Back to Tony and Nix at the Hospital...
Tony and Nix were waiting on Harry to wake up from where he had to be rushed into the OR immediately on arrival because of some of his injuries.
Minutes later, a doctor came out to give Nix and Tony an update on the young boy named Harry Potter.
"Lord and Lady Stark, I know that you two are still betrothed but it's easier to just call you that. Also, young Mr. Potter is recovering very well from surgery. I am glad that you two got to him quickly or there could've been dire consequences if the two hadn't acted quickly as you did." The doctor said.
"May we see him?" Nix asked.
"Yes and he's such a young man to having a loving Aunt and soon to be Uncle that never gave up hope in finding him. Although, I am surprised that MI6 had to get involved." The doctor said.
"Well, Nix has connections with MI6 that are classified and some of the MI6 agents are her dear friends that wanted to help her getting her nephew back from someone who kidnapped him and placed him illegally with Mr. and Mrs. Dursley." Tony said.
The doctor was shocked to hear that as well as what the man was telling him about the Potters wills and how they had been violated.
Then both Nix and Tony entered Harry's room where a nurse had finished helping Harry eat some of meal.
Harry looked at the woman and man and said,"While I was unconscious; someone told me who were and that you never gave up on trying to find me?"
"That's right, we didn't give up,Harry." Tony said.
Harry smiled at them and said, "I had always wished for someone to save me from the Dursleys."
"We're sorry that it took so long, Harry." Nix said sadly.
"Yes, we are and no one is going to hurt you ever again." Nix said.
"However, Harry, you'll be staying with me and your Aunt Nix from now on and we will make your education your top priority of both worlds." Tony said.
Harry looked at them confused and asked, "What do you mean?"
So, Tony placed a silent ward around the room as Nix explained things to Harry.
Back at Hogwarts...
Albus was still talking with Minerva and Severus when Abigail Fig flooed in with news of what happened in Surrey. After Abigail Fig finished telling them what happened at Private Drive number four. Albus literally lost it and started trashing his office startling Minerva, Severus, Abigail.
To say that Albus Dumbledore was furious was an understatement. Severus managed to cast a shield around himself, Minerva, and Abigail as they continued to watch Dumbledore destroy his office like he was an unruly child.
After Albus had calmed down and Severus did away with the shields. Albus asked, "Where's Harry now?"
"He's at the Hospital and from what I overheard; he was in critical condition when he was taken to the hospital." Abigail said.
Albus was still furious on the inside regardless of him not showing it but he noticed that Severus was staring at his arm along with Minerva and Abigail and asked, "What's wrong?"
"Well something like the word 'strike' has been written underneath the mark on your arm underlined and then there are three marks underneath." Severus said.
Minerva gasped as she realized that Albus had three strikes against him but who had done this.
Albus ignored what Severus said and looked at Abigail and asked, "Is there any way that we can get the Dursleys out of jail?"
"The Dursleys aren't in jail, Albus. They were detained by MI6 on orders of the Queen of England." Abigail said.
Minerva and Severus gasped at hearing that.
"Well, I am sure that we can get them out." Albus said.
"Albus, you're not exactly expecting break in Muggle British Intelligence?!" Minerva said in shock.
"I doubt that he would be able to get in." Severus said.
Everyone looked at Severus questionably.
"What do you mean, Severus?" Minerva asked curiously.
"Well when Lily wrote to me; about a year into her marriage with James. She had told me that James had a cousin that he thought of as a sister and that she had ties with MI6 but she never mentioned what those ties were exactly. She also said that James's family wasn't just an Ancient and Noble House in the magical world but they were also recognized by the British Royal Court in the Muggle world as well." Severus said.
"When were you planning to tell me this, Severus?" Albus questioned.
"I thought Lily was making it up until Mrs. Fig mentioned that muggle cops knew of James and Lily. Plus, I had forgotten about it until now when the muggle cops were mentioned about knowing Lily and James." Severus said.
