. As Charizard's getting closer Greevil speaks.
"Lugia use Shadow Rush! Greevil calls Lugia roars as it covers its body in shadow energy and heads for Charizard as Red speaks.
"Charizard stop Lugia!" Red calls Charizard points his hands forward as he collides with Lugia. When he does Lugia begins trying to push Charizard back, but the fire lizard is holding his own. Meanwhile, with Greevil he has an annoyed look on his face as he begins to speak.
"This is ridiculous now that Lugia's a Shadow Pokémon it should be able to easily take down his Charizard so why isn't it?! And to add insult to injury his Charizard hasn't even transformed." Greevil says to himself as Red speaks.
"You're probably wondering why my Charizard's so strong well I'll tell you. You see a couple months ago Charizard, and I battled a very strong psychic type Pokémon that fought evenly with Charizard and almost won. So ever since then not only Charizard but I've been training myself along with my other Pokémon so that if we ever face something like that again, we'll be ready. You're probably also wondering why I haven't had Charizard transform yet and that's because the way that he is right now Charizard doesn't need to transform in order to beat Lugia." Red says, making Greevil annoyed as he speaks.
"You expect me to believe that after doing some training that your Charizard is at the level it's at currently making it so it can fight evenly with a legendary Pokémon?!" Greevil asks as Red speaks.
"Well yeah it's what I literally just said" Red responds making Greevil angrier as he speaks.
"YOU ARROGANT MAN I'LL MAKE SURE TO GET RID OF YOU! LUGIA USE SHADOW BLAST!" Greevil yells and as Lugia's about to fire the blast Red speaks.
"Charizard dodge then use Thunder Punch!" Red calls Charizard quickly moves to the left as Lugia fires the blast that hits another part of Lightning Island. Charizard covers his left fist in electricity and punches Lugia hard in the face making the mon groan in pain as Greevil speaks.
"Use Hydro Pump!" "Block Charizard!" Both trainers' call. Lugia looks at Charizard and fires out a large stream of water. Charizard quickly brings up his arms and blocks the attack as he's pushed back a few feet away Greevil speaks.
"Use Shadow Storm!" Greevil calls Lugia roars and summons a large shadowy tornado that heads for Charizard as Red speaks.
"Charizard counter with Inferno!" Red calls Charizard, heats up his body and lets out a mighty roar sending out a large tornado of heat that collides with the shadowy tornado. The 2 attacks collide and when they do they create a shockwave and go back and forth. The 2 attacks continue doing that until Charizard's Inferno manages to destroy the shadowy tornado and heads for Lugia as Greevil speaks.
"LUGIA USE SHADOW BLAST!" Greevil yells as Lugia fires out a giant shadow beam that easily destroys the Inferno and heads for Charizard as Red speaks.
"Charizard dodge then use Fire Blast!" Red calls Charizard easily dodges the attack and fires out a large blast of fire that heads for Lugia as Greevil speaks.
"Knock it away!" Greevil calls as Lugia swings out its right wing and knocks the blast of fire away. When it does that Charizard suddenly appears in front of the mon surprising both Lugia and Greevil. Charizard's body is heating up as Greevil speaks.
"LUGIA NOW THAT CHARIZARD'S IN FRONT OF YOU USE SHADOW BLAST!" "I don't think so! Charizard use Blast Burn!" Both trainers' call. Before Lugia's able to use the move Charizard's body heats up more and more until he fires out a giant stream of fire from his mouth that consumes Lugia. Inside the stream of fire Lugia cries out in pain as it's sent crashing down on the ground creating an explosion as Greevil speaks.
"LUGIA!" Greevil yells as we see Red's Charizard land on the ground and has some steam coming out of his body, but it quickly goes away as he along with Red and the others look forward. As the smoke clears everyone can see Lugia lying on its back groaning in pain as Greevil speaks.
"LUGIA GET UP THIS IS AN ORDER! GET UP AND CONTINUE FIGHTING RIGHT NOW!" Greevil yells but Lugia doesn't move as it continues lying on its back and is completely knocked out. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as Red smiles and speaks.
"Alright!" Red cheers along with his Pokémon and the others as Jessie, James, and Meowth speak.
"He did it!" The 3 of them say while having happy tears in their eyes as Rui speaks.
"He really took down 4 legendary Pokémon that were possessed with shadow energy" Rui says as Wes speaks.
"Seeing him battle really makes me motivated to train more" Wes says as Looker speaks.
"That's Red for ya and yeah you can see why a lot of people consider him to be the strongest trainer in the world" Looker says with the others nodding. Meanwhile with Greevil he has a surprised look on his face as he drops his cane, gets on his knees and speaks.
"I lost…? But I had 4 legendary Pokémon that had shadow energy which boosted their strength. HOW COULD I HAVE LOST!?" Greevil yells as Red speaks.
"The reason you lost is because you don't have a bond with any of these 4" Red says making Greevil look at him as Red continues.
