With the danger seemingly passed, as well as the sight of the brimstone cathedral dissolving around them, the heroes and heroines of Witchelny reverted back to their normal forms, while those who had arrived to this world for the first time saw the barrier around them fade, and quickly made their way down the chasm as to meet with their friends, eager to find out what was going on.

Seeing that the battle was over, and overcome with excitement to see their old friend once more, Veemon, Gatomon, the Agumon duo, Biyomon, Guilmon, Lalamon, Gumdramon, Gatchmon, Dokamon and Musimon rushed toward Arcanadramon as they called with a shared happiness. "Arcanadramon!"

Still kneeling and keeping a smile, the mystic Digimon outstretched his hands and caught the group with a massive hug.

Giving a heartful laugh as he held the group close, the Dark and Light Digimon looked upon the mystical Digimon with curiosity as though never seeing Aracanadramon in such an excited mood.

"My friends, I have missed you all." Arcanadramon confessed with a smile as Renamon, Shoutmon and Mervamon then joined the group, with Davis, Kari, the other heroes and heroines and their other friends approached the scene with smiles of their own, with those returning to Witchelny feeling warmth to see their old friend once again, while those new smiled themselves at the warm and endearing scene.

After a moment, and after Arcanadramon released his welcoming hold on the group, Veemon looked to see ArchAbbottessmon approaching the group, the Digimon of Miracles moving ahead so he could speak for himself and his friends.

"Thank you for your aid and..." Veemon started to say kindly, wishing to thank the Light Digimon for her and her forces coming to their aid.

However, much to his surprise, and the surprise of most watching, Veemon was then silenced as ArchAbbottessmon quickly grabbed him and pulled him into a tight hug.

"I've missed you so much, my brave hero!" The Light Digimon all but squealed, the sight leaving most of the heroes, heroines and their friends looking awkwardly at the sight, especially to the sight of Veemon's flailing arms as his face was unintentionally pressed between ArchAbbottessmon's breasts.

While most remained in shock, Arcanadramon closed his eyes as his left eyebrow twitched in annoyance, while Kari looked down at Gatomon and could see her feline partner glaring at ArchAbbottessmon with a look that told anyone that if the Light Digimon didn't let her mate go, then Gatomon would turn her into a scratching post, regardless of being a Mega or an ally.

However, before the Digimon of Light could say anything, the mannerisms of ArchAbbottessmon brought back memories for the heroes and heroines of Witchelny, of another feline Digimon from the Light Tribe, one that aided them many times during their adventure.

"Nyarukimon?!" Davis, Kari and the other heroes and heroines questioned in a shared awe and surprise, their reaction causing the newcomers to look at them curiously..

Instantly, ArchAbbottessmon gently released Veemon from her hold and placed him on the ground, not minding in the slightest as Veemon stumbled backwards in a further daze.

Clearing her throat and acting like nothing happened, the Light Digimon then bowed her head and said with absolute sincerity. "Yes, my old friends, it is good to see you all after so long."

Left in shock as they realized this was Nyarukimon's Mega form, which she most likely achieved during their two thousand year absence, Davis and the others then watched as ArchAbbottessmon then approached Arcanadramon and assisted him to his feet.

"I thought you said you were over it." The mystic Digimon said with an annoyed tone, which caused ArchAbbottessmon to sweatdrop slightly.

"Sorry, but after seeing Veemon after so long, I just couldn't help myself." The Light Digimon replied with an innocent smile, one that caused Arcanadramon to roll his eyes toward ArchAbbottessmon's antics.

Watching the interaction between the two, Zoe and a few of the other girls wondered what had happened between Arcanadramon and ArchAbbottessmon over the years, leaving them eager for some gossip.

However, any thoughts to questions were halted when Arcturusmon approached the group, the Dark Tribe's Champion looking between the heroes, before looking back at Arcanadramon with a growing cynicism

"As much as I'd love to stay and chat, I need to report back about what has happened." The Dark Digimon said with a sarcasm expressed within his tone, this causing Davis and the others to roll their eyes at seeing that even as a Mega Level Digimon, the dark champion's attitude remained the same.

"And we'll return to Mt. Broken and inform the Tribal Leaders." Arcanadramon informed, before he suddenly expressed a pain filled groan, which he pushed through and said. "Though, I do not believe I can teleport us the entire way at this time."

