Hey guys, H21 here. Terribly sorry for the lateness and not keeping up with my fics, hope I can try it get back to them after months of silence, I got the ideas and stuff, just putting it down is when it flushes down the drain. Trying to break that habit and get back into the swing of things, so here goes.

Hurzysn; Yeah, the mortal world is pretty much irradiated with the surviving humans living in bunker cities, others went the space route with mixed results, the supernatural retreated to their domains.

Manners; bro what?

Spark681; he'll be busy as he's right now seeing what occurred since he was locked away, isn't going to be pretty.

M.A.D.B; thanks bud

(On a distant world, galaxies away from Draconic Deus)

The world of Dojima, crown jewel of multiple pantheons.
to its inhabitants it was known for many things, most notably how everyone and everything had a unique energy flowing within and around them. Full of mystery and tranquility.
it was a dead world….

The golden portal opened and closed as Gebel walked out to the top of a small hill, coming to a stop as his boots crunched on dry earth and withered bones. He looked to the sky as it was a blanket of stormy clouds, the land itself was barren with no signs of life. Every direction he looked, he saw nothing but shades of brown and gray as far as they eye can see. Looking down at his shoes, he noted that he was standing on the withered skeleton of a human. Shaking the bits free, he hopped off the slope he was on and slid down to a dead forest.
As he walked, he tried to pick up anything, but nothing responded, as if the whole world was silent. Eventually after hours of walking the dead forest gave way to a clearing with large, ruined gates made from wood and metal circling a large town. Gebel looked up to the rotting structure as he remained silent.

Gebel's shoulders slumped after a moment as he walked through the gates at a slow pace. Making his way down the main road of the ruined village as he passed by buildings and skeletons. If one had to guess, this vast village, no, the world of Shinobi has been a desolate wasteland for quite some time. Gebel would stop at a few places, the old academy, a few old stores, the crushed remains of an apartment complex. But he didn't stick around long as he made his way to the large tower in the center of the village, with a mountain behind it holding 7 broken faces of the leaders. Making his way up to the main office, Gebel stopped at the broken desk and absently trailed a gloved finger over the surface, almost longingly before heading over to the windows and waving his hand.

With the application ethereal energy flowing from said hand. The view changed, going backwards in time as he stopped the rewinding to the aftermath of the 4th World War. He watched in silence as the village welcomed back their shinobi and heroes, focusing on a blonde young man in orange and black who was held in the highest regards.

The scene played out over the years, showing how after the war, there was an ushering in of unity and peace among the countries. Konohagakaure would go on to become a major metropolitan city with its military budget being lowered while other focuses rose up like living and nusiness. He folded his arms over his chest as there was an incident when a young man hailing from the Moon came down to cause trouble, but Naruto Uzumaki was there to save the world yet again from peril. The blonde young man would soon follow his peers and find love within a lovely young lady by the name of Hinata Hyuga as they got married months after the 'Moonfall incident'. Soon enough the next generation was born as Naruto and his peers became parents. A proud father to two children, Boruto and Himawari Uzumaki.

Things would start to take a turn for the worse when the arrival of them, two pale beings coming down during the Five Village Unified Chunin Exams, their intent was clear as Naruto went to battle with them as his best friend Sasuke Uchiha would form a rescue party when the Otsutsuki duo had captured him. They managed to defeat the beings known as Momoshiki and Kinshiki Otsutsuki and save Naruto, but Boruto was tagged with a special mark just as he landed the killing blow on Momoshiki. Soon after, tensions began to rise with a new terrorist group calling themselves Kara made themselves known following the discovery of a youth named Kawaki who Naruto took in. Boruto and Kawaki looked to get along rather well despite others being wary of the kid.

Turns out Kawaki was the prized project of Kara's leader, a man by the name of Jigen. But Jigen was merely just a vessel, a meat puppet for the true leader, another Otsutsuki by the name of Isshiki who came to Dojima so long ago. He was also struck down, by Kawaki his prized vessel no less.

However, that's when they came. If one Otsutsuki was bad enough, a pair was worse, and now there was a whole force of them showing up. They arrived just after the spirit of Momoshiki was repressed within Boruto, having been 'claimed' as his vessel for rebirth. A rather insidious way the clan conquered death by parasitizing off others. When Naruto, Sasuke, Kawaki and Boruto returned after Isshiki's defeat, they were met with chaos as Konoha burned under the assault. It wasn't just their home that faced destruction as around the continent, the other shinobi nations faced and fell to their pale invaders as they also began using massive gourd-like devices to siphon the essence of the world.

Billions perished among the apocalyptic disasters set upon the world as the Otsutsuki clan were going the full mile in their desire for the world's power. If they couldn't harvest those damned fruits they coveted so much, then they'd consume the world itself. Their celestial gourds just formed a ring around the world as they sucked up the magical energy from everything, the people, the animals, the land itself as billions dropped dead from having their chakra drained.

It was a sheer massacre; Sunagakure was swallowed up on a colossal sand hurricane that shredded everything, Kirigakure was consumed by the largest tsunami and crushed by the immense pressure, Kumogakure was obliterated to a scorched crater and shattered mountains via a violent thunderstorm that covered the village. Iwagakure suffered a series of devastating earthquakes before the land itself opened and the village was lost within. The skies burned, seas boiled, and land ravaged as Konohagakure was the last to fall, being torched from all sides as people were butchered left right and center.

What broke Naruto as he tried to fight and save others in the face of doom, was seeing his boys collapse and spasm into fits of seizures, unable to do anything as his worst fears came to light.

Boruto and Kawaki Uzumaki died that day, their conscious consumed and their bodies transformed to Momoshiki and Isshiki as the clan members had cast some type of pale mist that enveloped the boys and allowed the two Otsutsuki to return from death. Naruto barely had time to try and defend his remaining child before the two beat him down, rose into the air and threw him and Himawari down into the fiery ruins as they went on to kill the rest of his friends personally. His last sight before darkness took him was them cutting Hinata down.

With their mission finally finished, the Otsutsuki members left through their portals to whatever world they called home as they finally dealt with what they deemed 'a miracle aberration' as Dojima withered up from the collective loss of the life essence known as Chakra. The end of the world played out as the view faded until Gebel was back to the current desolate office overlooking the dead city. Gebel turned around and pressed a hidden switch under the desk lip as a click was heard and he opened one of the drawers, pulling its bottom open to reveal a small compartment holding…. A Sake bottle.

Gebel really needed it right now as he pulled it free, flicked off the cork and downed its contents. He didn't know or care if the drink had gone bad or just super bitter from age as he gulped down every last drop. Tossing the empty bottle against the wall, he strode out of the room after collecting a few things. Unknown to him, he was being watched, a triangular pink machine floated in the distance, watching Gebel move through its camera before flying away. For his part Gebel just wandered aimlessly through the streets, coming to a stop before a ramen restaurant.