"Instead of using this shadow energy thing or whatever to forcibly control and increase a Pokémon's strength you should've grown a bond with them instead. If you had done that this battle could've gone differently, and my Pokémon and I probably would've had to use our full power." Red says with his Pokémon agreeing with him as Greevil speaks.
"You're telling me that the reason I lost is because I didn't have a strong bond? THAT'S STUPID THEY'RE LEGENDARY POKEMON WHY DO I NEED TO FORM A BOND WITH THEM WHEN THEY SHOULD ONLY OBEY ME AND USE THEIR POWERS FOR MY NEEDS!" Greevil responds back as Red shakes his head and speaks.
"See that attitude right there is the reason as to why you'll never defeat me or have any hope of taking over the world" Red says making Greevil angry as Red looks at Looker and speaks.
"Okay Looker he's all yours I'm going to go check and see how my son is doing" Red says with Looker nodding as he begins walking over to Greevil. Greevil has a frustrated look on his face as he begins to think.
"No this can't be the end I was so close I need something anything to get me out of here!" Greevil says to himself and as Looker continues walking towards Greevil everyone here's a voice.
"Hmmm this is a fine ship" The voice says shocking everyone especially Red, Looker, Jessie, James, and Meowth as they've heard that voice before. They all look over and see the other world Giovanni standing while looking at the destroyed ship. They all have surprised looks on their faces as they speak.
"GIOVANNI!?" They all say in surprise. When they do this causes the man to look at them as he smiles and speaks.
"Oh, you noticed me and here I thought that I kept my presence well hidden" The man says while having a smile on his face. Meanwhile the others still have surprised looks on their faces as James speaks.
"Is that really Giovanni?" James asks as Jessie speaks.
"But he's supposed to be dead right? I mean we saw his corpse" Jessie says as the man speaks.
"Oh, that I can see why you'd be confused as that wasn't me. Well, it was me but more specifically that was your world's Giovanni while I come from a different world that's similar to this one" Giovanni responds surprising everyone as Looker speaks.
"What?! But that's impossible you're probably someone who just dressed up as Giovanni!" Looker says as Red speaks.
"No Looker he's speaking the truth" Red says surprising Looker as Wes looks at Red and speaks.
"How can you tell?" Wes asks as Red speaks.
"With my aura. I may not be as good as Riley, but I can tell whenever a person is lying or telling the truth and this man who claims to be Giovanni is telling the truth" Red responds with the others nodding as Giovanni speaks.
"Ah yes just as I would expect from Red Ketchum the strongest trainer in the world" Giovanni says as Red speaks.
"So, you know about me?" Red asks as Giovanni speaks.
"Why of course as everyone on this planet should know about the great and powerful Red Ketchum" Giovanni says as Red speaks.
"I see in that case I have one question for you were you the one that killed our world's Giovanni?" Red asks making the man smile as he speaks.
"Why yes that was me" Giovanni responds surprising everyone as Looker speaks.
"If that's the case then that means-" Before Looker can finish Red speaks.
"That means that he's the one that I've been looking for" Red says as Giovanni speaks.
"Yes, you are correct I'm the one you've been searching for all this time" Giovanni says while having a smile on his face as Red speaks.
"So, would it be rude for me if I asked you to willingly turn yourself over to the International police?" Red asks as Giovanni speaks.
"Turn myself over? But why I haven't even done anything bad except for killing this worlds Giovanni oh and also killing all of the people at Cipher Headquarters on New Orrie Island" Giovanni responds surprising everyone especially Greevil as he speaks.
"You killed all of them?" Greevil asks causing Giovanni to look at him as he speaks.
"Yep, I killed every last one of them you should've heard their screams it was like music to my ears" Giovanni says as surprising Greevil more as he speaks.
"But why what could my employees have done to make you want to kill them?" Greevil asks as Giovanni speaks.
"Well, when I appeared they instantly attacked me now of course you could say it's because I just came out of nowhere, but it was still rude of them to do so as all I wanted to know was to learn about the Shadow technology your company used." Giovanni responds as Greevil speaks.
"But there was over a hundred people working there, there's no way you could've killed all of them yourself." Greevil says as Giovanni speaks.
"You're right I'm not the one that did the killing instead it was my partner here" Giovanni says as he pulls out a Pokeball and sends out his Mewtwo. Once the mon appears everyone has surprised looks on their faces as the mon also lets out a lot of pressure. Once Mewtwo does this world's Mewtwo along with Mew, Sabrina, Yellow, Riley and even Sabrina's assistant Anabel feel it. Back to the others they look at the mon, Red's Pokémon growl at it as Red speaks.
"It's Mewtwo" Red says as Looker speaks.
"But I thought you said that Mewtwo is currently in the wild?" Looker asks as Red speaks.
"Yes, this world's Mewtwo is as this Mewtwo we're seeing right now is completely different from the one I battled" Red says as Rui speaks.
