What PJ's Characters Are Seeing and Hearing

Explanations will begin in Chapter 7.

The next chapter has references to fanfics, as well as small glimpses of ideas I had, but I don't think I will do

"Hey, Barry. What did Percy say to you that made you tremble?" everyone heard the man in green ask the man in red with the lightning symbol

"That, if I screwed up the time, he'll find out and cut off my legs..."

"WHAT?!" Shouted half-breeds, gods and titans, and other beings on Olympus at what they heard of the man in the reddish suit, from whom the gods could feel a strange energy.

Although the screams were so loud that many half-breeds had ended up deaf for the moment, just as they were brought out of their reverie in the case of the females who ogled the twenty-year-old version of Poseidon and Sally Jackson's son or the men, who did the same with the women who wanted to marry him.

As for the screen, it just went dark

"This is absurd!" exclaimed Zeus, finding what he was witnessing more and more surreal, it was so absurd in his opinion that there were mortals who had the power they had seen, felt or hinted at, so he turned to see his divine children.

"Father, I have already sworn on the Stygian that I have nothing to do with this," said Hermes, noticing his father's particular gaze

"Neither do I, father, I swear by the Stygian," said Apollo, as soon as the King of Olympus' gaze fell on him.

"Who, then?!" Kronos' youngest son declared, "Because there is no way for a mortal to have more power over time than Kronos!"

No one dared to say anything, for it was clear how furious Zeus was at the belief that someone was mocking the gods with what they were seeing. A clear example of this was the ephemeral rays that were coming out of his body or his master ray, as well as the faint smell of ozone.

But among those present there were those who were not afraid of him at all, such as Hades, Poseidon, and others. And the one who was ahead of the others in speaking was Oceanus

"That's because your father was the Harvest Titan, Zeus," His nephew turned to look at him, more furious at his father's reminder, but Oceanus kept talking. "When the gods, along with some Titans, were affected by the beliefs of mortals and split into their Roman and Greek aspects, Some deities lost some domains, and others gained other domains... I guess you all remember it"

The words of the titan brought bitter memories to some gods such as the case of Athena who looked with annoyance at the Romans, to others it was the opposite such as Ares since his Roman side was very important to Rome, although of course with annoyance at how different they both were. On the other hand, some began to think about it, mainly the mestizos since they had not had the opportunity to interact or ask each side about the others, although among the Romans there was also a feeling of bitterness at the reminder that the Greeks were the people of the gods before the Romans.

However, Oceanus and his wife wondered if the alteration they suffered from the two personalities also severely affected the deities' memories, as there was no way they could forget something so important.

"If Kronos gained power over time, it will be fleeting, the only lord of time is the primordial Chronus," the eldest of the titans finished speaking, though his own words also made him consider whether his brother also lost power over his harvest domain. "Besides, we can't make assumptions in a hasty way, because we still don't know what we're looking at."

"My brother is right" Rhea said, before Zeus could say anything, as he tried to prevent chaos from breaking out in the younger son's temperament, which seemed to have become somewhat more volatile in recent decades "We should see more to know what apparently happens with the future of your children" the former queen of the titans finished speaking while looking at her three sons.

"..."

No one said anything, as no one wanted to attract Zeus' fury or anger, let alone get involved in a possible conflict between Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, and/or the greatest of the Titans, who were among the strongest in the pantheon.

But everyone shared the opinion of the former queen, even if for several it was to avoid or delay conflict between her children, while for others it was out of genuine interest.

"Our mother and uncle are right, we should try to find out what's going on," said Hestia, who, like her mother, tried to delay any argument or conflict between her siblings.

"It is clear that much more than we believe, it would take a being of great power to be able to bring us all to Olympus, both to overcome the barriers of Olympus, and to take us out of the place where each of us was," Tethys added, pointing to various facts

"..."

On the other hand, several half-bloods, mainly Greeks, along with several minor gods, were somewhat offended or annoyed that the major gods and titans spoke as if they were not there or their presence did not matter; while others kept an eye on everything that was said to each other.

"You're right, you have to determine what this warning is," Hades was the first to agree. "Much of what we felt or saw doesn't make sense."

Athena was the next to speak, as her uncle beat her to it

"It's true, the feeling of power, what has been mentioned, or the peculiar mortals we saw, are just some of them."

"Personally, I find absurd and impossible what we feel in mortals, not to mention how confusing it all was," Poseidon's heir, his son Triton commented, focusing his thoughts mainly on the people they saw underwater

"We agree, but I want to know who those warriors were, I would have recognized men like them. Men like that would be remembered," said Ares, showing a seriousness that he has rarely shown in the last millennium, unless his Roman personality was the one speaking.

