Kirby lives in the place called Dream Land,a country on Planet Popstar. The Dream Landers are preparing for the Food Festival. In the Human World,a girl named Adeleine was studying painting in her Art Class. She was bullied & her Painting is ruined. As she fled to the woods,Adeleine notice a strange flower shape like a star. As she touches it,She gets sucked into the vortex. She ended up in Dream Land where she met Kirby.
The Festival was interrupted by King Dedede & his Waddle Dees. They steal all the food and taken the sparkling stars. While Kirby & Adeleine journey to Dedede's Castle,they met Rick,Coo,& Kine,who agrees to join them. Dedede sends Blocky to intercept Kirby & his group. Adeleine tells Kirby about her paintings. They were both attacked by Blocky. After it split into 4,Kirby sucks up one of them,transforming into Stone Kirby. He battle against the blockies and fell into the ocean. Realizing that Blocky can't float,Kirby revert back to his normal form. The 4 fuse together,but Blocky ends up sinking to the bottom of the ocean.
Kirby & his friends arrive at Dedede's Castle where they retrieve the food & sparkling stars. They are caught and pursued by Dedede. Adeleine painted a bomb,which came to life & throws it at Dedede,but he whacks it and head towards them. Kirby inhales it to transform into Bomb Kirby. He blasted Dedede into the painting of an Island Adeleine made,stranding him.
As the Dreanlanders celebrate Kirby's victory,He gave Adeleine five Sparkling Stars. She use one of them to bring her home,but not before she thanked Kirby.
Mid-Credits: Dedede was on the Island,moping about Kirby. Unbeknownst to him,He was being watched by a mysterious figure.
