At Mega Monster Amusement Park, creatures are laughing and cheering together, but then they started screaming when the Vermillion Warriors appeared and started taking apart metal pieces from every ride and metal items from stands. "What are those things!" A man called out.
"What do they want?!" Another yelled as the Vermillion Warriors then stripped the mascots of their metal related costumes.
"Not the mascot!" A woman exclaimed as the Vermillion Warriors rushed off.
On the tunnel ride, two boys gave board expressions from the ride they were on. "Not cool." An orange haired boy waved off before they passed two Vermillion Warriors.
"So lame." The black haired boy waved off, thinking it was part of the ride.
"Not cool." The orange haired boy said before the Vermillions jumped in and started taking the ride apart as the two boys screamed.
"So lame!" The black haired boy yelled.
"Not cool!" The orange haired boy cried out.
The Vermillions continue to take apart the rides while Raggmunk watches the chaos. "Ah, I just love the smell of screams in the evening." He said with a smile.
Then coming from the entrance were the Ninja as they parked their vehicles. "Mega Monster Amusement Park? Really? Don't these guys have any sense of decency?" Cole questioned.
"I don't think they have, darling." Rose said. "When does this madness end?"
"It ends here and now." Lloyd said firmly.
"But with all the chaos happening, how do we know which area is damaged from these Snake Samurai's chaos from stealing metal?" Morro questioned in wonder.
"Pixal, give me a danger analysis." Zane said as he still couldn't get a response. "Pixal? Pixal, respond. I need a danger analysis."
"Here's one!" Nya gasped when she saw what the Vermilion Warriors were doing. "The roller coaster!" She pointed towards the roller coaster where a few Vermilion Warriors were dismantling the tracks with some creatures still on the ride.
"Zane, Cole, Rose, get up there fast!" Lydie exclaimed.
"Right!" Zane called as they all did Airjitzu to the top.
"Got it! Cole called as they flew up to the coaster.
"The rest of you, spread out! Time to make this place a snake-free zone!" Lloyd declares as they put on their hoods. "We can do this, team!" He added as they rushed into the carnival.
"Wow, listen to Lloyd taking charge." Kai said to his sister. "I like it. He's starting to get this Master thing down like Lydie when she's in charge of us."
Morro then came up to them. "That's why they're the leaders." He said as they ran into the amusement park.
On the coaster, the creatures screamed as Rose and Zane Airjitzued up. "Zane, I'll create a vine path! You freeze it solid, darling!" Rose instructed.
"Got it." Zane nodded as Rose quickly made a vine path for the carts as Zane quickly froze them as the creatures on the carts rode down the frozen vines before safely placed to ground level as some of Zane's ice made a big snow cone on a kid's cup before the man shrugged and pour some flavors on it.
Back on the roller coaster, Cole was knocking away some Vermillion Warriors. "You don't have a ticket." He said as he punched a Vermillion off the coaster "And you don't have a ticket." he continued with a smirk. "And you. And you." He continued.
Nya was on the ferris wheel while looking at the snakes with a glare. "Which one of you slime balls stole my Samurai X suit?!" She questioned as she jumped down to one of them. "Was it you?" She then kicked it away before hopping to another. "Or you?" She slashed it down. "Or you?!" She continued as she kicked another down as it gave a scream. "We're gonna go 'round and 'round and 'round until I get some answers!" She exclaimed.
With Morro, Lydie and Lloyd, the three of them were fighting off the Vermillion Warriors on the ground as best they could. "You know, I gotta hand it to the Time Twins, they sure know how to make an army in a short amount of time." Lloyd commented.
"Yeah, but I still wonder why they need all this metal?!" Lydie called before she tripped a Vermillion Warrior down.
"But for what?!" Morro questioned as he blew some of the Vermilion away. "Why are they after metal in the first place?!"
"You tell me!" Lloyd called as he used his powers to remove some of the metals off the snakes and tossed them aside.
"Well, whatever they're planning, they sure know how to make chaos just by stealing metal!" Lydie called as two Vermillion Warriors came in before she blasted them away.
In the tunnel ride, the two boys are still screaming as the Vermillion Warriors are still taking apart their ride, but Kai l jumped in and slashed them away as he gave a laugh as the two boys clapped to him. But then Kai saw a fake ghost and instinctively slashed it to pieces.
"Ah. Fake ghost, heh, heh. I knew that." Kai said embarrassedly as he gave a cough.
