Chapter 3: Heroes and Noodles.

(Night Time).

The Heroes in training, who were out of their disguises, sat on top of one of the taller buildings in the valley.

The view from the top of the building was breathtaking. The stars twinkled in the sky, and the moon cast a soft glow over the valley below. It was peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to reflect on the day's events.

Bakugo sighed. "We haven't had much food all day."

Todoroki nodded in agreement, his stomach growling slightly. "Yeah, I'm starting to get hungry too. We should probably find some food soon."

Izuku sat on the edge of the roof as he gazed out over the village. "You know, I've been thinking?"

Bakugo and Todoroki looked at Izuku, curious about what he had to say. "What is it, Deku?" Bakugo asked.

"I don't know why, but it kind of feels like more than just a simple coincidence that we are here." He says.

Todoroki raised an eyebrow, intrigued by Izuku's words. "What do you mean by that?

"It's just a theory, but, what if there is a reason why we are here." Says the green haired boy.

Bakugo scoffed, skeptical of Izuku's theory. "You think there's some kind of grand purpose for us being here? That's a bit far-fetched, don't you think?"

"Well, the odds of us suddenly ending up in another dimension by complete chance is a slim one. But if us being here for a reason, what is it?" He questioned.

Todoroki contemplated the question for a moment, his expression thoughtful. "You have a point, Midoriya. It does seem strange that we're here without any explanation. But what could be the reason? And who would have brought us here?"

Bakugo groaned. "Who cares?" He said. "What should we even do now? Not not to mention we got no food and no money."

"Hmm, maybe we should scout around the village tonight. You know, get a sense of where to go and get are minds off of what has been happening." Izuku says.

"Well, it beats just sitting on are asses doing nothing." The explosive boy says rubbing the back of his head.

Todoroki nods in agreement. "Let's go then. We should try to be discreet and not draw attention to ourselves, though."

(A minute later).

The three heroes in training began to sneak through the village, keeping to the shadows and avoiding the gaze of anyone they came across before they went to the roof tops and went across roof top to roof top.

The three heroes in training then go onto another roof. As they reached the rooftop, they surveyed the area below them.

"So where to next?" Todoroki asked.

Izuku scanned the village, his eyes darting back and forth as he tried to come up with a plan.

"Let's see if we can find a store or something that might have food. We need to get something to eat."

As Bakugo looked around he saw a noodle shop. "Hay look over there."

Todoroki And Izuku noticed the noodle shop that Bakugo pointed out to the others. "It's a noodle shop. We could try that."

However they heard the sounds of crashing, shattering, and breaking coming from the very noodle shop.

The three heroes in training looked at each other, their expressions turning serious. They could tell that something was going on in the noodle shop. "What the hell is happening in there?" Bakugo questions.

"Let's go find out." Says the half hot half cold boy.

Izuku nodded in agreement, his mind already racing with possibilities. "Yeah, let's check it out. Be careful, though. We don't know what we're getting into."

They then go onto the roof of the noodle shop. And from the looks of it, it was being raided by a group of bulls, three to be exact. They were splashing bowls and throwing over tables while threatening what appeared to be an elderly goose in a red and gold peasant attire with what looked like a noodle hat. And a big fat panda bear wearing burlap pants.

"What's going on?" Todoroki questioned.

"Looks like some kind of protection racket of sorts or something." Izuku surmised.

Bakugo clenched his fists, his eyes narrowing as he watched the bulls terrorize the elderly goose and the panda bear. "Those bastards. We need to do something."

"Are we sure we want to do this? We don't even have our disguises." Said Todoroki.

"No, Kacchan is right, even though we don't have are disguises, but we have to help them, and we'll worry about the reactions to her appearance later." Said Izuku.

Todoroki hesitated for a moment before nodding in agreement. "You're right. We can't just stand by and watch them terrorize those people. Let's do this."

With that, they leaped through the gate and into the restaurant. The thugs all stopped as they, along with the goose and the panda, snapped their attention to the heroes in training. "Let them go." Izuku warned.