He walked into the establishment and stopped at the counter, leaning against it before turning to face the door and sliding down to sit with his back against it. Legs splayed and arms at his side, he just had his head lowered and his eyes closed. Bringing his knees up, his arms came to rest on them before his left hand balled in a fist and he thumped his forehead a few times and then slammed said fist against the counter making some stuff fall and break.
Gebel just sat there in silence for about an hour, not moving as his shallow breath was the only noise.

Eventually he stood up and made to walk out when a noise caught his attention, suddenly the ceiling crashed inwards, and he was smashed into one of the booths by a woman.

"Looks like there is a survivor after all. Better not disappoint me~." The attacker was revealed to be a young woman in a turquoise outfit with pink and black striped tights and long high heeled sandals. Her hair was a vibrant blonde and curly to match her purple eyes and triangle earrings as the most interesting feature was the '1' tattooed on the center of her forehead. Gebel pushed off the broken desk as he stood up in time to dodge a punch, moving around as the woman known as Delta threw out hits.

"Your quick, that's goo-" She was cut off as Gebel got her with a right hook that made her stumble back, had she been a normal person that hit would have destroyed her jaw. She checked herself to find blood and just grinned, this was going to be good as she looked to see Gebel, only that he was already out of the building. She just smirked heard his running as her legs shifted to thrusters, shooting out of the hole she made, she spotted the hooded man and gave chase. She had to dodge a few things he threw her way as she landed in front of him.

"Got you, rat." She threw a kick as he grabbed the limb, only to push away when her leg sprouted spikes. Delta just moved as she was quick on her feet, lunging with kicks and swings as her legs shifted to blades, spikes and blunt weapons. She managed to beat him around and threw him through a wall as she followed.

"Come on, make this fun for me." She spoke up before a rusty rebar was thrown like a spear as she dodged it, turning back to catch a punch to the face as Gebel grabbed and threw her into a wall hard enough to crack it. Delta grunted when Gebel grabbed her head and used her like a rock and smashed her through another building. She kicked him in the gut and using her thrusters, blasted him away. Gebel flipped onto his feet and ducked a flying kick before grabbing her legs and swinging her through a powerline before tossing her through another building. Delta sat up only to take a boot to the chest and skidded back as she really was getting annoyed now as her eyes lit up and she fired off her Destruction Beams. Gebel took the shot to the chest as he flew through two blocks before stopping as a building collapsed onto him.

The cyborg made her way over as she looked to where Gebel was buried, barely dodging as he shot out of the ground under her feet. Gebel grabbed her legs and slammed her down face first into the pavement as his boot came down on her skull again and again. She struggled moving under the stomps and fired off another beam as he avoided it and smashed her head into the ground with a punch that made the sidewalk indent around her. Her hands grasped at his chest as his fingers went for her eyes. Her fists punched at his chest as she felt his hands clench down around her head, desperate, she fired off her lasers as this made him back off.

Delta got up and fired off more blasts, cutting through buildings like a blade through grass as Gebel was on the move, sliding and hopping over obstacles as he picked up a broken metal sign and flung it in an arc.

*Thunk*

Delta was so focused on hitting him again that she didn't notice the sign until is carved into her left side and made her stop shooting with a scream. She hissed in pain and went to remove it when Gebel was before her. She howled in pain when he drove a metal pipe into her left knee and into the ground. Grabbing and pulling as Delta's leg was torn off from being stuck as she kicked with her good leg. Gebel caught and gave a harsh punch that broke her knee sideways as he twisted and tore that leg off. Now reduced to crawling, she pushed herself to sit when Gebel ripped the sign out of her body. Her eyes lit and primed to fire as Gebel was faster.

Squelch*

She didn't even get her chance as he used the sign like a blade and brought it down on her head, bisecting Delta's skull from top to neck base. Augmented flesh and wiring fizzled out as before Delta collapsed, her drone ejected from her back and flying off as Gebel watched. The village was burning once more, but only a portion from their fight as Gebel rolled his shoulders and a pair of great wings emerged from his shoulders. Gebel's wings were large and demonic, big difference from the thin ones the Devils had as the limbs roused with life. What made them unique was that along the fingers grew angel feathers, and the wing membranes looked to be organic stained glass.
With a crouch, his wings spread, and he took to the skies, following the pink drone, crossing countries in a matter of hours as he did not lose sight of it.

(Land of Demons)

The drone dipped and flew between the trees as Gebel watched it form above, seeing it vanish in the dense woods, he dived and landed coming to a well-hidden doorway. Not giving a pause, he kicked the metal door in as it crumpled and flew off the hinges. His entrance was met with silence as he stalked the halls of the hideout. Passing dusty rooms and a few skeletons, he finally managed to get some sense of direction, going off the fact another Delta lunged at him as he turned a corner in this dank place. He avoided a jab as he twisted her arm making it snap through the skin before driving the broken bone through her own neck, letting go a split second after as he could hear more movement. The cloaked man made short work of any bots that came after him as he knew they were desperate to stop him from reaching somewhere, and something.

"You fucking trash!" one of them shouted as she landed on the ground and had her chest stomped inwards by Gebel while he blocked another with his forearm, slammed them against he wall and with a punch, completely obliterated their head and punched a hole in the wall behind them. It was just a mess as Gebel carved his way through many cyborgs that came at him in increasingly violent ways, tearing limbs, crushing bones while he ignored the insults and attempts to get a rise out of him. Tearing down the cybernetic women was good enough for his frustrations. Eventually after bisecting a Delta and using her as a battering ram, he smashed his way into what was a large storage room with tall walls. He spotted the drone as it was in the center of the room hooked up to a console, small lights flickering on the controls.

*psst-hiss*

That's when he noticed the many stasis pods lining the walls as a few of them were already open, and another Delta climbed out of one. Gebel tossed the broken body of the cyborg in hands as he hopped over the railing, landing in a crouch as he avoided attacks and struck the body down, just as another pod opened. More and more came out as Gebel got closer to the console, his wings retracted as he was soon overwhelmed and dogpiled on, but that was their mistake in their haste to stop him.

Large spikes shot out and impaled many of the cyborgs as the black spikes let off some power they did not know, and those that were impaled burned away to ash and embers. Those that were unharmed backed off as the spikes that emerged from Gebel slid back into him without so much as a tear in his outfit as he got up from his knees. He threw a hand forward as a ball of fire short forth and completely melted one Delta in the air to molten slag as the others went on the assault. Gebel for his part moved fast and kept up with them, destroying more of them as the drone activated the emergency override and ALL the pods opened, letting out dozens more as they filled the room.
Gebel spotted the drone pulling free from the console as he ripped a Delta in half at the waist before he let out a shockwave of magic that threw all the cyborgs back. All at once their eyes lit up to shoot Gebel as he brought his arms together in an X before snapping his fingers with hot sparks emitting.