"We have several wagons ready to transport the wounded, perhaps you and the heroes can travel with them until you regain your strength?" ArchAbbottessmon suggested, her offer earning a nod from Arcanadramon, who looked towards his old friends, each of whom nodded in reply and agreement, while the newcomers knew that they would have to tag along for the ride.

.

.

.

Not too long afterwards, the heroes, heroines and their friends found themselves in the back of a massive wooden wagon, dragged by a pair of HolyGriffomon pulling the cart as ArchAbbottessmon sat ahead and directed the winged Digimon, accompanied by nearly a dozen other HolyGriffomon guided wagons carrying the wounded from the battle.

Due to the size of the wagons, and the weight of those within them, the HolyGriffomon walked upon their talons instead of using their wings and taking flight.

Although this was a slowed pace, this allowed those within the wagons a better sense of comfort as they continued on their journey.

With his back to ArchAbbottessmon, Arcanadramon rested his head against the back of the driver's seat as Jeri sat by his side, her hands glowing with green Nature energy as she healed and tended to the injuries of the drained mystic Digimon, while the other humans, Digimon and Appmon watched on in awe, especially Izzy and Thomas, who shared an equal curiosity about the energies Jeri was able to manifest and to control.

"Thank you, Jeri, I am feeling much better now." Arcanadramon told the brown haired Tamer, who smiled warmly in reply, before she sat back beside Takato, the brunette happy that she was able to assist her friend in easing his pain.

"It was good that you all arrived when you did, otherwise I doubt we could have survived that battle." The mystic Digimon commented as he looked upon the heroes and heroines, which earned sincere smiles from Davis, Veemon and the others.

However, it was at that moment that Davis' eyes widened, before slapping his forehead in annoyance, this causing everyone to look at him as Kari, who had rested herself upon his chest, looked upon him and asked in concern. "Davis, are you alright?"

"Yeah, just... we got so caught up in being back and that battle that we forgot there are people here who haven't been to Witchelny before." Davis said in reply, before looking at TK and the other newcomers, expressing a shy apology. "Sorry guys."

Taking in Davis' words, Kari and the other heroes and heroines of Witchelny sweatdropped as they realised that he was right, the small error causing Tai and the others to chuckle nervously in reply.

From her perspective, and her obsession with being the centre of attention, Airu was about to explode, to chastise Tagiru and his friends for ignoring them, for ignoring her during all of the chaos.

However, before the blonde haired Digimon Hunter could speak, Yuu cut in and said with an understanding in his voice. "Given what we just witnessed, I think we can all understand."

Seeing the others who stood with her back within Jeri's barrier nod in agreement, Airu just huffed and sat back against the cart, while Opossumon giggled at her partner's annoyed and jealous antics, that she could no longer be the centre of attention.

"I guess we should start first." Tai said as he gestured toward Izzy and Tentomon, before the Digidestined of Courage then introduced his friends with a familiar kindness. "This is the Digidestined of Knowledge, Izzy Izumi, and his partner, Tentomon."

"A pleasure to meet your acquaintance." Izzy said, reflecting the respect expressed through the original Digidestined of Courage.

"Glad to meet you all." Tentomon added as he waved his hand towards everyone.

"And this is the Digidestined of Sincerity, Mimi Tachikawa and her Digimon, Palmon." Sora then informed as she gestured toward Mimi and Palmon with her own kindness and warmth.

Reacting to Sora's friendly personality, the Digidestined and Digimon of Sincerity bowed respectfully toward everyone present.

"It's very nice to meet all of you." Mimi and Palmon said in unison, before both girls gave light giggles at having mimicked one another's actions, their shared warmth earning smiles from Tai and his friends.

Continuing where Sora had left off, Kari then gestured toward TK, Patamon, Catherine and Floramon as she made her own introductions, informing them with a warm smile. "This is the Digidestined of Hope, TK Takaishi, and his partner, Patamon, along with their girlfriends, Catherine Deneuve and her partner, Floramon."

"Nice to meet you all." TK said with a smile as Patamon waved at them, his cuteness winning many of the girls, while Airu began to think of ways to capture the Digimon of Hope so she could add him to her collection.

"Salut!" Catherine and Floramon said as one, before giving the group a light bow as to show their respect and kindness, while blushing at being referred to as the girlfriends of the Digidestined and Digimon of Hope respectively.