"So lame." The orange haired boy said.
"Not cool." The black haired boy said as they drove their ride off.
Kai raised a brow before he heard a hissing sound. "Whoa!" He called as he punched the snake apart out of its armor, but he caught the helmet before he saw a fire with a hammer and anvil in it. "Huh? That symbol. It's…" He said as he then had a flashback, but before he could focus any longer, the Vermillion Warrior took it's helmet back and put it on, but got it helmet on backwards as it walked around tripping into a box, trapping itself.
Raggmunk saw this as he then communicated through the hive mind. "A-Squadron, hold off the Ninja. The rest of you, keep bringing the metal. We must multitask." He ordered as a group of Vermillion Warriors hissed and walked up towards a young boy near the cotton candy stand.
"Leave him alone!" Lloyd called out as he charged forward and not the Vermilion Warrior back. "Mind if I borrow these?" He asked as he levitated some cotton candy and tossed them away as he knocked the two warriors down. "What's your name?" He asked the kid.
"I'm Johnny." The boy said as he blew a blue gum, which Lloyd popped with the two sticks to make makeshift nunchucks as it used it to whack the Vermillion Warriors away and gave it to the boy, who started playing with it.
"Nice to meet you, Johnny." Lloyd said.
"You too, Lloyd." Johnny said as he walked off.
"NINJA, GO!" Lloyd called as he did Spinjitzu and knocked a few warriors away as he went to join his sister at the center of the park.
"Ninja, sound off! Is everybody okay?!" Lydie called as the others regrouped while fighting off the Vermillion Warriors.
"So far… barely!" Nya exclaimed as Cole was tossed in front of them.
"If you mean, 'Okay, there sure are a lot of them!' then, yeah, we're okay." Cole retorted as he got up.
"For the record, this is the least amusing amusement park I've ever been to." Kai mentioned as they claimed up on a damaged ride.
"These Snakes are behaving seriously." Zane mentioned.
"You think?" Morro questioned. "'Cause boosting scrap metal doesn't seem like, you know, normal snake behavior."
"Neither does reforming into unstoppable Snake Samurai things." Rose added.
"I mean strategically." Zane corrected. "They appear more interested in keeping us away from their compatriots that are stealing metal, than they are in actually defeating us."
"Well, they finally have to deal with us at full strength." Lydie said seriously. "And… hang on." She said as she looked around and saw that one Ninja was missing. "Where's Jay?!"
"I haven't seen him." Morro mentioned before he looked at the others. "Any of you?"
"No. Now that you guys mention it, he wasn't with us when we arrived." Kai said in realization.
"You know, just once, it would be nice to go into battle with a full team." Rose complained.
"Well, don't tell us, tell Jay!" Kai complained. "He's the one who took off for wherever without saying a word to us!"
"I'm sure she has a good reason." Nya said, defending his boyfriend.
"Well I'm glad you're sure." Lydie said with a brow as the crowd kept screaming while the Vermillion Warriors continued stealing metal.
At Edna and Ed's junkyard, some Vermillion Warriors are stealing some scrap and junk and putting them in a truck while Blunck oversees. "Yes! Keep it coming!" Blunck called out. "Can't disappoint Commander Machia. No, not the Hands of Time's pet." He said sarcastically.
Then engines revved up as coming out was a forklift that Ed was driving. "I reserve the right to refuse service to you!" He called as he knocked some warriors away as Edna came out and used her broom to sweep the snakes away.
"I don't think they saw your sign in the front window, honey." Edna said with a smile.
"Take your fangs off my parents, you darn dirty snakes!" Jay called as he jumped off his motorcycle and shot a lightning blast at a warrior, knocking it back. "Mom! Dad! Are you okay?!" He asked in concern as he turned to his parents.
"Oh, well, I'm now very late for quilting circle…" Edna tried to say before Jay shocked more snakes down while Blunck saw this as he went into the hive mind.
"The ninja mustn't interfere." Blunck said to the troops with the hive mind. "Get over there and take him down." He ordered as a few warriors then went up to the forklift Ed was on and started shaking it.
"Whoa. Whoa!" Ed exclaimed before Jay ran up to him and grabbed his dad before the forklift was tilted over. "Oh, Jay, what's happening? These fellas came out of nowhere and started grabbing things!"
"Yeah, they do that." Jay said as another warrior came up to Edna and started pulling on the broom.
