Chapter 41

"I didn't expect you to show up." Edzard said in a calm voice.

"It's been a while, Edzard." said a monotone voice.

All those who were not in a block of ice, looked with amazement and fear at a small girl who floated a few inches from Edzard's back. While she floated, the girl had one arm outstretched, while the fingers of that hand of hers were bent as if it were a pistol, whose point of the index finger was barely two centimeters from the back of Edzard's neck.

"W-when did she appear?" Issei asked in shock. And he wasn't the only one, because that was the same question that was going through the minds of many, including Aryne.

Ignoring the doubt and shock of his friends, Edzard answered the girl calmly. "You are right. It's been a while, Ophis."

The mention of that name made the devils, Edzard's group, Rossweisse and Irina take a few steps back in fear.

"O-Ophis…" Rias said in shock as she felt a chill run through her body.

"T-the leader of the Khaos Brigade." Sona said in a choked voice as she recoiled in fear.

Despite the panic that was beginning to surface in his companions, Edzard stood firm without moving a muscle, because he was not an idiot. Although he was strong, he was still below Ophis' power level. Which would make a fight between the two could end in his death.

"What are you doing here, Ophis? Are you coming to save your subordinates?" Edzard asked curiously as he pointed to the living popsicles in front of him.

"Yes and no." Ophis replied monotonously. "I felt an increase in power and I came to see what was happening. I never expected to see you kill a God."

Hearing Ophis's words, Edzard smiled sarcastically. "There is always a first time for everything. So, what exactly do you want here?

Ophis was silent for a few seconds, then withdrew her arm and stopped pointing at Edzard in the back of the head.

"I want you to join me."

Edzard turned and looked at the dragon for a few seconds, only to shake his head. "I'm sorry, but as I told you a long time ago. I'm not at all interested in getting your power. Also, I'm short on time lately. And let's not forget that I am happily married and have three lovers."

After those last words, Edzard let out a small giggle, because he knew that Ophis would not understand about that last one. And just as he had thought, Ophis was confused and tilted her head in clear confusion. Although, a few seconds after that action, Ophis started to see the rest of the people who were gathered in this place and her eyes narrowed as she saw Asia, Aika, Mittelt and Valerie. Appealing to her curiosity, Ophis began to take a closer look at them and also focused her nose on them. By doing this, Ophis's nose managed to pick up that Edzard's scent was heavily infused with them.

Edzard had remained calm throughout this time, knowing that while Ophis could erase them from existence, her desire to make him part of her organization would not cause her to attack them. But, deciding not to know if Ophis decided to delete them, he quickly spoke to get her attention. "Ophis, how about a deal?"

Ophis fixed her gaze on Edzard and tilted her face as a signal for Edzard to continue.

"How about you let us go in peace and I let you take your subordinates with you." Edzard said trying to negotiate with Ophis.

Ophis looked at Edzard and after a few seconds, she spoke. "I'll allow it, only if you include another bag of cookies like the one you gave me that time."

Edzard blinked in confusion at Ophis's words, but he wasn't the only one, as the rest of the people who had heard Ophis's words also looked at the conversation in confusion.

Seeing that he could avoid a fight where several of those present would die, Edzard nodded. He didn't mind losing Vali's team, as he could catch them again some other time or maybe catch another group. So, without a care, Edzard reached out his hand and summoned a large bag of cookies, which was part of the reserves he kept in order to make Marie calm down when she cries.

What happened next was something that no one expected, especially Vali's team, because despite being frozen, they could see and hear what was happening. And it is that, in front of everyone's view, Ophis's eyes began to shine slightly, and a little drool trickled down her chin. That action of course confused Edzard for a few seconds, but then he shook his head while putting on a smile, because Ophis's reaction reminded him of the reactions his daughter had when he showed these cookies.

So, it was no surprise to Akatosh's son when Ophis quickly floated over to grab the cookies. After taking the cookies, Ophis approached Vali's group and conjuring a magic circle, teleported them away. After that, she began to disappear in black smoke, but before she left, she approached Edzard and putting her face a few inches away, she spoke. "I am leaving, but one day you will belong to me, Ysmir."

