Part 1
"What the hell happened?!"
Le Fay yelped seeing her brother and Bikou emerge from the portal created by Caliburn, her eyes glued to what they were carrying, or rather, on who they were carrying
"Who did this to Vali?!"
She places a binded Kuroka down at a mattress and rushes over to the trio
Bikou is the first to speak
"Goddamnit Le Fay, what the hell have you and Kuroka got us into?!"
He scolded the young witch, who quickly retorted angry
"M-me?! What did I do?"
"You shouldn't have gone to Kuoh town in the very first place, we are still wanted terrorists!"
Le Fay went silent and bit her lip at his words, even if the attack hadn't began because they were terrorists, the fact that Kuroka was a wanted youkai didn't helped either.
"That's enough, Bikou. Vali himself asked Le Fay to go with Kuroka because he thought something like this could happen, if she wasn't there Kuroka could have had a much harder time"
Arthur interrupted the discussion in his usual tone, making Bikou back off.
"Onii-san..."
She said in a quiet tone, happy that she was praised, but yet troubled that she still had to rely on her brother so much
"Anyway, what are we doing now?"
Bikou asked throwing his staff over his shoulder while helping Arthur lay Vali down in a mattress next to the black nekoshou
"... I'm going to get in touch with some people, maybe the guys from-"
"We have to go to the Sekyriuutei's house"
Le Fay interrupted her brother's line of thought and in response received two pairs of astonished eyes staring at her
"W-what did you just said?"
"Are you crazy?!"
Her brother and Bikou asked incredulous
Le Fay gulped down hard and answered firmly
"T-there's no better option now! Look, Vali is beaten to a pulp, he needs someone who can do healing and those bindings on Kuroka aren't normal, okay? I'm not even sure what kind of energy they use, I managed to put her to sleep and ease the pain, but if I try to carelessly remove them Kuroka might really die, you hear me?!"
Her desperate response made both look at each other worried, still Arthur adjusted his glasses and asked, trying to maintain his cool
"And what makes you believe that Rias Gremory's peerage can help us? Healing Vali would be easy with [Twillight Healing], but what makes you think they can help with Kuroka's situation?"
At his question she promptly lifted a finger and answered
"[Dimension Lost] and [Boosted Gear]"
Both frowned at her answer and Arthur questioned
"What?"
Le Fay grasped her staff and replied impatiently
"Mou, don't tell me you don't remember? We don't have time for that! Onii-san, please open the portal to as close as you can to Rias Gremory's home, I'll explain when we are there"
Arthur raised an eyebrown and stared at his sister, he saw the seriousness in her eyes and eventually let out a sigh
"Well, we don't have anything to lose anyway, if we tried to get outside help there was a chance we could get snitched. I'll trust you then, sister"
He says, unsheathing Caliburn and doing a quick cut in the air opening a portal
"Let's go"
With Bikou carrying Vali and Le Fay carrying Kuroka they jumped into the portal and landed on a street near the Hyoudou residence
"Le Fay, do you know where his house is, right?"
The blonde girl pouted
"Of course I know! Do you think I would have suggested it if I didn't?!"
She handed Kuroka to Arthur and jumped on her broom to get a view of the neighboorhood
'It's not like their house is difficult to find anyway...'
She thought to herself, as the Hyoudou residence was easily the largest house in the whole district with the renovations made by the Gremory family.
"It's right there! Follow me!"
She said dashing through the sky with Bikou and Arthur following after her, soon enough they were in the front door of the large house
"..."
There was a momentary silence in the group as neither knew what to do now
"Should we knock or...?"
Bikou asked looking at Arthur who shaked his head
"How am I supposed to know? Le Fay, you suggested this, so what should we do?"
Le Fay swallowed her nervousness, it was the first she felt like she was in charge of the team, so she lifted her head and nodded
"D-doorbell? Y-yes, there's a doorbell!"
She said and pressed a button close to the door
The group waited anxiously for a few seconds before Arthur started to lose his patience
"They aren't answering, we're going in!"
He said while preparing to unsheath his sword, much to Le Fay's despair
"Wait! N-nii-san!"
She jumped to grab his hand and just at that moment, the door of the house opened as a boy with brown hair got out to see who was there came
"Yes! It's you! Chichiryuutei!"
Bikou exclamated and pointed at the direction of Hyoudou Issei, whose eyes went wide when he noticed who the group at the front door of his house was.