"Oh! Now that's rude!" Edna exclaimed before Jay shot another lightning at it, blasting it away as he grabbed his mother.
"Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you." Jay said to them. "I'm gonna get you both out of here on my bike." He said as they turned to his bike, but loose snakes took it apart as some of the parts fell on the ground as Jay yelled in frustration.
Meanwhile in the middle of a swamp, Vermillion warriors were patrolling the place as in the center lies a big dome where Borg and Demir were being held. The Scientist had his arms crossed while he stood behind a workbench with a few items while the Metal Ninja stood behind him as Krux glared at them before his brother walked in.
"Everything is moving along according to plan, brother." Acronix told him. "The metal is coming in by the snake load, and our, ahem, laborers are already hard at work on their various projects." He said as he walked up to Krux. "How's it going with Borg and the Master of Metal?"
"Poorly." Krux said with a frown. "Borg barely made any progress on the apparatus." He said as he showed a makeshift junk item. "And I thought you were supposed to be this era's greatest inventors!"
"How can I create anything with these substandard materials?!" Borg questions while waving a spoon at them. "Chunks of metal, tiny scraps! And these!" He then held up one of the fake trophies the Vermilion stole. "These aren't even good trophies!"
"And you know I can reshape metal into anything but come on. A Spoon?!" Demir asked while holding up a spoon. "You expect me to turn this into an advanced engine parts, Krux? You're really old school then Master Wu."
"Gggrrr!" Krux growled as Acronix chuckled.
"He got you there, brother." Acronix said with a chuckle.
"Excuses!" Krux countered. "In my day, we built with anything at hand. Craftsmanship meant something back then. I suspect you can build the apparatus, you just don't want to, Borg."
"Okay, yes. And you can't make me!" Borg said with his arms crossed.
"Yeah, and I don't know what you want me for but I ain't helping you with jack diddly squat!" Demir told them.
"Hm…" Krux said with a frown. "Don't be so sure." He said before they heard hissing sounds. "Ah, Commander Machia! I see you received my message." He said as Machia came in.
"I did." Machia nodded. "What was so important that you pulled me from the battlefield? I'm reluctant to leave details up to those fools, Blunck and Raggmunk."
"It appears two of our workers are reluctant to do their job." Krux told her while gesturing to both Demir and Borg. "I was hoping you could… motivate them." He said with a smirk as Machia climbed up to the table.
"With pleasure." Machia said with a smirk as her snakes hissed while Borg was scared while Demir gave a glare.
"No, no, no, wait! W-We'll do whatever you want!" Borg cried while the Time Twins watched while Acronix hid behind his brother nervously.
"Yes… I know you two will." Machia said with a smirk as her snakes tried to reach out to him, which caused Borg to scream while the Hands of Time and Gear watches.
"So… so, so tickly!" Borg cried as one of Machia's snakes slithering under his arms as he tried not to laugh while Demir raised a brow. "So, so terribly awful!"
"Mr. Borg is, ticklish?" Demir asked with a brow as Machia neared him but then he used his powers on her armor, pinning her to the wall, "I bet you regret not putting me in Vengestone now, Twinsies." He mocked.
Acronix groaned. "Why did we kidnap the Master of Metal again if he can bend the metal of our troops?" He questioned his brother. "Or at least cuff him in vengestone to block his powers?"
"Because we need his power to supply and reshape the metal we need for our Army and our weapon," Krux told his brother.
"Well, you're not getting anything from me!" Demir said with a glare. "You guys are lucky there's too many of these Vermillion Warriors," He then coughed, "Stupid name," He coughed again, "For me to handle myself. But it doesn't matter, my friends will come for me, and when they do they'll shut this whole thing down." he promised.
"Oh you really don't know anything do you?" Krux asked as he approached Demir. "Don't you realize that without Wu leading your friends they are doomed?"
"Not with the Garma-Twins at the helm," Demir shot back. "And as memory serves, they and the Smith Siblings kicked your sorry butt, and which of them had to let their little brother rescue them while they were stuck in Sarcophagus?" He asked with a smirk as Krux flinched and gave an embarrassed look.
"Hmm, he's got you there brother," Acronix teased with a grin..
"Grrr!" Krux growled. "It would've been so easy if we had weapons or all of our powers." Krux groaned while giving a look to Demir.
"My point is, Ninja never quit. So yeah, we'll play along," Demir said, knowing he couldn't try to escape with so many Vermillion around and with people who need his protection, "But only because we know you'll fail in the end."