"Is there anything that we should know about James's cousin/sister, Severus?" Minerva questioned.
"Lily may have mentioned that James's cousin/sister's job was more dangerous than any Auror's job because it was highly classified and visited them when she could." Severus said.
"What job could be more dangerous than an Auror's job, Severus?" Albus said.
"That's just it, I don't know." Severus said.
"The question is, will James's cousin/sister withdraw Harry Potter from Hogwarts?" Minerva said.
"Who knows? But I wonder if she was the one that issued the bloodline feud that is backed by Lord Death, Lady Fate, and Lady Magic themselves?" Severus said.
"How would she be able to do that?" Albus questioned looking at Severus.
Severus looked at Albus and said, "It is said that the Potters are descended from the youngest Peverell brother but what if they had a sister that no one was aware of and Phoenix Peverell is a descendant of the that sister?"
Minerva gasped and said, " Severus, that would mean that Phoenix Peverell is actually the last descendant of the Peverell main bloodline and capable of issuing a bloodline feud?!"
Severus nodded.
However, Albus ignored what Severus had said and said, "Minerva, you and Severus will go to the Hospital that Harry is at and oblivate the muggle that have him now and I will work on getting the Dursleys."
Minerva and Severus just blinked because to them; it sounded as if Albus Dumbledore didn't care about Harry Potter at all after what had been said to him. However, they knew that they had to inform Lady Peverell immediately against Albus Dumbledore. They were unaware that Lady Peverell was probably informing Harry Potter of the truth of what happened that horrible night.
Back at the Hospital...
Tony was sitting with Nix now that Harry had been moved to a private room to recover with two MI6 agents posted at the door. Tony was happy that they managed to get Harry away from the abuse of the Dursleys even though it did take them a long time to find him.
"Nix, I am going to get some coffee. You want me to bring you some?" Tony said.
"Yeah and Tony?" Nix said.
"Hm?" Tony said.
"Thank you for everything that you and your family have done for me and my family. I know it sounds like it's a little bit late to say that but I do appreciate it." Nix said looking at Tony.
Tony chuckled and said, "Honey, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat for you. If you hadn't come into my life like you did; who knows what would have happened. Besides, I am just happy that we managed to find Harry when we did. The kid is lucky to have a badass Aunt that cares deeply for him as much as you do; even though, some idiot placed him with the Dursleys not knowing or maybe did know that they would mistreat him. Now, he has us and we will make sure that he will be the brightest kid in the world."
Nix smiled then kissed Tony; however, they broke a part when they heard a small voice say, "Who are you two? And where am I?"
They turned to see Harry was awake and they were quietly sighing in relief that he had finally woken up from the sleepy stuff as Tony called it.
"Harry, I am your Aunt Phoenix and this is your soon to be Uncle Tony Claiborne-Stark. We have been searching for you for a long time." Nix said.
"You have?" Harry questioned curiously.
"Yeah, we have, kid and trust me when I say that we finally found you that we were shocked that your Aunt called in her colleagues from work to help us to get you away from the Dursleys permanently. So, you will be living with us from now on." Tony said.
"Really?" Harry questioned.
Both Tony and Nix nodded.
Harry smiled but he felt like he had to ask, "Will I be punished like I was at the Dursleys?"
"No!" Both Tony and Nix said at the same time that.
Harry flinched a bit at their tone.
Nix sighed and said, "Harry, the only time that Tony or I would discipline you is if you needed to be but we would do it because we care about your safety and wellbeing unlike what the Dursleys did."
Harry was a bit skeptical.
Tony saw that because of how the Dursleys treated Harry; he was questioning everything that they were telling him and said, "Kid, I will be honest with you, when I met Nix considering that we were unaware of being soulmates at the time; she was absolutely devastated at learning of your parents death but the one thing that was on her mind was where you were and if you were okay. Heck, she was on the verge of literally going total badass."
Harry blinked and asked, "What is badass?"