"Y-you! What are you doing h-! Woah, what the hell?!"
Issei jumped in the spot when he looked at the state Vali and Kuroka were in
"What happened?!" - He asked as he approached the group
Le Fay was wordless for a moment, this was the first time she was meeting the legendary Oppai Dragon, Vali's rival and a man she greatly admired. But her excitement was quickly cut when she remembered the situation she was in
"I'm sorry, can we get in? Vali-sama and Kuroka need to be taken care immediately"
Issei could only stare at the group as they entered his house and imagine who the cute blonde girl in a witch outfit was.
"Ise, what is happening over there?"
"Yeah, we can hear the ruckus all the way down the basement"
Suddenly, more voices started to join in the room, the Gremory group, hearing the commotion, had started to gather in the living room.
Rias Gremory's eyes wide upon entering the room
"B-Bikou? Arthur Pendragon?"
She asked outloud, pointing at the group
"What is the Vali group doing here?!"
Xenovia exclamated, getting ready to draw her sword, but quickly stepped back when Le Fay bowed down
"Please, you gotta help us!"
She pledged, desperately showing the passed out Vali and Kuroka to them
"W-what in the world..?"
Rias's stares incapable of reacting when she noticed the state of the current Hakuryuukou and Koneko's sister
"Onee-chan!"
Koneko darted towards her sister, helping Le Fay to support her
"What happened? Who did this?!"
Recovering from her frozen state, Rias asked nervously, sweat starting to gather in her face at the thought of what kind of monster could have messed up the powerful Vali group this badly
"I'll explain everything! But now, please treat them!"
Le Fay kept insisting, Rias sighed and gave up on obtaining an immediate answer noticing the state they were in
"Alright, but after this is done, you better explain this very thoroughly! Ise, Xenovia, help them bring Kuroka and Vali. Asia, please be prepared, let's go everyone, before otou-san and okaa-san come here to see what's happening."
Rias prepared to go downstairs, but Le Fay extended a hand
"Actually! We're gonna need Chichiryuutei-sama's help as well!"
Hearing this statement, Rias raised an eyebrow and Issei couldn't help but point at himself surprised
"M-Me?!"
Part 2
The Vali group has showed up out of nowhere here at our house, I have no idea why , but they brought a badly beaten Vali and a passed out Kuroka. Asia is treating Vali's wounds, but it doesn't seem like Kuroka's problems can be solved that simply
The rest of the group seems fine though, Bikou and Arthur are unscathed and the witch girl only has a few injuries on her body.
Speaking of which...
"Err... sorry"
I call out and the cute blonde turns to me
"You called me 'Chichiryuutei' back then, that means you must know who I am, right? But I still don't know who you are"
It seems that she's a member of the Vali group, but it's the first time we see her
At my remark, the girl wides her eyes
"Y-you are right!"
She bows deeply and starts apologizing
"I-I am Le Fay Pendragon, descendant of the witch Morgana Le Fay and Arthur onii-san's sister! It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Oppai Dragon-san!"
She's being very polite, however, one part of her introduction just shocked me
"Y-you are Arthur's sister?!"
I look at him and he confirms with a quick nod
"Yes, despite our different personalities we are indeed brother and sister related by blood"
Whaaat?! So this cute cheerful girl is really related to this moody, serious guy?!
Le Fay then turns to me holding a piece of paper, her cheeks a little red
"Err... I know it's not the best of times but... can I get an autograph?"
She says while handing me the piece of paper and a pen
I look at it for a moment before the realization kicks in
"Y-you are a fan of the Oppai Dragon show?!"
I ask in shock, she called me Chichiryuutei and is now asking for an autograph, this definitely means she's a fan of the show!
"Of course! I love it, I even bought merchandise of it! I'm a huge fan of the Oppai Dragon and his merry companions!"
She nods fiercely with a glow in her eyes, making my shock grow even more. That's a show for kids, you know!? Not just that, but how can you like a show about a guy gropping girl's tits to power up?! As I thought, not just devils, but people from the supernatural side in general tend to have very weird tastes
"O-okay..."
I may think like that, but I can't deny such an earnest request from someone who calls themselves a fan of mine, especially if they are such a cute girl.
I hand the paper back with my signature and she looks at it as if I just handed her a treasure
"Yay! Thank you so much!"