"I also see nothing but pure darkness from both it along with that man" Rui says with the group nodding as Giovanni speaks.
"So, as you can see with Mewtwo here I bet you can now understand why it was easy to kill all of those Cipher employees. Also, I did manage to find out more about the shadow technology here thanks to a scientist named Ein who I had Mewtwo kill afterward." Giovanni says while having a smile on his face and making everyone angry. But the one who's the angriest is Greevil as he then picks up the gun, he threw away earlier, looks at Giovanni and speaks.
"DIE YOU MONSTER!" Greevil yells as Red speaks.
"NO WAIT!" Red yells but was too late as Greevil fires the bullet. When he does the bullet heads for Giovanni the man doesn't look at it as his Mewtwo uses its psychic powers and sends the bullet straight through Greevil's throat. Greevil has a surprised look on his face as he begins to cough up some blood Giovanni looks at him and speaks.
"Silly old man you're too old to be using guns and besides it was a mistake for you to fire it with a psychic Pokémon present" Giovanni responds as in Greevil's mind he begins to think about his life and when that's over he speaks.
"It… Wasn't… Supposed…. To… End…. This…. Way…." Greevil says as he then takes one more breath and lays on his stomach and is dead. Red along with the others all have surprised looks on their faces as Giovanni speaks.
"Hmmm it's a shame that I had to kill him he could've been useful. Actually, now that I think about it, he would've slowed me down, so it was best that I killed him." Giovanni says as he looks at Mewtwo and speaks.
"Okay Mewtwo let's take this ship and go" Giovanni says with Mewtwo nodding and before they teleport away Red speaks.
"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE! CHARIZARD TRANSFORM!" Red yells as Charizard lets out a mighty roar as he's consumed inside a fire sphere. A couple seconds later Charizard bursts out from the sphere and has now transformed into Red Charizard as Red speaks.
"CHARIZARD USE FLAMETHROWER!" Red calls as Charizard roars, his crimson skin turns black, and his fire wings turn blue. Charizard then fires out a giant blue stream of fire that heads for Giovanni and Mewtwo. Giovanni has a smile on his face as he snaps his fingers and there's a big explosion that creates a strong wind. The wind tries to push the others back, but they stand their ground and when the wind goes away Looker speaks.
"Did that do it?" Looker questions as Red speaks.
"No, it didn't" Red responds as a few seconds later the smoke clears, and everyone looks at Giovanni who's in a barrier that has a couple cracks on it which was created by Mewtwo. They then look at Mewtwo and see that its appearance has changed. Mewtwo's skin is gray, it's now 2 feet taller, it has a long golden spike on its shoulder, its tail is golden as well, and is holding a spoon that's created with psychic energy in its left hand (Basically it looks like Shadow Mewtwo from the Pokken Tournament game). Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Giovanni speaks.
"That was a very strong attack but as you can see my Mewtwo has a transformation as well. After conquering my previous world and getting rid of all of my enemies, one day Mewtwo transformed into this. I guess you could say it's similar to you and your Charizard's transformation which I believe is called "Bond phenomenon" but instead of that my Mewtwo has turned into Dark Mewtwo, but Shadow Mewtwo works too" Giovanni says as the mon sends out a big pressure which causes them all to nervously sweat. We now come over to Ash and his Pokémon they've finally defeated all of the Shadow Pokémon there as Ash speaks.
"Whew it took a while, but we finally did it" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding but suddenly Ash along with all of his Pokémon get a big chill and have surprised looks on their faces while looking over at Lightning Island as Ash speaks.
"What's going on over there?" Ash says to himself as we also go over to where Misty, Leaf, Tracey, their Pokémon, Melody, and Slowking are. They all feel the chill too as Tracey speaks.
"Where'd this sudden chill come from?" Tracey wonders as Leaf speaks.
"I don't know but I don't like it" Leaf says with their Pokémon, Melody, and Slowking agreeing with her. Meanwhile, Misty has a worried look on her face as she sees Togetic being very scared. Misty holds the mon in a warm embrace to try and keep him calm. Meanwhile, this world's Mewtwo, Mew, Sabrina, Yellow, Anabel, a few other people along with some Legendary Pokémon around the world feel this pressure as well as this world's Mewtwo speaks.
"This power… It's pure evil…" Mewtwo says to himself as we then come back over to Red and the others. They all continue to look at Mewtwo still having surprised looks on their faces as Giovanni looks at Red and his Pokémon who have serious looks on their faces then speaks.
"Red Ketchum as much as I would like to battle you now unfortunately our battle will have to wait as I'm still exploring this world. But don't worry our battle will happen and when it does, I'm curious to see who will become the victor between you and I" Giovanni says while looking at Red who has sweat coming down his face and is looking at Giovanni with a serious look. Giovanni continues to look at Red smiles and speaks.