"He's right, the Ninja will come for us," Borg added confidently.
"Then we'll be ready for when they do." Krux said seriously. "And if you value the people, will you release Machia from her situation?" He questioned while gesturing to Machia still stuck to the wall.
Demir smirked, "Oh sure thing," He said before waving his hand as Machia flew into Krux and Acronix, knocking them down, "Oops," He said sarcastically.
Borg gave a laugh. "I'm glad there's a bit of entertainment here." He said.
Machia snarled and hissed as she glared at Demir. "I would eat his hide." She groaned as she got up while the Time Twins did the same.
"Despite the humiliation, I like her." Acronix said with a smile. "She's bad."
"Sounds like someone has a crush." Krux teased his brother with a smirk.
"I do not!" Acronix shouted while giving his brother a look.
In the middle of the desert, the time vortex suddenly opened up again in the sky as a blue Time Blade, the Time Blade of Slow Motion that holds the second half of Acronix's powers, came down and crashed into the ground as another time wave was formed and spread throughout Ninjago.
"I mean, she's cute, sure." Acronix said with a shrug. "On the surface, but deep down, she's a pile of sssssssaaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeesssssss." He said when the slow mo wave hit them and everything around them, including themselves, was slowing down.
The wave soon hit Mega Monster Amusement Park as the Ninja was fighting off the Vermilion warriors. "WWWWhhhhaaaattt'ssss hhhhhhaaaaappppeeeeennnniiiiinnnngggg?" Lydie asked very slowly.
At the junkyard, Jay was fighting the Vermillion Warriors before the wave hit them as well before he knocked a Vermillion Warrior away.
Back at the Hands of Time hideout, the time bubble then went past them as time was now moving normally again, "What just happened?" Demir asked in confusion as Krux smirked.
"It has arrived, brother." Krux said with a smirk as he turned and saw Acronix on the Borg Watch as Krux frowned. "Did you not hear me? The next Time Blade has arrived!" He said to him, but Acronix was still looking at the watch. "Which means, we should be out looking for it! And yet, you play childish games?!"
Acronix frowned as he turned to his brother. "I am trying to discern the blade's location on my smartwatch!" He exclaimed. "However, if you keep distracting me…" He said while waving his hands.
"Fine, fine!" Krux sighed in annoyance. "As usual, you have far too much faith in technology. Doesn't seem like a very smart watch to me." He retorted.
"Actually, the BorgWatch is the smartest smartwatch ever." Borg pointed out. There's a heart rate monitor, a GPS unit, and even a temporal anomaly locator." He listed as Acronix activated a holomap of a canyon.
"Wait, what?" Demir questioned with a brow. "Why would you put that in a watch?"
"I just thought after that first Time Wave hit, I thought it would be useful." Borg replied sheepishly.
"And it is, for the Time Blade of Slow-mo is at latitude 34, longitude, 28." Acronix told his brother smugly.
Demir, Brog, Machia, and even Acronix gave Krux teasing smirks as Krux sighed. "Very well. It appears technology has its uses. Maybe. Sometimes." He said as he walked off with his head lowered as Machia looked at the coordinates.
"Hm, the Eastern Sea of Sand in the badlands." Machia noted. "Given the Blade's location, our troops at both the scrapyard and Mega Monster Amusement Park can get to it before we can." Machia said with a thoughtful look. "I'm afraid Blunck and Raggmunk are in the best position to retrieve it."
"The Blade is now our top priority." Krux said seriously. "Commander Machia, make it so." She ordered as Marchia nodded as she then spoke through the hivemind.
"Blunck, Raggmunk, hear me." Machia said.
At the junkyard with the sun completely down, Jay was still fighting off the Vermillion Warriors as Blunck received a mind word from Marchia. "Message received , Commander Machia." Blunck said before he turned to the troops. "Vermillion Warriors, we're leaving!" He called. "Take the builder, now."
Jay chuckled when he heard that. "Vermillion Warriors? Really? That's what they're calling-" He tried off before he was pushed aside and saw his father being held down.
"Hey! Let go of me!" Ed struggled as Jay came up to him. "Watch it!" He yelled to the snake as Jay came in and charged at the warrior and pinned him to the junk pile before a waggon fell on him.
Ed gasped before he turned and saw Edna still brooming the snakes on the ground while Blunck and the troops entered the truck. "Take her, she may be a builder also." He said while gesturing to Edna, who flinched.