She says before storing it away with a huge smile on her face
The surprise was so great that I almost forgot my initial intention, it was only when I looked at Kuroka, laid down on a mat next to Vali with Koneko-chan by her side, that I remembered what I was going to ask of her
"Oh, right, you said you needed my help too. How exactly can I help with this?"
I don't have any healing powers and Kuroka seems to have been binded by something
Le Fay jumps in place and says in a panicked voice
"Y-yes! Sorry! You see, Kuroka's problem is a bit harder than just wounds..."
We approach the passed out nekomata, there seems to have several red chains binding her body, what are these?
Koneko-chan rests a hand against her sister
"A seal... someone has casted a seal on nee-chan"
Uh, so it's a seal? Even though, I still don't know what I can do to help
"It's a really bad one, if I try to remove it carelessly there's a chance the seal will burn her completely"

W-wait, does that mean she can actually die from this?! It's really bad, how can Kuroka have fallen in a seal like that?
"H-how did this happen? Was it the Khaos Brigade?"
I ask in shock, the Vali team betrayed the Old Maou faction once, so they hold a grudge against them for that. But even so, would they be able to do such a thing against Vali and Kuroka?
However, to my surprise, Le Fay shakes her head
"We... underestimated our opponents..."
She only says that with a look of regret on her face.
"What do you think Ise can help with?"
Buchou inquires with a concerned look, yes, even if the Vali team are our rivals, I don't want them to die like this!
"I'll do my best!" - I declare with confidence
Just as I say this, Le Fay grabs my left hand and asks me with her face completely red
"P-please use your technique that blows woman's clothes away!"
...
"E-eh?"
I can only tilt my head in confusion, did I heard this right?
"W-what?"
Buchou says in awe
"Y-you mean [Dress Break], you want me to use it on Kuroka?!"
I shout outloud as the realization of what I'm being asked for sinks in.
"H-hey, Le Fay, what the hell are you saying? This is a serious situation, stop joking around!"
Arthur says with an angered voice, but Le Fay shakes her head and turns to him
"No, onii-san! This makes perfect sense!"
Buchou shakes her head, perhaps trying to shrug off the shock that the sudden request just gave us
"Please explain..."
She asks and Le Fay promptly lifts a finger
"Gladly! Do you remember when bishop-chan was kidnapped by Diodora Astaroth?"
We all nod, Asia gulps down when doing so, she still has bad memories regarding that awful day.
"That asshole! How is he related to this?"
Xenovia asks, but the witch girl shakes her head
"No, not him, but the situation. Remember that Asia was trapped in a device created by [Dimension Lost]?
[Dimension Lost], a high-tier Sacred Gear capable of sealing and creating new dimensions, it's potential is even stronger than mine or Vali's Sacred Gear since it's from a tier above ours.
I nod and Le Fay states
"You were able to destroy the device by using your technique, so I believe it'll work on here too!"
!
Oh, so that's her reasoning, true, when you put it like that, it makes sense.
"So that was your plan all along..."
Arthur says with a serious expression
"Well thought, Le Fay! If that worked even against [Dimension Lost], then it's sure to work against this as well!"
Bikou praises Le Fay for it, however, Buchou interjects
"But things are different now, you said that recklessly trying to remove it could be harmful, are you sure there won't be any trouble with Ise's [Dress Break]?"
That's a very serious question indeed, back then, [Dimension Lost] didn't actually harmed Asia, but if there's a even a chance that the seal on Kuroka will trigger if I do something, we should really leave it to someone else.
Le Fay has a sad expression after Buchou's question
"I've never seem this type of seal before, but it has stopped Kuroka from moving and it seems to be harming her. I had to use magic in order to make her sleep, but I can't keep it forever, you have performed miracles like this before, that's why... I believe you can do this, Oppai dragon-san!"
She says while bowing down towards me
"E-eh!? E-even if you put it like this I..."
I have no idea how to answer, so I look at Buchou for guidance
She sighs and puts a hand on her forehead
"It can't be helped, anyway, if it involves a woman and her clothes I'm sure Ise can do it"
She says something like this! Do you really have that much in faith in my pervertion, Buchou?!
"Uhuhuhu, if it's to see a girl's naked body, then I'm sure even a godly seal wouldn't be able to stop Ise"
Akeno-san! Please stop saying things like that in front of people we just met!