Spreading his arms out, hellish flames blew from his hands as he spun in a circle, the power overwhelmed his opponents as the sheer heat had their bodies malfunction. They all tried retreating but it was too late with the flames spreading out into a massive firenado, burning everything as each Delta went down, some blowing up from combustion, others melting to slag as one of them connected to the drone and tried to make it to the small hatch in the ceiling. Not just that, but the fire snaked out into the halls and tunnels that connected the hideout and its many rooms.

The final Delta came to a sudden halt as she looked down to see a burning hot chain in Gebel's hand as it wrapped around her legs and hips, with one final cry her body burned up like kindling and burst into ashes and embers when the chain yanked down. The drone for its part fizzled and fell apart under the heat as a glass container fell from its insides. With a toss of the chain, Gebel caught the glass tube and inspected it, within it was a human brain, connected to a few wires, but still very much alive. The single inscription on the note on it read 'My sweetest daughter, Akebi.'

Gebel just crushed the container as the organ made of fatty tissue and nerves was squished to mulch seeping between his fingers. He flicked the remains off onto the melted console as the wings emerged and he took off. Smashing through the exit Delta tried to use as he flew back to the leaf village from the burning hideout.

(Back in Konoha ruins)

Gebel came down with a softer landing as his wings folded away again, walking closer he approached the broken home of Naruto and Hinata Uzumaki, well the ruins of the house were around a large hole as he hopped down, falling hundreds of feet before landing slowly. At the very bottom of the pit was a pair of skeletal remains, their clothes tattered and their bones dusty.

He recognized them as the skeleton of the girl had a pink backpack on and the male had a small circular cut along his right humerus from where the grafted arm was attached.

Gebel lowered his head in silence as he spotted a small unique mushroom at the skeleton's feet. It looked colorful with a rainbow-esque cap as he knelt down to pluck it. Standing up, he popped it down the hatch, chewed and swallowed as his view shimmered with chakra.

(flashback)

Naruto landed with a sickening crunch, letting out a low groan as he slowly moved to sit up, Himawari cradled in his arms as he took the brunt of the damage. Both his hips and legs were shattered from the waist down as it was agony to move let alone sit, but that wasn't his concern, his daughter was, his last remaining child.

"Are you ok, Himawari?" He asked, powering through the pain so he didn't appear weak in front of his little girl. The girl for her part had a few bruises and maybe a sprained ankle, but otherwise fine.

"Im ok." She gasped as she got a good look at her father, "Papa, your hurt!" she was worried sick upon seeing the gaping hole that Momoshiki had punched into Naruto's stomach as he and Isshiki took great pleasure in beating him down for his 'interference'. Naruto just stifled a groan of pain as he rested his back against the wall replying,

"Its nothing, I'm just more worried about my little princess." He ruffled her hair as he tried consoling the child as she was clearly terrified about everything going on. Naruto could feel the countless lives being snuffed out as the clan of parasites were doing their work. This was really the end, was it? He turned his gaze away from the hole above him to Himawari as he wiped away her tears.

"I'm scared, papa." She whimpered out as he hugged her close and cradled her head to hic chest.

"I'm here sweetie, I won't leave you, that's a promise."

Himawari just buried her face into her father's chest, sobbing as her world was dying around her, all her dreams going up in smoke as she thought about her lost brothers and how those mean monsters took everything away. She could feel herself getting weaker as her chakra was being drained and looked up to Naruto.

"Papa, could you tell me a story?" she asked, wiping her tears as she looked up to him with a sad smile. Naruto just gave a warm smile as he leaned and kissed her forehead. He had just the story to set her at peace.

"Once upon a time, there was this magical world. Full of wonderous creatures in varying shapes and sizes and beautiful landscapes as far as the eye could see. The people of this world were not all fighters like us, but they had such a rich and wonderful culture they spread throughout their world." Using his remaining chakra, Naruto created a screen, showing Himawari what he spoke of as her eyes lit up in wonder. Naruto guided her attention to a massive castle as the screen flew over the lands and came upon a truly massive castle on an island. Himawari was utterly fascinated by the castle as she never saw anything like it, many of the old castles she knew of all looked similar, but this one was so unique in looks and build.

"And at the top of this world sits a castle, ruled over by a king, a god of monsters and worshipped by the people. He goes by many names, but you happen to know him already." Naruto smiled as Himawari gasped at seeing a figure standing on the balcony of the tallest tower of the castle, decked out in dark clothing lined with gold and a heavy cloak over his shoulders. The figure was silhouetted by the moon behind him as his form burst into hundreds of bats that flew around the castle.

"Is that uncle?" She asked as she earned a 'yes' from her father. The chakra construct faded away as Naruto erupted into a fit of coughs as he covered with his hand, seeing blood on his palm and feeling weaker than ever.

"Sorry, princess." He apologiezed and wiped his hand on the dirt as Himawari reached up and wiped some blood off his cheek.

"I-its ok papa, I just wish I could have met uncle one day." Himawari sniffled as she hugged her father in their final moments, the walls of death closing in as Naruto held her close.

"I know, sweetie, I know…" Naruto comforted his last child as she was getting sleepier, rubbing her eyes. It's been years since Naruto heard from this 'uncle' person as he just stopped picking up his calls one day, much to his concern. But that was before that fateful day at the chunin exams with Boruto.

"Good night papa." Himawari uttered out as Naruto used the very last of his chakra to put her to sleep, so she wasn't conscious when her life was taken as he braced himself for that. He'll take that pain to ensure she didn't feel a thing. He felt like complete shit that this was it, the end of him, his family and everything he knew. Hugging his sleeping baby close, he relaxed and rested his head against the wall. Letting out a sigh as his gaze moved to before him, his blue eyes full of loss, pain, acceptance of finality.

Almost like he was staring at Gebel through time.

"It's the end of the road for me, bro. We fought to the bitter end against the inevitable, I know you'll find a way to make things right. For what it's worth, despite the dream being dead, thank you for everything." Naruto gave a smile as his limbs were going numb, his heart slowing as the world was devoid of chakra. A few tears sliding down his face as he nodded as if acknowledging Gebel.

"Now….." His mouth moved as no words came out, but his last words were clear as he closed his eyes and slumped. The great Naruto Uzumaki died with his world and people.

(flashback end)

The effects of the mushroom faded as Gabel's vision was restored. The remains of Naruto and his daughter still before him as he gently placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder, head bowed in silence for the dead. He pulled his hand away when something fell out of Himawari's decayed backpack and rolled to his feet. Gebel reached down and picked it up. The item looked like a glass onion bulb with withered flower petals on the top. The onion bulb would have been swirling with colors had it been healthy and living, but alas….