"And these two are the Digidestined of Knowledge and Responsibility, Cody Hida, and his partner, Armadillomon." Davis then informed with a confident smile as he gestured to Cody and his partner, where Cody bowed respectively to everyone before him.

"It's nice to meet all of you." Cody said to everyone, while Armadillomon brought up his right paw and said with his own friendly tone. "Howdy y'all!"

Continuing to introduce the newcomers to Witchleny, Takato took his turn as he gestured towards Henry, Suzie and their Digimon, where the leader of the Digimon Tamers then introduced them. "This is Henry and Suzie Wong, as well as their partners, Terriermon and Lopmon."

"Pleasure to meet all of you." Henry said as he bowed lightly in respect, an action mirrored by Suzie and Lopmon as the younger of the Wong siblings added. "We've heard so much about all of you."

As Lopmon bowed softly, showing her calm composure as she sat within Suzie's lap, Terriermon was far more energetic.

Jumping up and on top of Henry's head, Terriermon said with further enthusiasm. "It's really awesome to meet you all!"

"Yes... I've heard of you." Arcanadramon remarked as he chuckled lightly toward Terriermon's antics, before allowing the introductions to continue.

"And this lump head is Kazu Shioda and his partner, Guardromon." Rika said with a sigh as she gestured towards Kazu, who glared back at her for her comment.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" The less rational Tamer questioned, while Guardromon ignored his partner's familiar antics and bowed respectively, adding with a sincere tone. "A pleasure to meet you all. And I do apologize for Kazu, for this and all future provocations."

Chuckling themselves to the exchange amongst the Digimon Tamers, Takuya then took over, the Warrior of Flame gesturing toward the Warriors of Ice and of Darkness and said. "This is the Warrior of Ice, Tommy Himi, and the Warrior of Darkness, Koichi Kimura."

"Nice to meet you all." Both Tommy and Koichi said together, hoping that things would be ok for them in this new world.

From his position and hearing the title, TK's eyes widened as he looked to Koichi, the Digidestined of Hope feeling slightly apprehensive to have someone known as the Warrior of Darkness amongst his friends, before relaxing as he remembered the dark armoured lion Digimon that aided them during the battle with Quartzmon, this allowing TK to calm down and trust in his friends over his own doubts.

Continuing on, Marcus gestured toward Thomas and Gaomon, adding with a smug expression. "And this brainiac is Thomas Norstein, the egghead we talked about last time, and his partner, Gaomon."

Showing their discipline and ignoring Marcus' teasing, Thomas and Gaomon bowed before everyone, the duo saying with a shared respect and friendliness. "It's nice to meet you all."

Continuing with the introductions and speaking on behalf of the Fusion Fighters and Digimon Hunters, Nene gestured toward Yuu and Damemon, informing those around her with a smile. "This is my younger brother, Yuu, and his partner, Damemon."

"Nice to meet everyone." Yuu said with a smile, happy to meet those her sister, her boyfriend and Mikey told him about, while Damemon added with his familiar cheery tone. "It's so amazing to meet you all, so many new friends!"

Gesturing to Airu and Opossumon, meanwhile, Tagiru then said with a small grin. "And this is his psychotic girlfriend, Airu Suzaki, and her partner, Opossumon."

"Watch who you call psycho, Goggle-boy." Airu said with a growl as she glared at Tagiru, only to lose her anger and gulp lightly to see Nene looking back at her with a fire in her eyes.

"Don't call my boyfriend a Goggle-boy or we're going to have trouble, you got it?" The brown haired idol asked with a tone that left no room for argument, causing Airu to let out a fearful yelp and move back and behind Yuu for protection, this causing the younger of the Amano siblings to sweatdrop, while the others watched the interaction and blinked in confusion.

Meanwhile, Kari, Zoe, Jeri, Sora, Yoshi and Eri each gained sly expressions upon their faces, to see how Nene quickly acted as Tagiru's loving girlfriend and acted to defend the man she loved, leaving the girls wondering how things have been for the pair since they last saw them.

"It's nice to meet you all." Opossumon commented, the balloon dangling Digimon ignoring her partner's plight as she bowed lightly and allowed the introductions to continue.

Ignoring the creeped feeling they got from the way Nene glared at the blonde haired girl, Haru and Astora finished the introductions as the green haired Appli Driver told his friends with his usual friendly voice. "And this is Rei Katsura, who we told you guys about before."