Le Fay's eyes light up at my answer

I get closer to Kuroka and extend my gauntlet towards her

Koneko acknowledges with a troubled expression, I think it's because she's having mixed feelings about her sister not waking up right now. She must feel relieved that they won't have an awkward interaction, but Koneko-chan sure must have a lot of things she wants to say to Kuroka, specially now
However, Asia's voice pulls me from my thoughts
"V-Vali-san, please lay down! Stop struggling!"
Vali?!
I turn around and see the now awakened Vali fighting to get back up as Arthur and Bikou try to hold him down
"H-hey, Vali! Stop that, you're only going to get worse!"
"Your wounds have just healed, I don't believe it's wise for you to stand up so soon"
They keep trying to persuade him, but Vali simply pushes them aside
"Ugaaah!"
With a shout he stands up, everyone in the room steps back at this sudden outburst from the usually composed Vali.
"V-Vali-sama? A-are you okay?"
Le Fay asks, but all he does is stare at his hands with a bewildered expression
"I... lost..."
He says, still looking shocked. His breathing is ragged, Asia's Sacred Gear can heal wounds, but blood loss, fatigue and things like spiritual and mental trauma are things beyond even her help.
"How... what..."
Vali seems to be completely lost in his own world, he's not even asking why he woke up in our house, whatever the hell hit them to make Vali act like this?
"Hey Vali, man, calm down..."
Bikou tries to reason with Vali, but he's still talking to himself
"Even after using Juggernaut Drive..."
He's completely in shock... wait, did he said he used Juggernaut Drive?!
"W-what did you say?"
Buchou asks the same thing I had in mind
Vali bites his lip and for a moment, silence reigns
"Vali..?"
Untill a sudden release of aura permeates the room
"Who the hell was that human?!"
Vali's aura seeps from his body and starts to permeate the room
"Shit!"
Arthur and Bikou seem ready to subdue their friend, but before they can do it...
"Ugh!"
Vali falls to his knees on his own, his exhaustion finally getting the better of him
"Damnit!"
He curses under his breath, while everyone else sighs in relieve
"Stop with that, Vali!"
"Vali-sama, you need to rest!"
Le Fay pushes Vali back into bed with him still visually angry about it
Buchou still troubled by Vali's sudden burst of anger folds her arms across her chest
"What was that about? Le Fay promised to explain things, I believe now would be a good time"
She asks seriously and Vali clicks his tongue, answering before Le Fay could
"Kuroka was coming here to visit her sister, I told Le Fay to follow her, but they got attacked..."
Hearing Vali's response, Buchou's eyes wide and everyone in the room has a surprised reaction
"S-someone attacked you?!"
I ask and Le Fay nods
"A girl attacked me and Kuroka, she was incredibly strong, but Vali-sama managed to stop her before she could cause any real damage to us, she was the one that sealed Kuroka. However, I don't know who Vali-sama fought that did this to him..."
Vali sighs and answers while looking at the roof
"I was about to defeat that girl when a weird guy appeared out of nowhere. He was way stronger than her, seemed to know all my abilities and was prepared to fight them. I have no idea how..."
He says with with an angry expression, for someone as proud as Vali losing to someone like this must have been a huge shock, however, it wasn't greater than the shock that Bikou's next words gave me and everyone in Buchou's group
"But to think a human could be powerful like that... man, times are crazy"

An expression of awe shows up in everyone's faces
"A human?! You were attacked by humans?" - Buchou asks
"What kind of human could have possibly done that to Vali..."
Xenovia ponders, indeed...
Wait... could it be?
"No, those were not Khaos Brigade, of that we are sure"
Arthur says, adjusting his glasses
"Yeah, those assholes were too strong, I can tell you for sure no one in the Khaos Brigade could stop Vali in Juggernaut Drive, not like that"
I gulp down hearing this again, but a human that could stop Juggernaut Drive... if I think about it now, there's only one person... one human in this town that could fight Vali with a chance to win.
My gaze turns to Buchou, who nods, it seems we thought the same thing
"Vali, tell us how they looked like"
"Huh?"
Vali makes a surprised expression
"Well, the girl was a redhead with brown tanned skin, she used some sort of fire ability."
Everyone in the room looks aprehensive, it's clear now by the descrition he gave us that there can only be one person. But we still wait for him to finish.
"And the boy had black hair, white skin and really disguting sanpaku eyes"
The atmosphere in the room becomes heavy after he says that
"Kageyama..."