"Well then with that I bid you all farewell" Giovanni says as he snaps his fingers and Mewtwo along with Giovanni and Lawerence's ship disappear. When they're gone Looker, Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth all fall to the ground and begin to breathe heavily trying to catch their breaths. As they're doing that Jessie speaks.
"If I'd moved even a little bit I would've died" Jessie says with James and Meowth agreeing with her Wes then looks at Rui and speaks.
"Rui are you okay?" Wes asks while Rui has a terrified look on her face and Wes doesn't blame her as he has a scared look too and hugs her. With Looker once he catches his breath he begins to speak.
"That man he's far too dangerous don't you agree Red?" Looker asks while looking at Red along with his Pokémon. Red has an angry look on his face as Looker speaks.
"Red are you okay?" Looker asks as Red speaks.
"I…. couldn't do anything…." Red says in anger while clinching his fists with his Pokémon feeling that same frustration (Charizard also reverts back to his normal form). Looker looks at Red and understands. Looker then looks at the 4-legendary Pokémon that are knocked out along with the dead bodies of Lawrence and Greevil then speaks.
"This… is a huge mess…." Looker says while also having a frustrated look too. After that we now come back to Ash and his Pokémon. They continue looking at Lightning Island as Ash speaks.
"Seems like whatever that presence was it's gone now" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding as Ash then remembers something and speaks.
"That's right Misty, Leaf, and Tracey are currently battling the Hexagon Brothers we need to go help them" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding as they begin running over to them. As they're doing that Ash looks back towards Lightning Island again and hopes that his dad along with everyone else are okay. Ash then looks forward and continues running. A couple minutes later Ash along with his Pokémon have made it back to where everyone else is as Ash speaks.
"Hey!" Ash says causing everyone to look at him. When they do, they have smiles on their faces, but their smiles quickly turn into ones of shock when they see all of Ash's Pokémon. When Ash along with his Pokémon get close enough Ash looks at them and speaks.
"Are you guys, okay?" Ash asks as Misty speaks.
"We're fine Ash and are these all of your Pokémon?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"Yep, the ones that were at Prof. Oak's ranch left and came to help us and I'm happy that they did because otherwise the battle with those Shadow Pokémon wouldn't have ended well" Ash says with the group nodding as Leaf then looks at Greninja, Lucario, and Dragonite then speaks.
"Whoa Ash did your Frogadier, Riolu, and Dragonair evolve?" Leaf asks as Ash speaks.
"Yep, when Lugia launched a powerful attack at us I thought it was over but these three stepped up and intercepted the attack which caused them to evolve." Ash says with the 3-mons nodding as he continues to speak.
"Also, they aren't the only ones to evolve my Meltan evolved into a Pokémon called Melmetal after fusing with all of the other Meltan's" Ash says as the mon waves at them. The group have surprised looks on their faces as Leaf speaks.
"SO! COOL!" Leaf says as her eyes become giant stars and looks at the mon as Tracey speaks.
"I've never seen a Melmetal before. Here let me make a quick sketch" Tracey says as he begins to sketch the mon Leaf then lets out a gasp and speaks.
"Wait I just realized something Ash you said that all of the Meltan fused into your Meltan in order to make Melmetal right?" Leaf asks with Ash nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Then that means I won't ever be able to catch my own Meltan or Melmetal" Leaf says while having a sad look on her face as her Pokémon begin to comfort her Melody then speaks.
"You know this is great and all but aren't you guys forgetting something?" Melody asks, making the group confused, she points at the shrine that has the other 2 balls inside. The group have surprised looks on their faces as they remember Ash speaks.
"That's right were you guys able to get the final treasure back?" Ash asks as Misty speaks.
"Yep, and here it is" Misty responds as she hands the ball over to Ash who tells Misty thank you with the girl nodding as Slowking speaks.
"Now please place the final treasure in the shrine" Slowking says with Ash nodding as he goes over to the shrine. Ash looks at the spot that showcases Ice Island and places the ball in there. When he does the 3 balls in the shrine glow a bright green and then suddenly the snow is blown away. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as they continue looking at the shrine and green water comes out of it. The green water goes over to the stone pillars and causes them to glow green for a little bit then turn blue. The group look around as Misty looks at Melody and speaks.
"Looks like it's your turn" Misty says with Melody nodding as she walks up the stairs and makes it to the shrine. Once she does, she looks at Ash who nods with Melody nodding too as she looks at her flute and begins to play. As she's playing it the stone pillars glow matching the rhythm of the song, we then come over to the area where Red is at as Lugia along with Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno hear the song. We then pan over to the sky and begin to see sunlight coming from the clouds as the storm starts to disappear. Back to Melody as she continues to play her flute suddenly green water appears out of the shrine and goes into the water down below.