After those words, Ophis disappeared, leaving everyone who was there with their hearts in their throats. A few seconds after Ophis left, everyone heaved a sigh and fell to their knees. The only one's standing were Edzard and Aryne.

"Looks like you've avoided an unnecessary fight, don't you think so Dovahkiin?" Aryne asked with a grin from ear to ear.

Edzard just let out a sigh, because he didn't want to fight Ophis, not only because he felt he couldn't beat her, but because if they both fought, the destruction that would occur would be incalculable. Furthermore, he didn't have his Magicka reserves in optimal condition, which would make him even more at a disadvantage. And if there is something that the great number of battles in which he was about to die taught him, it is that, if you are going to fight against a being that surpasses you in power, do it when you are in the best conditions.

"Ed?"

Edzard turned his head when he heard the voice of his wife. Seeing her, he could see that she was worried.

"Quiet. I'm just a little tired." Edzard replied putting on the best reassuring smile he could.

Edzard's words didn't completely convince Asia, but she still nodded.

After that, Edzard saw that everyone was looking at him and it was obvious that they had questions.

"It seems that they want to ask me a lot of things, but it would be best if we left. I'll answer your questions later. Is that okay with you?"

All those with doubts nodded and after that, Edzard summoned his shadowkey and opened a portal to the Maous palace. Seeing the portal open, they all crossed through it and when they appeared in the meeting room of the Maous, they saw all the representatives of the three factions and Odin gathered.

The faces of the faction leaders dislocated in surprise when they saw Edzard's appearance, because he was still in his dragon aspect, only now he had his wings folded behind his back.

"They should close their mouths or flies could get in." Edzard said in a teasing tone as he walked over to his seat and when he sat down he spoke again. "How about if we start with your new round of questions?"

While Edzard answered the doubts and questions that his friends and the leaders that made up the Kuoh pact had, Vali's team was gathered somewhere in a cave.

"Nyaaa! That was horrible! I don't want to be frozen again!" Kuroka yelled as she wrapped herself in a blanket.

"I agree with Kuroka. That was awful. Now I know what ice cream feels like in a fridge." Said Bikou, who was also covered with a blanket.

Arthur just looked at his teammates before receiving a blanket from his sister.

"Thank you, Le Fay." Arthur said as he covered himself with the blanket.

"You're welcome, onii-sama." Le Fay said with a smile.

Le Fay continued to walk through the cave they used as a hiding place for now. She had been upset and had cast several spells on her brother when he arrived, since he had met Edzard and had not asked him for the favor she wanted him to do for her if he ever found him.

'Maybe next time I'll be the one to see it so I can ask him to sign this for me.' Le Fay thought as she reached into the pocket of her robe and pulled out a book, this was the first book Edzard had ever published. She had grown very fond of the book, as she had been fascinated by the story. Initially she had bought it out of curiosity, because the cover was attractive, but when she read the author's name, she was happy and finished reading it in a single day. By the time she finished reading, she was completely absorbed by the landscapes and cultures the book described.

'Initially I thought that Edzard had a very good imagination, but now I know that this book is based on the adventures of a hero from his home world.' Le Fay thought with a smile, since both she and the whole team knew about the origin of Edzard and about Nirm.

They knew this information even though Vali had not been in the final stages of the meeting in Kuoh thanks to one person. This person was someone who scared Le Fay a lot and not only her, because even Vali himself was a little afraid of him.

'I still remember how their fight went. I never expected to see how the white dragon was so easily defeated.' Le Fay thought as she felt a shiver run down her spine.

Shaking her head to banish those memories, Le Fay kept walking until she reached the room that Ophis used when she came to see them. The Ouroboros Dragon used to come hang out and chat with them every so often. In fact, she had arrived with almost all of the team members frozen. When she had asked her about it, she had replied that it was Edzard who had left them like this. After that, she tried to thaw them, but that had been impossible. She didn't know what magic Edzard had used to freeze them, but whatever it was, it was very powerful. She had kept trying despite her failures, but when she was about to cry helplessly, the ice broke and set them free.

Finishing remembering that, Le Fay looked out the door of the room and saw Ophis floating while holding a huge bag, which was full of cookies. Smiling, she decided to continue and go to the kitchen to prepare some soup to warm those who had been frozen and as she walked, she imagined what the reunion she would have with Edzard would be like, because she knew they would see each other again.

