I would like to apologize for not doing this sooner. I was extremely busy and barely had time. Hopefully, you will enjoy the collaborated story made by my user friend Alvaxerox and me.

I only owe my character, Lea Thompson aka Midnight Hope, and her family members mentioned. Along with the Fitzpatrick Sisters, Tina and Amy, plus Silvania the Ectonurite. The rest of the characters belong to their respective owners that belong to Green Lantern Animated, Young Justice: Phantoms, and Ben 10 Omniverse.

Also, before getting ahead, it is important that I repeat making this message to certain people questioning if Alvaxerox and I are going to copy some events from the Green Lantern comics. Just because certain things happened in the series does not mean there are going to be there. Fan fiction is all about creating new ideas and paths. What we got in store is somewhat of a theory that I've been thinking of being plausible. So, please, don't bother me on that subject again!

Enjoy and no flamed reviews nor fake advertised ones, please.

~Previous on the Adventures of Midnight Hope... ~

~A strange white blast caused a major reaction that sent seven individuals to seven different planets representing the home base of a Lantern corps. Four new recruits were born with most of them lost through the Emotional Spectrum that took a few other lanterns to snap them back to reality. However, former guardian Scar has returned with revenge and has started causing trouble with her new Lantern champion of Death in targeting the other Lantern Corps. ~

~Hal thought that he sent Lea and the others to safety from the danger. But he has no clue that Lea was not on Earth and comes across some unexpected company. Along with her boyfriend and cousins looking for her. ~

~Who will turn the tides and win? ~

Somewhere dark, Lea aka Midnight Hope was struggling in her sleep where she immediately woke up from another dark vision of the Blackest Night prophecy. The poor girl gasped and sat right up suddenly. Thankfully, she didn't levitate all the way touching the ceiling like before.

"Wha...What happened?! Where am I?" Lea/Hope asked out loud, looking around in small panic before remembering another thing. "Wait...Where's Little Chill?!"

It didn't take her long to hear the moth alien baby from a distance. She turned her head to see Little Chill playing with the stalagmites that keep popping in and out. The Blue Lantern girl was seriously confused.

"Okay...That is definitely not normal," she stated, slowly trying to get up yet felt a little weak and collapsed on the floor. "Oof! Guess I'm still out of it."

Lea/Hope tries to get back up on her feet, but she felt very weak. She was confused. She tried crawling towards Little Chill, hoping he doesn't try to run away from her.

"Easy now..." Lea muttered, taking her time in getting to the alien while being careful. "Stay where you are, Little Chill."

She managed to get on her knees and, using what strength she had, she grabbed Little Chill with both hands. As she took a breath of relief, Little Chill started flying away and escaping by going intangible.

"Hey! Little Chill!" Lea exclaimed, chasing after her greedy lantern friend. "We got to stick together!"

Lea used her blue ring to make herself fly for a bit, still very weak to move her body that much. But she can still use her ring's power for the time being. She made herself a few blue construct parts that supported her body. It was like a blue exo-crutch construct. That would help her move her body for a while. She continued her chase with Little Chill.

"You get back here, young man!" Hope/Lea scolded. "This isn't a game!"

"Na-na-na-na-na-na-na!" Little Chill mocked, continuing flying.

Gasping in shock, Hope glared and kept chasing after Little Chill until getting close enough to grab him in a hug before collapsing to the ground again.

"Ha! Got you now," Hope replied in triumph, now constructing around her arms to keep a squirming Chill from escaping with intangible powers like before. "I don't know why you're being such a major fuss right now, but we need to find a way back to Earth before those shadow beings find us."

Just then, Little Chill and Lea heard something. It sounded like heavy breathing, and footsteps that echoed. Little Chill wanted to roar back, but Lea covered his mouth.

Hearing someone, Lea quickly hid around the cave walls while shushing her greedy pal. "Shhhhh...Do not move or make any noise," she quietly said to Chill while placing a hand where his mouth is.