Once it does, the green water mixes with the regular water turning it green as it goes to the other 3 islands. When that happens the Shadow Pokémon that Ash along with his Pokémon beat are purified as the shadow aura disappears and the water also heals the Pokémon that were attacked by the 3 birds. The green water also heads over to where Red along with the others are as Rui looks at it and speaks.
"This water it has the same properties as the Relic Stone back in Relic Forest on Agate Village and what we use at headquarters" Rui says as Meowth speaks.
"And what does that mean?" Meowth asks as Rui speaks.
"It means that the Pokémon that were turned into Shadow Pokémon can now be purified" Rui responds as everyone then looks over at Lugia, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno and see the shadow energy disappearing from them. When that happens, the group have smiles on their faces as the 4 mons feel as though their strength has been returned to them and they begin to fly in the air heading over to where Ash and the others are as Red speaks.
"We should go too" Red says with the others nodding as Red gets on Charizard's back, Looker along with Wes, and Rui get on Dragonite's back while Jessie, James, and Meowth get on Aerodactyl's back. Red returns Gengar back to its Pokeball as the 3 mons then fly in the air and begin heading over to where Ash and the others are too. As Melody continues to play, we see that the other disasters that were happening around the world disappear too, making everyone happy. We now come back to the group as they see the ice below fully melt and become water again as the sky clears showcasing the bright blue sky. Everyone then sees Lugia along with Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno happily flying in the air. A couple seconds later they see Red along with the others riding on Charizard, Dragonite's and Aerodactyl's backs. Once the 3-mons land the humans get off causing the group to run over to them and when they get close enough Ash tells his father thank you for helping Lugia. Red looks at Ash smiles and gives him a pat on the head saying good job for saving the world. Red then says hello to Misty, Leaf, and introduces himself to Tracey which makes Tracey happy as he finally got to meet Red Ketchum (Tracey's also a fan of Red but Tracey still likes Prof. Oak more).
As they're all talking Lugia appears and lands next to the group. Lugia looks at Ash and tells him to get on his back with the boy nodding as he along with Pikachu do just that. After that Lugia's flying high in the air along with the 3 legendary birds. Down below in the water we see the Pokémon that came to help heading back to their homes. Up in the air we see Lugia continuing to fly with Ash and Pikachu on his back as a couple seconds later the deep-sea current appears out of the water and stretches across the land. Ash along with everyone else are surprised but then a couple seconds later the deep-sea current falls back in the water and in its place appears a big rainbow. Everyone has smiles on their faces as we then see Moltres, along with Zapdos and Articuno heading back to their respective islands so that they can rest. As Lugia continues to fly he begins to speak to Ash.
"Ash, I have a request for you" Lugia says making Ash curious as he speaks.
"A request?" Ash asks as Lugia speaks.
"Yes, I wanted to inform you that whenever you decide to travel to the Johto region you can help a trainer" Lugia says as Ash speaks.
"You want me to help a trainer?" Ash asks with Lugia nodding as he continues to speak.
"Yes, I met this trainer 11 years ago as he was just starting his journey, I noticed a lot of anger within him so I left him with a silver wing in hopes that it would bring him happiness. But over the years I feel his anger growing more and more." Lugia says as Ash speaks.
"So, what do you want me to do?" Ash asks as Lugia speaks.
"If you ever encounter this trainer, I want you to bring him back to the light as I believe you're the only one who can." Lugia responds with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Okay I'll do it so what's his name?" Ash asks as Lugia speaks.
"Unfortunately, I do not know his name but the moment you meet him you'll know who he is" Lugia responds with Ash nodding. After that the sun begins to slowly set as Lugia then brings Ash and Pikachu back to the others and Melody has stopped playing her flute. When he does the mon flies in the air, looks at the group one more time and speaks.
"The beast of the sea has been tamed it could not have been in better hands and I thank you all" Lugia says with everyone nodding as they then see Lugia dive in the water and it begins to swim away. After that the group look forward as Red walks next to Ash and speaks.
"Well son you did it you saved the world" Red says as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"Yeah, but I couldn't of have done it without my friends, Pokémon and you dad" Ash says with Red nodding as he speaks.
"True and let's not tell your mom about this" Red says with Ash nodding and when that happens, they then hear a voice.
"ASH!" "LEAF!" The voices say causing everyone to look as they see Delia along with Oak, Rose, Ivy, and a couple reporters as Oak speaks.
"We finally made it" Oak says as when Delia and Rose get down from the cliff they run over to their children. Rose makes it over to Leaf, hugs her and speaks.
"Leaf are you okay?" Rose asks as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, mom I'm fine and what are you doing here?" Leaf asks as Rose speaks.
"What can't a mother worry about her own daughter?" Rose asks as Leaf smiles and speaks.
"I know I was just kidding" Leaf responds while having a smile on her face and making Rose smile too as they then hug. We now come over to Delia, she makes it to Ash and speaks.
"Ash, I saw you just what were you thinking young man?" Delia asks while having a stern look on her face and making Ash a little nervous as Red speaks.