Night had already fallen in the underworld and a peculiar meeting was taking place in the castle of the Gremory clan. The meeting was between Edzard's Group and all of Rias Gremory's peerage. This meeting was not held in any hall, as it was held in the baths of the Gremory castle. To avoid problems or misunderstandings, the men were separated from the women. On the men's side were Edzard, Issei, Kiba, and Gasper.

"Ahhhh... This is life." Issei said as he relaxed in the warm waters of the bath.

"You're right Issei-kun. There is nothing better than a good bath after a crazy day like this." Kiba said as he relaxed after this day full of surprises. "I suppose you think the same as us, right, Edzard-sama?"

Edzard was lounging on the far outside side of the bathroom. Hearing that they called him, he fixed his gaze on them.

"I guess so." Edzard said with a listless tone of voice.

"Oh come on Ed. Don't make that face. You should relax." Issei said trying to lighten the environment. The Sekiryuutei's gaze fell on the naked torso of his friend and clearly saw the large number of scars that adorned it. "You know, ever since I saw them during your battle in Kuoh, I've always been curious as to how it is that you have so many scars."

Edzard looked at his friend and rolled his eyes. He then let out a sigh and waving his hand, summoned a bottle made of opaque green colored glass. The moment he uncorked the bottle, Edzard saw the devils staring at him in amazement.

"What?" asked Edzard seeing that they kept looking at him.

"What is that you have in your hand?" Issei asked curiously.

"This?" Edzard asked pointing to the bottle.

All those present nodded.

"This is a bottle of Spiced Wine." Edzard replied. "It's a drink made in the city of Solitude in Skyrim."

After those words, Edzard moved his hands again and summoned four silver cups. With a quick movement, Edzard threw the cups at the three devils. The three devils caught the cups, but showed confusion as they did so.

"Ed, why are you giving us this?" Issei asked looking at the cup in confusion.

"It is not obvious. It's for you to have a drink." Edzard said as he poured some wine into his cup and then handed the bottle to Issei.

"B-but we're underage!" Gasper yelled in fear of being reprimanded for drinking alcohol.

"So, what. I have been drinking alcohol since I was thirteen years old." Edzard replied looking at Gasper.

The Dhampir shuddered and looked away, seeing Edzard's gaze as terrifying.

"Hey, Ed. You do know that you can only drink here if you're of legal age, right?"

Edzard looked at Issei and just let out a sigh. "You're seriously going to tell me that being a devil. Aren't devils not supposed to follow the rules of humans?"

"Okay…. About that, Edzard-sama, we are not allowed to drink alcohol either." Kiba replied with an awkward smile on his face.

Edzard just looked at them and rolled his eyes. "Tell me something, you haven't just survived a fight against a God."

Issei and Kiba nodded, while Gasper just looked at them, since he didn't fight against Loki.

"Well, that's more than enough reason to drink and celebrate." Edzard said with a smile as he took the bottle from Issei and poured the three devils a large amount of wine into their respective cups.

The three devils looked at Edzard doubtfully at first, but then took a sip of the wine. When the soft sweet and slightly spicy liquid of the wine reached their throats, the three devils widened their eyes in surprise.

"It's very good." Issei said looking at the wine.

"That's how it is. It's very sweet." Kiba said looking at his cup.

Gasper just looked at his cup before taking another drink.

"Ahhh… this is delicious…." Gasper said as he put on a smile.

Edzard smiled as he watched the three devils drink, so in order not to be the only one who didn't, he brought the cup to his lips and took a sip. After drinking a little, he decided to answer the question that Issei had asked him not long ago. "Issei, you asked me how I got several of my scars, right?"

Issei looked at Edzard and nodded.

"Well, after drinking a little I feel like I'm ready to tell you a few stories." Edzard said as he put a hand to the largest scar on his chest. "This was the first one I got and it was…."

While Edzard entertained the male devils of the ORC with the stories behind each of his scars, the girls from Edzard's group, the ORC along with Irina and Rossweisse were in the female section of the bathrooms and just like the men, they were also drinking some wine, which was summoned by Aika.