The half-breeds, on the other hand, were trying to put the pieces of everything that was mentioned together, as most of them lacked some of the senses that gods have.

"Is that what matters to you?" asked Artemis in a tone of voice that seemed to be a mixture of disbelief, exasperation, annoyance, or anger.

To the surprise of many, Ares only shrugged his shoulders instead of answering as he usually does, Had those warriors attracted his attention enough to act as he used to do in the golden age of Sparta or during the reign of Leonidas and the decades after, as well as decades before?

"There's also the detail of their souls," Hades said, resuming the conversation, and preventing Artemis from inciting Ares to an argument.

"Souls?"Poseidon asked, though he felt a tingle in his mind as if he knew what his brother was talking about, but he couldn't place what it was.

"Souls grow old, and the souls of your apparent son and the daughter of Zeus seemed to vary in age," Hades said, looking at his two brothers. "It's strange..."

"Visions and omens are not entirely accurate," said Apollo, being the god of prophecy. "Perhaps that was a sign of how long they could live."

"Maybe, but I'm not sure that's it," Hades said

But while the major deities were arguing about everything they had seen, the others present were paying attention to them, as was the case with Sally and Percy Jackson, who were trying to process that apparently the future Perseus would live for centuries, while others like several Greek half-breeds wondered how he had survived so long.

For his part, Zeus had remained silent, listening to what others were saying, but there was the watchful eye of many individuals such as his uncles, who were waiting to see something of ancient Zeus from when the first Titan War occurred... or from the early days when he became king of Olympus, although they were also looking at Poseidon..

Zeus, seeing that his brothers, along with his mother and uncles agreed to see whatever it was they were seeing, as did many more. He knew they couldn't drop the matter, not with Poseidon, Hades, and Oceanus wanting to know what it was, so they had to continue watching what part of him considered a mockery of the gods, while another part that was curious and paranoid considered it as a warning about threats to Olympus... or his reign.

"You are right," Zeus' voice stopped the discussion of the others and attracted everyone's attention, "we must find out what it all means."

His answer made his brothers, as well as others, suspicious because he was acting like someone reasonable, although on the other hand Luke and others again felt the need to find a way to escape, as there was a chance that they would be discovered.

"And how do we do that?" We don't know what this looks like, or how to control it. How do we activate it or...? — Hermes said, pointing to the projection that had gone out, at least until he noticed that it was 'turning on again' —Forget it—

"Does anyone else think it's convenient?" it was Hephaestus who said it

However, Oceanus and his wife looked at several of the gods, they didn't show it, but they were surprised that the gods still could not notice the power of a primordial, how many of their senses have become rusty, lost, or dull over the centuries?

They saw again the 'future' Percy Jackson who looked to be over 30 years old, while the future Calypso with a body of 25 years, in front of the house where they assumed they had been seen talking to the teenage mixed-races, only this time they seemed to be saying goodbye to them

"Alaska?" said Apollo quietly, not entirely sure as he tried to identify the snowy mountains from wherever the future versions of Percy Jackson and Calypso were, comparing it to what he has seen in his chariot of the sun, at least when he is paying attention to his surroundings and not activating the autopilot he asked Hephaestus to create

"Try to follow Percy's advice and you'll do well, or at least a little better," Calypso said to the half-bloods

"Speaking of which, one last piece of advice," Perseus began, "Don't make the same mistake that many half-breeds before you or that almost all gods make..."

Various sensations were felt by those mentioned, and most of them were not pleasant towards the Jackson

"And that's it?" asked one of the teenagers

"Don't underestimate mortals, you might be surprised at what humans are capable of doing or achieving."

Most of the gods found what the older Jackson said absurd or offensive, only a few as in the case of Hades, Rhodes and a few others, could realize that he was saying it for a reason, because they knew what humans were capable of, as in the case of Hades, who knew why many souls ended up in the field of punishment, or Rhodes, who was among the gods who had the most contact with mortals, even if they were only those of her island.

But the absurdity and offense changed when the screen showed things that were not expected...

They saw the man dressed in a black suit, with pointy ears on the mask fighting what they believed to be monsters, as he was fighting a humanoid crocodile

"Is that a mortal?" said a confused Athena, at the creature's appearance, only like the rest they felt a lack of divinity or supernatural sense to warn him

"I think so," Triton said to the goddess, being just as surprised as she and many others

The image changed to show the same man fighting another man who also had a black outfit, but the suit appeared to have hoses attached to different parts of the body. Then they saw him press a button and a yellow liquid flowed down the hoses.

Everyone was amazed when the man had a radical change, he grew more than 2 meters, his muscles grew, with his skin taking on a reddish hue and the other man had to dodge the blows as they now had incredible strength.

"What was that in Hades?!"