"Now Delia stay calm Ash just helped save the world" Red says making Delia glare at him as she speaks.
"And where were you during all of this?" Delia asks as Red begins trying to explain Delia begins to scold Red for saying to not get their son into trouble with Red nodding as he says sorry. Delia then looks at Ash and speaks.
"So, you really did help save the world?" Delia asks with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"You know Ash I worry about you and your father all the time. Now I know that I can't stop either of you from traveling since it's something that you both love but if either of you were to die my world with you two would be gone and I don't want that." Delia says while having tears in her eyes causing Ash and Red to look at her as Delia looks at them and speaks.
"Next time could you two please save the world a little closer to home?" Delia asks with both Ash and Red saying that they'll try as Delia continues to speak.
"And remember…. Everyday you two are both my heroes" Delia says while having a smile on her face making Ash along with Red smile too as they tell her thank you and they then all hug each other with everyone else smiling at them. After they break away from the hug Oak along with Ivy look at Ash's Pokémon and see Melmetal as Oak speaks.
"Ash this Pokémon, is it?" Oak asks as Ash speaks.
"Oh, that's Melmetal during the battle the other Meltan fused together with mine and they turned into it." Ash responds with Oak nodding as he speaks.
"Amazing! What a new discovery I've read about Melmetal before but never seen one in person I can't wait to study it back at the lab" Oak says as Ivy speaks.
"I'm looking forward to your report on it" Ivy says with Oak nodding as Red then walks over to Rose. When he gets close enough Rose looks at him and speaks.
"Red is their something wrong?" Rose asks while looking at Red as he nods and begins to tell her. When he does Rose has a surprised look on her face and speaks.
"But that's impossible" Rose says as Red speaks.
"Yeah, I have a hard time believing it too, but it happened and he's still out there" Red says with Rose nodding as she speaks.
"We should tell Mr. Goodshow and the others at the league" Rose says with Red nodding as he speaks.
"You're right and let's have that meeting tomorrow" Red says with Rose nodding as Red then walks over to Ash and speaks.
"Ash I'm sorry that we're cutting our reunion short, but I have to leave as I'm taking your mother along with Rose, and Oak back to Pallet Town and Prof. Ivy back to Valencia Island" Red says as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"It's fine dad and don't worry because once I win the Orange League, I'm going to challenge you to a battle" Ash says while having a confident look on his face as Red speaks.
"The Orange League huh? That takes me back" Red says as Ash speaks.
"So, you took on the Orange League too? And did you win?" Ash asks as Red speaks.
"Nope I lost" Red says surprising Ash as he speaks.
"You did?" Ash asks with Red nodding as he speaks.
"Yeah, I made it all the way to the finals and lost to a guy named Drake who's currently still the strongest trainer in the Orange Islands" Red responds with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"So, this means that if I beat Drake, I'll be stronger than you?" Ash asks as Red speaks.
"Heh don't get too full of yourself Ash as you still have a long way to go before you can beat me" Red says while having a confident look on his face as Ash speaks.
"Well, that's fine with me because as you keep growing stronger, I'll keep improving too until one day I beat you!" Ash states with his Pokémon roaring in agreement with him making Red smile. After that Red gets on Charizard's back, Delia along with Rose get on Dragonite's back, and Oak along with Ivy get on Aerodactyl's back. When they do the 3 mons then fly forward with the group waving them goodbye until they can't see them anymore. After they leave Looker along with Wes, Rui, Jessie, James, and Meowth leave as well by flying in a hot air balloon. They also take the Pokémon that were turned into Shadow Pokémon with them as well. Once that's over Melody invites them all back to the dining hall on Shamouti Island for a celebration party. When they make it Maren's there too, and everyone begins to have fun. During the party there are many games, food, and shows. All of Ash's Pokémon are currently here and are having a blast. Before leaving Oak told Ash that he can keep is other Pokémon with him right now then send them back tomorrow morning.
Ash's Pokémon along with the groups other Pokémon are having fun at the party with Feraligatr, Rillaboom, Skeledirge, Blastoise (wearing his sunglasses), Krookodile, Leaf's Obstagoon, and Misty's Quaquaval putting on a show for everyone. Melmetal's and is happily eating the metal that the people on the island don't use anymore. We also see Leaf, Tracey, and Melody happily dancing. As everyone continues to enjoy themselves, we see Misty looking out into the night sky along with Vaporeon and Togetic. As they continue to look, they then hear a voice.
"Need some company?" The voice says causing Misty along with the 2 mons to turn around as she sees Ash along with Pikachu and Raichu. Misty looks at Ash and nods allowing for him to sit next to her. When that happens Pikachu along with Vaporeon tell Togetic and Raichu that they should leave the 2 of them alone which makes the 2-mons confused at first but then they know what they mean. As they go continue to enjoy the party, we see Ash along with Misty continuing to stare at the night sky. As they continue Misty speaks.