"You don't want any trouble." Said Todoroki. "We on the other hand, do, so try us!" Bakugo said.

The three bulls exchanged glances, a mixture of surprise and annoyance on their faces. The one in the middle, who appeared to be the leader, stepped forward.

"Who or what the hell are you three?" He growled. "Some kind of hairless Apes?" The bull on the leader of the group's right says.

Bakugo had a tick mark form on his head at the bull's comment. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU CALL US YOU HORNED FUCKS!" He says sounding pissed.

"Actually we are descendants of monkeys." Izuku stated, before going to a thinking pose. "I suspect we're derived from Abe's, however it can also be argued that we could also be descendants of certain monkeys with tails however it hasn't been really proven-, mutter, mutter mutter mutter, mutter, mutter, mutter mutter mutter."

Izuku then goes into one of his muttering sprees, which made Bakugo and Todoroki sweat drop and made the 3 bulls weirded out.

The bulls exchanged confused looks, not understanding a word that Izuku was saying. Bakugo looked annoyed and decided to interrupt Izuku's muttering. "Will you shut up already you damn nerd! No one cares about what your talking about!"

Izuku then snapped out of it and quickly realized what he was doing as he blushed out of embarrassment. "S..Sorry about that."

Bakugo rolled his eyes and shook his head in annoyance. "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just focus on the task at hand, idiot."

The bull leader was annoyed at this point as his eyes were twitching. "Tch, it doesn't matter what you three are, what matters is that this part of the neighborhood is ours! And your in it, so get lost you brats before you regret making me annoyed."

Todoroki stepped forward, his expression serious. "We're not going anywhere. You and your thugs need to leave this place and stop harassing these people. They don't deserve to be treated like this."

"So unless you clowns want to get your asses kicked I would recommend for you three to get lost." Says Bakugo looking ready to fight.

The bulls looked at each other, a smirk spreading across their faces.

"Heh, you really think you can take us on? We've been terrorizing this neighborhood for months. You kids don't stand a chance against us." The leader taunted.

"It looks like they are going to fight." Said Todoroki. "Then let's take them down but let's keep are quirk usage to a minimum, we don't want to cause any damage to this place." Izuku tells them.

Bakugo scoffs but nods in agreement. "Yeah, yeah, I know. Let's just get this over with."

"Get them!" At the command of the leader, the two other bulls charged at the heroes in training.

Bakugo grins, his explosive Quirk activating as he leaps forward to meet the bulls head-on. He launches a barrage of explosions at one of them, sending the bull flying backwards.

The smaller bull lunged at Todoroki with a small hammer, but the half hot half cold boy easily dodged the swing as he stepped out of the way. Izuku actives one for all at 5% then jumps over Todoroki delivering two spinning kicks that sent the bull into the wall.

The bull crashed into the wall with a thud, stunned by the force of Izuku's kicks. Todoroki, seeing his chance, to send a burst of ice from his right side, freezing the bull to the ground which he ran to the bull and kicks him in the head making his head move left.

Shaking his head of his dizziness and breaking free from the ice, the bull charged again, this time swinging the hammer at Bakugo, who easily ducked under the swing. Before he could get another swing in, Bakugo hit him in the snout with his grenade gauntlet.

The bull staggered back, holding his nose in pain. He glared at Bakugo, his eyes filled with anger and determination. He then charged at Bakugo again, this time more recklessly than before, clearly desperate to land a hit. However Todoroki stepped in sending a small fire ball at the bull making him drop the hammer and go flying back again.

Meanwhile, the larger bull tried to punch Izuku, but the green haired boy easily kicked him in the face before Bakugo sweeped his feet out from under him.

The large bull landed on the ground with a thud, groaning in pain. Bakugo grinned and stood over him, looking satisfied. "Looks like you're down for the count, big guy."

Unbeknownst to Izuku, the smaller bull Todoroki had sent flying with a smal fire ball had gotten up. He raised his hammer above his head and was about to bring it down on the green haired boy, when suddenly a bowl hit him in the face. Surprised, izuku looked over to see it was the panda who threw it. "Thanks." He says with a smile.