"So, Asia-san. How was your life in Tamriel?" Rias asked as she looked at Asia who was relaxing as she lay on the edge of the hot pool.

Asia listened to the question and placed a hand on her chin. After a few seconds, she finally answered. "Uhm…. It's hard to say."

That answer caused confusion in the girls, who raised an eyebrow, but none of them asked anything else, or so it was until Rossweisse decided to ask. "Asia-san. How come it's hard to say how your life was?"

The Valkyrie was still in the underworld as she had supposedly been abandoned by Odin, who left without saying anything after Edzard finished his explanation of what had happened in the battle against Loki. However, fortunately for Rossweisse, the Leader of the Norse pantheon contacted her and told her that the next day she would return to Asgard to be assigned to a long-term mission. The old god hadn't given any extra information, so she didn't know anything about what she was going to be tasked with.

"I don't know how to say it, but I will try to summarize it very well." Asia replied as she slightly blushed. "My life was fun as I met many people, including my husband. In addition, I also got to know my father's homeland and traveled to the mausoleum where all my ancestors are buried, including my paternal grandparents. Also, it was challenging, as that land is not for the faint of heart and character, if you hesitate a single second there, you will end up as food for beasts, a victim of bandits, or as the experimental subject of a mad mage."

The face of the ORC girls next to Irina started turning pale with every word Asia said. Although, the vast majority knew about the world of Nirm, they did not expect that world to be so wild when compared to Earth.

"Although despite all that, it is a beautiful land. There are no cities like there are on earth, everything is more rural and life is not so hectic in times of peace. I learned to do many things such as cooking with stoves, fighting, riding, magic, ancient writing, manners, and courtly customs, among other things."

"Manners and courtly customs?" Rias asked confused. "Why would you learn that? I mean, we already know that you and Edzard are descendants of nobles and all, but why exactly learn all about the court."

Asia put on a slightly sad smile before replying. "Well, Rias-san. Ed was an Imperial general and while that is not a rank of nobility, it does make him have to rub elbows with nobles of all kinds. Thanks to Ed I have known Dukes, Counts, Marquises, Barons, Thanes, Jarls, Kings, and Emperors."

Rossweisse, who was the only one who didn't know that much about Edzard, was shocked with every word Asia said. When she finished speaking, Rossweisse decided to ask Asia a few more questions.

"Asia-san. Where did you live with Edzard?"

Asia put on a smile of joy and longing upon hearing that question.

"Well, we didn't have a fixed residence at the beginning, since Ed had a house in Solstheim, but he also had houses in the main cities of Skyrim, that is, a house in Whiterun, one in Windhelm, one in Solitude, one in Riften and one in Markarth." Asia replied as she listed the houses that Edzard owned. "Because Edzard had various duties as a faction leader and as a member of the Jarls' courts, we only spent two to three weeks maximum in each Hold. Of course, there were some exceptions, because in Winterhold we used to stay for a month or so, just like in Riften and Whiterun. However, when Marie came into our lives, we initially had to stay in one place until she was old enough to ride on the back of a dragon, so for the first time in a long time, according to what Aela and Serana told, Ed decided that we stay in Solitude."

Rossweisse listened attentively to everything Asia said, because that was the best way, she had for now to be able to discern the type of man that Edzard was and for each word she heard she was realizing that Edzard met the requirements she asked for in a boyfriend. Not only because he was good at many things, but he was also cute to look at and from what Rias and the rest of the people who had dealt with him had told him, he was also a good father.

At the thought of the word father, she was reminded of the little girl she had known. Edzard's little daughter was so small and cute that when she saw her, she felt that she was shot in the heart of her.

'Little Marie is so cute and polite.' Thought Rossweisse smiling inwardly, remembering the good manners the little girl had.

Rossweisse's thoughts were interrupted when she heard Rias's queen ask a question not only to Asia, but to the entire Edzard group.

"Girls… How was… your first time?" Akeno asked with a mischievous smile on her face.

The faces of some of the girls that belonged to Edzard's group blushed furiously as steam began to come out of their ears.

"W-w-what K-k-k-kind of q-q-question is that A-A-Akeno-san?" Asia asked as she tried to hide her face by submerging her in the water.