"Wait, wait! I don't like to go anywhere without my purse!" Edna called before the claw from the cane grabbed her as she screamed.
"Edna!" Ed exclaimed as the warriors regrouped at the truck.
"Put me down!" Edna yelled as the truck drove to the exit as she kept screaming. Jay used his powers to get the wagon off him before he got up and saw his mother being taken away. "Help!"
"Mom!" Jay cried as he rushed up to try and save her. "Hang on, I'm coming! Gotta form my power dragon!" He called as he stopped as he tried to focus on his dragon form. "Come on, Jay, you can do this. You can do this." He said as he tried to transform, but couldn't. "I can't do this, I'm too freaked out!" He yelled, having his fears get the better of him prevented him from entering his dragon form.
"There's meatloaf in the freezer, honey!" Edna yelled out to her son in the distance as Jay and Ed watched her get taken away.
At Mega Monster Amusement Park, Raggmunk and his troops drove off on the rides out of the park while the Ninja looked around in confusion. "Is everyone alright?" Lloyd asked.
"Yeah, I think so." Kai asked while rubbing his head. "What happened?"
"They had us, and then…" Cole started.
"And then it was like when the Time Blade showed up. Except, instead of time speeding forward, it slowed down, way down." Nya explained
"It seemed to have slowed what might've taken a few seconds down to a minute." Rose noted, checking her watch.
"Hold on. I recognize that time energy." Morro said while rubbing his head. "That was another half of Acronix's powers. The Power of Slow Motion."
"So that means another Time Blade has arrived." Lloyd said seriously.
"And somehow, the snakes knew it." Lydie added while rubbing her chin.
"34, 28." Zane said as he stood up.
"Uh, oh. I think Zane got knocked offline again." Cole said.
Nya then realizes something. "No, that's latitude and longitude." She said,
"Nya, upgrading my temporal scanner during my reboot was a good idea." Zane said with a smile.
"Well, I saw the new BorgWatch had one." Nya said with a shrug.
"The Time Blade is in the Eastern Sea of Sand." Zane informed them.
"That must be where they're heading!" Lloyd called out.
"We can't let them get there first, come on!" Lydie declared as they all went to their vehicles and took off at high speed after the Vermillion Warriors.
Back with Jay and his father, the Lightning Ninja looked down in guilt. "Oh, I just promised nothing was gonna hurt you guys! And now they've taken Mom!" Jay called as they looked at the entrance while Ed placed a hand on his shoulder.
"It's going to be fine." Ed assured his son with a smile. "I'm sure you'll come up with a way to save the day." He said as Jay walked around.
"Yeah?" Jay questioned as he kicked a part from his vehicle. "How can you be sure?"
"Well, because you have every other time the forces of evil have descended on this place." Ed said as he went up to his son, who groaned as he placed his hands on his shoulder. "Just remember what we say in the scrap metal business, 'Keep your emotions under control and focus on the problem at hand.'"
"Do you actually say that?" Jay questioned.
"Ah, it's a surprisingly harsh business, son." Ed said with a smile. "The important thing is, we raised you to never give up." He said with a determined smile.
Jay gave a sigh. "You're right. I'm going after Mom!" He declared with determination.
"That's the spirit, son!" Ed declared before they looked at his completely wrecked vehicle.
"Uh, where's the nearest bus stop?" Jay asked before his father let out a chuckle.
"Hold on. I have something here that might be useful." Ed said as he guided his son to another section of the junkyard. "Something that doesn't require a bus pass. Now normally, I don't believe in giving birthday gifts early, but your mother is in danger." He said as he walked up to a tarp covering something. "So I'm gonna make an exception." He said as he removed the tarp to reveal a homemade motorcycle. "Like it? I built it myself."
Jay had a perplexed look as he walked up to the makeshift motorcycle. "Um…" He started as he got on it, but the second he did, it immediately fell apart. "I've got some ideas for a few modifications. If that's okay."
"Only if you let me help." Ed told him with a smile.
The next morning at the place where the Time Blade is at, Blunck and Raggmunk regrouped with each other. "Lovely morning for a ride in the desert." Blunck said with a smile.
"It's too blasted hot!" Raggmunk exclaimed.
"Yes, but it's a dry heat!" Blunck stated as he moved Edna in the claw.
"You see, this is why I wanted my purse!" Edna yelled. "I keep a bottle of water in it! Hydration is important!" She called out.