Gebel remembered making this as a gift for Himawari when he heard of her dream of making a big garden of fruits and vegetables. He rolled the glass bulb between his fingers wistfully before gently placing it in one of his many pouches. Crouching down, he began putting the shattered pieces of Naruto's leg bones together and with a spell, mended the bone fragments together, doing the same with the hipbone. Gebel then picked up the skeletons of father and daughter as he floated out of the hole and back onto the surface. Walking out of the ruined village as the world around him changed, shaped by his power as soon, a large plateau of earth rose out of the ground as Gebel walked onto it. A mile wide in every direction as he strode to the middle of it and set Naruto and Himawari down. He snapped his fingers as a shovel appeared in hand and got to work.

Hours passed as Gebel dug numerous graves on the plateau, pausing after each grave dug to head out and collect the remains it was made for. That process involved skeletal repair as many went out and had their bodies broken in death. The Otsutsuki had an ironic way of killing their victims with their own skills.

Sakura Uchiha had a hole shot through her head, right over her 'Strength of a Hundred' seal. And out the back. Her daughter was speared through the heart by a blade of lightning. Sasuke Uchiha was lost to the flames as he put up one hell of a fight.

Ino Yamanaka's head was exploded like water balloon right before her husband and son. Her dear husband Sai had his neck snapped along with his child.

Shikamaru Nara and his family were bisected by wind blades from within their own shadows. Chouji's family ballooned from chakra swelling and popped into gory messes.

Might Guy and his students, Rock Lee and Tenten, were crushed under martial skill, left broken and bleeding out.

Shino Aburame was devoured from within by his own insect hive being driven to hunger, screaming as he fell apart as said bugs quickly burnt out.

Hinata Uzumaki had her heart struck five times by her own family's combat skill. Only taking a few steps before her heart exploded and blew out her ribcage.

Tsunade Senju was sucked dry by a chakra absorber shaped like a aocohol bottle and watched as her own body withered away after being pinned down, leaving a broken husk of skin and bone.

Kakashi Hatake was ripped apart by spectral hounds made of fiery chakra.

Killer B was electrocuted to the point where all flesh was burnt away, leaving his charred skeleton, among the ruins of his home.

Gaara and Kankuro were swallowed by the very sands he once wielded and died under the pressure.

Mei Terumi drowned and was broken by the tidal wave that consumed her village.

etc, etc...

For every body he could find, Gebel had painstakingly collected from the mess, pieced their remains together and gave them a proper burial. He wasn't keeping count of how many he could find as he slowly but surely filled the plateau from end to end, leaving a large space within the middle just before the grave of the Uzumaki family, leaving two empty graves for the lost boys.

Gebel put his hands together in prayer as the ground rumbled, soon enough a massive wall, carved of the finest black granite he could pull up from the depths of the earth rose from the empty space before the vast graveyard. With a wave of his hand, invisible forces began chiseling in the many names of those that died, all that were remembered and made their mark on history. Gebel also brought out some large bones he had collected from the Mountain Graveyard during his body fetching. Using more magic, he fused, shaped and melded the bones into various skulls, mask for one of them, one for each of the Nine Tailed Beasts. The avatars of this world;

Shukaku the One Tailed Tanuki, with a wave of one of its hands, it could create vast sandstorms and fierce winds on a whim. Known for being a bit of a loudmouth braggart who did as it pleased among its territory.

Matatabi the Two Tailed Bakeneko, while not as destructive as its siblings, lived among old temples and haunted grounds. Polite and calm to a fault, she was seen as a guide to help wandering ghosts to rest and dispelling malevolent spirits that haunted people.

Isobu the Three Tailed Turtle, it mostly kept to itself at the bottom of the watery bodies and cultivated coral reefs as a hobby, a bit timid but never one to anger as its rage would stir up a sea storm.

Son Goku the Four Tailed Monkey, prideful and boastful about its power. It had more of a gorilla build and the strength to match. It could cause volcanos to erupt with a clap of its hands. It easily could be considered one of Sun Wukong's friends if not for its size and nature.

Kokuo the Five Tailed Dophin-Horse, compared to its siblings, Kokuo was unique, peaceful, quiet and preferred to live alone among the forests. It kept away from mortals for personal reasons.

Saiken the Six Tailed Slug, while its siblings lived on the surface and elsewhere, the colossal slug thrived in the dark and dank of the earth, the underground of a mountain was the ideal home as it nevertheless was kind to any lost travelers stumbling in the dark underground.

Chomei the Seven Tailed Kabutomushi, Of the bunch, the large insectoid was always greeting the world with a sunny personality and a cheerful mood. Always flying about high in the clouds and causing sweeping gales wherever it went.

Gyuki the Eight Tailed Ushi-Oni, prideful like its siblings, but not the most prideful. Gyuki came off as a serious and tough, but not to be considered a dumb beast as it could hold its own against thousands of warriors.

Then there was Kurama the Nine Tailed Kitsune, what could be said about the eldest and most powerful of the Tailed Beasts? Vain, bitter, haughty, a real pain in the ass to a few. At full might Kurama could level mountains and cause tsunamis with swipes of it's tails as it really despised humans for good reason, Humans of this world only saw them as nothing more than powers to capture, enslave, control and for those reasons the Tailed Beasts had repaid that treatment in kind

The Tailed Beasts were the epitome of nature manifest, causing countless disasters wherever they roamed and contrary to the thought, they were not 'true' yokai, or yaoguai, despite what their names and titles would imply, not even having the proper parts to delineate between gender. They were collective masses of the magical energy, the lifeforce, known as Chakra. Given sapience and sentience by their creator known as the Sage of the Six Paths in his waning days.
They were destructive, hateful, a terror on mortal-kind. But they were truly magnificent.

Sadly, like with the world, they died as the clan sucked them up into their gourds, breaking them down into energy and erasing their identities. Kurama was dead before its siblings thanks to the fight with Isshiki and they all perished soon after.

Gebel set each skull of the Tailed Beast on the top of the granite monument as each head had their name carved under them. Gebel, finished with his work for now, gave another prayer to the lost souls and dearly departed. Silently wishing them all a peaceful afterlife if they found themselves there. He left the mass graveyard and took to the skies, flying off to a few more spots to collect some things.

(Hozuki Castle, Kusagakure)

Gebel folded his wings and shot down into the waters around the island that housed the prison complex. Searching as he soon spotted what he came for. A large metallic box with a demonic mask-like face on each side, just resting on the floor of the ocean around the castle. He landed on the sandbed and approached it. Raising a hand to thump the side. A few moments later a large thump came from within.

Perfect.

Gebel cast a spell on the box as it began to float, then shot up and out of the water, flying high into the air before landing in the courtyard of the castle. Gebel landed near the box as he flicked the water off himself. Picking up a broken shard of glass, he cut his palm and bled onto one of the box sides, letting it seep into the crevices as the box began to shudder. The skies darkened as the sound of thunder echoed over the dead lands. He took a few steps back as the box opened violently and a large figure shot forth, trying to snap its humongous jaws on him as Gebel simply hopped back and landed on a wall, sitting.

