After an action-packed day of roller coasters, lost phones, and dodging flying vomit, the group—Samantha Giddings, Mike Munroe, Jessica Riley, Emily Davis, Chris Hartley, Ashley Brown, Matt Taylor, Josh Washington, Laura Kearney, Max Brinly, Abigail Blyg, Kaitlyn Ka, Nick Furcillo, Emma Mountebank, Ryan Erzahler, Dylan Lenivy, and Jacob Custos—had finally caught a breather at the hotel. But in true Vegas fashion, rest was short-lived. Their next adventure was already calling: a visit to the infamous Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum.

As they gathered in the lobby, everyone was buzzing with excitement—and a little bit of nervous energy.

"Are we really doing this?" Jessica asked, her voice tinged with a mix of excitement and apprehension. "I'm all for haunted stuff, but this place is supposed to be next-level creepy."

"Oh, it's happening," Josh said with a smirk. "Ghosts, cursed objects, and everything in between. What could possibly go wrong?"

"Just as long as there aren't any Wendigos lurking in the museum," Sam joked, nudging Josh with a grin.

Josh chuckled. "Yeah, let's hope."

"Besides," Ryan added, looking a bit too excited, "what's the worst that can happen? It's not like we're gonna bring any spirits back with us, right?"

Dylan raised an eyebrow. "Famous last words, my dude. I'm not looking to get possessed tonight."

With that, the group piled into cabs and made their way to Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum, eager (and a little nervous) to see what kind of paranormal madness awaited them.

Arriving at the Haunted Museum

When they arrived at the museum, the imposing structure loomed ahead of them, dark and gothic, casting long shadows in the setting sun. The group was buzzing with anticipation, but as they approached the entrance, they were greeted by a sign that said:

CLOSED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. MUSEUM WILL OPEN LATER THIS EVENING.

"Well, that's a buzzkill," Dylan muttered, looking at the sign. "We came all this way for nothing?"

Just as they were about to turn around and leave, the heavy wooden door creaked open, and out stepped none other than Zak Bagans himself, wearing his trademark black glasses and an all-black outfit.

"Hey, guys," Zak said, his voice low and mysterious. "Sorry about the closure. Some... paranormal activity earlier. But good news—I'm opening the museum for a private tour tonight. You're in luck."

The group exchanged excited glances.

"Private tour? That sounds amazing," Sam said, already feeling the adrenaline kicking in.

"Yeah, as long as nothing tries to follow us back to the hotel," Mike joked, though the nervous laugh that followed showed he was only half-joking.

With that, Zak ushered them inside, and the eerie ambiance of the museum immediately set the tone for the evening. Dark hallways, flickering lights, and an overwhelming feeling that they weren't alone filled the air.

Inside the Museum: Spooks and Stories

As they ventured deeper into the museum, they passed countless cursed and haunted objects. There was Dr. Death's Van, a creepy, rusted-out vehicle said to carry the spirit of its murderous owner, and the infamous Dybbuk Box—a cursed object with a terrifying history.

"Alright, this is officially the creepiest thing I've ever seen," Max said, glancing nervously at the van.

"Totally," Nick added, his eyes scanning the room warily. "I feel like this stuff is... watching us."

Sam, who was already in conversation with Zak, leaned in with a playful grin. "So, Zak, quick question—any chance there are Wendigos hanging out in here with all the ghosts?"

Zak smiled. "Wendigos? Not in here. But I've definitely had my fair share of encounters with malevolent spirits. I'd say they're on par with Wendigos in terms of danger."

Josh, overhearing the conversation, laughed. "Yeah, let's just hope we don't wake anything up tonight."

As they moved through the museum, Sam and Zak struck up a conversation about the paranormal, swapping stories about their experiences. Sam shared the chilling details of her and her friends' encounter with the Wendigos on Blackwood Mountain, recounting the terror they faced in the snowy wilderness.

