Bone Striker felled another Xenomorph Warrior and roared triumphantly. He was definitely going to be blooded after this hunt. None of the Xenomorphs around would be able to stop him.
A Praetorian appeared and roared. Striker was filled with joy. There was finally a worthy foe. The two ran towards each other. When Striker got close, he quickly made a stance and stabbed forward. The Praetorian grabbed the tip of the spear and the spear pierced its hand. Using its other hand, it swiped at Striker. Striker reacted quickly and blocked with his spear. It spewed acid from its mouth and Striker dodged.
The Praetorian roared and multiple Xenomorph Warriors appeared from the brush. For the first time since Striker started this hunt, he felt pressure. The threat of death loomed over him. He thought quickly and swiftly. Running quickly, he jumped and scaled up a tree. With the high ground, he prepared for battle as the Xenomorphs rushed up the tree.
Striker struck the first Xenomorph that came close and they fell screeching to the ground. The Praetorian made some distance and charged at the tree with the intention of slamming it down. Striker saw the sight and jumped to another tree.
The tree he used to be on fell towards the ground. Another Praetorian appeared. It seems the Xenomorph hive had no intention of letting him live. The Praetorian grabbed a Warrior and threw it towards Striker. Striker dodged and the Warrior fell to the ground.
The two Praetorians charged at the tree he was on. Striker quickly reacted and jumped to another tree. One of the Praetorians suddenly turned and rammed into the tree he was about to jump on. Striker lost footing and fell towards the ground.
With that, it was either do or die. Striker quickly got up and stabbed his spear into the Praetorian chest before it could pounce on him. The Praetorian tanked the hit and pushed on. The other Praetorian closed in and tried to pounce on Striker. Striker quickly rolled away and activated another spear.
Xenomorphs from all sides surrounded Striker. Adrenaline rushed through Striker's body. He would be a nobody if he died here but he would definitely be a somebody if he survived this.
Allen and Vale appeared from a brush and looked at the sight before them. The two did not know that Tanya's hive had pushed their territory into enemy hive territory after the enemy hive lost a great number of Xenomorphs during their siege on the fallen spaceship.
There was an awkward silence for a moment before multiple Xenomorphs rushed at Allen and Vale. Feeling a great amount of pressure off himself, Striker quickly reacted and attacked a nearby Xenomorph Drone. He would cull the weaker Xenomorphs before facing the two Praetorians.
The two Praetorians were annoyed by Allen and Vale's entrance but prioritized Striker who was the biggest threat. Seeing so many Xenomorphs, Allen drew another sword and proceeded to dual-wield against the onslaught of Xenomorphs. She danced beautifully and diced up the Xenomorphs.
Vale was awed at the sight but quickly regained himself as a Drone rushed at him. With fear, the will to live, and adrenaline rushing through his body, he stabbed his spear forward. The sharp spear pierced into the Xenomorph skull and it died.
The other two Praetorians saw the sight of Allen massacring their kin. One split off and rushed at Allen. Striker saw and focused on the lone Praetorian rushing at him. When the Praetorian got close, he stabbed his spear towards its mouth. The Praetorian tried to block with its arm but it was too late. Striker pierced his spear into its mouth.
The Praetorian screeched hoarsely and stabbed its tail into Striker's stomach. It then became lifeless and fell to the ground. Striker pulled out its tail and grabbed his bleeding wound. Other Xenomorphs quickly closed in on Striker. Striker endured the pain and faced them.
Allen looked at the Praetorian rushing at her. Without a doubt, she knew her sword would not be able to cut it. Letting go of her swords, Allen drew her sniper. She fired and the Praetorian smartly dodged. The bullet tore through the Praetorian's arm. The Praetorian didn't seem to care and slammed Allen to the ground.
It shot its tail down towards Allen's face and she quickly moved her head to the side. The Praetorian grabbed Allen's head with one hand. Vale rushed in at the Praetorian with his spear. The Praetorian saw and spewed acid at him. Vale quickly dodged and avoided death. Allen took the distraction to pull out a hyper dagger and stabbed the Praetorian in the face. The Praetorian quickly backed away from her with a roar of pain.
Taking the chance to look around, the Praetorian saw that many of its kin had fallen. Its fellow Praetorian who had not been a Warrior for long had also fallen. The Praetorian looked up at the sky and roared desperately.
Far away, Tanya stomped her foot down on Bone Feather's head. She heard the First Praetorian's desperate call for help. It seemed the Third Praetorian had fallen. Nothing too surprising, the Third Praetorian was quite young after all.
Tanya glanced down at Bone Feather. Bone Feather prepared for his death. This four-armed Praetorian had easily deflected his flying Shurikens with its hands alone. Using its tail, it easily pressured Bone Feather into revealing openings. Openings which it used to easily dominate Bone Feather. The fight did not feel like a fight at all, more like an adult Yautja bullying a child Yautja.
Tanya did not want to kill the Alien below her. She didn't know what kind of trouble or revenge would come for her if she did. It was a troubling, very troubling.
Bone Feather tried to move his arm and Tanya stomped on it. Tanya then turned and rushed toward the first Praetorian. Bone Feather felt relieved at being alive. Then shame came over him. It was a shame so great he knew he had no honor left. The four-armed Praetorian had dishonored him. He had to regain his honor back. But deep inside, he knew he would be humiliated again if he fought the four-armed Praetorian again.
