Had it been anyone else, the young man known as Suhyeon would've been surprised to find himself in someone else's bed, as he wasn't that kind of person. But Suhyeon was different, he was a reincarnator, or well, the newest identity of a nascent Jumper, but same thing really.
The only difference between a reincarnator and a Jumper is that the Jumper usually can choose where they want to reincarnate into, unlike most reincarnators who're simply brought into another universe, often times after their death.
"Su-Hyeon!" The young man had heard his mother shout in what seemed to be… astonishment?
"Wha?" He yawned as he automatically went for his glasses, even if he didn't really need it ever since he began Jumping, but habits die hardly so.
"What did you do, young man?" His mother asked a bit more subdued, but still stupefied.
"You have to be a little more… specific." Suhyeon paused as he got up from his bed, easily towering over his mother, picking his ear as he tried to understand what got her so distressed in the morning.
"Mom, what happened? Is Suhyeon's ugly morning face that scary?" His sister entered the room only to, just like their mother, be stupefied.
"…Dear, I know that you young people say puberty hits like a truck, but I don't think that's what they meant." Suhyeon raised an eyebrow at his mother's remark as he looked at the mirror, noting that he was different, much different from how Suhyeon is supposed to look like.
Perhaps the Scenario did not see anything wrong with having the perks from Lookism and Viral Hit thrown together with Quest Supremacy's as they were all from the same universe? It was the only possible answer.
"Well, there's nothing I can do about it." Suhyeon shrugged it off as he easily pushed his mother and sister outside the door as he needed to change his clothes.
"…I better buy some new clothes, this stuff feels a bit too small." I sighed as I glanced at my stats.
"Right, A is supposed to be peak human according to the notes of Quest Supremacy's jump, so my potential, endurance and intelligence stats must be because of the Perks that I took." He told himself as he put the previously baggy clothes which are now tight on his body and went to school. Going directly at the office to request for bigger sized uniform.
Ignoring the people asking who Suhyeon was, as they couldn't tell the difference between the before and after.
"Oi, Gukja." Suhyeon waved at him as he sat next to a now confused Gukja, who couldn't help but wonder who the hell was this guy next to him.
"…Suhyeon?" He asked to the shock of the people overhearing him, especially as Suhyeon laughed it off, patting Gukja on his shoulder.
"Did you suddenly get a Gamer power overnight?" Gukja asked as he pushed his glasses, and Suhyeon simply nodded, knowing that no one would actually believe that response, so it was the safest.
"Well? When are you gonna say arise and fight the Overlords from the gates?" Suhyeon sighed as Gukja laughed for a moment.
Class, for the most part, was so unbelievably boring that Suhyeon already wanted to give it up and go upload a NewTube video on his channel, or go to Seoul and try his hand against the Lookism fighters.
At least his Copycat ability do wonders there, especially if it's combined with Child of the Dragon, Ultimate Adaptation and 'A Better Yu', here though? He was already the strongest fighter in the district, especially since he still already had the Cloud.
Paradoxically, the quests Suhyeon had gotten had been the exact same as the previous times, was the scenario still trying to act like Suhyeon the Jumper was the exact same as the original Suhyeon? It was the only explanation that he could fathom, for there was no reason to grow another centimeter, or the ability to see without glasses when he already could do so due to the Body Mod he took.
It even got to a bit of a weird moment where the fatass that Suhyeon used to be bullied by tried to act tough and say that he was going to fuck his sister…
Ain't that a bit hard when Suhyeon was literally looking down on.
[Quest Star-]
The fat bastard didn't even get the chance to react as Suhyeon just kept slamming his fist into the guys' bastard, having already gotten a few of the boxing cards just made it easier.
"Sorry, could you repeat that louder? I don't think I heard you correctly, did you somehow lose enough brain cells where you thought for whatever reason, this would make sense?" Suhyeon asked as he sighed, dropping the fat bastard into the floor.
His SR Endurance made it more than easy to beat up people without feeling exhausted. Noticing that the two of them were alone, Suhyeon shrugged his shoulders and decided to simply walk away from the mess he had caused.
Getting home, he tried to think on what he could do, he had healing powers after all, so he could in theory try to get people into his crew via other ways. So, by using less than polite methods, he had sent an mail to a few people like Johann and VinJin, promising to cure them and their families of any healthy related issues, although Suhyeon doubted they would actually believe in his words, instead dismissing them as spam mail. So instead, he put information that would be considered too specific for the usual spam mail.
