Kim awoke early full of excitement and happiness. It was the day of closing on the lake house, the day one of her dreams come true. She rolled them over slightly before straddling Adams lap. She leaned down to start kissing his face all over. She felt him starting to move, moaning slightly waking up from a deep slumber. As his eyes opened he saw his beautiful fiancé looking down at him. Eyes sparkling, smile wide, her hair creating a curtain around their faces. "Good morning! Happy closing day!" She sang out pushing herself up a little. "Well good morning to you too!" His smile was beaming. "You look excited this morning. How long have you been up?" He asked moving his hands to rest on her hips.

"Not long. Just too excited to sleep. So I figured we could be happy and excited together." She shrugged smiling happily. "I think that's a great idea. What did you have in mind?" He asked knowing they normally had the same idea of being excited together. "Oh I think you know what I'm thinking. Just like I know you want the same thing." She raised her eye brow giving him the knowing look. "Just making sure we are on the same page." Pulling himself up so they could start a very heavy make out session. He wrapped his arms around her holding her tight as he flipped them over. Kim squealing as her back hit the bed. "I love seeing you like this. Carefree and happy. You're stunning!" He whispered as he kissed her neck under her ear. "I love seeing you like this too. Happy and sexy as hell!" She replied running her fingers over his abs.

"You know I love it when you touch my abs." He groaned as her fingers headed further south. "Such a turn on." She moaned filling his fingers caressing her breast right before his mouth bit the other nipple. He sucked her nipple leaving a mark before moving to the opposite side leaving another mark. Kim's moans getting louder as the pleasure was building. She moved one hand to his head holding his mouth where she wanted it. The other hand moving towards his erection. She grabbed him stroking him allowing her thumb to apply pressure to the underside of his cock. He hissed out breaking the connection with her breast. "Darling if you keep that up it will be over before it really starts." His voice husky as he tried to stay in control. "Well then don't keep me waiting." She whispered looking deep in his eyes.

"You want it that bad?" He smirked. "Yup! I promise you make a wish come true later." She winked knowing it was getting him going. His growl was almost animalistic as he threw her legs over his shoulders thrusting deep inside her before she could even process what he was doing. Each thrust was hard and deep. Kim's body bouncing with each thrust. Her moans louder the closer she got. He moved his hands to ass to help hold her up and steady as he thrusted harder. "Adam baby! Please!" Kim begged she needed a release and this position was killing her. Thank god she worked out a ton. "I know darling I know. Eyes open, watch what I'm doing to you!" He moaned out getting closer to his release as well.

Kim struggled to open her eyes but did and set her sights on watching his cock disappear inside her. It was such a huge turn on, a fresh wave of heat running to her core. It didn't take much longer before they were both reaching their climax together. Groaning each other's names as they came. Adam released her legs before collapsing beside her. "God damn! Thank god I work out a ton. Because that was nuts!" Kim huffed out. "Yeah. You're amazing darling!" They both laid wrapped together till their breathing evened out some. "So what's this wish coming true?" He asked propping himself up some. "Oh that? Well I thought maybe after we close we could head to our new home. We talked about doing it in your Jeep. So yeah, me riding you in your Jeep in our new driveway." Kim eyes sparkling with a mischievous glint in them. "Sounds amazing! Got to tick off the wish list and the challenge board. I think that's on there. Extra points for in the car." His lopsided grin getting wider as he thought about it more.

"Thought you might like that. I think I'm gonna shower now. You can join me if you like." Kim smiled as she got up from the bed. Walking towards the bathroom totally nude. "Like that's a question." He followed close behind her grabbing her so they were pressed together as he carried her forward. "No funny business! We have places to be and I thought we could enjoy breakfast out together before the closing." Kim turned on the water and waited for it to warm up. "Sounds good. We never get to enjoy breakfast together out in public." He brushed his teeth while he waited as Kim plucked her eye brows. They noticed the steam and stepped in washing themselves somewhat quickly needing to get moving sooner than later.