I say it under my breath
"But why did he..."
Buchou puts a hand under her chin
Seeing our reactions, Vali immediately picks it up and his eyes wide
"Y-you know him!?"
He says sitting down on his mat
This time, it's the Vali team that gets surprised
"H-hey, you guys know those two?"
Bikou says
"Who are they?!"
Le Fay asks worried
"Calm down everyone! It's true that we know the boy that attacked you, the boy you talk about is Tatseyo Kageyama, he's a student in Kuoh Academy and the girl is a friend of his that he warned us was coming to town but... the situation is complicated..."
Arthur folds his arms and asks
"They are from Kuoh Academy? You know them?
Buchou nods
"Why is it complicated? Are they with you or something?" - Vali asks
She looks pensative for a while before closing her eyes and answering
"Tell me, do you know what they are?"
When she asks that, Le Fay's face lights up as if she remembered something
"Oh, yes! I forgot to say! They told me they were espers!"
Bikou and Arthur look confused
"Espers? You mean people with psychic powers?"
"I heard about them before, though they act like a secret organization so no one outside really knows much about them... to think they would be so powerful..."
Le Fay nods and adds
"It's also why the pirokinetic girl avoided attacking me"
Buchou makes a confused face
"She avoided attacking you?"
Le Fay nods
"Since magicians are also humans, espers don't want to fight us, there's actually a treaty between us written a long time ago."
Really? That's their reason? Damn, espers sure hate inhumans to the point they will leave you alone if you aren't one but will jump right to the kill if you are, talk about hate.
But one thing about her remark still calls my attention
"You say that, but you were still kinda of bruised up when you arrived..."
Even though her wounds couldn't compare to Vali and Kuroka's, she still had minor injuries on her
Le Fay makes a sad expression
"W-well, she didn't knew I was a witch at first since I kinda followed her and she had the wrong idea that I was a stalker and then when Kuroka came to help me and got sealed I had to protect her, so yeah..."
I wide my eyes, so the fight started because she followed Tatsetyo's friend? Well, he did said he warned her to harm anyone, even if they were a devil, so it's kinda her fault. But she also got harmed trying to protect Kuroka...
"...Now that I think about it, it was kinda my fault that this all started, huh? Hahaha..."
She laughs awkwardly before turning sad again
"Sorry..."
She bows her head, but Vali just sighs
"Don't worry, you thought there was something wrong and went with your gut, nothing wrong with it. You couldn't have predicted this... I didn't"
Vali answers, still bitter
"But still..."
Le Fay is still down, untill Koneko-chan reaches for her and pulls on her clothes
"Uh?"
She turns around and looks at Koneko-chan, who fidgets for a moment
"Thank you... for protecting nee-san"
A smile appears on my face, even if the relationship between the two is troublesome, Koneko still cares for her sister
Le Fay stays silent for a while, surprised at Koneko's action, untill it sinks in and a bright smile is draw on her cute face
"N-no problem! She's my dear friend after all!"
She says giving a thumbs up
"Fufufufufu"
Akeno-san gives a small laugh, I look around and see that the mood in the room has become considerably lighter, however, Buchou still picks up her phone with a determined expression
"Buchou? What are you going to do?"
She starts dialing numbers and answers seriously
"I'm going to inform Kiba and Gasper about this and call them over. Also..."
She presses the dial button
"I'm going to call Tatseyo and his friend over here too, it seems she has arrived with quite a show and I really want to meet her before she ends up getting tangled in more trouble."
I think about calling out and say it's a bad idea given how angry Vali is about this situation, but I don't think Buchou will stop, she seems not very pleased that another fight broke out in Kuoh, this time with the Vali team. I can only imagine how this friend of Tatseyo must be like and hope this will turn for the best...
Afterword: Sorry about the delay, but I have news that are both bad and good. News is that, as I said before, I was taking much longer to post than I usually do because of a sick relative, however, that relative is no longer of this world. Even if this news is sad, it means that with their passing I can now dedicate more time to writing here. Ok, now that this is out of the way, let's answer questions.
Regarding ranks: You are mostly right, however I cannot correct some minor errors in the rank you made because it would spoil some of the plans I have for the story. Also, you are taking into account Rias's peerage as they are now, correct? Because in Shin DxD some have even surpassed Ultimate Class devils.