Coming out from behind them, the Ninja l drove in at high speed. "I don't see the Time Blade, but-" Cole started before he gasped when he saw someone on the claw. "They have Jay's mom!"
"That must be why Jay left so suddenly." Nya realized.
"Of course, Jay's parents live in a scrapyard! That place is chalk full of metal!" Lydie said in realization.
"But… where is he?" Nya asked, not seeing her boyfriend around.
"We have to worry about that later." Lydie spoke up. "There's still a chance to get to the Time Blade first. Split up!" She called as they all drove up in separate directions.
Cole drove ahead, but was having trouble controlling his ride now that he knows he isn't a ghost anymore. "Come on. Come on!" He said to himself as he skidded on the ground before he saw a pillar in front of him as he gasped and moved his ride to the side in a narrow path as Cole yelled before he got his ride up straight. "Yes!" He cheered as he drove off.
"Nice one, Cole!" Rose called out. Nya then activated the weapon systems in one of the tanks as she fired at some of the Vermilion warriors.
Zane drove ahead as he scanned the area before he spotted the Time Blade. "We're approaching the Time Blade!" He exclaimed before they saw a Vermillion cart coming at them.
"Incoming!" Nya called as they knocked and twirled around in the air as they crashed into the ground. She and Zane got out of their vehicle before they saw the truck coming as they quickly moved out of the way and they saw Edna on the cane.
"Oh, Nya, so nice to see you, dearie!" Edna called out with a wave.
The supersonic jet came flying down as it took aim while Cole drove up to the roller coaster carts riding on the ground. "Ninja, I have just the thing for you!" Raggmunk called as he held up a few snakes. "Snakey-snake-snake!" He exclaimed as he then tossed many snakes at the Ninja's vehicles, causing them to go crazy and crash into the ground as they each abandoned their rides as Raggmunk laughed as he saw the Time Blade ahead.
"The Time Blade, yes!" Raggmunk exclaimed with a smile. "Come to Raggmunk!"
"Hey! Why should you get the credit?!" Blunck exclaimed. "Mine!"
"The Time Blade!" Lloyd called.
"Don't let them get it!" Lydie exclaimed as they all rushed up to the Time Blade with the Vermillion Warriors getting close. "NO!" She cried out as Raggmunk grabbed the Time Blade.
"Yes, I got it!" Raggmunk cheered as they stopped as he got on the ground and held the Blade. "Oh, it feels better than I could ever imagined." He said as Blunck went up to him.
"Oh, can I hold it?" Blunck asked excitedly, but Raggmunk kept him back. "Let me hold it!" He pleaded before Raggmunk pushed him back and put the blade on as he saw the Ninja coming towards them.
"What's the rush, little fools?" Raggmunk quipped as he aimed the Time Blade and shot a time beam, which the Ninja avoided as it hit a Vermillion Warrior on a cart, trapping it in a time bubble as it slowed down.
"Nice shot." Blunck sarcastically said.
"It's my first time!" Raggmunk exclaimed in defense.
"Yes, we still have a chance!" Lloyd called out.
"Move, move, move!" Lydie called next as they rushed ahead.
Blunck stepped towards Raggmunk and took the Time Blade. "Let me show you how it's done!" He called as he used the blade to shoot another time beam at the Ninja.
"NINJA…" The Ninja started as they did Spinjitzu, but then the time beam hit them as they were trapped in a slow mo bubble as they slowed down and sparks of their Spinjitzu was shown. "GGGGGGGOOOOOOOO!" They called out in slow motion.
"Lucky shot." Raggmunk said to Blunck before turning to the other warriors. "Tear them apart." He ordered as the warriors got up and surrounded the time bubble the Ninja were in.
"Ooooooohhhhh, nnnnnoooo!" Cole cried out.
"Wwwwweeeee'rrrrrreee ddddddooooommmmeeeedddd!" Kai exclaimed as they all got out of the time bubble and did Spinjitzu that knocked the warriors away as the snakes advanced closer.
With Jay and his father, they are now on Jay's new motorcycle, which was fixed up and has a new appearance with details of his elemental powers with two golden blades on the side. "Now Jay, there's a speed limit…" Ed tried to say.
"Mom is in trouble!" Jay pointed out while driving.
"And there are times it's okay to ignore it." Ed said with a serious look. "Hit it, son!" He called as he drove up to the battle as the group saw the two coming.