The panda bear nods and gives a small smile back, looking relieved that he was able to help. The bull, however, growls in anger and charges at the panda, clearly not happy about being hit by a bowl.

Seeing this, Izuku stretch out his arm as black tendrils came out of the Knuckles of his gauntlet going toward the bull wrapped around his arms stopping him in his tracks.

The black tendrils from Izuku's gauntlet wrap tightly around the bull's arms, holding him in place. The bull struggles and tries to break free, but the tendrils are too strong for him.

With 8% to use the black tendules from black whip to send the smaller bull flying towards the bull leader that was about to attack Todoroki.

The smaller bull was sent flying towards the leader with incredible speed. The leader barely had time to react before the smaller bull crashed into him, sending them both tumbling to the ground.

Bakugo found himself being backed into a wall by the larger bull, who attempted to chop him up with an axe.

But the explosive boy easily dodged, looking like he wasn't even trying as the thug swung at him again. Bakugo ducked under the blade, and with a kick to the chest, he sent the thug flying, while Todoroki had frozen the smaller bull to the ground only for the bigger bull to crash into the smaller bull.

The leader got back up and rubs his head as he found himself backed against one of the many tables, a cleaver in his hand as he sees him and his men getting beaten. And by kids no less.

The leader looks at the three heroes in training, anger and frustration on his face. He grips the cleaver tightly. "You damn brats are really pissing me off!"

"Last chance, take your friends and leave." Said Izuku. The leader growls, his eyes narrowing.

"You think you can threaten me? I won't back down that easily. I'll teach you all a lesson you won't forget!" He charges at Izuku, cleaver raised.

Getting into a boxer stands as the leader charges towards them lifting the cleaver with his right arm as he slashed the blade at izuku, only for the great hair boy to block the arm with his arm as he then uses right arm to punch the leader in the face and then used his left arm to uppercut the leader in the jaw.

Before then izuku pulled back his leg and kicked the leader onto the table. Dazed, the leader suddenly found himself forced him to his feet by izuku, who pinned him with a glare.

The leader struggled against Izuku's grip, but he was too strong. The bull's eyes widened in fear as he looked up at Izuku, realizing that he was completely outmatched.

"It's over, leave now." The green hair boy says with a serious voice.

The leader's eyes darted between Izuku and his companions, who were all watching him with a stern look. He knew he had no chance of winning. He growled in frustration and nodded reluctantly.

Once izuku let him go. he runs for the gates along with the two other bulls. "This ain't over, freaks! You ain't seen the last of us!" He then ran off.

Izuku watches as the bulls flee, making sure they're really gone. He sighs in relief, relieved that the situation is finally over. "Well, that was eventful."

"No kidding." Says Todoroki.

Bakugo grunts in agreement, stretching his arms. "Those bastards really thought they could take us on. Pathetic."

"Are you guys alright?" Izuku asked the goose and the panda as he and Todoroki and Bakugo walk up to the two.

"Yes, we are now, oh thank you so much!" The goose thanked him, by shaking Izuku's hand. (which was huge in comparison to his wing F.Y.I.). "I don't think I've seen anyone like you three around here before, and I never seen anyone like you three before."

At hearing this Izuku quickly made up a lie. "O..Oh well, we are humans, we are distant relatives of apes." He says as Bakugo and Todoroki nodded in agreement.

The goose and panda exchanged a surprised look. The goose then looked at Izuku again. "Distant relatives of apes, huh? Well, I never thought I'd meet someone like that before. You three sure are unique."

"You can say that." Says Todoroki. "And we are new around here. Just got here from Japan." He says both lying and telling the truth. "I'm Izuku Midoriya, and these are my friends Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki." He says introducing his friends.

The goose nodded and smiled. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Izuku, Katsuki, and Shoto. I'm San Ping. And this is my noodle shop, the best one in the village. And this is my son, Po." He says gesturing to the panda. "Yeah, that's me." Said the panda. "And you guys were awesome! I've never seen kung fu like that!"

"That's because it's not kung fu." Izuku explained, sounding a little worried on how to explain their quirks. "There uh, special abilities that we have."