Asia wasn't the only one embarrassed, as Valerie, Lint, Ingvild, Koneko and Rossweisse were the same as her, the only ones who didn't seem too affected by the question were Mittelt, Aika, Rias, Xenovia and Akeno herself. However, there was one who was dying of laughter in her mind, that was Tiamat.

"Fu, fu, fu. It is that you are the only ones in our age range who have experience in that. That's why I want to know, how was your first time?" Akeno asked again as she rested her head on her right palm as she closed her eyes and smiled.

Asia and Valerie just stuttered and started shaking their heads, saying that they wouldn't talk about it. Strangely, Mittelt also said that she wouldn't say anything about it, but Aika put on a smile.

"So, Akeno-senpai. Do you want to know what our first time with Ed was like?" Aika asked with a grin from ear to ear.

Akeno nodded as she also put a smile on her face.

"Well, the truth is that I don't remember much of what happened that day." Aika said putting a finger to her chin as she emphasized the word «I don't remember».

"H-How so?" Rossweisse asked stammering as her face turned beet red.

Aika looked at the Valkyrie and put on a mischievous smile as she decided to tease her.

"It's just that Ed was so intense that day that I ended up unconscious." Aika said with a smile as a thin trickle of blood began to trickle down her nose.

"Kiryuu-senpai, you pervert." Koneko said with the deadliest voice she could use, but her flushed face said that she was also embarrassed by what she heard, although, unknown to all those who knew her, the young nekoshou began to remember what she saw in the warehouse of the gym a long time ago.

"And much honor, Koneko-chan." Aika answered with a smile. "Ahhh... just remembering how he hugged me and pushed me against the wall to start making a mess of me makes me excited and wish Ed would come here to have fun-"

"(Cough) Aika, please stop will you." Asia said after falsely coughing.

Aika's face turned chalk white as she saw that Asia was surrounded by a black aura, a sign that she didn't want her to keep talking. However, before anyone could say anything else, a loud laugh caught their attention.

"T-t-that's... laughter?" Lint asked as she stood up and started walking towards where the sound originated.

"So it seems." Asia replied as she also got up and followed her friend.

The rest of the girls also did the same and followed the first two.

They all walked and reached the edge of the bathroom and looking through the edge they saw that the laugh belonged to Edzard, who was laughing while in front of him the bodies of Issei, Kiba and Gasper were floating.

"W-w-what happened?" Rias asked as she watched in amazement at what was happening on the male side of the baths.

"I-I don't know, Buchou." Akeno replied just as shocked by what she saw.

Koneko and Xenovia didn't mention anything as they didn't know what had happened either. However, they were all sure of something and that is that there was no brawl or battle, because the sound of any fight was not heard. Also, there was no blood in the water.

Asia narrowed her eyes trying to see what had happened, but she couldn't find anything that could give clarity to what had happened. So, shrugging her shoulders, she turned to look at the rest of the girls.

"I don't think it's anything serious. Maybe it was just heat stroke." Asia said.

The ORC girls tried to say something to Asia, but in the end, they didn't say anything, because she was right, there was no sign of a fight or anything.

"Asia is right, Buchou. Maybe she's just heat stroke." Xenovia said as she looked at her king.

Rias looked at her Knight and nodded.

"Okay, then let's go back to relaxing." Xenovia said with a smile. "By the way, Asia. I can ask you some questions?"

Asia looked at her friend and nodded slowly as she hoped she didn't ask something embarrassing like what Akeno had asked.

"How was your pregnancy?" Xenovia asked with conviction.

Asia's face turned a little red, but she still responded by nodding her head, as this was a bit more normal topic. Of course, she would lie, as she didn't want to reveal anything about Marie's origin.

Xenovia put on a smile upon seeing Asia's reply and taking her hand, led her towards the center of the bathroom. They were followed by the rest of the girls, who were also curious about that, because sooner or later they would also have their respective children and they wanted to know what the hustle and bustle was like. Unfortunately, none of them could see that the smooth wine Aika had summoned changed color to a darker one, which was a clear sign that it was now stronger.