"By Jupiter!, what is that?!"

Several exclamations were given by the spectators at what they saw, and most thought that the liquid they saw had to be something created by one of them or someone related to the supernatural in order to cause that change, but the gods could realize that this was not the case, while of the half-blods only the most observant or those who thought about what the son of the sea said before showing these individuals considered the same.

The projection changed again to show a man with an abnormal skin tone, as if he had suffered from frostbite, so the place he was in was in sub-zero temperatures, while he is building a weapon that many found futuristic. Only then did he change the image to show that he was using it to freeze people, from some high-tech lab.

Then the image changed to show another man in a winter coat, using a strange gun with which he was doing the same thing as the previous man, only he was robbing a bank and he didn't freeze them completely, just enough, and there was another one who used another strange weapon, but fire came out of it like a flamethrower.

Many wondered, either aloud or mentally, but the next thing they saw, the half-breeds preferred not to see

"Everyone has something to fear," said a man in a mask that resembled a scarecrow, a man chained to a chair with a terrified look, while the masked man sprayed a small gaseous liquid in his face

"¡AAAAAAAHHHHHH!" The chained man began to scream in complete terror.

They didn't understand exactly what happened at first, but then the screen seemed to split into one to show what the man in the chair saw, a vision straight out of a horrible nightmare

"What the fuck?!"

"What the hell?!"

"For Hades!"

Various exclamations were given at what they saw, only that the image changed to show that scarecrow putting some vials in some machines, before showing them that they were placed in different establishments, such as a bank, a hospital, a police station, among many others, followed by showing the scarecrow pressing what looked like a switch, which activated the devices, from which a barely visible smoke near the machines began to emanate, while the contents of the vials disappeared. And people in the places where the devices were infected with the gas by unknowingly breathing it in.

"¡AAAAAAAHHHHHH!"

"STAY AWAY!"

People screamed in terror, many tried to flee from where they were, while others like the officers fired at what terrified them

No one on Olympus could believe what they saw, as the projection showed what was happening, as well as what each person saw and they were visions taken from Hell

Many mestizos, especially the youngest, as well as mortals were scarred by the horrible images, while others watched in total surprise that a mortal created something without needing anything of supernatural origin, to terrify people and that they began to kill each other out of fear.

Then the image changed to show Percy Jackson again, but this time he appeared to be 25 years old, he was dressed in equipment that appeared to be used by S.W.A.T. but he was not alone in the apparent facility he was in, there was also the man in black clothing and a bat symbol on his chest, as well as a man suspended in the air with some cables and tubes.

"What do you think of my new puppet? What do you think if we take it down?"

A maniacal voice was heard, followed by a horrible laugh, which made the hair stand on end for the half-breeds and mortals, along with some gods.

Dionysus could even feel the madness emanating from the unknown voice, while only Hades and the gods able to see people's souls, realized that the man suspended in the air is the same man who had a radical change for the yellow liquid.

"That's not good" They heard Jackson say when a strange green liquid began to flow through the tubes connected to the man suspended in the air and enter the man's body, who went from having a thin and emaciated body to a huge one, with large muscles, followed by breaking free and attacking the men in front of him

"PER...!" Sally Jackson almost screamed her son's name when she saw his future self being held down by the huge man, who used him to go through a wall, luckily she stopped and covered her mouth so as not to attract attention.

But the picture changed again this time showing again Perseus who now looked to be 19 or 20 years old, with Calypso who looked like she was 17 or 18 years old, an attractive red-haired girl her age and a cyclops

A mortal 12-year-old girl stared at the screen at the redhead as it looked familiar.

On the other hand, the mestizos, gods and others looked attentively at the son of the sea and the cyclops, generating different opinions in them. Opinions that caused the Atlanteans to look again at their king, while the half-breeds, along with various gods wondered why they were not fighting, while some could identify that there was a kinship between the one-eyed being and the demigod. And others wondered again about Calypso's presence

With Calypso thinking or wondering if what was happening on Olympus was a sign that her freedom was near.

But it was also strange the group the counterparts seemed to be talking to.

Perseus, the red-haired woman and the cyclops, were talking to a peculiar group made up of a boy in a red vest who looked like he was 17 years old, another 19-year-old red-haired girl, although her hair looked more orange than red, a 17-year-old boy with black hair with a strange nose, a blond man who was wearing a kind of tuxedo who looked like he was Jackson's age, as well as another man of the same age, but did he have dyed green hair?

And the image changed again to show other individuals or the son of Poseidon with other strangers.

The confusion continues on Olympus, in addition to the fact that several gods begin to feel offended by the 'future' Perseus Jackson, or are in denial and disbelief at what he thinks, at least until they begin to see mortals who are not like most humans.
