(Scene: Kitchen)

(An adult woman was washing the dishes while a middle aged man around the same age was holding a book in his hand that said the words "Ever After High" on the cover. The man had White hair, black eyes, and was wearing a purple sweater with a dark Ever After High logo in the front and gray pants and white shoes. The woman had black curled hair and lavender eyes. She wore a similar sweater but was red and the logo was yellow as she also wore white pants and gold high heels. Brooke then entered, holding the card in her hand.)

Brooke: Mom, Dad! I found this weird card at my desk. Did either of you put it there?

(The two of them looked at each other in confusion and then back at their daughter.)

Female Narrator: No, dear. We did not.

Male Narrator: And if we did, we would have given it to you ourselves.

Brooke: Well I certainly didn't put it there. (She looked at the card and was about to read it.)

Female Narrator: Brooke, are you sure reading it might be a good idea?

Male Narrator: For once, I agree with her.

Female Narrator: (looks at him in annoyance) Excuse me?! I, as the most responsible one here-

Male Narrator: Who made you most responsible?!

Female Narrator: Oh, I can name a bunch of reasons why-

Brooke(Upset): Stop! I don't want another argument so please stop or we'll be here all day.

(The Narrators stop and looked at her)

Brooke: (Mumbling to herself) I swear, I question how you two aren't divorced yet. Not like I want it to happen anyway-

Female Narrator: What was that?

Brooke: Nothing! (She started to read the card and her eyes gradually widened as she continued reading.) Huh.

Male Narrator(Worried): Is something wrong?

Brooke: (After reading it and was now smiling at her father) Nothings wrong. In fact, it's a special job offer from the new Theater downtown. And written on the back it said that I have the right qualifications to work there.

Female Narrator: You mean the strange movie theater that was built overnight last month? (Looks at the Male Narrator) What was it called again, dear?

Male Narrator: The Fandom Theater. I heard that they get good reviews. (Frowns) But there are still a few suspicions on who owns it. (Looks at his daughter) Brooke, are you thinking of accepting?

Brooke: (Hums in thought) Well, I think it might be good to try. I have been meaning to find some good jobs before graduating from Narrator High.

Female Narrator: But isn't it strange that the card appeared out of nowhere just for you to find it? It might be dangerous.

Male Narrator: Your mother is right. (his wife looked smug and he tries to ignore it) what if it's a trap? Or you might get hurt? Or put to jail?

Brooke: Well, if I see something fishy, I'll go straight to you guys and we can all figure it out. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But no matter what, I'm sure that I'm capable of whatever comes my way. And I have you guys to back me up even if you two argue a lot.

(The two narrators looked at each other, and back at their daughter)

Female Narrator: I'm sure you will.

Male Narrator: Just be careful, alright?

Brooke(Smiling): I will, Dad.

(Scene: ?)

(The Dragon Girl and the White Haired Guy were reading the whole conversation from a computer with the Dragon Girl sitting on her desk and the White Haired Guy leaning in to see)

White Haired Guy(Uncertain): VP, are sure this is alright for us to watch this happening?

VP: C'mon, Lucky. A narrator's job to literally watch and record what people are doing. This is basically the same thing. Besides, this is necessary for some plot of a story.

Lucky: But they're literal narrators. They aren't supposed to be a part of a story.

VP: Yeah, but they bicker too much in the series that people can't help but think they're important for a story.

Lucky: I'm just saying, are you sure she'll accept?

VP: (Smiles at him) Knowing her, I'm sure she'll help with the stories that are to come in the future. Considering this version is pretty hectic.

Lucky: *Sigh* Yep.

VP: C'mon, (Stands up and walks to the door, signaling her companion to follow) Let's get ready for the tour.