"You're not the boss of me!" Little Chill muffled.

Lea formed a blue muffler construct to keep Little Chill quiet for the time being, as she hears more footsteps.

Well, I got to admit. The Orange Lantern ring has slowly improved Little Chill's vocabulary in talking. Also, whatever was coming cannot be good. For all I know, it could be Black Hand seeking revenge and managed to trap me here...or something! Hey, you'd be tired and disoriented, too, after everything that went down in the last couple of hours.

Little Chill sees some boulders and tries to shake himself free. But he can't. All he can do is accept defeat.

Taking a deep breath, Lea/Hope decided to stop hiding and end it all here. Right now. Charging her Blue Lantern ring, she constructed her own hockey blade, created a baby pouch around her torso to hold Little Chill, and had her game face on before jumping out to attack with a warrior cry.

"FOR SAINT WALKER!" She yelled, swinging her hockey stick.

"Saint Walker?" The voice asked, turning around to see Hope. "Wait, wait!"

Lea sees a figure in a mysterious cloak and, as she is about to attack the cloaked figure with her blue hockey stick, the figure raises its hand and shoots a green beam at the hockey stick. Knocking it off of Lea's hand and it disappeared.

"Oh, come on!" Hope grumbled, stomping her foot to the ground. "You attackers got some nerve!"

"You are the one who attacked me," The figure replied. "Who are you and why are you here? And what's with that creature with the Orange Lantern ring?"

"I don't have to tell you anything, creep!" Hope remarked, reconstructing her hockey blade back to her hands while in a fighting stance. "I've already got a lot on my plate here where I don't want to deal with those black shadow creatures that I can only guess are friends of yours."

"What are you talking about?" The Figure asked in confusion.

"Don't play dumb! The Blackest Night prophecy," Hope stated, not leaving her glared gaze. "One of those dark knight guys corrupted my friend and, instead of me going home to safety, I'm in this random planet where I'm surrounded by those shadow nut jobs. Then, the next thing I know, I woke up here and now facing you."

The cloaked figure looked closely at the Blue Lantern girl, and he then realized..."No... It...It can't be." He was starting to walk backward away from Lea.

"What? Never seen a Blue Lantern before?" Hope asked, very confused.

"I don't believe it..." The cloak figure panted, as he realized who Midnight Hope was. "...Lea?"

Blinking in shock, Lea/Hope tried to keep it cool. "Uhhhh...Lea? Whose Lea? I think you have me confused with someone else."

"No...Your hair style, that voice...a bit lower, but still the same..." The cloak figure said. "Lea... It's me."

"Ummm...Do I know you?" Lea/Hope asked, a little weirded out here.

The cloaked figure lifted his hood, and revealed a lost familiar face Lea has not seen since she was a child... "It's Kyle. Your uncle." It was Kyle Rayner, one of the lost Green Lanterns of Earth. Alive and five to six years older. "You've grown... And... You're a Blue Lantern. I've been gone for too long. And from the look of your exo-construct suit, you must've hurt yourself really badly."

The Blue Lantern girl had her jaw dropped in shock. She hoped to see her uncle again alive and well, but never expected to meet under these random circumstances. Her mind was overloaded in shock that her constructs faded away and she nearly collapsed to the floor again.

"Lea, are you alright?" Kyle asked. "Here, let me help you." He then forms a green version of Lea's exo-skeleton constructs, but a bit better looking. "Here you go. Good as-OOF!"

Out of nowhere, Lea hugged Kyle and started shedding tears. He then embraced the hug. He can tell that she missed him so much.

"I knew you were still alive..." Lea managed to say through her tears. "Everyone gave up hope and assumed the worst, but I didn't."

"I'm sorry I kept my distance from you all these years. But I couldn't tell you about..." Kyle shows his ring. "Well, seems Hal told you everything, didn't he?"