Sunlight entered through a window whose curtain was shattered, but it was not the only shattered thing in that room, because if you look closely, you could see that the whole room was a mess. Several of the pieces of furniture were cut in half, others were broken by punches, others were charred by lightning, and other pieces of furniture had been wiped from existence. And in the middle of all that mess were the bodies of all the ORC girls along with Irina and Rossweisse.

With various involuntary movements of their faces, the girls began to wake up.

"Aghhh. My head." Rias said as she opened her eyes and felt a pain in her head similar to that which would produce hundreds of mammoths running uncontrollably in her head.

"Turn off that light!" Xenovia shouted, only to cover her ears and grab her head after her, as she felt great pain in her head.

The blue-haired swordswoman wasn't the only one who did it, as her shout also gave the other girls a headache.

"W-w-what happened?" Akeno asked getting up and looking around the room.

"Well, it seems they don't handle alcohol very well." Said a voice from the door.

The girls quickly looked towards the door and saw Edzard standing next to Rias's parents. All of them had smiles from ear to ear, well almost all of them, because Edzard had a frown on his face.

"It seems they don't remember what happened." Edzard said when he saw that everyone was looking at him with confusion. "So I'll tell you what you did last night."

Flashback

Edzard was walking through the halls of the Gremory castle when out of nowhere he began to hear footsteps approaching him very quickly. In fact, the sound was similar to that made by cavalry troops charging. Narrowing his eyes, Edzard looked in the direction of the sound and his eyes widened as he saw a stampede of towel-wrapped women running in his direction.

"Ed!" was the collective cry of Asia, Aika, Lint, Ingvild, Mittelt and Valerie.

"What the fuck?!" Edzard yelled in astonishment, but he couldn't do anything else, as Asia used all her speed and rushed at him.

Asia clung to Edzard as if her life depended on it and thanks to the speed at which she was going, she managed to trip him.

"A-Asia?" Edzard asked confused, but then he panicked, as Asia reached her hand towards his pants and took what was in his crotch.

"(Hic) Ed… (hic) I'm so horny, I want to fuck a lot (hic)" Asia said completely drunk as she approached and gave Edzard a kiss, which turned into a very intense kiss in a matter of seconds.

'Her breath stinks a lot of alcohol.' Edzard thought as he felt the scent of alcohol impregnated on his wife's breath. So, using a bit of his strength, Edzard managed to get Asia off his back. However, he couldn't do anything afterwards, as he was accosted by Aika, who sat on him and started kissing him intensely and even ripping off his shirt in one fell swoop.

"Fu, fu, fu. We're going to have a lot of fun, Ed." Aika said as she drooled a bit. "I won't stop until I drain you dry."

Aika's words made Edzard feel a chill run down his spine. Fortunately for him, Aika was pulled from his chest and ended up hitting one of the walls.

'What just happened?' thought Edzard as he realized that the one who had pulled Aika off him was Valerie, who also sat on him and started kissing him.

In less than a blink, she too was thrown into a wall thanks to an attack from Mittelt, who also sat on top of him, but unlike her companions, she began to move her hips while kissing him.

Edzard jumped up and with a quick movement knocked Mittelt unconscious and using magic forced the rest of his lovers to sleep. After that, he looked at the ORC members, who also seemed to have problems, since a Koneko with a depraved face was groping Rias's breasts, but the Nekoshou was not the only one, since she was receiving help from Akeno, who did not stop laughing as she groped her king.

Irina, meanwhile, was vomiting along with Lint, Ingvild and Rossweisse, who also divided her actions between vomiting and yelling that it wasn't fair that she didn't have a boyfriend.

Edzard's attention was drawn elsewhere when Rias broke free from Koneko and started arguing with Akeno, which led to their attacking each other. This started a brawl that was joined by almost all of the awakened girls. However, this fight seemed to calm down as Koneko landed a good blow on Xenovia, causing her to crash into a wall.

"What the hell happened? Why are they so drunk?" Edzard asked, then shuddered as he felt a chill. Slowly turning his body around, he saw Xenovia looking at him with ill-repressed lust as she licked her lips. But she wasn't the only one, for Ingvild did too, though the strangest of hers was Lint, who also had that look in her eyes as her wings flickered from silver to black.