The goose and panda look intrigued by this. "Special abilities? You mean like superpowers or something?" Asked Po.

"Uh, yeah." Said Izuku. San Ping and Po look amazed.

"Wow, that's incredible! We've never heard of anyone having superpowers before." Said Po. "You guys must be really powerful then."

"You can say that." Says Todoroki. "Say, since you saved my business, and your new arrivals here, why don't we make you all some noodles, free of charge." Mr. Ping offered.

"Oh, we don't want to impose..." Izuku started before he heard a loud low rumbling sound, It was Izuku's stomach that growled which led to izuku blushing in embarrassment. "I think we'll expect your offer." Says Todoroki.

Being set down at a table, the elderly goose and the panda went into the kitchen, cooking and preparing the soup before bringing it out. "Behold, three bowls of my special noodle soup." Mr. Ping announced.

Hesitantly, the heroes in training each picked up their chopsticks as they observed their own bowls of soup with interest. Each of the three picked up some of the noodles, eating them at the same time.

As soon as the noodles hit their taste buds, all three heroes in training stiffed, their eyes comically popping out of their sockets as they were surprise by the taste. "Wow, this is delicious." Says the green hair boy with stars in his eyes.

Mr. Ping chuckled at their reactions, clearly pleased with their response. "I'm glad you like it! I've been cooking this recipe for years, after all it has the secret ingredient."

"Really?" Todoroki said, slurping some more noodles. "And what is this secret ingredient?"

Mr. Ping chuckled again, looking smug. "Oh, that's for me to know and for you to find out." He said playfully, winking at them.

"So, Mr. Ping, do those thugs come around here often?" Izuku asked.

Mr. Ping's expression darkened slightly at the mention of the thugs. "Unfortunately, yes. They've been a nuisance for a while now. They've been trying to take over my shop and intimidate me into giving them money. But thankfully, the Furious Five are always there to protect us."

"'The Furious Five, who the hell are they?" Bakugo asked. Po gasped in astonishment, dramatically holding his cheeks. "You've never heard of the Furious Five?!" The Heroes in training shook their heads.

Po's eyes widened even further, as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "Oh man, you guys really are new around here. The Furious Five are the most powerful kung fu masters in the valley. They protect the village from all sorts of threats, including the bull thugs."

He then rushed into the shop. "Hold on, wait here!"

The Heroes in training waited as the fat panda carefully went up the stairs presumably to his room before coming back down carrying what appeared to be several action figures in his arms.

Po set the action figures down on the table in front of the heroes in training. Each figure had its own unique design and pose, representing the different members of the Furious Five.

"These are the action figures of the Furious Five!" He exclaimed, proudly showing them off. As he set them down on the table, the Heroes in training all noticed that each of the figures looked like those five warriors they had seen battling the bandits earlier that day.

"Master Tigress." Po introduced dramatically, setting the action figure down. The action figure of course being a female tiger with a traditional red chinese vest with a golden vine pattern and silk black pants and sandals on her feet. "Master of tiger-style kung fu and defeater of the mighty boar!"

The heroes in training looked at the action figure with a mix of interest and curiosity.

He then placed another figure on the table*. "Master Viper." The figure being a green viper with two pink lotus flowers near her blue eyes. "Master of viper-style and daughter of the Great Master Viper. She's also the best ribbon dancer in the village."

Izuku looked at the figure with a fascinated expression. "Wow, a snake that's a master of kung fu and a ribbon dancer? That's impressive."

"Master Crane." This figure was a white and dark blue crane, wearing a conical rice hat, loose blue pants with a purple sash wrapped around his waist in the style of a shaolin "Master of crane-style and a graduate of the Lee Da academy, one of the greatest Kung Fu academies in all of China!"

Todoroki picked up the action figure, examining it closely. "He looks quite experienced."

The next figure he put down was a monkey wearing studded leather wristbands, loose brown sweatpants with the waist being wrapped in a gold sash. "Master Monkey." Po placed the figure down. "Master of monkey-style and a master comedian too."