"These last couple of days were crazy don't you agree?" Misty asks with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yeah, I can't believe that I had a part in saving the world" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"You're not going to let this go to your head, right?" Misty asks surprising Ash as he speaks.
"You caught me" Ash says making Misty chuckle as she speaks.
"Of course, I've been traveling with you for almost a year now, so it makes sense for me to pick up on whenever you get too full of yourself." Misty says making Ash annoyed as he speaks.
"What I don't get too full of myself!" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"Yes, you do!" Misty exclaims causing the two kids to stare at each other as a couple seconds later they then laugh. After that they then stay silent for a little while until Ash speaks.
"So, Misty I've been meaning to ask what was that kiss about?" Ash asks making Misty blush as she speaks.
"Oh that, that was nothing it was just a simple mouth to mouth resuscitation there was nothing romantic about it at all" Misty says while having a flustered look on her face as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, you're right it was simple CPR nothing romantic about it at all" Ash says while having a flustered look on his face too as they then nervously laugh. As they continue to laugh Ash then stops as he speaks.
"But what if there were some romantic feelings in that kiss?" Ash asks making Misty stop laughing as she looks at him and speaks.
"What do you mean Ash?" Misty asks as Ash gets a blush on his face and speaks.
"What I mean is if your feelings in that kiss were real how would you feel if I told you that my feelings for you were real too?" Ash asks while looking at Misty and having a blush on his face. Misty looks at him, she gets a blush on her face too and speaks.
"Ash I should be honest with you my feelings in that kiss were real" Misty says while blushing profusely as well with Ash nodding. After that the 2 kids then move closer together as Ash speaks.
"When did you know that you had feelings for me?" Ash asks as Misty speaks.
"Honestly I'm not exactly sure it could've been the moment I met you or all of the time that I've spent with you which made my feelings for you grow more even though you'd tend to get us into trouble." Misty says with Ash nodding as Misty speaks.
"When did you start having feelings for me?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"Well like you I'm not sure either like you said it could've been the day we met or the time I've spent with you even though at times you can be annoying" Ash says making Misty pout at that last bit there as Ash speaks.
"But I guess like whenever I'm with you it doesn't matter how annoying you can be sometimes because Misty whenever I'm with you it just feels right" Ash says while having a smile on his face which makes Misty blush even more as she then speaks.
"For me even though you tend to get us into trouble a lot I realized that whenever I'm with you Ash I feel safe, and I love you for that." Misty says while having a smile on her face which makes Ash blush too causing both kids to look away from each other. When they do that suddenly they hear a noise which shocks both of them as they hear a voice.
"It's fireworks!" The voice says as the 2 kids look forward and see fireworks in the air showcasing different Pokémon. Everyone has smiles on their faces with Ash and Misty smiling too. As they continue to smile, they both remember the Fuchsia City Festival and remember watching the fireworks together at that time too. When that memory comes to mind Ash speaks.
"This is similar to the Fuchsia City festival" Ash says with Misty nodding as she then looks at Ash and gently grabs his right hand with her left hand. Ash looks at Misty who has a smile on her face with Ash smiling too. After that the 2 kids lean their heads closer to each other, close their eyes and kiss each other on the lips. When that happens there's a big firework that explodes showcasing an image of a Pikachu and Vaporeon which makes the crowd cheer. After that Ash and Misty move their heads back away from each other and they each have a blush but smile on their faces as Ash speaks.
"I guess this means we're boyfriend and girlfriend" Ash says with Misty nodding as they then look forward to watch the fireworks as Misty lays her head on Ash's right shoulder and Ash puts his right arm around Misty's back. When that happens, we see their Pokémon along with Tracey having smiles on their faces as Tracey speaks.
"Looks like if finally happened" Tracey says with the mons nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Finally, my ship has sailed!" Leaf says with happy tears coming from her eyes as the others look at her. After that we come over to Ash and Misty, they continue to watch the fireworks having smiles on their faces. We now skip to the next day as it's 10am in the morning. Earlier this morning Ash along with Misty announced to Tracey, Leaf and their Pokémon that they're officially boyfriend and girlfriend. Leaf got a happy look on her face and wrapped the 2 of them in a big hug squeezing them tightly. Ash then called Prof. Oak's lab where he spoke with Daisy and Oak and transferred the Pokémon that were staying at the ranch back over there. It was also announced to the world that Lawrence and Greevil are dead, which surprised the group. Once that was over, we now come to the shore of the island with the group saying goodbye to Melody, Carol, and Maren. Maren looks at the group and speaks.
"I'm sorry that I can't take you guys all the way to Pummelo Island because my boat is still broken." Maren says apologetically with the group saying that it's okay as Carol speaks.
"Again, thank you all for helping save the world" Carol says with the group nodding as Melody comes over to Ash and speaks.