The next few day after were just as predictably boring, because the scenario was still trying to put him through the hoops, Hajun had actually asked to see his jab.
"Are you sure?" Suhyeon asked, not sure of what would've happened if he did manage to hit Hajun. Who simply answered with a shrug. Damn him.
Suhyeon immediately sent a jab, which had forced Hajun to block instead of catching it like he had done in the original story.
"…You're strong." Suhyeon smiled at being recognized.
"Not enough though, since you haven't fallen on your ass." Suhyeon joked as the quest to defeat Hajun had appeared.
"If you want to fight, then just say so." Hajun said as Suhyeon shrugged.
"I was thinking of a spar, do you know any gyms we could fight in?" Hajun nodded as they had marked their fight, to which well, Suhyeon won once again, this time in a much cleaner way, as his ultimate adaptation had certainly helped handle with him.
Well, it's not like all of his fights would be like that, right?
After the defeat of Hajun, Suhyeon had apparently been crowned as the 'king' of the school as he was the strongest combatant in the school, which began the whole quest with dominating west gangbuk, and going to the junction, or whatever they called it. Suhyeon was half asleep since Hyeondong Lee would memorize all of that crap anyways.
Jaeha Han and SeokKang were there with their troupes, while Suhyeon only had Hyeondong and Gukja, who he had recruited to his troupe, alongside the Cloud Copy, which he had used on Hajun in another conversation.
"This guy defeated Hajun?" Jaeha asked as he pointed at Suhyeon, who shrugged.
"I mean, we were sparring, but it's not like we went light on each other, and at the end, I got him." Using cards such as Maximum Capacity and his perks to obtain a complete victory over him, but yes, Suhyeon_got_ him.
"Maybe I should test it then." Suhyeon rolled his eyes at him, Maximum Capacity and 'Better Yuu' would make this fight easier than it should, boosting his strength on top of all the other cards that he had been collecting, for a moment Suhyeon wondered if Choyun also felt the same, but then he remembered that Choyun is a fucking dumbass, so he got better.
"So North Gangbuk didn't come, huh." Suhyeon noted as he looked at the empty space.
"Yeah, North Gangbuk would never care about this." Jaeha said as Suhyeon looked between the other two.
"What about Seoul? Hmm, could Gangbuk handle the Workers? We could ally ourselves with Big Deal, and maybe get something from that." Suhyeon told himself, but loud enough that the others could hear him.
"Huh? Why the hell would you want to go for Seoul?" Jaeha asked as Seok was also interested in what he would say.
"Why not? I've heard that there are a lot of strong guys running around there, I want to be strong as well, so why not go there? Although, I do want to take over Gangbuk before going there." Suhyeon simply said as he laughed a bit at the idea.
But everyone was shocked by the statement.
"What?" Suhyeon asked.
"Are we really gonna act like we weren't all thinking the exact same? Or was I really the only one thinking of taking over Gangbuk?" Suhyeon asked as the other two felt something ignite inside of them, as if they were challenged just like that by the newbie.
Completely unrelated to the whole business of Gangnism, but Suhyeon had also been making NewTube videos, which thanks to many social perks, had been increasing rapidly so to the point where I'm a few thousand subscribers away of a million, helps that I can speak English and reach a bigger audience than otherwise.
_"Hello, Viral Hit, I've been intrigued by your content, and I wanted to know if you were willing to do a collab with me."_ Amongst many other words that I've email them.
"Sir, I know that your channel is a great money making machine, but are you sure that this won't cause problems?" Hyeondong Lee asked his boss as his eyes went over the message Suhyeon had sent them.
"While we're a gang, we're pretty feasibly easy to handle, while the others have committed a lot more issues, on both sides of the law, having someone calling them out can easily buy some time for us." Suhyeon explained to him as he tried to see that perspective, but it still sounded strange.
"Before, if they see me doing this kind of stuff, they're probably thinking that I'm either stepping out or not doing my hardest at this, let them underestimate me." Suhyeon told him as he grinned.
Plans upon plans to make sure that he had the world in his hand. Because if the System wants him to conquer Gangbuk, why should he simply content with Gangbuk anyways? Might as well go for the country if not the whole world while at it.