The large creature, known as Satori, turned and licked off the blood Gebel had spilt as its eyeless gaze shifted onto him now. Fun fact, this world had yokai, yaoguai and mythical beings once, but they all seemingly vanished when the era of chakra began. Now it was only rare cases were any spotted like with the being before Gebel that began salivating as it found his blood to be quite delicious, unique yet so savory. It lunged again as Gebel jumped up and came down with a double boot stomp, this made Satori smash hard into the ground as its claws swiped at him.

Gebel for his part was playing hard to get as he kept out of Satori's grasp and maw as the fiend took to the skies with its wings. Raining down sharp feathers as Gebel slid under a collapsed roof for cover. Popping out once the feather rain stopped to throw a chunk of wall at it as Satori batted it away and opened its mouth, harnessing its own power and firing off a big sphere of power. The destructive ball reached the target, and then it just vanished, along with Gebel as Satori was confused, looking around before feeling something behind it as it turned around just in time to catch its own attack smashing into it. Sending it careening down to the ground and smashing through the main building of Hozuki castle as the attack detonated.

The explosion could be seen from far away as Gebel landed in the crater that was left of the castle, Satori itself was barely able to move as he kicked its tail aside and climbed up its body. Stopping on its head, Gebel just looked down as the creature lifted a hand to grab him. Gebel just flattened his hand and drove it into Satori's head like a blade. Satori let out a shrill roar and shake before locking up. Its form rapidly turning into red and purple crystals from where it was impaled before finally, its entire crystalized form shattered when Gebel twisted his arm. Landing on the ground, he called the crystal pieces to him as they flew into him, the mighty yokai reduced to power as Gebel took it into himself.

He used another spell to shrink the Box of Bliss down to the size of a rubix cube as he pocketed it and took off. In his other hand he had stuffed a green bandana into his pocket.

(The ruins of an old kingdom, Land of Wind)

Gebel came down and walked through the half-buried caravan, having already given the bodies their burials earlier on the plateau. He climbed into the main wagon as he looked around and spotted an ornate looking box, pausing as his hand made contact and he felt the item within it. Opening it revealed an old almost rusted and weathered looking weapon, calling it a traditional kunai didn't mean much as it looked more akin to a Greek xiphos. He gently pulled it out of its silken casing as he ran a gloved finger over the old blade.

This caravan of travelers, children of those that once lived in the kingdom of Roran, always made a pilgrimage across the Land of Wind to pay tribute to the old home. Leading them was a young woman, bloodline descendant to the kingdom rulers as the blade was passed down from the last queen to her daughter. Gebel put the blade in a pouch and left as he had more stops to make.

(Land of Demons)

Gebel sifted through the remains of the temple home of the head priestess of this country, a sweet lady who had the unique ability to foresee the future and one's demise, said ability gave her the penchant of being a bit of a snobbish fatalist. That all changed when she confronted the demon that plagued her home with the help of Naruto Uzumaki, she ended up asking him for a child after the whole ordeal to which he agreed, totally unaware as he was too naive for his own good back then. Gebel always wondered if Naruto ever held that promise up, probably not as it'd shatter the faithful image of Naruto and Hinata's 'destined love' that many proclaimed.

Gebel found what he was looking for, a small charm consisting of a glass bell with a red orb inside it, held onto a metal necklace. He made a few more stops around the continent before returning to Konoha.

(Back in the Leaf)

Gebel's walk stopped as he came to one final task, of all the bodies he buried this day, the skeleton before him was special. Around it were the shredded remains of the Otsutsuki the person managed to take down with the clan not even bothering to collect their fallen members due to their Darwinist views. Gebel just squatted as he lay a hand on the skull of a large wolf-man like being. The form obviously human but morphed as it resembled more of a large hybrid of man and beast, or werewolf if one was to be simple. The bones of the humanoid beast had faint traces of crystalline power, as part of a pact the person made with Gebel, before all this mess.

Gebel just clenched his free hand as he stood up and cast another spell, rather than burying the wolfman with the rest of his peers. He made a monument, one that he knew the Lord of the Wolves would enjoy. Using his destroyed home and magic, Gebel formed an altar with the bones of the being set up in a way and perched over the Otsutsuki bodies, as a show of victory and perched to howl at the moon. Everything was set up just right as Gebel etched a small phrase into the plaque adorning the monument to the late Wolf King.

-King of the eternal forest, leader of the wicked sprites-

Gebel finished and gave a small prayer to the monument as he collected the power from within the skeleton.

(High above the land sometime later)

A tear in reality opened, the edges seemingly shaping like squares as it opened far enough for someone to walk in. Yawning in boredom as the person was a young-looking man. Dressed in all white suit with a sectioned apron and sash, black slippers adorned his feet as he lazily looked around. The most striking features of this man was his pale skin, pale eyes and horns growing out from around his skull and wrapping around the head.

Urashiki Otsutsuki really was not happy with being tasked to find out why Isshiki's stupid doll didn't come back from her tantrum. He didn't know why that prick even kept her around, she wasn't special like the other three, or the guy that made them. But nnnooo, the King had to take his side and sent him out to see what the hold up was. He was missing out on preparing for the festival, for Shibai's sake! He let out a huff of air as he just reigned himself to do this dull labor and get it over with. He would make a stop to the old hideout where she hanged, but seeing that was burned inside out, that intrigued him, as he quickly deduced that's where she died going off what he could find.

Picking up on a rather unique energy signature, he flew around, seeing the destroyed Hozuki Castle and part of the Leaf that was recently fought in. The monument Gebel had erected caught his attention as he soon spotted the plateau graveyard. Landing before it, he could care less of the pests that filled it, but something nagged at him, he felt like he was being watched, but who? There was no life on this world, the clan made sure of it.

His head snapped to the side as he caught the sound of a fire being started, he could make out in the distance as he spotted a hooded figure sitting by it in one a clearing of the dead woods. Now this fully captured his attention as he flew over to the spot, coming down without a sound as he got closer. Whoever this person was, they were not of this world going off the power he could sense coming off them. The outfit was a far cry from what the pests of this world wore. As he moved to get a better view, he saw that the man was sticking his hand in the fire directly. Pulling free to rub the ends of his metal covered fingers along the sides. The barest noise of metal sliding together being heard.

Urashiki cleared his throat to get their attention, didn't work as Gebel was occupied.

Urashiki repeated the act, this time in a louder tone as Gebel blew imaginary dust off his fingers.

Like before no response.

Urashiki frowned as he was already in a sour mood, yes, the middling curiosity at finding another life form on a dead rock was there. But it was overshadowed by another feeling, annoyance. Urashiki aimed a hand and blasted the fireplace to pieces with a flare of chakra as Gebel was about to stick his other hand in the fire as this made him pause.