Adam finished first, getting out to dry off before going to his closet to get dressed. When he finished he saw Kim wrapped in several towels brushing her teeth and dancing to the music she had turned on. "Whatcha dancing to over here?" He asked watching her dancing. "I don't even know. Just trying to get a little looser in my steps outside of ballet. I think I have to stay in Chicago for National Dance Day this year. And it's normally hip hop. Which I suck at. I really need to start practicing for it to be honest." Kim started to dry off as they spoke. "What is National dance day?" He asked not having heard of it before. "It's sponsored by the Dizzy Feet Foundation which helps underprivileged kids get the opportunity to dance. Helping to give them healthy outlets for their energy and trying to keep them off the streets. On National Dance Day several cities around the country have massive flash mobs. Each city has a different dance style and you can learn the steps online before you show up. It's fun and raises money for a good cause." Kim had moved to her closet by this point looking for something to wear.

"That sounds cool. And a worthy cause. Should be amusing watching you trying to do hip hop." He chuckled knowing it was so outside her comfort zone. "Yeah I know. I have a very hard time getting low, sitting in the pocket. No swagger at all. My dance moves have to be so precise, so perfect, my lines have to be straight and clean. Not really easy to transition to the other but I do t think I have a choice this year. We have so much going on with our work schedules, the new house renovations, my sponsor work, the wedding. It's a lot so staying close would be better I think. And I refuse to not participate just because it would be easier. That's not happening. So I need to work it out." Kim explained as she dressed for the day. "We will figure it out. Luckily we can hire people to do the renovations and we can hire someone for the wedding planning. I don't want you stressed out." He held her shoulders so he could look in her eyes as he spoke.

"I know and we will it's just a lot on my mind till I get all the ideas out of my head. It feels like it could explode with all the ideas I have. And once it's finalized today I can press the order button on all the things I have in carts already. That will take a lot off my mind too." Kim shook her head thinking out all the open tabs on her iPad. "Oh yeah that will help you for sure. And Casey is coming over to the house tonight so we can walk the renovations with him and get that started. That will make you feel better too. For now grab your stuff and let's head out." He grabbed his keys and headed for the door as Kim threw her shoes on, grabbing her iPad and purse before heading to the door.

Adam drove to a local hot spot that served some of the best pancakes in all of Chicago. Kim had her phone out going through her instagram feed. Her professional account was monitored by her assistant and Kim rarely updated her private account. She honestly believed in not posted your whole life for the world to see. She didn't trust most people and her friend list was maybe 20 people at most. She liked it that way. It made her feel safer about her life and her money. She didn't post about her engagement, their second house or the places they went. She wanted no one to know about her personal life. It was also safer for Adams job. Going undercover wouldn't work if he was on the front page of trash magazines or all over social media. Luckily she wasn't too famous that people followed her everywhere but she was followed enough.

They arrived outside the restaurant shortly after she closed her phone. It was cold outside but the sun was shining bright. Adam held out his hand as they walked inside. The were seated right away, the staff staring at them as they made their way to the table. "Gotta love people staring." Kim grimaced. "You want me to say something?" Adam asked looking towards the employees watching them. "No it will make it worse. At least the customers aren't staring yet." She looked over the menu trying to ignore the uncomfortable feeling of being watched. "If it gets too much let me know." He hated watching her sink inside herself. Afraid of the cameras, hating people watching them. The decided on what to order and made small talk quietly while they waited for their food.

"Random question. Do I need a new suit for Paris?" Adam asked knowing it was random and out of the blue. "Um maybe. But only because you don't want to wear the same one every night. Not that I expect you to be at every show. But it will be warm there and your suit is wool. So I would Yes to an extra suit or two." He could see Kim thinking as she spoke. "That makes sense. It might get smelly with the heat. Good call. I will get Kevin it help me shop this week so you don't have to worry about it." He concluded and watched Kim smile at the thoughtfulness. "Great thank you. I appreciate that. Don't go crazy though. Doesn't have to cost a fortune. Just has to look nice and fit good." Kim didn't want him going broke over this. "Deal. Also Kev has connections everywhere I'm sure him or Jay will know the perfect place to go." He winked putting her at ease.

