Chapter 5

Thousands of feathers shoot from the night sky into the streets, leaving the bare minimum feathers on Hawks' back to keep him in the air. Find it Fierce Wings.

Hawks surges through the air behind his river of feathers, his two feather swords a tucked under his arms. Overhead, Tokoyami and Dark Shadow cover Hawks, making sure he wasn't shot down in mid air. They just located one of major sites of the humanize headquarters in the city.

Armed with weapons and quirks, many humanize members race to fight on the streets. Touching down, Hawks quickly strikes down two members who tryto attack him. He scans the area until he catches a glimpse of the rest of the heroes. He weaves around the battle grounds until large explosion rang out his heart skips a beat.

"Did a trigger bomb go!?" He jumps back from the member he just pinned down with a feather. Orange flames flicker to life around him as the sounding building creates a blazing wall of flames.

Hawks' grip tightens around one of his feathers' shaft as his hands tremble slightly as more members race out to fight him and other heroes on the ground. One has fire flickering to life along their arms as two more activate their quirks.

Focus Keigo. Don't lose focus now.

Across town, Jean continues trying to reach Hawks after word got out to everyone who are the targets, and where the bombs are located. Yet she wasn't sure if he was blocking her telepathy

out or isn't paying attention and actively ignoring her.

'Hawks came in can you hear me!? Keigo?!'

Around her Storm, Iceman,and Magam were fighting group of the humanize members with other local heroes along with three other Japanese hero and UA students who came with Hawks.

Using her telekinesis, Jean blocks falling rubble from hitting fleeing citizens who were trying to evacuate them area giving them a chance to escape. Unable to shake the worry she has for her boyfriend Jean flies towards Storm.

"Storm! I'm going to find Hawks." Jean shouts down towards her.

"Be careful"

"You too."

With that Jean takes off to locate Hawks, hopes of find him in time.

After seeing a flame in the sky about 100 miles from where she was, Jean uses her telekinesis to fly there. As she arrives, her heart skips a beat when she sees a bunch of red feathers.

She sprints towards them. Her eyes widen when she finally spots Hawks fighting alone. He moves fast on foot but someone coming from behind them blasting beam of electricity right at him.

"Hawks!" Jean screams as she creates a force to reflect the attack on him.

Jean meets his gaze as he looks up, blood dripping down his face and more wounds covering his body. Hawks is battered but has continued taking and giving orders.

Idiot. She bites her tongue, saving the means of lecturing him about this later.

"Jean?" Tokoyami gasps seeing her.

"You came!" Dark Shadow adds.

"You two okay?" Jean asks, despite being able to seeing wounds. Jean scans them both quickly. None of the wounds are enough to be holding them back from supporting everyone.

"We are."

"What are doing here?! It's not safe-" Hawks shouts from below strikes down one of the humanize members trying to escape and get a way.

"I handle myself, bird boy. Now let's get these guy and their bombs out of here. " Jean says, diving down to join the fight.

Storm parks the X-Van as Magama, Iceman, and students from class UA jump out. Storm and others follow.

Jean was supporting Hawks on his right side as Tokoyami and Dark Shadow had been keeping watch. Ojiro and Sato stood together battered as well relived as news had reached them the bombs have been disarmed now they can be destroyed without harming anyone.

"Everyone okay?" Storm asks, casting concern looks over the battered group before her. Though even her team looks roughed up, bleeding, bruised and dirty too.

Grinning Hawks gives a thumbs up. "Yup, last of the trigger bombs are disarmed and being taken care of we speak."

"It's thanks to an ally Deku made in Otheon he managed to disarm the bombs." Ojiro says

"I'm relieved everyone is going to be okay and made it though this. This was a tough one." Storm says earning nods from everyone.

Hawks glance up catching the glimpse of rising sun as it reflects off his visor/glasses outline him and others in a warm glow. Gently breeze ruffle though his shorten wings.

"Let's go home to the mansion. All of us." Hawks glances to Jean as he catches her eyes shining back while she speaks. As the others begin to pile into the X-van, Jean gently holds Hawks, "want me to fly us?" she asks him.

Hawks shakes his head. "If you're with me and Tskuyomi, I can mange." He says. "Right now, I just want to get home with you."
