A blank white room. Czechia and Serbia sit talking about something.

"I just don't get it" Czechia says frowning.

"Oh my God, what's there not to get? Listen" she says with a sigh and looks down.

"If something costs 4 euros and 96 cents, and I pay 5 euros and 1 cent for it, that means you can give me a round change of 5 cents" Serbia says placing the coins on the ground. Her companion observes scratching her head. "I simply don't understand why I can't give you 4 cents as change?"

"Because you might not have the exact amount of small coins for each customer. This way you can round up the numbers" Serbia explains calmly as a curious figure lurks in the background.

"Hey what's going on here?" America reveals himself attracted by the clang of money.

Unfazed, Serbia turns. "Oh I was just explaining this apparently new change concept to Czechia."

"Really, care to show me?" he says looking down at the two sitting girls.

"Okay, here it goes. I'll start from the beginning. Say you sell me a hamburger that's a dollar and 2 cents..."

"Weird number but okay" America utters.

"Well, imagine I have a 2 dollar bill but I do have the 2 cents. I give you 2 dollars and 2 cents and you give me a dollar as change."

America ponders, standing completely still. He doesn't even blink as complex equations overrun his head.

"Are you okay?" Czechia says tilting her head towards him.

The calculation noises stop and with a simple ping, the huge nation flinches. "Nah, I think it's best you just give me the 2 dollars and I give you 98 cents as change" he says with a robotic smile.

Serbia scoffs. "But..."

"No, case closed. Here's your 98 cents change. Have a good day" he says with a robotic tone.

Czechia leans towards her southern neighbor. "What happened to him?" she whispers concerned.

"I don't know. I think his head got fried" Serbia replies in the same manner.

And so as the camera zooms to the right of the three in the white space, America gives her the change 1 cent at a time. He continues counting even off screen.