Nix laughed and said, "What Tony means, Harry; is that in my grief and my desire to find you...well, I almost went James Bond badass because my job was and partly still is like the character James Bond's job. So, like James Bond, I was out for a total psych warfare mode."
"Dudley watched that movie once and said that he could probably do all those things." Harry stated.
"I doubt that he could, because that type of job is physical and more." Tony said sarcastically serious.
Harry giggled at the way his soon to be uncle had said that.
Nix looked at Tony with a look and Tony looked right back at her and realized that he had had planned on getting coffee then said," Right, I'll go get the coffee now. Sorry, about that, kid but maybe next time because I got sidetracked." As he headed for the door.
"Uncle Tony?" Harry said shyly.
"Yes, kid?" Tony said getting ready to open the door and looked towards Harry.
"May I have some water?" Harry asked.
"Sure. Would you plain cold filtered water or cold flavored filtered water?" Tony asked curiously.
"Cold flavored filtered water, please." Harry said.
"Okay. I am sure that your Aunt Nix has a lot to tell you and I will hurry back as fast as I can." Tony said.
Harry giggled as he watched his Uncle Tony walk out of the room. Then he looked at his Aunt Nix who just shook her head at Uncle Tony's antics but she was smiling.
Almost sensing Harry's question; Nix said, "Tony likes to lighten up my somber mood or try make me laugh. He's a wonderful guy and I love him for him just being himself. As for Tony said about me telling you something... he's right about that."
Harry looked confused.
So, Nix started explaining a few things to him which included everything that her and Tony had found out. Which included the prophecy between him and the Dark Lord along with why she had issued the bloodline feud.
As Harry was listening to his aunt telling him everything from the beginning and leading up to the point of issuing the bloodline feud; when his aunt had finished, he had been completely shocked by most of it except for when it came to the issuing of the bloodline feud; he understood it because apparently the Dark Lord was a member of the Peverell family as well.
"Aunt Nix, from what it sounds like is that the prophecy was forced between me and cousin, Tom." Harry said suddenly.
"Yes, it does, Harry. However, I am not sure how it happened unless very dark magic was used but I don't know why exactly." Nix said.
At that moment, Lord Death along with Ladies, Fate and Magic made an appearance to tell Phoenix that they wished to be present when some people decide to visit.
Nix just nodded and introduced them to Harry
Meanwhile...
Tony had walked down to the cafeteria to get his and Nix's coffee as well as Harry's cold flavored water. Just then, he heard voices and listened.
"Minerva, we have searched every hospital. Hopefully, this hospital will have Mr. Potter." The male voice said.
"I agree, Severus but doesn't it bother you that Albus seems a bit obsessed with James's and Lily's son?" Minerva said.
"I'm afraid that I must agree with you, Minerva. However, if Lily's cryptic warning about James Potter's cousin/sister is anything to go by; I don't think Albus should cross paths with her because she would probably be a force to be reckoned with let alone if her soulmate is with her as well." Severus said.
Hearing that, Tony chuckled to himself and he could hear the footsteps heading towards the nurse's desk. So, he decided to head in that direction as well because he was curious as to these two were that wanted to talk with his and Nix's nephew; even though he was married to Nix yet, he still considered Harry as his nephew.
Two minutes later, Tony heard the nurse at the desk giving the two a hard time because they were asking about Harry Potter; so he started walking that way.
The nurse stopped talking to the woman and man when she saw Tony walking towards them. The woman and the man had wondered why the nurse had stopped talking when they heard a male voice behind them say, "What's going on here, Nurse Neilson?"
Both Minerva and Severus turned to see a gentleman behind them holding two cups of as well as a bottle of flavored water and wondered who he was.
"Nothing, Lord Claiborne-Stark. However, these two people claim to know young Lord Potter's parents." Nurse Neilson said.
