Twenty rounds and not one victory. Arlecchino was getting annoyed.

Her opponent Kokomi shuffled her deck for another round. This time, Arlecchino swore she'd win.

She sent out the Raiden Shogun Card. All she had to do was burst and she'd win. Easy, right?

Kokomi destroyed her before she could and her whole plan fell apart. Arlecchino had to surrender.

"Your strategy is impeccable," she said.

"Yours is obnoxious."

The Knave winced. Sweet-voiced Kokomi glared spears at her.

"Damn Raiden Shogun spammers like you are ruining Genius Invocation for the rest of us. Do you just hate fun? Is that it? Someone hurt you as a child and now you have to make sure everyone else is miserable like you? Hm? Do you think I enjoy it when I have to build my deck just to deal with the Shogun? Do you think it's fun for me when I have to kill your card turn 1 or risk losing?! Orobaxi damn it, have some shame! Stop using the Raiden Shogun, you talentless, brain-dead troglodyte."

Silence. Arlecchino needed a moment to take that all in.

"Kokomi, it's just a game."

"I know. So why are you trying to ruin it with the Shogun? Do something original for once."

"Right. I'm done playing for today."

Arlecchino packed up her deck and left. Silently, Kokomi permitted herself a grim smile. She'd done her duty on behalf of Genius Invocation players everywhere. Another would-be Shogun spammer had been bullied out of the game.