"He did. Recently," Lea admitted, her warm smile showing with tears streaming down from her face. "I honestly figured it out by myself the moment I learned about Hal's Lantern life months after you disappeared. Had a feeling he sent you to look after and protect our family...especially me. I can't believe that you became a Lantern, Uncle Kyle. I mean, I always saw you as my creative hero, but still...I missed you so much."

"Believe me, Lea. I missed you, too. More than you can ever imagine," Kyle replied.

"So...Have you been living in this caved tropical forest planet this whole time?" Hope questioned.

"Not exactly," Kyle answered, rubbing his neck sheepishly. "I was staying hidden in a different planet until a few hours ago. I came here in hopes of buying more time to unlocking something to stop the Blackest Night prophecy."

"That's right. You were the first to warn Hal cryptically before going MIA," Lea recalled. "What have you been up to over five years involving that?"

"I think it's best that I show you," Kyle said, taking the lead in the caves with his niece following. "A little help here, buddy?"

Just then, the cave walls began to move on their own in clearing a path.

"Whoa! How'd you do that?!" Lea exclaimed in surprise.

"I'll explain everything along the way," Kyle said, moving forward. "Right now, we got to keep going."

Although still confused, Lea didn't hesitate and just followed her missing uncle.

Meanwhile...

With Ben, Amy, and Tina back on Earth, and with the knowledge that Lea didn't make it home with them, all three of them, now calling themselves Ultra X, Jamunia, and Morganite, will be coming up with a plan to rescue Lea. Since she didn't return with them to Earth. They stopped on top of a roof at Coast City to formulate a plan.

Ben mentioned that he knew some Lanterns who might help him. Although, he was feeling nervous for a specific reason.

As he takes out his phone, Ben looked at Amy and Tina. "Listen, girls, these Lanterns are... Well, a little different from us."

"Different how?" Jamunia/Amy questioned, raising an eyebrow with her arms crossed.

"Different in a way you might freak out a little," Ultra X/Ben said, as he texts the certain Lantern. "Let's just say their rings are yellow and red."

"Yellow and red? Pffft, as if colors of condiments are scary," Morganite scoffed, waving her hand.

Jamunia deadpan-glared at her sister from that comment. "Tina…If these other colored Lanterns were anything like what we became and based on how Ben's describing them, it's very likely these red and yellow Lanterns represent something big."

"Yeah…Based on what I learned from Lea and that big pink alien Green Lantern named Kilowog," Ben/Ultra X started, as he then pointed at Tina's ring. "Your pink ring, Tina, is powered by love." He then points at Amy's rings. "As for you, Amy, your purple ring is powered by compassion, and our green rings are powered by will."

"Yes, Ben, we already know about that the moment we got our rings," Jamunia remarked, feeling her Green Lantern ring that was a bit loose than her Indigo ring. "But what are the other colors you mentioned before? Which emotions are they?"

Ben nervously explains the other certain lanterns' rings. "A yellow ring is powered by fear. And a red ring is powered by rage."

The Fitzpatrick Lantern Sisters stared at Ben, bewildered from that answer.

"…Those are actual Lantern Corps?" Morganite/Tina questioned, finally saying something. "And I thought the Black Lanterns representing Death was insane."

"Yeah, it's a weird spectrum," Ben added.

Jamunia groaned, facepalming before lowering her hand from her face. "This is definitely going to be one of those long nights. At least, tell us that those Lanterns you're calling are allies we can count on in helping out."

"Believe me, Am-uh…Jamunia. Lea and I have encountered them before where I know they're willing to give us a hand to track Lea," Ben assured.

"He's right!"

Morganite and Jamunia screamed in startlement, jumping back when a certain Yellow Lantern Ectonurite showed up between the two out of nowhere.

"Oh, my stars! Is that…a GHOST?!" Morganite exclaimed, pointing at the new Lantern she's never seen before.

"Impossible! There's no such thing!" Jamunia argued, more annoyed than scared with her staff up; ready to fight.

