Chapter 158 Terrible Trap

Jazz returned to FentonWorks and told her family as well as Chaos what she had learned and seen at the Learnatorium. The Rebels were horrified by this news and Maddie got in contact with Clockwork and told him what had happened and asked him for advice about what they should do.
Clockwork went into meditation and asked for guidance or a vision of the future from the Force, but try as he did, the visions of the future were clouded and hard to make out. This was most likely Pariah Dark's doing, his presence and dark influence were having a affect on the Force, which was very troubling. Clockwork pushed harder, until he finally got a glimpse of something that looked promising. A brief imagine of Danny and Wraith standing side-by-side with their light sabers ready to fight some unseen enemy. Clockwork knew that since Wraith was a clone of Danny that was a goodness in her and from what he had heard from both Maddie and Jazz, Wraith had doubts about the Empire, meaning there was a chance she could be turned.
Clockwork decided that right now the Rebels best option was to have the Jedi agents lead a small team into the Learnatorium to seem if they could learn anything else or sabotage the operation in some way. Chaos agreed with the plan.
A few days later Clockwork, Maddie, Danny, Tucker, Wulf, Crash, and Valerie snuck under the cover of night to the Learnatorium. They located a back entrance and made their way inside. Tucker and Valerie went to one of the computer rooms to hack the files and upload a virus to the mainframe, Crash along with Wulf went to sabotage the learning equipment, and Clockwork, Maddie, and Danny went to investigate the room Jazz had told them about.
Tucker and Valerie located the server room and Tucker began to hack away and collect files as, he began to upload the virus as Valerie stood watch. All was going good for them, when suddenly Vid and Download entered the room with force pikes ready to fight.
"None shall interfere with Pariah Dark's plans!" Said Vid.
"Surrender or die!" Said Download.
"How long, until that virus uploads and starts causing havoc?" Asked Valerie.
"Another five minutes or so." Said Tucker.
"Alright I'll do my best to hold these two off then." Said Valerie before turning to face the two guards.
Valerie reached into her belt and pulled out a smoke bomb she chucked at Vid and Download. The bomb exploded blanketing the area in smoke and created a lot of confusion. Valerie charged into the smoke and the room was filled with the sounds of fighting and punching. Tucker looked at the computer and pleaded the virus to download faster.
Elsewhere, Wulf and Crash were sabotaging some training gear used for training Stormtroopers. Crash located a few blasters and set a few to overlord and threw them into a weapons locker with a mess of other blasters. It would be a few minutes before they exploded. Wulf cut some ropes a obstacle course, when Thrash arrived on the scene followed by Dash, Kwan, Klemper, who all began to blast at him and Crash! Wulf and Crash found some cover and fired back at the enemies.
In another part of the Learnatorium, Clockwork, Maddie, and Danny entered a large area where Jazz had witnessed Pariah Dark uses his powers on Nick to make him a obedient servant. The chamber had been cleared up with most of the equipment now on the side walls. Everything was quiet, when Pariah Dark stepped out of the shadows along with Vlad, Dark Laser, Fright Knight, and Wraith.
"Welcome Jedi to my little rehabilitation center. I've looked so forward to finally meeting after you destroyed the cloning facility. Your actions did set us back a bit, but it only merely delayed my plans. Now you shall be dealt with and you shall fall to me." Said Pariah Dark.
"You expect us to surrender?" Asked Danny.
"No I don't. I except you will fight and resist, but it will be futile." Said Pariah Dark.
"Allow us to deal with them Lord Pariah Dark." Said Vlad.
"Yes I still have a personal score to settle with Clockwork." Said Dark Laser.
"Very well, I leave the Jedi up to you. You may kill at least one of them, but I want the others captured alive so I may experiment on them and eventually break their well and turn them to the Dark Side." Said Pariah Dark.
Vlad, Dark Laser, and Fright Knight stepped forward igniting their lightsabers. Danny, Maddie, and Clockwork activated their lightsabers. Wraith stood on the sidelines with Pariah Dark watching. Danny reached out to Wraith with the Force and sensed her fear, doubt, and uncertainty. Wraith was having doubts about the Empire and Pariah Dark! Perhaps Danny could turn her against the Empire and Pariah Dark.
The fight then started as both sides charged at each other. Clockwork faced off against Dark Laser, Maddie faced off against Vlad, and Danny faced off against Fright Knight. The lightsabers collided and sparks flew as the Jedi and Sith fought against each other. Dark Laser went after Clockwork with a great deal of hated and rage as Clockwork calmly blocked his attacks and retreated. Maddie and Vlad appeared to be evenly matched as they exchanged blows and circled each other. Danny blocked Fright Knights attacks, but as he did so he could sense that something wasn't quite right about the warrior and he had a feeling that Pariah Dark had something to do with it.
"So did turn Fright Knight into one of your obedient slaves?" Asked Danny looking at Pariah Dark.
"I did actually. Fright Knight possessed a minor inconvenience to my plans, but I also saw value in his skills and abilities, so I used my powers to persuade him to my side." Said Pariah Dark.
"You stripped the guy of his facilities and will! That's not really loyalty, that's just you being a tyrant and a control freak!" Said Danny as he deflected a blow from Fright Knight and pushed him back with a Force push.
"Maybe, but it saved him from dying and now he has a new purpose and master. Soon you and many other troublesome people will receive my gift and be loyal servants to me." Said Pariah Dark.
"That won't happen so easily!" Said Danny firing a blast of Force at Pariah Dark.
Pariah Dark merely raised his hand and canceled out the attack with a Force blast of his career own.
"All shall fall to my power." Said Pariah Dark as Fright Knight charged and attacked Danny again.
Wraith just silently stood by and watched.
Elsewhere Tucker's virus had been uploaded into the Learnatorium's mainframe and all the machines and electronics in the facility began to go crazy causing chaos and confusion everywhere as the lights rapidly flipped on and off. A few minutes later in the training area the blasters had set to overlord exploded causing a fair size explosion as they took out the blasters they had been stored with taking out some Stormtroopers in the process and causing confusion and chaos as the fire alarms and sprinklers went off. This chaos and confusion spread to where the Jedi and Sith were fighting and Clockwork took this opportunity to unleash a large blast of Force that knocked the enemy back from him and his allies, though it only made Pariah Dark skid back a few feet.
"Retreat!" Ordered Clockwork as he and the others fled from the scene.
"Run away. It's only a matter of time till we meet again." Said Pariah Dark.
The Jedi meet up and rescued the other members of their party before they all fled the Learnatorium together. It had been a mostly successful mission, but the threat of Pariah Dark and what he could do to them now loomed over the Rebels and the rest of the Amitrax System.