"So speaking of random questions or things we need to talk about. I made you my benefactor so god forbid something happens you get everything. And on those same lines if I were to be brain dead, let me go. I think it's important to talk about these things just in case. I finalized all the paperwork yesterday and I placed the signed copy in the safe." She felt like they needed to talk about all things. "Okay that was out of nowhere! But okay I understand what you mean. And I will change my paperwork as well to give everything to you in the case the worst happens. And I agree I don't want to stay a vegetable either. One more thing on this matter I have a donation at the sperm bank just in case. Use it to carry on my legacy if I'm not here anymore. A lot of military do this and so do first responders. I never really thought about it till I met you. Just promise me okay?" He was almost pleading with her in his tone.

"Of course Baby! But we won't have to worry about that. I just wanted us to have an honest conversation about what we want and need." Kim leaned forward to kiss him softly. "I agree. Some couples never have this conversation and it's very important in my line of work. So thank you for bringing it up. And forcing us to talk about it. I love you darling. Only you!" He squeezed her hand letting her know he really meant it. "Love you too baby! Only one!" Kim smiled knowing this was good for them. They had faced hard times but never had hard conversations and this was a tough one for sure. But it was the right time to have it as they were about to add more property to their names and grow a life together. "Lighter topic time. We need to start looking for a place for the wedding and reception. Did you have any ideas of places you would like to use?" He asked changing the topic knowing it was much needed in that moment.

"Hadn't thought to much about it. But since we aren't going super large it could really be anywhere. I did think about the Conservatory. Since it already has beautiful flowers it wouldn't need to be decorated much for a wedding. And the grounds are lovely for a reception. What do you think?" She watched Adam mull it over while pulling out his phone. After a quick google search and looking at it online he had decided it was perfect. "It's the perfect idea. And should be cost effective since they have all the flowers already. Smart thinking!" He wink and jotted down the information in his phone. "We should start using one of those websites to track all of our wedding ideas. And we can keep guests informed as well that way." Kim pulled out her phone showing him one if the many sites for wedding planning. "Agreed let's pick one and get it started. Take something off our plates." He added knowing that was on her list of stressors.

The couple spent the next 20 minutes creating their own page on the site only using Kim's first and middle name so it wouldn't draw attention. She felt much more relaxed knowing the ideas were at least on paper somewhere and she could have her assistant call the conservatory to check availability later in the day. But they at least set up the page and listed the guests, the date, location and color scheme. It made them both feel like they were stepping in the right direction at least. After breakfast they headed to the closing checks in hand but also the non disclosure agreement that Kim needed signed by the sellers and the sellers agent. She wasn't taking any chances on her safety.

"I'm so nervous!" Adam whispered as they parked the car. "Why? We are just buying a house not performing brain surgery." Kim looked confused but also amused seeing her tough as nails boyfriend nervous. "I've never bought a house before. This is big for me." He confessed and Kim should've known. He rented his last place and hadn't been in a stable relationship where buying something would have been an option. "You are right. And I apologize for not thinking about that. And I'm always nervous about spending this much on something but I'm more excited about the memories we will build here with our friends and family." She watched the nerves fade at the mention of their family. "You are so very right. I'm gonna focus on that, our future family." He kissed her softly before getting out of the car with Kim to walk inside the lawyers office. Kim insisted on having a lawyer just in case and made mention that it should always be fine this way.

Adams aunt was already there waiting for them to arrive. She greeted them both with a hug before they started to go over the paperwork. Their end was much more detailed but since it was a cash sale they didn't have to get banks involved. As Kim handed over the certified funds she stopped mid way. "After I hand you these checks. I will need you to sign this non disclosure agreement. You are not to tell anyone that we purchased this home from you. If you break said agreement I can and will sue you for 10 million." Kim handed them the checks and the forms with pens. The sellers looked shocked almost insulted. "My privacy is very important to me. And I will not risk my privacy or my life by someone finding out where I live. One stalker finding my home was one stalker too many." Kim was no none sense in this moment and it was really a big turn on for Adam.