"Now that I have your attention, runt. I have a few questions." Urashiki smiled as Gebel stood up and dusted himself off, walking over to Urashiki as he stood before the pale scout. There was an uncomfortable silence as Urashiki sized up Gebel, giving a hum as he looked from feet to hooded head. He couldn't make much of Gebel's features, aside from the thick beard poking out of the hood. Did he mention this person reeked? Hise nose scrunched up as he was holding back on killing this person because of his smell, but first, his questions.

"Who are yo-" He didn't get to finish as Gebel's right hook smashed into his cheek, sending the pale man flying. Gebel followed as he gave a hard kick to Urashiki's torso that made him flip in mid-air, who was then grabbed by his clothes and thrown though several trees. Urashiki quickly came to a halt as Gebel's leg came down in an axe kick. Urashiki took the impact on his shoulder and stumbled a bit but regained his footing, standing up with a blank look as he pushed Gebel back.

"You got a death wish, stranger. So, make this fun for me." Urashiki smiled as he and Gebel traded hits, both blocking and dodging the other as there was something off about Gebel that he noted but couldn't put his finger on. Urashiki grabbed Gebel by the extended arm and flew up, launching both through the air, Gebel's other hand just grabbed Urashiki by his horns as he forced them to smash into a hillside. The Otsutsuki was the first up as he avoided a kick that smashed the large rock behind him and gave a few palm strikes that sent Gebel reeling back.

Gebel caught one of his wrists and pulled, throwing Urashiki far as he launched after him with his wings. Urashiki spotted the wings and thought something about them was familiar but brushed that thought as he stopped in the air and ducked a flying kick. Throwing an uppercut, he was once again yanked along as Gebel grappled him and shot them both through one of his portals into a town a fair distance away.

(Tankazu Town)

Urashiki grunted as he smashed into a tower with Gebel as he broke free and fired off some chakra blasts as he could barely see Gebel through all the dust. A sudden boot to the chest threw him out the building wall as he barely dodged a wooden plank thrown at him like a spear. Gebel hopped down from the hole as Urashiki lunged in with countless strikes. Gebel swatting and smacking them aside as he returned with even speed, getting faster as Urashiki found himself glancing to the hands to keep up and taking some steps back as limbs were a blur.

He managed to catch Gebel's wrists in his hands and smiled pulling him close. "That all? I can catch lightn- *Crunch* UUUAAAGGGHHH!" His confidence was broken as he shouted out in surprised pain, the cause?
Gebel's foot had smashed Urashiki's right foot, flattened like a pancake quite literally and shoe too.

The stranger gave a double kick as the first hit Urashiki's ribs and the second pushed him down by his shoulder. He caught himself as his hand was a few inches off the ground as that hand curled into a fist. Standing back up with Gebel's leg on his shoulder, he glowered and with a blast of fire chakra from hand, everything in front of him was blown up. Gebel pulled himself from the mess and formed another portal as Urashiki clicked his tongue.

"Oh no, that little trick of yours won't save you." He stalked closer as Gebel had reached in and pulled out something just as Urashiki grabbed Gebel by his vest. He caught a punch from Gebel beside his head, only to realize Gebel held a flash bomb in hand as it went off. Urashiki stumbled back, temporarily blinded as he was tackled through another portal, and both landed elsewhere.

(Sunagakure)

Gebel performed a mid-air spin before smashing Urashiki chest first into the spherical tower of the Kazekage. A flare of power made the whole building burst crumble into sand as Urashiki snarled and got free, backhanding as Gebel avoided it but was hit point blank by a blast of wind chakra sending him flying back through buildings. The scout tasted copper and touched his lip to see that he was bleeding, such a notion made him irate. That he would be contending with this stranger that was putting up a fight. He grimaced as he looked at his flat foot, it was painful to stand on, but he would ignore this for now, now he wanted to make this thing suffer.

He flew up into the air as he looked around to find that hooded bastard, Byakugan active, but he managed to kick up a sandstorm with his odd power as it made things annoying. Holding out a hand, Urashiki unleashed a compressed blast of wind that dissipated the storm as he floated over the city, scanning for him. Something he was able to notice was that this insect was able to mask himself from him, which just annoyed him more as suddenly he gasped in pain. Gebel having popped out of a blind spot and grabbed his crushed foot, he just flew off as Gebel hung on. They got over the desert surrounding the city when Urashiki managed to kick Gebel off. Gebel just adjusted and dived into the desert sand like it was water.

Urashiki came down as he growled out before having to dodge as the sand rose up in a colossal mass, taking the shape of a truly massive whale-like creature with twin tusks jutting from its mouth. The thing let out a wailing roar as it landed with a mighty crash, trying to turn around as Urashiki blasted the construct to sand grains with chakra. He spotted Gebel kneeling with one hand in the sand as movement under the surface was heading to him.

"Oh, real funny." He commented as sand fish creatures hopped out snapping at him as he fired off chakra bullets to take them out one by one as each exploded in a spray of sand. He shot at Gebel, who swatted it away as it exploded after hitting a rock collum to the right. Both took to the skies as Urashiki fired off more wind chakra as Gebel dodged each shot. Flying into another portal as Urashiki gave chase. It was a wild goose chase as Gebel randomly went around the nations with his portals and when Urashiki followed, he would be met by some magical creature made of energy and matter that Gebel sent at him.

In the Land of Water, he was swarmed by large lizard-like beasts that swam through the water and lunged at him in a pack, finished by a massive crocodile like beast snapped him up in its jaws and going into a deathroll. The beast was blown up by lightning chakra.

In the Land of Lightning, he was assaulted by a horned primate forged of stone and lightning as a unicorn of pure electricity aided it in throwing him around. Urashiki dropped buildings on them.

In the Land of Earth, Urashiki narrowly avoided getting flattened by some large rolling brute of a dinosaur as other rock beasts took pot shots at him with beams of fire. He just flooded the area and shattered them.

"Done playing games!?" he called out as during the chase, Gebel had always taken to watching Urashiki fight his constructs, but he was quickly silenced as a portal opened up above him and dumped acid from one of Kaguya's dimensions on him. Urashiki snarled in frustration as he managed to clean off without major burns but was caught off-guard by the flying knee to the face that sent him hurtling through another portal as he and Gebel were now in the central train station known at the Thunder Rail. The pale scout managed to land in a crouch with a bloody nose, but the sudden axe kick drop from Gebel to the shoulder had his hands hit the ground as realization dawned in his equally pale eyes.

He may not win this fight.

Urashiki on his hands and knees looked up to Gebel with a harsh glare at this just as Gebel's fist came down to completely floor him before a hard kick sent him skidding like a rock over a lake. Correcting himself, Urashiki shot forward with a flying kick as Gebel caught him and slammed him down on his back, his left arm coming down hard on his extended leg at the knee.

