Oscar hadn't expected or prepared to fall so hard and fast for Brooke. But that is what had happened.
He thought she would be guarded but she was far from it. And because of that he opened up to her as well.
The two spent time together whenever they could.
And when they weren't around each other. They were in some kind of contact. Neither planned or saw where it was headed.
But for now they weren't focused on that.

"I can admit that for a long time now."
"I put my life on hold. I love being a mom and running my store having my life. Yet i put my heart under lock and key."
"Because of everything that happened in the past. It's time start over." Brooke admitted.
"If anyone deserves a fresh start its you." Rachel proclaimed.
"Flower delivery for Brooke Davis." Haley said. Placing the flowers on the nearby end table.

Awhile Later
"Why am i hearing rumors and gossip about Brooke being out with some guy?" Lucas questioned.
As he looked over at Nathan and Haley. As he had dinner with them. Which happened often.
"I think you should answer that. I am going to tuck in Lydia and Liam. " Nathan replied.
"Alright you tell me. What is really going on?" Lucas questioned.
Haley sighed deeply. "Brooke is dating this guy named Oscar. He's really making his intention and feelings clear." She replied.
Lucas felt his heart sink. His eyes wide.
"Why didn't she tell me about this?" He asked.