"I've heard stories about the Blackwood Wendigos," Zak said, intrigued. "That's some seriously dark energy. Have you felt anything like that since?"

Sam shook her head. "Thankfully, no. Once was enough."

Zak nodded, then shared some of his own paranormal experiences, including one encounter with a particularly aggressive entity during a lockdown investigation. The group, half-spooked and half-fascinated, listened intently as they walked through the haunted halls.

Peggy the Doll and the Dybbuk Box

As they explored deeper into the museum, they came face-to-face with some of Zak's most infamous artifacts. Laura, ever the curious one, found herself standing in front of Peggy the Doll—a seemingly harmless doll with a sinister reputation. A warning sign was posted beside it: Do Not Look Peggy Directly in the Eyes.

Laura, being smart, immediately took a step back. "Yeah, nope. Not taking any chances with that one."

She turned to Ryan, Dylan, and Josh, who had wandered over. "Guys, don't even think about looking at this doll. It's cursed. Just... trust me on this."

Ryan, who clearly wanted to test the limits of the paranormal, glanced at the doll. "Come on, it's just a doll. How bad can it—"

"Ryan!" Laura snapped. "Do not look at it. Unless you want to take Peggy's curse home with you."

Ryan quickly backed away, his hands raised. "Alright, alright. No doll staring for me."

Meanwhile, Emily and Matt found themselves face-to-face with the infamous Dybbuk Box, the cursed box that was said to contain a powerful, malevolent spirit. Emily read the plaque beside it, recounting the story of its history, and then, as if drawn to it, Matt asked, "Wasn't there something about Post Malone and this thing?"

"Yep," Emily confirmed. "He touched it, and supposedly a bunch of bad stuff happened to him afterward."

Zak, noticing their interest, approached them. "That's right. Post Malone came here, and after interacting with the Dybbuk Box, he had a series of unfortunate events. That's why we always advise people not to touch it."

Matt and Emily both took a step back, clearly spooked.

"Yeah, I think I'll pass on that," Matt said, laughing nervously.

Emily nodded. "Me too. That thing is seriously creepy."

Wrapping Up the Tour

After a thoroughly spine-chilling tour of Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum, the group finally emerged back into the cool Vegas night air, feeling both exhilarated and a little bit relieved to be done with the haunted artifacts.

"That was... intense," Kaitlyn said, shaking off the eerie feeling that had settled over her.

"No kidding," Josh added. "I think I need a drink after that."

"Or an exorcism," Dylan joked, earning a laugh from the group.

As they made their way back to the hotel, everyone was still buzzing from the experience, swapping stories about which objects had freaked them out the most.

"I can't believe you almost looked at Peggy the Doll," Laura said, shaking her head at Ryan.

Ryan shrugged. "Hey, I like to live dangerously."

"Well, dangerously almost got you cursed," Laura replied with a smirk.

"And I think we all learned a valuable lesson tonight," Jacob added with a grin. "Never take a dare involving haunted roller coasters or creepy artifacts."

Back at the Hotel: Rest and Relaxation

Once they were back at the hotel, the group finally settled down for some much-needed rest and relaxation. As they lounged in the hotel's lobby, Emily, Ashley, and Sam chatted about the night's events.

"Zak was really cool," Sam said, smiling. "I didn't expect him to be so down-to-earth."

"Yeah," Emily agreed. "But I'm also glad we didn't touch anything. I don't need a cursed object haunting me for the rest of my life."

Ashley, still shaking off the remnants of her roller coaster ordeal, sighed. "Can we all just agree to have a ghost-free rest of the night?"

"Agreed," the group chorused.

With that, they headed to their rooms, ready to unwind after a night of haunted objects, Wendigo talk, and paranormal adventures. As they drifted off to sleep, they knew one thing for sure:

Vegas had shown them its spookiest side, and they'd survived it—together, with laughter, bravery, and just a little bit of ghostly fear.

Because in Vegas, even the haunted museums come with a side of humor.