The papers were signed and the sellers left. Leaving Adam, Kim, his Aunt and the lawyer to finish up. "Well congratulations on your new home! I'm very happy for you both!" Amy hugged them once again before handing them the keys. "Thank you for all your help. We truly appreciate it. And once the renovations are done we promise to invite you over for dinner and drinks." Kim was really happy it was over and they could start the next chapter. "You are both very welcome! Good luck and I look forward to see you both soon." They waited to be alone before Kim jumped into Adams arms hugging him tight. "We did it baby! Let's head to our new home!" Kim smiled wide thinking of this new adventure they were embarking on.

They headed to the car giggling like children the entire way. They entered the car beaming with happiness. "Let's send a photo of us holding the keys to your team." Kim suggested taking the keys in her hand, Adam wrapping his hand around hers so they were holding the keys together before snapping a photo and sending it off to his team. As the started the drive they heard their phones buzzing with text notifications. They weren't concerned in the moment. All they cared about was each other. As they got closer to their new home Adam decided to warm Kim up a little. He knew her plan was to have sex in his Jeep when they got to the new house but he he wanted to play with her too.

She was wearing a dress so it made things much easier to complete his game. He reached over with his right hand placing it on her thigh and started to slide it up under her dress. "Whatcha doing?" Kim asked having a good idea of what was happening. "Nothing much. Just a little warm up for later." He smirked knowing exactly what he was doing to her. His fingers finding her core hot and wet, ready for him. Pushing her panties to the side as he slid his fingers further rubbing her folds. "Adam baby!" Kim moaned squeezing her legs together trying to gain some control. "Just relax. And enjoy the pleasure I'm giving you." He was loving the effect he was having on her. "You mean teasing!" She moaned feeling his middle finger starting to enter her. "You love the teasing!" He razzed back. "Maybe?" She moaned louder. Adam continued to play with her core till she climaxed, screaming loud in their car.

They had just pulled into the driveway as her body started to settle. "Front seat or back seat?" She asked smirking at him. "Right here darling!" He unbuckled his belt unzipping his jeans and maneuvering his boxers so his cock was free. Kim moved herself so she was able to straddle him. She moved the panties out of the way once more and sank down on him. "God darling! This is freaking hot!" He moaned as she started to rock gently. "Kiss me baby!" Kim demanded as they smashed their lips together. It was all hard bounces and making out till they both came together in the front seat of his Jeep, in the driveway of their new house.

"That was incredible! And crazy fun. We should do that more often!" Adam whispered his forehead resting on hers. "Yeah it was. That's us though. Always trying something new and being adventurous. And of course we can do that again. You ready to head inside to clean up a bit before Casey comes over to review the renovations." She kissed him deeply one last time. "No I'm not ready to lose this connection. Just a few more minutes." He wrapped his hand around the back of her head holding her close as he kissed her. "Fine just a few more minutes." She smiled into the kiss opening her mouth allowing his tongue inside.

When the need for air took over the couple disconnected and heading in their new home. Thankfully Kim had brought things to help clean them up a bit. They both freshened up a little before heading to the kitchen to start looking at the iPad. "So this is what I bought for our room for sheets and towels. And then this is what I was looking to get for the comforters for all three rooms and the sheets and towels for the guest rooms? Does this work for you?" She asked showing him all the different items. "Yeah all that works. And I really like the colors you picked. They will match nice with the paint color." He watched as she paid for the items in her cart. "So then at Target I got all the trash cans, cleaning supplies, bath mats, shower curtains and all that junk. I also got the pillows for the guest rooms there too. Ours are more expensive and coming from a different store. I figured I would hold off on furniture till I have had time to look in thrift shops. Maybe recycle some pieces instead of buying stuff we have to put together. If I can't find anything then I will look else where." She was talking as she was paying for her online orders.