"And this is his cool partner, Hackmon!" Astora finished as he gestured towards the pair, posing beside Hackmon and highlighting the attention toward the cloaked Appmon.

"Nice to meet you." Veemon said as he outstretched his hand towards the dark hooded Appmon, who stared at the hand for a moment, before lifting his right paw and taking the hand in a small handshake.

"So you're Rei?" Davis asked with a smile, the Digidestined of Courage and Friendship expressing the shared kindness of his Digimon partner as he told the dark haired boy. "We've heard a lot about you."

"Likewise." Rei merely said back, looking away as he was unsure how he and Hackmon got dragged into this situation, while wondering if Hajimi would be alright while he was seemingly stuck in this new world.

"If you're worried about your little brother, from what Haru and the others told me before, he should be in good hands." The Digidestined of Miracles then said in a confident tone, expressing a continued trust and sincerity toward Rei.

Looking at Davis and expressing his surprise, but to see that the maroon haired boy meant what he said, Rei flashed Davis a small smile.

"It is a pleasure to meet you all at last." Arcanadramon stated, adding with a smile. "I am Arcanadramon, Arch Mystic of Witchelny and the one who guided your friends the last time they were in this world."

"Nice title." Gatchmon said as he processed the title within his memory banks, before Shoutmon, after clearing his throat, spoke his mind.

"It's good and all that we are back, and with new friends, but..." The Digimon King began to say, before looking at Arcanadramon and then yelled with a growing concern within his voice. "What the hell were those things back there?! You said that they weren't Digimon or Appmon, and I can see that!"

"They looked like they crawled out of hell or something!" Kazu remarked as he too remained freaked out by the appearance and the wicked power of the infernal creatures.

Seeing the humans, Digimon and Appmon looking toward him, Arcanadramon expressed a defeated sigh, before explaining to those present. "In truth, we are still learning what we can about these... invaders."

"The first sightings began over a thousand years ago, small reports of void rifts opening, of strange creatures being seen and then disappearing just as quickly, which I believe was them attempting to form in our world through the breaches." The Mystic Digimon then told the heroes and heroines present.

"It looked like they were not just coming out of the void rifts, but that they were somehow made from the Void." Eri commented as she recalled how the creatures manifested, before the pink haired idol adding as she looked toward her friends. "I thought nothing could survive in the void."

"Almost nothing..." Davis said in reply, expressing a seriousness within tone.

Looking toward the maroon haired Digidestined and Kari with silent understanding, the others knew that they were thinking of their fallen counterparts, remembering that the pair spent over five hundred years within that chaotic abyss.

"Indeed." Arcanadramon said, before continuing with his explanation. "As the years went by, the sighting became more and more consistent, before the fiends began to attack villages, cities, anything that stood in their path. Today was the largest incursion to date, and the first time one of their leaders was present."

"They are Digital beings, but they appear to be created from the energies of the Void, as if that chaotic force is what keeps them together." The Mystic Digimon theorized, adding as he looked amongst the others. "Likewise, from what we have gathered from their battle cries, conversations and so forth, they refer to themselves as the Legions, each apparently unique in their methods and tactics."

"Wait... there are more of them?!" Tai questioned in shock, which was shared by the others as they saw Arcanadramon regretfully nod in reply.

"We have encountered creatures from at least four distinct Legions, with the one you saw today referring to themselves as the Infernal Legion, led by that being, the Burning King." The Mystic Digimon said in reply.

As he looked at his staff, he added with a growing seriousness. "I fear what will happen when their armies can stay in our world longer, or what will happen when their full might is unleashed. Seeing what the Burning King was capable of, I fear what his power, along with that of the other Legion Leaders, will do. We still don't know what they are after or why they are invading, but whatever the reason, innocents will suffer if they succeed."

"Not to sound overconfident, but last time I remember Witchelny forming a kickass army to deal with the threats to this world." Marcus remarked as he and the other heroes and heroines remembered the united Tribal army that fought alongside them against the Dark Lady and her wicked servants.

"After a thousand years of peace, unfortunately, the armies have been disbanded." Arcanadramon informed his friends, before adding as he saw the shock in their faces. "All that remains are militias to defend the borders, like the forces that aided us from the Dark and Light Tribes today."

