Summary: Charlie teachs Vaggie how to dance.

Countless voices traveled across a party room organized by none other than Lucifer and Lilith Magne themselves in a exclusive zone of Pentagram City. Of course, they invited their daughert, Charlie, and Charlie herself invited Vaggie, after gifting her a new dress, shoes, jewelry, Charlie even combed Vaggie's hair herself before coming.

And just like every person ever who didn't know how to dance, Vaggie sat in a chair awkwardly still, alone, and away from everyone while she watched every other guest dance with their partners. Charlie's parents took her away to present their daughter to many high status demon and to her disgrace, suitors. There were places and times to throw tantrums and Vaggie knew this wasn't one of those moments.

She could only wait in her table, not daring to stand up and look for her partner, so she fantasied about dancing in the center of the room with Charlie as she watched the demon couples who actually were out on action, some of them with spotlights above them, making them stand up to their many viewers, Vaggie herself included.

Although she wouldn't admit it, she envied how those demons could simply ignore the world and follow their own rhythm. Vaggie promised herself to follow Charlie to the end of times and hell. But more than once she wanted something more grounded like them.

Take my hand

Suddenly, Vaggie saw a hand in a white glove in the corner of her eye, she turned around startled to discover it was just Charlie offering her hand with a smile as wide as a mile. Vaggie took Charlie's hand without thinking it twice and instantly Charlie dragged her out of her seat.

Vaggie thought they would finally be leaving this awful party and got lost in her thoughts, but she didn't catch on time how Charlie was actually walking them into the dance floor. All of Vaggie's alarms activated at once inside her and anchored herself to the floor struggling against Charlie's hold.

"Nonono, Charlie! Wait!" Shrieked in a whisper.

I'll teach you to dance

"What's wrong? You don't know how to dance?"

Vaggie froze after hearing that before her eye feel to the floor and her face brightened in a blushing red.

"I…never learnt…"

I'll spin you around

"Let me teach you!" Charlie answered immediately and with even greater effort she dragged Vaggie into the dance floor. As they stepped in Charlie made Vaggie do a quick spin around herself, almost making her fall if not by Charlie's quick reflexes and grabbing her by her waist.

Won't let you fall down

"Just follow my moves." Charlie said.

Would you let me lead?

Maybe Vaggie took that last part a bit too literally, because shortly after that she stepped over Charlie's feet. To her surprise, the princess endured the pain with a caring free smile, like it didn't even happen. Vaggie proceeded to apologize a thousand times for each time Charlie told her it was okay and nothing to worry about.

You can step on my feet

Many eyes feel upon the two girls, Vaggie was the first one to notice them all and looked around in cold sweat.

Give it a try

"Hey, look at me, just relax, don't mind them, try it with me."

It'll be alright

During her life and afterlife, Vaggie had her fair share of fights, both verbal and over all physical ones with the world. But none of that held a candle to follow Charlie's swift rhythm, stumbling and limping. It felt like she was a baby learning to walk again with a Olympic runner's help.

Vaggie could see Charlie was trying to make it as easy as possible for her, but still…

After dancing for a several minutes, Vaggie managed to keep up with Charlie slugging her way through. But at least she no longer stepped Charlie's feet or stumbled upon her own.

The room's hush hush and now is our moment

It was then Vaggie began to understand why Charlie loved to dance. The emotion, a feeling of adrenaline that didn't' come with a dose of danger and beware, and a soft intensity no matter how contradictory that sounded.

Take it in, feel it all and hold it

Vaggie just let herself be shifted away, not only by the moment's feelings. But also for the double spin Charlie made her do before she lifted her all the way up in the air over Charlie's head. God, even Vaggie forgot how strong Charlie could be when she put her mind into something.

Eyes on you, eyes on me, we're doing this right

If this was not happiness, then Vaggie had not the slightest idea of what was it. Charlie could be the daughter of the very devil himself, but she knew how to make from actual hell a little heaven for those she cared about the most.

'Cuase lovers dance when they're feeling in love

Vaggie could feel the dozens of eyes upon her and her partner. But something Charlied had taught her since they met was how to make the most of even the adverse situations. So Vaggie let all those eyes over them became spotlights all over them, shining their every move.

Spotlight's shining, it's all about us. It's oh, oh, all about uh, uh us

The world around them melted away. The moth and the demon princess danced jumping from one cloud to another without any fear upon their shoulders. Jumping higher and higher, wishing nothing but reach for the stars with Charlie taking her hand tonight and become one among them in the night sky.

And every heart in the room will melt. This is a feeling you never felt dry. It's oh, oh, all about us