"Sounds like a good idea. If we can get some real wood pieces and refinish them that would be great. I really like that idea." He had to admit he hadn't thought about it at all. "Oh look at these different deck sets. Let me know which you like. I want to get that on order as well. Oh and grills! I know that's important too!" She watched as his eyes lit up. "Definitely! Let's look at that first!" He took the IPad and started to look at the different options that were available. Kim was amused watching him look at different sites, comparing prices, brands, features. It was adorable but also hilarious to watch. He didn't even hear the knock on the front door. "Oh don't worry I got it." He still didn't hear her.

She opened the door seeing the familiar face of Matt Casey. "Hey Matt! Come on in. Don't mind Adam he's in grill shopping mode." Kim opened the door wider for him to enter. "Hey Kim. Thanks for having me. Congrats on the new home. It has a great view!" He looked around seeing Adam almost drooling. "Thank you. We like it. We will have to have some trees removed at some point to widen the view but that's later down the line. How about I show you around and we go room by room. Every room needs something done." Kim watched him nod. "Sounds good I will follow you and make lots of notes." He followed her as they headed to the first of the guest rooms. "So I will start by saying every window in the house needs to be replaced. It doesn't make sense to do some and then the others later. And the French doors need to be replaced as well." Kim spoke as they entered the room.

"So this will end up being my studio. So it's going to need hard wood floors, floor to ceiling mirrors, Ballet bars around the walls and gallery lighting. I can get you the traditional specs for type of wood and the height of the bars." Kim watched him taking notes. "That would be great. Can't say I've done a studio before. Do you want the windows covered by mirrors in this room?" Casey asked taking measurements. "No. Just in case I want access to the windows. Also the flooring that I want throughout the house, I want enough ordered for this room too in case I stop dancing and don't need a studio anymore." Kim explained as they headed to the next room. "That makes a ton of sense. Is that an option?" Matt asked out if curiosity. "Um the plan is to partially retire in 4 years. Have a kid and then decide. I can only dance till 32 if I'm lucky. So 4 years puts me at 30. Then I will probably teach after that. So this will still work." Kim shrugged a bit. "Wow I had no clue it was such a short career. That's insane. Okay let's keep moving." Matt offered as they moved through the bedrooms easily and the living room.

"So this is the guest bath. I want everything replaced. The sink needs to have a cabinet underneath. New mirror, light fixture, the vent fan, toilet, and shower surround. I hate the tile. It's a pain to clean. And I don't care if the sink/vanity comes from a big box retailer. That's fine. Oh and the stuff you are removing can be donated to Habitat for Humanity." Kim led him to the next bathroom. "That's a great idea. I'm sure someone can use it." Matt agreed. "Okay the master bath again everything goes. But this shower I want a claw foot tub. With a rain shower head. The rest can be standard like the other bathroom." Kim watched him taking more notes. "Vintage or looks vintage?" Matt asked looking for clarification. "Either is fine. Which ever is easier to find. Vintage would be cool if it was in good condition and could be restored easily. I like the idea of recycling items if we can." Kim watched him nod along. "Okay cool. So the kitchen now?" Kim nodded as they headed back that way.

"Ready to run for the hills Matt?" Adam asked knowing the list was lengthy. "Nah it's not that bad. Especially with you two doing the carpet removal and painting. I will probably have the guys help out with clean up some of the easier jobs. But I'm excited to get started." Matt admitted. "Well the kitchen is again a gut job. You can donate all of it. Including the appliances. I already have all the appliances picked out as well as all the cabinets style. I want to add two cabinets over here to make an island. And I want the counter tops to have an overhang so we can have bar stools for extra seating." They watched as Matt took measurements of all the cabinets and the appliances. "I also have all the flooring picked out as well as all the lighting. Is it better for me to order it or do you get a discount as a contractor?" Kim asked not sure how it worked. "I actually get 5% off so I can order it all. Just let me know what you want to use and I will get it. Any other plans you have?" Matt asked watching Kim get shy.