"There are the Orders, however." ArchAbbottessmon then said, expressing some hope within her voice as she looked over her shoulder and expressed her eagerness to join in on the conversation, where Arcanadramon snorted at her response.

"The Orders... they are too focused on trying to outdo one another then focus on what is important, unless something can be done with them, they cannot help." The Mystic Digimon replied with disdain in his voice, which seemed to confuse the various heroes and heroines present.

"The Orders... like the Orders you told us that once defended Witchelny?" Veemon asked as he recalled the tales that their friend had told them about during their previous adventure.

Pushing his disdain back, Arcanadramon gained a small smile as he then informed his friends. "Yes. Each of the Tribes has formed at most three Orders, each dedicated to protecting Witchelny from those that seek to harm it."

"And while they are focusing on the invaders, they all have different views on how to deal with the threat, to the point that they refuse to work together and even fight amongst themselves. I have tried for years to break this... stalemate between them, but their Grand Masters are some of the most stubborn individuals I have ever met." The Mystic Digimon then said, his words receiving understanding nods from Davis and the others in reply.

"Perhaps the return of the heroes will change their minds." ArchAbbottessmon then remarked, before the Light Digimon then said, expressing a further hope within her voice. "And perhaps they can help the... political drama as well."

"Do we need to ask about that?" Mikey questioned, the Red General not liking the way ArchAbbottessmon seemed to express her words.

"Later, but for now, we should be getting close to Mt. Brocken." Arcanadramon said as he looked over his shoulder, seeing the caravan of wagons slowly approaching a lone mountain within the distance.

"I take it the school is still running?" Takato asked curiously as he and the others more familiar with Witchleny remembered the magic school of Witchelny, and the friends they had made.

"Yes, but Mt. Brocken has evolved since the last time you were here." Arcanadrmaon said in reply, adding as he explained. "It has become a city, the centre of government and commerce in Witchelny, where the Tribal Leaders now meet to discuss and make decisions about the future of our world."

"It's also the headquarters of the Arcane Circle, the most elite of the Orders, which our dear Arch Mystic of Witchelny serves as the Grand Master of." ArchAbbottessmon then added with a small tease within her voice, this causing Arcanadramon to growl lightly in annoyance to the way she said his title.

"You don't have to say it so crudely." Arcanadramon growled, this earning a light laugh from the Light Digimon.

"A wife is allowed to tease her husband." ArchAbbottessmon said with a further tease in her voice, her comment earning a loud squeal of excitement from Kari, Gatomon, Sora, Biyomon, Jeri, Zoe, Nene, Yoshi and Eri as the girls began bombarding both Arcanadramon and ArchAbbottessmon on their relationship, leaving the Mystic Digimon flustered, while ArchAbbottessmon chuckled lightly as they slowly approached their destination.

.

.

.

Finally reaching the top of the mountain and looking into the crater below that housed the Magic School of Witchelny, Davis and the other heroes and heroines, as well as the newcomers, all shared in their awe to see that Arcanadramon's words did in fact ring true.

From the humble castle the heroes and heroines had remembered from their last adventure, the group now saw a massive city, with an even larger castle that rested within the centre.

While tall buildings and long pathways spread out around the crater, banners of the Ten Tribes of Witchelny could be seen spread upon the buildings and archways, each flowing with the blowing breeze and furthering the amazement within the humans, Digimon and Appmon.

Exiting the carts and making sure that the wounded were left in good hands, the group then followed Arcanadramon and ArchAbbottessmon as they made their way toward the castle.

As they continued to follow their mystic guides, however, Davis, Kari and those who had visited Witchelny before smiled nervously as the Digimon around them looked upon them with a shared awe and amazement.

"It's them...!"

"The Legendary Heroes have returned...!"

"Veemon is even cuter in real life...!"

While ignoring the whispers and praises from their awe passers, especially the ones regarding Veemon and the other male Digimon and Appmon heroes, Hackmon then asked with a fair/growing curiosity. "If it has been two thousand years for them since you left, how do they recognize you all?"

While most of the group shugged in response and shared in this confusion, uncertain to the answer, Arcanadramon and ArchAbbottessmon merely smiled as they led their friends on, the pair looking forward to seeing their reaction to the surprise they had in store for them.

