"Where the fuck am I?" A young man asked himself after waking up and suddenly finding himself in the middle of some kind of fantasy themed forest with bizarre looking plants and trees along with a strange looking sky that looked to be obscured by some form of…Mist?
[Reincarnation has been successful. You have been reborn into the world of Marvel and spawned in a location known as the Savage Land.]
"I've been isekai'd? Cool, but what is the Savage Land? I don't remember any comics about it or anything." The young man said to himself before he focused and tried to summon a status sheet or something like a videogame fanfic that he loved reading but sadly he found nothing like that.
Instead, he saw a different type of game sheet appear.

"So, were going by modded out Skyrim rules huh? That means that even if I don't need to use MP, I should still level it up to get the benefits of MP stat-based perks. My few dozen playthroughs of various mods taught me that." The young man said to himself with a chuckle
"Still, I don't have a name for myself which is something I need to change, but right now I need to figure out where I should even go or what direction." The young man said before he heard the sound of violence nearby and if videogames taught him anything, it was that he was about to have a random encounter which could have helped him get a general sense of the world around him.
Shanna O'Hara POV
Escaping that damned wizard was the hardest thing Shanna had to do aside from properly acclimating to living in the mythical Savage Land. Ka-Zar seemed nice at first, but after seeing him agree to the wizards' evil goals; Ka-Zar had firmly thrown away any kindness she was willing to give him while they were both originally prisoners in the man's castle.
Shanna wasn't some damsel in distress and knew how to handle herself, which is why she didn't waste her chance to escape when a large force of literal lizard men attacked.
Shanna thanked God that they spoke English and broke her out of her cell. Sadly, the wizard known as Malgato pulled a Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat and blasted the lizard men with some kind of green energy that quickly shriveled them up like raisins.
In that moment, Shanna ran for her life while grabbing one of the lizard men's short swords made from fine looking steel in her honest opinion, but sadly she couldn't run fast enough before her former friend Ka-Zar and his tiger caught up to her, which lead to the situation she is in now.
Being trained in swordsmanship along with being a well-respected Olympic athlete wasn't enough to overpower the literal Tarzan wannabe and his tiger as she was knocked to the ground from a powerful claw strike from the tiger after she had blocked one of Ka-Zar's thrust of his iron tipped spear.
Two on one just wasn't fair.
"You are a fool…Savage Land gives power and with power…We will rule." Ka-Zar said in a serious tone with his spear pointed at her neck. The saber-toothed tiger roared angrily at the downed Shanna who narrowed her eyes at Ka-Zar.
"You're an idiot. That old bastard will turn on you when you used up your usefulness. Besides, what right do you have to try and conquer the Savage Land?" Shanna asked defiantly while Ka-Zar didn't reply and simply brought his spear back and prepared to deliver the killing blow.
Shanna closed her eyes and braced for death, but quickly opened her eyes in shock as she heard her attacker and his pet scream in pain as blue bolts of lightning struck both before both collapsed onto the ground due to their muscles spasming from the shocks.
"You, okay jungle lady?" A new voice asked, making Shanna look behind her and see a dark-skinned man with a fair build and his hands crackling with electrical energy…But she quickly blushed and turned her head when she lowered her eyes and saw that he was butt naked and…Larger than her previous partner.
Shanna didn't waste the time that God seemed to have given her, and she quickly lunged at Ka-Zar with her barrowed sword and ran it through his heart. He let out a weak and pathetic groan as he died, and the saber-tooth tiger looked on in rage as it got back up to its feet.
"Bad kitty!" The man shouted before blasting it with more electrical energy confirming that he was a mutant, but his energy might only be strong enough to be used as a range taser.
Still, Shanna charged again and brought her sword down on the tiger's neck after running towards its exposed right and the attack was deep enough to sever the spine and make the tiger slump onto the ground as blood gushed from the wound and dotted Shanna's exposed skin.
She didn't think about it before. But this might not be the best time to only be dressed in the cheetah print bra and loin cloth outfit.
Regular POV!
"Damn that was brutal." The young man said as he walked closer to the woman who quickly turned to him with his weapon raised, but before either of them could speak. They both noticed some form of rainbow energy leave Ka-Zar's body and flow into him.
[The Savage Land mystical energy is current chaotic and in flux, but it also has a will of its own and thinks that you can be its champion unlike the previous host.

"Holy shit." The young man said with a smile as Shanna saw his body ripple with energy when the strange rainbow stuff entered his body and magically gave him a more athletic looking body.
"Who are you and what do you want?" Shanna asked in a serious voice with her sword ready.
"Well in reverse order I wanted to help you and ask if you can point me in the direction of a nearby city or something and secondly, I'm a guy without a name but I need one so I'm currently taking requests." The young man said before he started experimentally testing out random names, causing the sword wielding woman to look at him as if he lost his mind. "Fuck it. I guess you can call me Billy."

"Definitely, Skyrim rules." Billy mumbled to himself while seeing his experience bar flash to life before his eyes.
"Okay, Billy. Why should I believe you?"
"Because I just saved your life." Billy offered while the woman gave him an unmoving glare making him groan. "Okay, I don't know how I ended up in this place, but I want to make myself useful and survive. So, I need help and hoping that we could possibly be traveling companions for the time being."
Shanna currently weighed her options before turning towards the newly shriveled corpse of Ka-Zar and the dead tiger near him, before she looked at Billy who offered a lame thumbs up and a smile, making her sigh and lower her sword.
"Honestly, I don't know how I got here either. All I know is that Malgato, somehow brought me here with magic and he might be our best bet to escape the Savage Lands. Sadly, he isn't the type to help us because we ask nicely."
"And from your tone. I'm guessing he is equal parts powerful and dick-ish." Billy said while Shanna replied with a simply 'Yup'.
"So, that means we need allies and power. Which means we need to go on a little adventure to level up." Billy said which confused Shanna once again.
"I've been here for a while but you're still the weirdest person I've met, and I literally met lizardmen."
"There's lizardmen here? Holy, fuck that's awesome!"

A/N: Okay a new adventure in the Savage Lands with a game system like a modded out Skyrim game baby. And the Savage Land just gave our main character the powers of Ka-Zar. I investigated the Savage Land and found out that Marvel's Tarzan is a toxic asshole which isn't going to fly here.