"Eventually we want to redo the front step area and make the deck wider and larger. But that's all down the line. But we both had questions about whether we could have a dock or not. If it's possible we would want railings with lights all the way to the end with a screened in gazebo. So if you could look into that that would be great." Adam added knowing it was Kim's wish. "You know I have no idea if that's possible or not. But I can find out. It sounds like a great idea and would be amazing for resale value down the line but I'm not sure. So give me some time on that." Matt looked over the notes and shook his head. "Do you have a budget you are working with? It's just this is a lot of work." He wasn't sure what her expectations were. "So I have a budget. And I think it's healthy. 100,000 for everything should work right?" Kim asked as he choked. "Um yes that will work. Including furniture. Probably not the dock though but we shall see. So here's what I will do next. I'm going to take more measurements makes sure it's all double checked. Then go through the items you have already selected and all the things we need to complete the house. I will send you the estimate and then I need 50% down so I can buy everything. Once the items come in we can start the work." He watched them nodding along.

"Now if the windows come first I will start those right away. It might be pieced together but I will continue to work till it's done. But there is enough to stay busy for weeks to come. If you want to change anything that's fine and we can add projects if you want. So let me get at this and let you guys shop for grills again." Matt laughed at Adams excitement as he moved out of the kitchen. "Well this is the start. What else do you need to buy?" Adam asked knowing she had things in mind. "Curtains and curtain rods. Blinds for the windows. Deck cushions, deck furniture and lord knows what else. I think after that stuff I will stop shopping till the house is closer to done. I want to go through your boxes and see what we can bring here for the kitchen. A lot of it was still in good condition so why not." Kim knew he would like that since it was things he bought and kept for a reason.

"Love it! I'm glad that you aren't just wanting to buy all new things just cause you can. What do they can reusing furniture? Up cycling? I like it." He flipped the iPad around to show her the grill he liked. "Well order it and make sure you get the right sized cover too." Kim watched him smiling wide while paying for the grill. "Did you pick a deck set?" She asked leaning on the counter top. "Maybe not sold on it yet. I want to keep looking." He was still glancing through the different sets available on different sites. "Well don't buy anything unless you love it. You know that. We have time." Kim just walked towards the windows staring outside. "You know you really look beautiful when you are looking at the water. You look peaceful, content. This really is a dream come true darling!" They stayed right there watching the water together till Matt came out letting them know he was heading out.

"I will be in touch in a few days with the estimate. And we can go from there. Congratulations again guys." Matt headed out the door leaving the couple alone in their empty house. "Let's head down to the water. It's just so peaceful there." He followed her towards the water. Her skin glowing the closer they got. "You're glowing again. Every time you are near the water. I wonder what that's all about. But I'm loving it. Loving you." Adam whispered with his arms wrapped around her. "Love you too. And I think my body just thrives on the sunshine, the water. I think it always has. I loved being at the beach as a kid. I would scream bloody murder when they tried to make me leave. I'm so happy here. Thank you for making this happen for us. For indulging in my craziness. I can't wait to raise our babies here." He spun her around kissing her madly. "What was that for?" Kim asked breathlessly. "For wanting to raise our babies here. I love the sound of that." He kissed her again for turning her back so she could continue watching the water.

They stayed in that exact spot till the sun went down. He felt her shivering. "You ready to head home to the condo?" He asked rubbing her arms trying to warm her up. "Yeah let's get something warm to eat before heading home." She was hungry and cold and the way to Adams heart was food. "I could always eat so yeah let's head out." They locked up the house and headed to the Jeep. "I think after I retire I want to live here for awhile. I think it will be the perfect place to decompress after 20 years of working literally on my feet." She stared at the house as she spoke. "Sounds perfect but 4 years and 2 months go darling. It will be here before you know it." He smiled knowing this place even in this outdated condition was bringing her so much joy.

As they headed out their minds drifted to the crazy months ahead but both filled with the excitement for what lay ahead as well. The best part being they would be together making all their dreams come true.