Edna smiled at her husband and son. "I hope you brought water!" She called out.
"Water won't help him!" Blunck called as aims the Time Blade to the ground.
"What are you doing?" Raggmunk questioned as he took the blade from him. "You're also gonna slow all of us!" He exclaimed as he and Blunck fought over the Time Blade.
"Exactly!" Blunck called as the Time Blade flipped and the two caught it, but it then created a massive time bubble that surrounded the entire group.
Jay and Ed looked in shock. "What is that?!" Jay asked in shock as he skidded his motorcycle to stop before it entered the time bubble as they slowed down and saw the others surrounded by the Vermillion Warriors. Jay and Ed exited the bubble, but once out, they sped up and crashed into a rock as they screamed and crashed into the floor with a grunt.
"JJJJJJJJJJaaaaaaaayyyyyyy!" Cole cried out.
"SSSSSSSSSSSSooooooooonnnnnnnn!" Edna called next while Blunck gave a laugh in slow motion.
Jay helped his father up as they groaned from the crash. "Stay here, Dad." He said as he dust his father off and went up to his motorcycle.
"What are you gonna do?" Ed asked as Jay got his ride straight up.
"It's like you said. Never give up." Jay said as he got on his motorcycle with a ride.
"Well, son, that was before I saw everyone slow to a snail's pace." Ed said as Jay parked next to him.
"Which is why we modified the bike." Jay said with a smirk as he put on his hood and drove off.
"Oh!" Ed said in realization as Jay drove up to the time bubble.
"Lightning speed!" Jay called as he focused his powers onto the bike, which surged up to the tires that sent Jay's bike to superspeed so fast that once in the time bubble, it was like it was going at normal speed.
Everyone looked awed as Jay used his bike to knock the Vermillion Warriors down since they were too slow to even react thanks to the time bubble. Blunck screamed in slow-motion as Jay got one of his hands out and kicked him down, causing him to let go of the Time Blade as it was sent flying in the air. Jay then turned the bike around as he used the rides as a ramp as he grabbed his mother before they landed on the ground.
Just then, the Time Blade faced down as the time bubble disappeared and everyone moved normal again as the Time Blade and Vermillion Warriors fell to the ground from Jay's attack. "Way to go, Jay!" Cole cheered.
"Talk about making a comeback!" Kai exclaimed but Jay's bike was still at superspeed as he sped past the others.
"SorryIleftyoubefore,can'tstop! PleasehelpmyDadandgettheblade! Seeyoubackatthetemple!" Jay quickly yelled as he and his mother drove off at high speed.
"Anyone understand what he just said?" Rose asked in confusion.
"He said he's sorry for leaving before and that he can't stop because of how fast he is going and we have to help his father to safety while we get the blade and he'll meet us back at the temple." Zane explains.
"And this is why we're glad to have you on our team, Zane." Lydie said with a brow.
The Vermillion Warriors looked at the Time Blade on the ground as Blunck picked it up before Raggmunk could as he gave a laugh, but Morro came in and kicked him down, causing him to lose the Time Blade as it fell to the floor. Raggmunk and the others tried to grab it, but Kai came in and skidded on the ground as he took it.
"Looking for this?" Kai asked with a smirk as he held up the Time Blade as Raggmunk growled and rushed towards him. "Catch!" He called as he tossed the Blade to Zane, who caught it as Raggmunk rushed up to him.
"Whoops!" Zane quipped as he tossed the Blade to Nya.
"Over here!" Nya taunted as the Ninja played keep away from Raggmunk.
"Haha! Close!" Kai tossed the weapon to Cole.
"Nope!" Cole called.
"Almost!" Zane joked.
"Quit messing around, guys!" Lydie shouted as she caught the Slow Mo Blade.
"Yeah, we got the blade so let's get out of here!" Lloyd ordered as the Garma-Twins began to make their leave.
"Remember how I said I liked the way Lloyd is like Lydie?" Kai asked his sister.
"Yeah." Nya nodded.
"I take it back." Kai said as they began to rush off.
"After them!" Blunck exclaimed as the Vermillion Warriors got into their vehicles as they chased after the Ninja and Ed. "Go, go, go! Get the Time Blade!" He exclaimed.
As the Ninja ran, Kai tripped on a loose helmet as it tipped over and showed the same symbol on it. "There's that symbol again!" Kai said as he picked up the helmet as his sister rushed back to him.
