An elder Yautja named Bone Claw looked at the hologram before him. Behind him stood two elite Yautja. The current clan leader of the Bone Tribe was going to ascend to clan elder soon. The clan needed a new leader.

The two elite Yautja behind him were candidates for clan leader. Both of them had killed a Queen Xenomorph. Both of them were also twins. The two had always been competing with each other from birth. They were named Bone Hawk and Bone Viper. They were his grandsons.

The hologram displayed an island. The island had humans and Xenomorphs. It was an island designated as a hunting ground for the clan. Usually, capturing humans for breeding Xenomorphs was frowned upon, however, there were a few lenient rules in the honor code for allowing it. Such as if the humans were trespassing.

Two young bloods entered the room. One was the son of Bone Hawk named Bone Feather and the other was the son of Bone Viper named Bone Striker. The two would be going on their first hunt. If they succeeded in their hunt, they would be blooded.

One of the Xenomorph's hives was too numerous. Their numbers needed to be culled. This would be Bone Viper and Bone Striker task. It was a dangerous mission since there were Praetorians prowling around. However, both Bone Hawk and Bone Viper seemed confident in their son.

Elder Bone Claw clicked at the two young bloods. The two nodded at him. They were both prepared for honor or death. With that, Elder Bone Claw gave them permission to begin their hunt.

The two young bloods left and Elder Bone Claw looked at Bone Hawk and Bone Viper. He had come to a decision on how the next clan leader would be picked. After Bone Feather and Bone Striker were blooded or killed, he would have Bone Hawk and Bone Viper compete in a contest.

The contest would be simple, whoever accumulated the most points through killing Xenomorphs by the end of a day would be the next clan leader. Elder Bone Claw spoke of his decision. The two elite predators looked at each other and came to an agreement. They were willing to have this contest to determine the next clan leader.

Down on the island inside the Weyland Ship was a man by the name of Vale. His hair was black and his eyes were blue. He looked experienced and steady.

Everyone on the ship was worried. They all knew supplies wouldn't last forever. As for help, the distress signal was jammed. Whether they liked it or not, they were all going to die.

Even if they wiped out the Xenomorph hive, who's to say the Yautja wouldn't bring in another Xenomorph hive? Who's to say the Yautja would ever let them leave this planet? Most likely, they were all dying on this planet.

Vale opened his necklace. Inside was a picture of his wife and daughter. His daughter had a nasty disease and he needed money to keep her alive, money he could get by joining Weyland. It was a mistake, but one he didn't regret, he knew there was a chance he'd die out in space.

Tears fell from his eyes. A grown man crying, he felt pathetic. Wanting to feel better, he decided to give himself a little pep talk. He wasn't afraid of dying, he was afraid of leaving his wife and daughter behind.

Calming himself, Vale thought of how to get off the planet. The chance of being rescued was low. His best chance was having the Yautja get him off the planet. To do that was simple, he just had to earn honor.

From the classified data he read after the ship crashed, he found out about Yautja traditions. Their belief in attaining honor through hunting strong prey was simple and straightforward. To attain honor, he would have to kill Xenomorphs without any ranged weapons.

It was a stupid idea, but one he was willing to risk his life on. From Vale's perspective, it was either do or die and he rather do than just die. Getting up, Vale looked in the mirror and breathed calmly. It was time, now or never.

He walked out of his room and headed towards the artifact storage. His steps were calm and confident. No one around doubted him, they were all busy doing their tasks.

Arriving in the artifact room, Vale found a Yautja spear. He took it and activated its full form. Deactivating the spear, Vale headed out. Inside his pocket were packets of food. Food that would last him for a long while.

Vale couldn't get far before Allen got in his way. She stood in front of him menacingly. She had seen him take the spear from the cameras. That was not allowed.

"What are you doing, Employee Vale?"

Vale stood stiff frozen, he knew he was caught red-handed. Feeling lost and exposed, Vale decided to tell the truth. If Allen lets her guard down, he should be able to kill her.

Allen listened to Vale's plan of earning honor and getting off the planet through the Yautja. It was a simple and stupid plan, one that could likely work. The chance to test it was right here, collecting data on the Yautjas for Weyland was always encouraged.

"It seems like a splendid idea Vale, let me join you."

Vale became shocked, he couldn't believe what he was hearing. Allen started walking and he followed after her. The two headed out of the ship as they easily got past multiple security guards. Vale became relieved, if Allen wasn't with him, they probably wouldn't have let him through.

The two headed into the forest where the Xenomorphs came from. Not long after they were gone, Ceri received the news. She found out that Allen had gone into the forest with an employee.

"What do you mean they went into the forest?"

"It's exactly as I mean, they also took a Yautja artifact with them."

Ceri couldn't believe what she was hearing. She wanted to deal with the two but resources were running thin. She couldn't afford to send people after the two.

"Give me an immediate report if anything related to them comes up."
