A female giggle is heard as a hand holding a bottle fills a glass.
America walks by and tilts his head confused. "You okay?"
Serbia turns to see him and starts giggling even lauder. She puts the hand with her glass up and sings: "Raise a glass to freedom..." after which she laughs out hysterically.
America watches her mute with raised eyebrows.
"You really have some nerve calling yourself the land of the free", she says chugging a drink again.
America groans. "What's your complaint?"
"Oh there's a long list...But I wouldn't laugh about the serious consequences your actions caused at my place. But your conservatorship laws...those are hilarious."
America blinks with a large sweat drop falling from his head. "I'm not the only country which has that, you know. Many developed European countries use it too. Sweden for example."
"You mean, like in movie The Girl with a Dragon Tattoo? That example does not go in your any favors" she says pouring another drink. "What kind of a country does that?"
"A democracy" America says nonchalantly.
Serbia giggles again, while America stands in the background embarrassed.
