Still in her thinking pose, Serbia concludes: "Nah, I got nothing." She sighs and turns to her right, and got startled. It's bummed out Switzerland, slouched and with a dark emotional cloud above him, muttering swears and curses under his breath in such quantity that even she felt uncomfortable. "Um, language?" she says slowly and quietly.

He shakes out of his thoughts. "Oh, I apologize. I did not realize someone was here."

"Figured as much. So what are you doing here looking like you were washed out of a ditch?" she asks perplexed.

"I just finished hanging out with Italy. All day long he kept complaining that he can't start new projects and construct new buildings because everywhere he digs, a new archaeological sight emerges. He is such a show-off. I despise him," he adds bitter and solemn.

"Yeah, that can be an issue. I can't tell you how many times it happened to me. Living a floor above the Roman empire can be a hassle," she adds trying to be friendly.

Her bad choice of words just earns her a grim glance. "It's not fair. My area was a part of the Roman Empire as well. I should have some ancient sights of my own!" he continues.

"Cheer up there. Not all is lost," she says politely, patting his back.

"It isn't?" he adds in a flat tone.

"Yeah. There is one thing from ancient Rome you have that no one else does."

"I do. What is it?" he asks hopeful.

"An elephant burial ground," she says innocently.

He slowly blinks. "I don't get it."

She watches him with an awkward smile still lingering on. "Umm, what I meant was. During ancient times, when Haniball passed, he left a lot of dead elephants on his way. Um, 38 if I'm not mistaken... You had to have found at least one lying around."

He looked up and smiled. "Oh, you mean that. I see," he says letting out a chuckle. "It is funny in a way. Hadn't your people did something similar? In WW1 you dropped cannons before crossing the Albanian mountains, right?"

The tense smile that wavered on her lips now completely disappeared. "Well, that's just rude."

"Pardon?"

"I mean, if my joke insulted you, you didn't have to make it personal. Especially after all I told you on the matter" she looked away frowning.

"I..."

She puts her hand up offended. "Nevermind. Don't say anything, I'll be leaving now. Take care" she grumbles walking off-screen.

He blinks again, staring in the now empty spot. "What did I say?" he mumbles baffled.