"Go, go, go, gogogogo!" Nya exclaimed as she snapped Kai out of it as they ran up to the others as fast as they could to their down vehicles with the Vermillion Warriors behind them and getting closer. "We're not gonna make it! We don't have enough time!"
"Wait a minute." Lydie said in realization as she remembered that she has the Time Blade in her hand. "Yes we do!" She exclaimed as she turned to the others. "Everyone get behind me! We have all the time we need!" She said as she aimed the Slow Mo Blade at the Vermillion Warriors and fired a time beam at them, slowing them down.
"NNNNNNNooooooo!" Raggmunk yelled in slow motion as the Ninja took their chance and rushed up to their vehicles as Lydie rushed back and grabbed Ed.
"Come on, Mr. Walker, that time bubble won't last long!" Lydie said as she and Ed went up to the others as they inspected their damaged vehicles.
"Will it last long enough to get these heaps in the shop for repairs?" Ed asked as he gestured to the damaged vehicles.
"Probably not." Cole answered.
"Our rides are toast." Morro said as he kicked his vehicle.
"The Super Sonic Raider jet!" Lloyd exclaimed as he pointed to the still intact Jet.
Zane walked up to the jet and scanned it. "The only damage to the jet is the port wing. Which I can stabilize." He said.
"But I don't think that jet's gonna fit all of us." Rose pointed out.
"Wait a minute." Lydie spoke up as she remembered something. "Why can't we just use our Elemental Dragons to escape?"
"Um, maybe because the moment we get freaked we go splat?" Morro reminded her how their Power Dragons disappear when they get scared.
"Well what other choice do we have?" Lydie questioned. "Okay, a couple of us will fly while the rest of you fit into that jet." She instructed. "Morro, Rose, you two are with me on dragons."
"Well it's worth the energy drain." Kai said with a shrug as Zane went onto the port wing to keep it stabilized while Lyide, Morro, and Rose jumped up and summoned their Elemental Dragons as the rest squeezed into the jet as Lloyd piloted it as it took off, but was having trouble.
"No, no, no! Pull up, pull up!" Cole called as the jet kept spinning around. "Pull up! Pull up!" The jet then took off as Lydie, Rose, and Morro followed on their dragons."You call this stabilizing?" He questioned the Ice Ninja.
"I'm trying!" Zane called in defense.
"Try harder!" Cole exclaimed.
Meanwhile, the Slow Mo time bubble wore off as the Vermilion Warriors came to a halt while growling and hissing in frustration. They soon came to a halt as the ninja got away with the Slow Mo Time Blade. "Ah! What are we going to tell the Hands of Time?" Raggmunk questioned.
"The moon was in our eyes?" Blunck suggested with a shrug.
"That's… not bad. Actually, yeah, let's go with that." Raggmunk said in agreement.
In the air, the Ninja are flying off with the Time Blade while those that could fly flew side to side with the jet. "We did! We caught the Time Blade! We finally caught a break!" Lloyd cheered.
"Did you guys see Jay take off on that bike?" Nya asked with a smile. "He was like greased lightning." She joked as the others gave her strange looks with smiles. "What? He had grease on his face. And he's the Lightning Ninja?"
"Yeah, I don't even get it, Nya." Lydie said with a brow.
"That's weak." Morro commented.
"Indeed, not even remotely funny." Rose said with a shrug.
"Aw, come on!" Nya called out. "You would have laughed if Jay had said it."
"No, we really wouldn't." Kai told her as he sighed dully from his sister's bad joke.
"I, uh, I thought it was funny, Nya." Ed said with a smile.
"Thank you, Mr. Walker." Nya said boredly.
"Okay, team. Back to the Airjitzu Temple!" Lydie called as they all flew off into the distant back to the temple.
Back at the Hands of Time hideout, Machia was receiving a message from Raggmunk and Blunch. "Mm-hm, I see. Moon in your eyes, makes sense." She said with a frown while Krux and Acronix watched with exciting smiles. "Yes, I'll tell them. Goodbye." She said as she turned to the Hands of Time. "They failed. As I suspected they would."
"What?!" Krux asked in rage. "We didn't get the Time Blade?!"
"Ha! Told you my friends would find the Blade first." Demir said with a smirk.
"Not yet." Machia said with a sinister chuckle as Acronix lifted his BorgWatch up to its temporal anomaly locator. They might not have the Time Blade, but the Hands of Time have a way of finding it and retrieving it from the Ninja.