Bakugo snorted, looking unimpressed. "A master comedian? Seriously?"

The final figure he placed down was a green mantis, who looked to be the same size as the real thing. "And finally, Master Mantis. Master of mantis-style and also a master at acupuncture."

The heroes in training looked at the mantis figure with fascination. "Acupuncture? That's a rare skill to have." Izuku said, intrigued by the mantis's abilities. "They are like heroes like us." Todoroki says surprising Po.

Po looked at Todoroki with a mixture of surprise and shock. "You are heroes!"

"Well technically we're heroes in training, but yeah." Said Izuku with a nod.

Po's expression turned to one of awe and excitement. "Wow, heroes in training! That's incredible!"

"So where do they live at?" Asked Todoroki.

Po pointed towards the mountains in the distance. "They live up there, in the Jade Palace. It's where all of them were they trained under Master Shifu, who was trained by this wise turtle guy named Grand Master Oogway."

"Oogway?" Izuku asked.

Po nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah, Grand Master Oogway. He's like, super wise and powerful. He taught Master Shifu and Master Shifu trained the Furious Five. And now they protect the valley and keep it safe from harm."

Izuku had finished his noodles. "I take it you're quite a fan." Po chuckled and nodded again. "You bet!"

"Well, if you're done with your noodles, I'll be taking these back in." Mr. Ping stated, picking up the empty noodle bowls and taking them back into the kitchen.

Izuku nodded and smiled at Mr. Ping. "Thank you for the noodles, they were delicious!"

He then turns back to po. "So, Po." Says Izuku. "Do you have anything else you're interested in besides Kung Fu?"

The panda rubbed his chin. "Well I had some thoughts about maybe being a comedian, maybe a cleaner, a dancer, or even a doctor. But I've always been into Kung Fu for a long time." He chuckled humorlessly, his enthusiasm quickly dropping. "Heh, but what chance does a big fat, chubby, clumsy panda like me have of becoming a master, especially when my dad expects me to run his shop someday?" The Heroes in training felt sympathy for the panda (yes, even Bakugo).

"Po," Izuku said, placing a hand on his shoulder, making the panda look up to Izuku. "If there's one thing I've learned, it's that you never give up on your dreams." He says with a smile.

"Who knows? Maybe you could be a kung fu master one day." Todoroki says with a small smile.

Po's eyes widened in surprise, clearly touched by the heroes in training's words. He looked at them with a mix of hope and uncertainty. "Y-you really think so?" He asked, his voice filled with a hint of vulnerability.

"Yeah, your ass just gotta believe in yourself inside of being a whiner." Bakugo added in his own way as Izuku sighed at his friends bluntness and Todoroki just sweat drop.

Po chuckled, not taking offense to Bakugo's bluntness. He looked at the heroes in training with a small smile. "Thanks, guys. I appreciate it. I'll try my best."

Izuku then pulled out his phone from his belt and checked the time. It was 10:58 PM and nearly 11:00 PM now. "Alright, guys." He said putting away his phone before he turned to his two friends. "We should head out."

Todoroki and Bakugo nodded in agreement, getting up from their seats. "Yeah, it's getting late." Todoroki said as Mr. Ping came out from the kitchen.

"So you are leaving?" The elderly goose asked. "Yes we are." Says Izuku. "And we'd appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone about us. We'd prefer to remain unknown for right now."

Mr. Ping nodded, understanding the request. "Of course, your secret is safe with me." He assured them with a smile while Po looked a little saddened.

Noticing this, Izuku says with a smile. "Don't worry, Po. We could come back tomorrow." Po's face lit up at the suggestion. "Really? You'd come back?"

Izuku nodded. "Yeah! Right guys?" He turned to his friends.

Todoroki and Bakugo looked each other before they both nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we can come back tomorrow." Todoroki said while Bakugo grunted.

"Goodnight you two." Said the green hair boy as he and his friends headed out of the shop.

Mr. Ping and Po waved goodbye as the heroes in training left the shop. "Goodnight!" Mr. Ping called out, while Po watched them leave with a hopeful expression.

(To Be Continued).
