"You think I can do this, fit in with the other vampcoon kits at school." Casey asked Oreo.
"Of course Casey, you're you plus RJ's gonna be there, along with John and Juilet. Rocket probably told them you're starting night classes so you'll be okay and you'll tell me everything right." Oreo reassured her. It was a few nights later so Casey was starting night classes at Xavier's like the other vampcoon kits only she felt nervous about it so Oreo was helping her feel better plus she was dressed in her signature attire plus had packed her backpack the morning before, before she'd went to sleep which Rocket was impressed by entering her and Oreo's room.
"Go get something to eat as you've gotta fly to school. Don't worry as Oreo's probably gonna sleep." he told her seeing Casey nodding, hugging Oreo before going downstairs hopingher girl would be okay on her first night at school. After eating, Casey was leaving to go to school making Rocket smile as she left making himself coffee.
After arriving at Cavier's, Casey saw other vampcoon kits along with gorgon kits hearing somebody call her seeing RJ there on the swing. "Beboop cuz and glad you're here and guess it's your first night here but you'll love it here. Oh great here comes Rusty, hide." he said hiding in the bushes making Casey wonder what was going on.
"He's a bully and jealous after finding out I'm royalty but John and Juilet keep him away. If he finds out you're a newborn vamp, he'll pick on you which I don't want as my dad asked me to help you out." RJ said which she got finding it sweet hearing the bell as they were going inside seeing John and Juilet paw-bump her unaware Rusty was watching smelling she was an newborn one and knew Gym class would reveal that, as that was where they practiced their powers so was biding his time.
After introducing herself to her classmates, Casey felt welcome so was relaxing but loving what they were learning only she was nervous about lunch as she knew what a lot of them drank and she didn't like that which RJ had told her was okay but getting chocolate milk with her lunch sitting at a table by herself as she felt like a stranger being the new kit making John and Juilet understand even though RJ wanted her to come over and sit with them only they saw Rusty bothering her.
"I am a vampcoon just different, Rusty." she mumbled ignoring his teasing impressing RJ at his cousin.
That next early morning, Oreo's eyes fluttered open hearing Casey home from school making her get up hugging her tight making her giggle.
"It was good Oreo, besides this mean kit, Rusty but I ignored him. You okay, maybe you should get more sleep since you have school soon." Casey told her.
"Nope I'm good, come lie down, tell me more." Oreo replied as Casey lay down beside her. She wrapped her arms around her yawning which Oreo found adorable but would poke her awake when she had to get up so she could get ready for school in a lil bit smiling kissing her furry forehead but after a while, she had to get ready poking Casey gently seeing her unhug her so she could get ready for school and going downstairs seeing Rocket and Rocket Senior there asking, if Casey was okay, if she'd told her how her first night of school went.
"Maybe she should tell you, when she wakes up." Oreo told them.
Rocket nodded getting it, as she ate up, grabbing her backpack leaving the house making him and Rocket Senior chuckle but Rocket went upstairs, to check on Casey seeing her asleep wrapping a blanket aroubd her seeing her give him a furry thumbs up in sleep amusing him.