*Snap*

Oh look at that, Urashiki's leg was snapped with his knee going the completely opposite direction then intended.

"AAAAGGGGHHHHH!" Urashiki's howl of complete agony was stifled as Gebel's hand grabbed his jaw. His muffled scream continued as he felt Gebel gather power in hand and reacting quick, formed a ball of chakra that he detonated against Gebel's chest. Gebel was sent flying as Urashiki snapped his leg back into place with a whine before shooting off, catching Gebel and slamming him into a lake. He took to drowning Gebel for all this struggle as Urashiki was losing his composure, nothing had ever given him this much trouble and it was really pissing him off. Hands around Gebel's neck and holding him under the water, he took enjoyment of seeing him struggle for air, not caring that Gebel's hands moved from trying to break his grip to grasping at his now dirty white robes.

Snikt*

His scream of pain however did the trick as the metal finger covers of Gebel's gloves had extended into long sharp blades and impaled into Urashiki's sides, going deeper as Gebel dug his fingers to the knuckles into Otsutsuki flesh. Pulling his hands from Gebel's neck he attempted to break his bloody hold when Gebel shot up and with a headbutt, stunned Urashiki as he was kicked off. Gebel got up and took the offensive again, several punches had his foe stumbling back as a front kick threw Urashiki into a tram car. He shook his head and ignored his pain, lunging forward with a shout of fury.

Only to pass right through Gebel.

"What!?" He looked back to see Gebel fade away realizing too late it was an afterimage as Gebel came down from above with a double fisted haymaker that combined with Urashiki's speed, had the scout smash and bury himself into the ground with his legs sticking out at an angle. Gebel grabbed one of his ankles and pulled Urashiki to slam him down onto his back, making him cough out blood and spit from the sheer force of impact. Gebel slammed Urashiki again before grabbing the back of his neck and pelvis before bringing him over his head and throwing him into another tram car making it crumple from the impact as Gebel shot like a missile and tackled him through it and a few rows. They stopped at the final row of train cars as Urashiki was indented and struggling at holding Gebel to was over him. One hand grasping his neck as Gebel's other was inching closer to his face as Urashiki was struggling hard as the bladed fingers got closer to his eyes.

"W-what are you!?" Urashiki got out as he noticed Gebel's irises were glowing faintly through the dark cover of his hood as he could see nothing, but pure malice aimed at him. Feeling the bladed fingers start to cut against his neck, Urashiki closed his eyes and focused his chakra, before letting it out in a shockwave that destroyed the train station around them in an explosion. Urashiki rose up in the air, scanning around as his hand went to the shallow cuts in his neck, this was getting worrying. Forming another ball of chakra, he spotted Gebel among the flaming ruins and fired it off as another explosion consumed the area.

He smirked at the destroyed station as he didn't pick up on Gebel's foul scent or his unique power. In typical fashion, he underestimated his opponent. He turned to the right as he spotted movement in his peripheral. Gebel's flying knee at the 100 miles per hour certainly knocked the arrogance out of him.

It was like slow motion as Urashiki was sent flying back, his face a look of complete anguish as his Byakugan deactivated and he let out a silent scream. Gebel's knee had hit him straight in the crotch with enough force to just shatter rock as Urashiki flew and fell to the ground, completely limp from the overwhelming pain. Gebel landed and with a flap of his wings, let out a strong gust of wind that put out all the fires. Crouching down to pick up something,

'By Shibai, grant me strength…' Urashiki mentally bemoaned as he managed to get up beyond the pure burning pain of his pelvis, glancing down, he was horrified to see blood blooming from his crotch into his outfit as he dreaded to assess the damage. That's when it finally clicked in his head, this man, his power and extra limbs, it brought back memories of this one world he scouted.

A world known as Draconic Deus, when he brought it up to the clan about the place, the king was adamant that he never returns there or let the powers that govern it spot him. While he of course acquiesced with the command, he was curious as to why? Last he heard; the leading group of divinity had been busy in a three-way civil war that saw the death of their god king. Sure, he snuffed out a small host of these 'Fallen' that approached him save one, but he was sure he never caught the attention of anyone, and the survivor he let live was spooked into silence.

So why was one of them here?

Gebel was before him again as one hand clapped down on Urashiki's shoulder as the other, holding something in a closed fist, punched hard into Urashiki's torso, right under the ribs as he gagged on air and fell to his knees. Gebel's clawed hand came again for his face as Urashiki was struggling more to hold it at bay. He looked up to Gebel as he heard something in the back of his head, he could have sworn it came from Gebel, but the man made no sound.

'Weakling…'

The foreign distorted voice lit a fire in Urashiki's heart as this just inflamed his now battered sense of pride and ego as an Otsutsuki, a higher being than others. His eyes morphed into red and blue Rinnegan and Rinne-Sharingan as he built up chakra and threw gebel off him with another blast of his power.

"ENOUGH!"

His shout shook the ground as he began throwing elemental chakra at Gebel, truly done with all this as he was being made a fool. His eye powers doubling down on picking Gebel's signature as he focused on that dark energy that permeated around him. Urashiki sensed a portal open behind him and turned to catch a stone pillar caught, another opened at his side as something else flew out. Beset on all sides as his ocular powers worked to anticipate what was coming that he didn't notice Gebel appearing and throwing something.

"Gah!" Urashiki stumbled back as he felt one of his eyes suddenly go dark along with pain as he quickly brought a hand up and removed what was lodged in the now bloody socket.

A rock.

A fucking rock.

His chakra exploded out as he let out a shrill howl of absolute fury, lunging at Gebel as he grabbed and smashed him through multiple buildings, dragging him along the ground, anything that would inflict the most pain as Gebel went limp before he rose up and threw Gebel on top of the Hokage monument, landing atop him and pressing him further in the ground.

"Fuck this world, fuck this stupid civilization, and fuck you!" He reached up and ripped out his remaining eye before gobbling it down as steam began pouring off him and his body exploded in chakra as this decimated the old monument to its base. From the rubble, the ascended Otsutsuki flew up as his form was changed, his body morphing into more fiendish and avian features, his horns into wings as his limbs extended out to into birdlike limbs with talons tipping the fingers and toes. His destroyed eyes had reformed into golden Rinnegan as he gained a third eye on his forehead, snarling and thoroughly done, he saw Gebel stand up and dust himself off as he waved to the flying person like he was greeting a stranger. It only served to piss him off more. He aimed his hands and began firing off chakra orbs, each one strong enough to level a building as he just kept spraying as Gebel took off, evading and swerving through the city ruins.