"Well for some reason, these two people wish to talk mine and Nix's nephew. However, I believe that Nix will interrogate them MI6 style or she has back up that happens to be very upset with the very man that they work for. And they should not underestimate Nix and myself since the Queen of England has asked some of Nix's colleagues to stand guard at Harry's room." Tony said with a smile.
Nurse Neilson understood and said, "I understand, Lord Claiborne-Stark."
Tony looked at the two and said,"You two will be coming with me because if I know Nix; she is aware that you are here on orders of Headmaster Idiot."
Minerva and Severus were surprised that they had just met Lord Claiborne-Stark; but he had an American accent not a British accent.
"Ciao, Nurse Neilson." Tony said.
"Bye, sir." Nurse Neilson said.
However, they heard Nurse Neilson mutter under her breath, "Lady Phoenix Peverell is a lucky lady having a fiancé like Lord Claiborne-Stark."
Then they had caught up with Lord Claiborne-Stark and were making their way towards Harry's hospital room; but they were nervous at meeting the woman that James Potter thought of as a sister even though they were cousins.
They had arrived at Harry's room and there were two men standing at the door with very stern looks on their faces.
"Hey, gentlemen. I went on a coffee run for myself and Nix also bringing Harry some cold flavored water. Plus, these two have a meeting with Nix." Tony said.
Minerva and Severus were wondering why guards were posted at the door of Mr. Potter's hospital room. Then, one of the guards spoke saying, "Of course, sir. No doubt, Lady Phoenix will have words to say to these two. Also,sir, there as been reporters wanting to again entry which she won't allow."
Tony smiled and said, "She has her reasons about the reporters for now and they really need to understand that the kid needs to recover instead of being front page news. Which, I can't really blame her because the Press does like to exaggerate things than know the truth at times."
"That's true, sir. Also, those two should realize exactly why Lady Phoenix is upset with entire British magical government and several selected people." A man said.
Both Minerva and Severus were shocked to hear that these muggles knew about magic. Minerva was about to say something when the man said, "What? Did you think that your Ministry of Magic is aware of a magical branch of MI6? By the way, Lady Phoenix is our top magical MI6 agent and is the only one that reports directly to the Queen herself."
Minerva and Severus were completely shocked.
Tony chuckled at seeing their reactions and said, "You two will soon learn why Nix issued the bloodline feud and why it is backed by Death, Fate, and Lady Magic of themselves. Also, believe that they will be here for this little meeting."
"What do you mean?" Severus asked curiously.
"Nix is a true Peverell and the Potters were like cousins as well as the Guants. Well, there are probably some more after since some of Peverell bloodline married into Slytherin and Gryffindor bloodlines which then married into the Potter and Guant bloodlines. Not to mention, the bloodline feud also includes bloodlines that befriended the Peverell bloodline as well as branches of the families that were connected by marriage." Tony said knocking on the door.
"Enter." A female voice said.
Back at Hogwarts...
Dumbledore was pacing back and forth wondering what was taking Minerva and Severus so long; since he had failed to get the Dursleys out of MI6 holding cells. Not to mention, several MI6 agents seemed to have known him and told him that he was not allowed to talk with the Dursleys because they were considered criminals of the highest degree.
He was also confused as to how some of the MI6 agents knew about Magic because he assumed that all MI6 were muggles. As far as he knew no muggle born had broken the Statute of Secrecy but he wondered who was aware of the forced prophecy that he created and used a very dark ritual to make it a reality by forcing Lady Magic to make it real. Also, he wondered who this Phoenix Peverell was and what did she know that he didn't.
He was also wondered who this Lord Claiborne-Stark was since he was hearing that this man was with Phoenix Peverell and for some reason the name Stark seemed familiar to him somehow but he couldn't remember exactly why.
Back with Minerva and Severus at the hospital...
Tony entered the room with Minerva and Severus followed him into the room. They were stunned to see the room was extremely filled to the brim of well wishers' gifts as well as condolences for the lost of his parents.
"Honey, here's your coffee. Here's your flavored water, buddy." Tony said handing the coffee to Nix then handing Harry his water.
