AN: I bet you also wasted time reading this sentence, away5826 XD. Also, I'll be taking a break and will be back some other time.

On a Yautja ship, many Elder Yautjas gathered around. They were all looking at a monitor that displayed an Elite Yautja by the name of Hide Rage landing on the island.

Hide Rage was not on a mission but a hunt. It was a hunt where he could give up as a coward, die with honor, or gloriously succeed. His Hide Clan had given up a hefty price of valuable hunting grounds in order to let him hunt as the first Elite Yautja. He would do everything in his power to not shame them.

Claws, plasmacaster, combistick, wrist gauntlet, shurikens, and other technology for hunting were all equipped on him. As for dying by blowing himself up to destroy the technology on him, that was disabled. The planet was on full lockdown so there was no need.

His target was a Xenomorph by the name of Paragon. It was a name that wouldn't be given to a weak Xenomorph. A hologram of Paragon was displayed on his wrist gauntlet. From what he had heard, Paragon was able to go toe to toe with an Elite Yautja named Bone Viper when it was just a Praetorian.

Although its capability seemed exaggerated, he had to believe it. There was no room for doubting his prey. If he doubted his prey, he himself might become the prey.

The location of Paragon was not given to him. In the hunt, finding and knowing the location of your prey was important. He would have to do his best to track Paragon before hunting it.

Up on the Yautja ship, Hide Rage knew only the Elders were watching him. The other Elite Yautjas weren't allowed to watch as they would gain an unfair advantage if they started hunting.

From the Elders's words, he had three days to track down and kill Paragon. If he failed to do so in three days, he would be forced back up onto the ship.

Hide Rage turned on his cloaking and climbed up a tree. He looked around the island for a higher vantage point and found a giant hill in the distance. Quickly and silently, Hide Rage moved towards the hill. On the way, he encountered no Xenomorph.

Climbing the giant hill, he soon reached the top and looked around the island. He could see the sea south of him and the endless forest north of him. Thinking for a moment, he had a choice. He could slowly encircle around the island and close inland or just go inland straight away. Making a decision, Hide Rage decided to head inland immediately.

In Tanya's cavern which could be called a lair, Ceri stared at the limbless Xenomorph Queen. It was currently being tortured for Royal Jelly. Ceri wondered how it was brought down by Angel.

Xenomorph Queens were apexes among Xenomorphs. Their combat capability was quite high. The most special thing about them was their capability to quickly lay eggs and create Facehuggers using an Ovipositor.

A single Xenomorph Queen could quickly dominate a planet if left alone. The standard Drones were built to survive most things. Which made them highly adaptive. If there was a creature too strong for the Drones, they would simply overwhelm the creature with numbers.

The inner jaw of a Xenomorph was quite powerful and could deliver powerful blows. If there was a creature the Drones and Praetorians couldn't handle, the Queen would step in. A single swing of the Queen's tail could heavily injure an opponent. This wasn't including the inner jaw and other arsenals of the Xenomorph Queen. Without a doubt, Xenomorphs were born to thrive and survive.

At the human settlement, there was a woman by the name of Gail. She was an engineer who fixed faulty equipment on the fallen Weyland Ship. If the fallen Weyland ship had arrived at its destination, she would have been promoted to an engineer who was allowed to build things instead of just fixing them.

It had always been a dream of hers to build whatever she wanted. The thing was she didn't have enough money for her dream. Joining Weyland Yutani to hone her skill in engineering while also making money was killing two birds with one stone. Until the ship fucking crashed. Now she didn't even have a stone.

The synths had been heavily suppressing them. All because of Captain Ceri's order. She couldn't stand it anymore. Who knew if Captain Ceri had made a deal with the Xenomorph Queen to save her life while making everyone else breeding hosts for that strange Xenomorph Queen?

Gail couldn't and wouldn't stand it. She would not die with a Chestburster coming out of her chest. She would die her own way, guns blazing in glory. With her mind set, Gail equipped the Power Suit she made. In her hand was a Smartgun she had managed to steal from the synths.

Going outside of her house, Gail started firing at the nearest synths. The synths around were quickly alerted and moved towards her. Other people in their homes quickly made a decision and joined Gail.

At the site of the fallen Weyland ship, Tanya scoured through the wreckage and found what she was looking for, Yautja artifacts. They were made of alloys highly resistant to Xenomorph acid and highly refined. If she could cover her body with the alloy, she would have more protection.

Tanya picked up a combistick and opened her jaw. Using her inner jaw, she crunched on the combistick. After a while, she was able to eat the remnant of the combistick. Picking up another Yautja artifact, she crunched on it.

She ate every single artifact she could find until there was none left. Looking around, she headed in the direction of a beach. After such a crunching, she deserved a break under the warm sun. Hopefully, nothing would annoy her.