Ben used his ring to create hands and stopped the Fitzpatrick Sisters from attack Silvania. "Wait, stop!" He yelled at them. "This is the Lantern friend I was talking about."

Silvania blinked her one eye while looking at Ben and the others closely. "Whoa…So, it is true! You're all different Lanterns, just like Lea and me! That's so cool!"

"Yeah, it's a very long story, but you can now call me Ultra X," Ben reintroduce his new superhero name. "And they are Morganite and Jamunia." He pointed at Tina and Amy.

"You even have new Lantern names, too?! How exciting!" Silvania squealed happily. "I already came up with a new Lantern name for myself recently. Scream Light! Hal and the others liked it."

"Yeah, I remember," Ultra X said, recalling his grandpa giving him the short story on that. "And, apparently, we're just like you now."

Morganite looked at 'Scream Light' carefully. "Huh…Forgive me, darling, but I feel like we've met you before."

"Oh, we have. At the dinner party where Lea invited me," Scream Light aka Silvania answered, honestly.

This news and realization shocked the Fitzpatrick Sisters.

"Wait…You're Sylvie Phaetos?!" Morganite cried, wrapping her head on this. "That white-haired goth girl!?"

"Honestly, the name and her interests to spooky subjects should have been obvious," Jamunia shrugged, getting over the shock until seeing a familiar cat as a Red Lantern. "And I take it that the blue cat Lea was looking after on that same day is the Red Lantern of Rage?"

"Yes, it is," Ultra X said.

"This little guy is named Dexter, and he's the holder of the Red Lantern ring. With it, he likes to be called Dex-Starr." Scream Light said. "Say hello, Dex-Starr."

Dex-Starr let out a small meow, rolling his eyes.

Morganite looked at the Ectonurite in small confusion. "Ummm, what did he say?"

"He said, 'sup.'." Scream Light translated. "Sometimes he speaks English on his own with the Red Lantern ring when he feels like it. This is one of those moments where Dex isn't in the mood for chit-chat."

"Good to know…" Jamunia stated dryly, already accepting it.

"I'm really glad to hear you and Lea's cousins are all right, Ben," Scream Light responded, relieved yet a little troubled. "Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Lea still missing out there. Just a moment ago, I felt her fear spike until it was no longer around."

"You can do that?" Morganite asked.

"Yeah. It's something I always had. Even long before becoming a Yellow Lantern," Scream Light answered. "But that's not the worst part. It wasn't just Lea's fear I could sense from very long distances. I fear that Hal and the others might be in terrible danger."

Ultra X nodded at Scream Light's theory. "You have every right to fear that, Sylvie. Hal and the others are dealing with a new Lantern that is just as powerful as they are."

"Ben's right. We saw it from the distance ourselves," Jamunia said, vouching for her Green Lantern colleague. "The new Lantern causing trouble is some kind of Black Lantern!"

"A Black Lantern?!" Scream Light asked in horror shock.

"Yes! And this horrible brute is powered by death where he will stop at nothing to eliminate all life as we know it!" Morganite concluded, dramatically while putting a hand to her head. "Oh, the humanity!"

"A Lantern that is powered by death... That's a fate worse than death," Scream Light said, with Dex-Starr shrieking in fear.

Morganite and Jamunia silently nodded in agreement. Everyone knows what would happen if this new enemy isn't stopped.

"What about everyone else? They're still alive when I sensed them from a very long distance," Scream Light pointed out. "Where are they now?"

"Hal and the others are back in Zameron dealing with Black Hand, and Lea is somewhere out there in the galaxy," Ultra X said. "And we need to find her and bring her back to Earth."

Scream Light wasn't sure about that last part, but eventually agreed to help. "I don't feel Lea being afraid anymore. However, I can try using my Lantern abilities in narrowing down where she could be…But I'll need some assistance."

"Whatever you need, we'll do it," Ultra X responded, placing a hand to the pink crystal attached to his suit…which was glowing a heartbeat rhythm. "For Lea."