Knowing that this could become a big problem, Edzard used magic and put everyone to sleep.

End Flashback

"And that's all they were doing while they were drunk." Edzard said looking at all the girls and then sighed.

After knowing what they were doing in their drunken state, all the girls apologized to Edzard and then proceeded to go to the bathrooms to take a bath, as they stank of alcohol and vomit.

When the place was empty, Edzard heaved a sigh and then turned around and in a soft voice spoke to the leaders of the Gremory clan.

"Lord, Lady Gremory. I'm really sorry for what happened." Edzard said as he bowed.

"How so?" Zoeticus asked with concern.

After those words, they retired to the main dining room to have a cup of tea while chatting about some topics not so focused on the daedras. One of the topics discussed was about the disease that had afflicted Ingvild and which had been cured by Edzard.

"So you don't know how to cure sleep disease." Zoeticus said as he looked at Edzard.

"No. What happened to Ingvild was fortuitous, but her healing is mainly due to the sacred gear she has. If she didn't have it, I don't think I would have been able to wake her up."

Edzard's words made Venelana and Zoeticus widen their eyes in surprise, but that surprise faded, and a smile appeared on the faces of both devils.

Rossweisse's grandmother listened attentively to everything her boss said. Her eyes widened when she heard about Loki's death, even though she didn't like that god, she didn't like the blow that Asgard just suffered as far as strength was concerned. However, it was what Odin told her next that caused the old woman to almost have a heart attack. The shock of learning about Daedras from her made the old woman sit up.

'Beings from another universe attacking ours uncontrollably… and to make matters worse my granddaughter will join a group that stops such attacks.' Thought Göndul worried about Rossweisse. Although she knew that her granddaughter's fighting ability was not low, she did not know if she could take on such enemies. Odin nodded. "That's right. However, I don't see you being angry knowing that we are literally sending your granddaughter to be Edzard-kun's potential lover."

Edzard just started scratching the back of his neck and a few seconds later he started telling them about the organization and culture of the dragons. Odin stopped remembering when he heard a loud crash, which came from the upper rooms. Said sound was accompanied by a cry from Rossweisse, who began to complain that everything had gotten messy.

"Rossweisse." Edzard spoke calling the Valkyrie's attention.

Rossweisse's mouth curved into a smile of utter happiness when she heard Edzard call her by that nickname.

Both friends smiled at each other and started walking towards an unpopulated area so they could teleport to Edzard's palace. As they walked they talked about trivial matters. Some topics discussed were the reason why Edzard had gone to see her alone. He there told her that Asia was on a walk with Marie, Aika, Lint and Valerie in Italy. Mittelt was in the Grigori territory together with Tiamat, as both of them had to help Azazel with some things. Finally, Ingvild was in the underworld with Sirzechs and Serafall talking about some things.

"I see. That's why you were alone today." Rossweisse said.

"Yes. Initially we had planned to go together to see you, and then give you a welcome party. But it looks like the party will have to wait." Edzard said as he scratched the back of his neck.

Rossweisse made a shocked face when she heard about the party, but then she giggled softly when she saw Edzard's discomfort.

Seeing him, Azazel was tempted to refuse, but then saw that he was carrying a fishing rod. So seeing someone he spend time with, he decided to accept.

The stranger sat down next to Azazel and cast the line from his fishing rod. After that action, he took out of his pocket a strange bottle from which he poured a drink into a disposable glass, which he drank in one sip. After that, he looked at Azazel and handed him a glass.

Normally Azazel would look at the glass suspiciously, but after seeing that the human had drunk from it, he decided that there was no problem. So, accepting the glass, Azazel took a drink and began to have a chat with the stranger.

"Ha, ha, ha! So, they're just garbage that can't serve their purpose." Ozozzachar said mockingly. To then move its claws and impale the Xivkyn. As the daedra disappeared, Ozozzachar glanced at a Dremora standing next to him. "Release them and clothe them. I will take them with me for the next plan."

The Dremora nodded and after approaching Roland and Selene he threw a potion at them and lowered them and then gave them their armor. While this was happening, Ozozzachar was leaving the place, because he had to plan the mission that his father had entrusted to him.