Eventually passing through the gates of the castle and entering a massive courtyard, the mystical duo led the group towards a pathway, where Davis, Tai, Kari and the other heroes and heroines, along with their friends, were in awe to see a long pathway lined with large gold statues on pedestals.

Looking to the first pedestal, the group saw statues of Davis and Veemon posing, while being them, two large statues of MagnaVeedramon and MagnaVeedramon: Divine Mode who were posed in great looking battle stances, the four having seemingly been made to honour the duo of Miracles and their achievements.

Next to them and upon another pedestal were two golden statues of Kari and Gatomon.

As sweet as Gatomon looked and as elegant they had made Kari within her image, behind the statues of the Digimon and Digidestined of Light stood Lightbearer Ophanimon, who was posed to show her divine beauty and strength.

Across from the statues of Davis, Kari and their partners were statues of Tai, Agumon and Samudramon.

Sharing their own heroics as reflected within Davis and Veemon's statue, the Digidestined and Digimon of Courage seemed almost to radiate with might, to express a great determination to those who gazed upon it.

The next line of statues held the appearances of Sora, Biyomon and SacredPhoenixmon.

Going for a sweeter and softer side toward the Digidestined of Love and showing her warm kindness as her statue held Biyomon warmly, SacredPhoenixmon looked ready to battle, looking almost lively and ready to shoot from the pedestal and into the skies above.

Sharing in the awe of the Digidestined, the Digimon Tamers, new and old to Witchleny, found the sights of the next line of statues just as amazing and inspirational, the first consisting of statue forms of Takato, Guilmon and Medieval Gallantmon.

Looking at the Takato and Guilmon statues and seeing the familiar kindness, warmth and strength within their expressions, there were mixed feelings of pride and of awe directed to the leader of the Digimon Tamers and his partner.

However and across from the statues of Takato, Guilmon and Medieval Gallantmon were statues of Rika, Renamon and MysticSakuyamon, which surprised the Digimon Tamers new to Witchelny to see the Rika statue expressing such elegance within her form, while retaining her recognizable strength as she stood alongside the Renamon and MysticSakuyamon statues.

Bypassing the statues of Takato, Guilmon, Rika and Renamon stood a magnificent statue, one which showed Jeri and her great might.

Dressed in robes like some arch mystic, but showing her floating between circles of elemental energy, as though displaying the magical master she had obtained while within Witchelny, the statue reflected Jeri's inspiring strength and elegance.

Across from the statue of Jeri, two pedestals showed statues of Takuya and CrimsonAldamon set upon one, while the other held statues of Zoe and GaleSilphymnon, showing the friendly nature of their human forms, while also displaying the battle readiness of their Digimon forms.

Nearby, another pedestal showed statues of Marcus and his Agumon, showing their own familiar might and eagerness for battle, while behind them, a statue of Marcus in his Digi-armoured form posed with his burning sword placed in the ground, giving him a far more regal appearance.

Next to the statues of Marcus and Agumon held the immortalized figure of Yoshi, who held Lalamonand allowed both of their kind smiles to be seen.

But also showing their unquestionable strength was another statue of Yoshi, who stood with grace and pride within her Digi-armoured form.

Across from them, a pedestal held statues of Mikey and Shoutmon, who stood with smiles as LordShoutmon stood behind them with his sword drawn, looking like a natural born leader, while on the pedestal next to theirs, statues of Tagiru and Gumdramon were posing as ShaolinArresterdramon stood proudly behind them.

Purposefully positioned next to Tagiru and Gumdramon's statues, another pedestal rested, which showed the statues of Nene, who was set within a friendly pose and a soft smile, while Mervamon stood closely by her side, a proud smile on her face as her sword rested upon her shoulders.

Meanwhile and behind them, the statue of AncientMervamon stood proudly with her sword drawn, as though ready to strike at any who dared oppose her and her allies.

Further down the path and earning the awe of the Appli Drivers, three final pedestals stood, the first containing statues of Haru, Gatchmon and Sagemon, which reflected the friendly nature of Haru and of his Appmon partner, while also displaying the power of Sagemon as he seemed to float above them.

The second held statues of Eri and Dokamon, both having their right arms raised in the air and with their familiar fist bump pose, behind the pair stood ShogunOujamon, who looked far more disciplined with their weapons set within their hands and stood in a battle pose.