"Thank you, Tony." Nix said taking the coffee.
"Thank you, Uncle Tony." Harry said taking the flavored water.
"We have guests, honey." Tony said.
"Who are they, Uncle Tony?" Harry said uneasily.
"I believe they are some people in which your Aunt Nix wish to interrogate to see if they wish you harm or not, kiddo." Tony answered.
"Hello, Minnie and Severus. I assume that you're here because Albus Dumbledore is wanting Harry to return to the Dursleys which will not happen and I know that the old fool tried to break into MI6 to get them out which is impossible since they are being held in the magical division of MI6 and that magic is very strong." Nix said taking a sip of her coffee.
Minerva was stunned to hear the nickname that James and his friends had given her come from this woman.
Tony chuckled and Harry tried to hide his laugh behind his hand.
"How do you know that name, Ms. Peverell?" Minerva asked curiously.
"James told me; when I had returned from Malaysia for my job." Nix said.
"That's half way across the world!" Severus said in shock.
"It is but my is more dangerous than the Aurors; however, I did teach James a few things that the Aurors didn't know because we were family." Nix taking a sip of her coffee.
"What are your plans with young Mr. Potter?" Severus asked with sudden curiosity.
Nix put down her cup of coffee and looked directly at the two professors and said, "Harry, will be living with Tony and I from now on. We are his guardians in both worlds and Albus Dumbledore has done pissed off Lord Death, Lady Fate, and Lady Magic for what he has done. Which is why they are here and they wish to explain why they back the bloodline feud which I did in fact issued."
Harry cringed a bit at seeing his Aunt upset but Tony held him and whispered, "Harry, your Aunt isn't upset with you but she is upset at what has been done to you when a certain old fool thought that he could mess with the Peverell bloodline which you're a part of on your father's side and it's high time he learned of the consequences of his actions against the Peverell bloodline and how he handled what happened to your parents after their death."
"Lord Claiborne-Stark is right, young Potter Heir. Your Aunt had every right to issue this bloodline feud because he used very dark magic to make his prophecy a reality and the magical world is suffering for it as is our dear sister, Lady Magic." Lord Death spoke suddenly.
Severus and Minerva paled at hearing at what Lord Death was said.
Then Phoenix spoke,"Anyone who tries to harm Harry or my fiancé will regret it! However, since a prophecy has been forced against two branches of the Peverell family that is why the bloodline feud was issued and Albus Dumbledore will not have a very good afterlife; Lord Death is going to make sure of that!"
"Same goes for you as well, Nix." Tony said looking at her taking a sip of his coffee.
Harry laughed at hearing his Aunt and Uncle being protective of each other as well as him.
Both Nix and Tony smiled at each other knowing that laughter was a good medicine; plus, they could tell that he was happy to have loving and caring people finally.
Minerva and Severus were shocked at how serious these two were when it came to Harry Potter that they continued talking; then Minerva and Severus had to leave as they realized that Harry Potter was in good hands. They were still a bit surprised over the fact that Phoenix Peverell had been working for the Muggle British Intelligence as well as being the Queen's Witch.
As they left, Minerva looked at Severus and said, "At least, the managed to probably save the rest of Harry's childhood, Severus. I mean I did tell Albus that the Dursleys that they were the worst sort of Muggles but he didn't listen and thought that they were the only family that he had left."
Severus was stunned by what Minerva had said. He knew that Petunia had been jealous of Lily but he didn't think that she would've still taken out her jealousy on her own nephew. Then he said to Minerva, "I believe Albus has made a very grave mistake and now he alone and those that are helping him will suffer. However, I do wonder why Ms. Peverell didn't consider us a threat to Harry as well?"
"I don't know, Severus but we should count ourselves lucky." Minerva said.
And with that, they made their way back to Hogwarts to tell Albus everything well not exactly everything.
Back at Hogwarts...
Albus was getting furious that Minerva and Severus hadn't returned yet. He wondered what was taking them so long.