"If anyone deserves all of the thanks it's you Ash also whenever you get bored with little miss red over there I'll be waiting right here" Melody says making Misty annoyed as she speaks.
"Hey that's my boyfriend you're talking to and I'm not letting any girl take him" Misty says while having a stern look on her face with Leaf agreeing with her. Melody tells Misty that she was only joking with Misty knowing that she was which causing both girls to chuckle. After that Ash sends out Lapras who lands in the water and allows the group to get on her back. When that happens Ash looks at Melody, Carol, and Maren then speaks.
"Alright we're heading out" Ash says as Melody speaks.
"Take care guys and Ash good luck in the Orange League we'll be rooting for you" Melody says with Ash saying thank you as he then tells Lapras that they're ready with the mon nodding as she begins to swim. Lapras continues to swim forward until the group can't see the island anymore. When that happens, we come over to the group as Ash speaks.
"Whew that was a pretty exhausting couple of days" Ash says with the group agreeing with him as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, not only did we save the world but, your Pokémon evolved, you along with Misty are officially a couple and I ate a ton of food at the party last night." Leaf says while having a satisfied look on her face as Tracey speaks.
"I also got a bunch of cool sketches from the past 2 days too" Tracey says with the group nodding as Misty then looks at Ash and speaks.
"And now Ash looks like you can finally put all of your focus into training for the Orange League" Misty says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Your right Misty my Pokémon and I are going to train hard every day and when it's time for the Orange League we're going to win right Pikachu?!" Ash asks with the yellow mouse nodding as he sparks his cheeks causing everyone to smile. After that they then look forward, having excited looks on their faces looking forward to seeing what the day shall bring. We now cut over to Hunter J's airship. She heard on the news that Lawrence is dead as she speaks.
"Hm it's a shame that he died because I wouldn't have minded going on a date with him" J says surprising her grunts as one of them speaks.
"Um are you being serious Madam J?" The grunt asks as J speaks.
"Of course, I'm not it's like I said before the only thing he was good for was his money." J responds with the grunt nodding as J continues.
"So, do we have our next job?" J asks with the grunt nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, and we'll be arriving there shortly." The grunt responds with J nodding as she looks forward and the ship continues to fly in the sky. We now come over to Team Cipher headquarters where we see all 6 of the Hexagon Brothers. When they walk into the building, they have surprised looks on their faces seeing the dead bodies of their coworkers everywhere. Blusix quickly covers Greesix's eyes as Yellosix speaks.
"Who could've done all of this?" Yellosix asks as Purpsix speaks.
"I don't know but whoever did it will answer to us" Purpsix says as Resix speaks.
"It's all that brat and his friend's fault if it wasn't for them getting in our way all of the time the boss would still be alive and none of our coworkers would've died." Resix says with his brothers agreeing with him as we now go to where the other world Giovanni and his Mewtwo are. They're currently walking around the ship of the late Lawrence as Giovanni speaks.
"Yes, this place will work for a base of operations don't you agree Mewtwo?" Giovanni asks with Mewtwo nodding as it then groans a little in pain. Giovanni notices this and speaks.
"So, it seems like you were unable to fully block that attack from Red Ketchum's Charizard" Giovanni says with Mewtwo nodding as Giovanni smiles and speaks.
"Red Ketchum I can't wait to battle you and see the look of despair on your face when I get rid of all of your loved ones along with you" Giovanni says to himself while having an evil smile on his face. After that we come to the Indigo Plateau and see Red along with Looker walking forward. They continue to walk until they enter a room. Once they do inside the room, we see Goodshow, Blue, Bruno, Lorelai, Agatha, and Rose sitting at a table. We also see a few monitors which showcases Lance, Steven (Wallace is there), Cynthia (Platinum's there too), Alder, Diantha, Kukui (he's not a champion but Red wanted him there), Leon (Mustard's in the background), and Geeta. They all look over at Red and Looker as Goodshow speaks.
"Now that everyone's here let's begin the meeting" Goodshow says with everyone nodding as the chapter comes to an end.
Whew very long chapter today and thank you for reading if you've made it this far. This was my take on the Power of One movie from the anime what did you guys think about it? As you can see there were some things that were similar to the movie, but I did try to put my own spin on it to make it unique. Tell me were you guys expecting Ash's Riolu, Frogadier, Dragonair, and Meltan to evolve? I decided to evolve all of them here as since I knew that this chapter was going to be big, I wanted to include their evolutions here. Ash and Misty have also officially become a couple too and do you guys like how I did it? This is also Hunter J's last appearance in this arc, and she won't be appearing again in the story for a long time. The other world Giovanni has made his move and killed the people at Cipher along with Greevil. He's also really powerful and made Red nervous. Do you guys think that Red can beat him whenever they battle?
Next chapter will come out next week the first half of the chapter will start off where this one left off with Red along with the others having their meeting and the second half will focus on Brock and Prof. Ivy, I hope you all look forward to it.