Finally, upon the last pedestal, statues of Astora and Musimon were set in their more infamous poses, their thumbs up and big grins upon their enthusiastic faces, while the statue of BardMusimon was posed behind of them, his guitar in hand and looked like he was strumming out one of his rhythmic attacks.

Continuing down the path, the heroes, heroines and their friends remained in silent awe, taking in the displays around them.

However, that silence was then broken as Kazu commented absentmindedly as he continued to look over the statue of Rika. "Wow, this statue shows more emotion than the real Rika."

The next moment, the brown haired Tamer let out a startled and pain filled yelp as he received a slap to the back of the head, turning and looking nervously to see the red haired Tamer glaring at him with a silent promise of more pain.

Shaking their heads to the interaction, Davis and the others then turned and looked down the path, their eyes widening to see that it led to another sculpture, one that seemed to be at the centre of the courtyard.

Arriving before the sculpture and as Arcanadramon and ArchAbbottessmon stopped, this allowed their friends to see what was made in their honour.

Presented before the humans, Digimon and Appmon was a massive diorama, with one side showing the heroes and heroines of Witchelny in their battle forms and charging into battle, while seemingly opposing them and moving from what appeared to be a mass of darkness, were three familiar beings, with the centre being charging at MagnaVeedramon: DM.

Between the two groups of statues, a pedestal could be seen, one that caught Davis and Veemon's attention as they saw a familiar item embedded within, to see the Sword of Helios.

Seeing the sculptures, and remembering from the incident in New York, Mimi looked at Davis and teased lightly. "You aren't letting this get to your head, are you?"

Instead of seeing him fluster, however, Mimi's smirk faded as she saw only a solemn look upon Davis' face, who looked at her and with a small smile, before looking at the first of the three statues, one that seemed to be charging at Lightbearer Ophanimon.

"That was the Dark Lady, a version of Kari, who fell to darkness and nearly destroyed this world, just so she could bring her Davis back." The Digidestined of Miracles informed his friends, before looking at the bone armoured figure charging at MagnaVeedramon: DM and adding with the same solemn expression. "And that was her Davis, who desired to destroy not just Witchelny, but everything after we defeated her."

Hearing this, TK and the other newcomers looked to the two statues that were mentioned, before looking amongst their friends that had been to this world in the past and to see the same sadness within their expressions, knowing that to them, it was not an easy thing to put down two lost souls.

However, Shoutmon's expression then turned into anger as he looked to the last statue, a grim reaper styled being, and said with a small resentment in his tone. "And that was the monster that manipulated them for his own twisted gains, Mortismon."

Looking between the statues and their friends, Arcanadramon and ArchAbbottessmon allowed the heroes and heroines their time to dwell on the past, to allow them to move on from that dark chapter in all their lives.

However, the silence came to an end when a Sorcerimon came rushing out from within the castle, quickly approaching Arcanadramon with a urgency within his expression.

"Lord Arcanadramon, the Council of Tribal Leaders is waiting for your update..." The mystic Digimon said through his exhaustion, his words receiving a nod from Arcanadramon, who looked back at Davis and the others.

Nodding in silent agreement, Davis and the others followed, Digidestined of Miracles and his friends allowing the past to remain in the past for now as they moved to meet some old friends, and to help them deal with the newer threats to Witchelny.

Within the dark recesses of the Void, the Burning King floated above a platform with three other beings, each of whom, though he would never admit it, were his equals.

"It seems we have new playthings to have fun with!" One voice commented with an insane laugh, a voice that sounded like thousands of voices speaking simultaneously and strangely in unison, a voice that could drive a normal being insane.

"Theyyyy will rrrottt with the rrrrest of this world..." Another voice then remarked, its voice estranged, almost breathless as flies seemed to swarm all around their being.

"They are mine to deal with, they will burn before my Legion!" The Burning King declared as he refused to allow his rivals to stand in the way of his duty.

"It is not your decision to make." A feminine, but darker voice then said, before adding with a seriousness within her voice. "Only one can make that decision."

At that moment and all around the shadowed figures, the energy shifted, as though there was something much more powerful than any of them was making its presence known, guiding them, commanding them.

"So be it, the outsiders will be dealt with. They will know the Legions' wrath!" The Burning King declared as he and his comrades disappeared, along with the overpowering energy, while on a nearby platform, the robed figure that had watched the battle gained a wicked smile.