Finally, he heard the floo and saw both Minerva and Severus step out.
"Well, what took you two so long?!" Albus asked.
"Albus, there are so many hospitals in the Muggle World that we had visited every single one in order to find young Mr. Potter." Minerva said.
"Did you find him?!" Albus asked.
"We did finally; only to be brought before the MI6 agents that were guarding Harry's hospital room." Severus lied somewhat.
"Were you able to get him out?" Albus asked.
"No, because he was recovering from something terrible." Minerva lied.
"Oh and what is it that he's recovering from?" Albus said.
"He apparently had some kind throat infection that nearly killed him." Severus lied, "Also, someone tried to kidnap him while he was under the sleeping potion to recover from surgery ."
Albus blinked at hearing that and said, "I guess that's why they have under guard then?"
Both Minerva and Severus nodded but they couldn't shake this feeling that Albus knew that they were lying to him.
"I suppose that we will see young Mr. Potter at the beginning of the term then?" Albus questioned as he was aware that they were lying to him.
Both Severus and Minerva nodded but they did feel Albus trying to enter their mind and was shocked when he was literally thrown back by some unknown force.
Apparently, the portraits of the Headmasters and Headmistresses before Dumbledore were surprised that he was thrown backwards from trying to enter the minds of Severus and Minerva.
"Well that was different?" The portrait of Phineas Black said.
The other portraits nodded in agreement with Phineas on that.
Back at the hospital...
"That was a very interesting experience and conversation, Nix." Tony said.
Nix hmed in agreement with Tony.
"So does that mean that you and Uncle Tony are my legal guardians in both worlds? Because it's still hard for me to believe it even though you've told me several times now." Harry said.
Nix looked at Harry and said," Harry, Tony and I will tell you every day and every night; if we have to so you will believe us."
Harry looked at his new found Aunt and Uncle then said, "I guess where I grew up with Aunt Petunia and her family; I had always dreamed of some unknown family member coming for me and now that it's happened... I feel that it's just a dream and I will wake up in the second bedroom and forced to do chores."
"Kid, listen to me when I say this again; your Aunt was so distraught over the fact that your parents were killed that she vowed to never stop searching for you that she enlisted the help of a MCUSA Auror along with my parents, my godmother, my best friend, and myself to help search for you! When the MCUSA Auror told us that his cousin from Britain had called him and told him of your whereabouts; we all jumped for joy but Nix was pissed off at you were living with knowing full well that neither of your parents wanted you living with the Dursleys!" Tony said.
Harry looked up at both Tony and Nix with tears in his eyes and smile on his face.
Nix and Tony sat on each side of Harry's hospital bed and hugged the young man because they knew that he needed it.
Then Tony said to Harry, "The Magical World of Britain is about to get a rude awakening; courtesy of your Aunt Nix and myself. If they already haven't since we first arrived here in order to find you and to get you away from the Dursleys permanently."
"Tony is correct, Harry. I never gave up looking for you even when it seemed hopeless. I was determined to find you at all costs, no matter what." Nix said with a smile.
Harry smiled looking at his Aunt Nix and Uncle Tony and returned their hugs.
Meanwhile, at MI6 headquarters...
Vernon and Petunia had going on close to about seven hours of intense interrogation from the agents. When they were finally out of the interrogation room and took their cells; was when they fell asleep
However, the agents were surprised by what they had learned from the interrogation of Vernon and Petunia that they were completely disgusted how they had treated the young Lord Potter.
One of the agents spoke, "I guess one of us will have to inform both Agent Peverell and her fiancé about what we have found out and learned."
Another agent spoke, "Yeah, but we know how angry Agent Phoenix will be by this information."
A third agent spoke, "I can only imagine what it will be like with both Agent Phoenix's and her fiancé's temper will be like together when they learn of this information."
The three agents suddenly trembled in fear in what to expect from Agent Phoenix and her fiancé with their tempers combined.