"Coward, pushing me to this and running away, I thought your kind had more to them!" He yelled out as he followed, more and more of the ruined Konoha fell apart as Urashiki would not let Gebel out of his sight. Gebel flew under a bridge as Urashiki blew it up. He grunted as he felt something puncture his calf and looked to see a rusted kunai as he pulled it out and looked around, Gebel has this awful ability to completely hide his presence for moments as he looked around. Under the blown-up bridge, Gebel landed in a crouch in a broken basement as his extended hand reached into his pack hanging off back under the cloak. Pulling out a bulky and unique harpoon gun.

It was something he made and gave Katerea long ago as a gift, and now she had given it back to him upon her passing.

"Where the hell are you!" Urashiki screamed out as he got his answer by a harpoon bolt lodging itself into his shoulder. Growling, he spotted Gebel emerge from one of his damn portals with gun in hand. Gebel hefted the gun on his shoulder and flipped Urashiki off with his other hand as this earned him a bomb. The building blew up in the hit as Gebel fell, firing off more bolts as Urashiki avoided them and went in. Gebel used his portals to keep distance from Urashiki and take shots, occasionally moving the orange and black dial above the trigger as this changed the gun itself and the bolts fired. Urashiki in his seething anger found himself getting caught up by Gebel's tactics as he laid traps; explosive harpoons, drill harpoons, electrical wired harpoons and even a grapple gun mode as he was brought low and made a fool.

In his anger, Urashiki gathered his power and shot out a large orb of chakra that was followed by a massive spectral dragon. Hoping to finish Gebel off as Gebel put away his weapon and brought his hands together, gathering magic into a small orb as he threw it at the oncoming attack, which faded as it made contact. Urashiki smirked as he saw the pitiful counter, but his smile fell as his attack simply faded away, no, the chakra that made up his move crumbled and seeped into the earth like water on desert ground. Just then he felt woozy as he picked up on something was wrong internally.

"What?" he looked to see where he had pulled out the harpoons that were shot in him had been laced with toxic fluids as the entry wounds had necrotic tissue around them with the veins turned black. He shuddered as he fell to the ground in a heap, unable to move his numb limbs as he realized too late Gebel had lured him around to accelerate the poison spreading. His eyes were in complete uncertainty as Gebel approached him, standing over, Gebel reached down to Urashiki's face as just then he sensed something interesting about Gebel while the man broke his horn wings making Urashiki whimper in pain.

Urashiki let out a scream as Gebel then sank his index finger deep into the third eye and with some unknown spell, reverted Urashiki to his base form with a flash of power, still missing an eye and damaged from their fight. Hand then grasping his neck, he was lifted off the ground and before Gebel, pushing what he could of his chakra, Urashiki lifted his arms and formed a Rasengan, that's when Gebel did the same with his open hand as both spinning orbs collided and with a sonic boom, sent both flying back. The smoke cleared as Urashiki pulled his face out of the ground and spotted Gebel standing up from a crouch.

Despite his shattered ego, his humiliation and being handled in such a way, he couldn't help but smirk. Why? Gebel had chakra…. Such news overtook his mind as the knowledge that somehow Gebel knew how to fight the Otsutsuki and could undo their abilities was pushed to the wayside. His sole focus was now on the chakra he could sense in Gebel, something about it seemed familiar, but all this fighting and making his expend his energy had him famished. Gathering chakra in hand, Urashiki whipped the constructed object forward just as Gebel went in for the kill.

"Oh thank Shibai." He muttered as he let out a sigh, having caught Gebel with the hook of his fishing rod. The glowing chakra construct took the form of a basic fishing rod, thread and fishing hook at the hook part was stuck in Gebel, not piercing anything, but dug into his body as it snagged into the chakra pathways in Gebel's form. The Otsutsuki scout couldn't help but lick his lips as he could taste the chakra within Gebel, mentally kicking himself as Gebel must have been able to hide it from him with his magic from that forbidden world he hailed from. He relaxed his posture as Gebel was completely still, an effect of his fishing rod was that any victim he snagged with it was locked in place so long as he had them on his line.

"I must admit, you gave me quite the scare, with all your fancy abilities and toys. I should commend you for pushing me like this, but I will not, you've mocked me, and that will not stand. You'll make for an excellent trophy for the king, as for your hybrid nature, I'm sure we could crack you open and see." He sighed in content as he subtly drew a bit of the chakra within Gebel, healing a few of his injuries.

That's when Gebel's hands grabbed the thread.

"What!?" Alarm smothered his happiness as Urashiki stumbled and pulled on his fishing rod as Gebel pulled on the line, making it a back and forth as Urashiki brought his other hand to fully grab his tool. Urashiki yanked hard as he spotted some dark miasma seeping out of Gebel's chest and down the line, before he could react in time, it shot down and met his hands trying to empower his fishing rod to counter. The explosion of chakra shattered the tool and had Urashiki hiss in pain as he looked to his burned palms. That when he noticed Gebel fall onto his hands and knees. For some unidentified reason, Urashiki took a step back as Gebel's wings retracted into his body as he began to shake, finally making some sort of noise as deep growling came from Gebel's mouth as large black spikes emerged out of Gebel's back.

It wasn't just that, Urashiki picked up on a change in the very air as it started to get warm, the clouds above roiled with thunder as the ground around them shook. He then saw a red and black reptilian-esque tail emerge from Gebel's waist as he stood up, his growling having warped into laughter?

"HeheheheAHAHAHAHA!" Gebel's seemingly mute voice came out deep and distorted as Urashiki did not like the fact that the environment itself was reacting to Gebel's changing, this world was stripped dry, this should not be possible, even with some foreign agent that has chakra. Lightning struck the lands as raw power bloomed from Gebel as his laughing soon came to a stop, head tilted up to the sky. Urashiki fired off a chakra ball as it just dissipated before hitting Gebel. That's when Gebel let out a scream…

"Rrraaaa-AAAAAGGGHH!" His form started to bloat as crimson tears formed along his body, as if he couldn't handle his power or something was trying to break free from within Gebel. Urashiki only watched in morbid fascination as Gebel kept cracking and ripping as he got bigger.

The explosion of dark magic and chakra sent Urashiki skidding back as he brought his arms up to cover his face. The sudden increase of heat made him sweat as Gebel's prolonged scream died down. Now standing alone, his surroundings ablaze, Urashiki Otsutsuki could only look up to the large demonic being that stood before him, the fiend that had emerged from Gebel as it stared down at him with burning eyes of unholy light. The flames around them seemed to intensify as he felt something fill his body while taking another step back, a feeling that he like all his clan had deemed beneath them.

He felt…. Fear.

So uh… Hi! I'm still around, Bit late on the updates, but better late then never, right? Figured to skip over updating The Shardbinder to give Sins of the Father and House of Sin more chapters to help their stories out and expand on them. Also figured since I took so long, make this a loaded chapter to sink the mental chompers into and soak up whats going on so far. Hope this keeps interests around for those that like it and if you want, feel free to leave a review or a PM if you have any questions and stuff.
