Rishe thought for a moment before answering "was I really an unplanned child" Rishe said making Veldora look at Rishe who seemed saddened
Veldora got up from the edge of the bed and sat next to Rishe "now dear you can't expect everything that comes your way" Veldora said side hugging her
"When your mother and I found out you were on the way we were ecstatic when you were born...your cute little face...your little chubby face" Veldora said
"You were the gift we always wanted in our lives...both you and your sister Blake...so don't think of yourself any differently" Veldora said kissing his eldest daughter's forehead
Rishe smiled slightly "thanks dad...that really cheered me up" Rishe said and hugged him back they both heard a snoring sound and saw Blake fast asleep
"Finally I was wondering when she'd fall asleep" Rishe said with a giggle Veldora pulled open the sheets as Rishe layed down Blake in the bed putting the sheets back into place
"Is this what you've been doing all this time" an amused voice said making both Rishe and Veldora flinch as they turn to see Noir leaning against the doorframe with her arms crossed
"I certainly didn't expect to see you still awake precious" Noir said as Rishe walked over to her mother "dad was just telling a bedtime story for Blake...please don't yell at him" Rishe said
Noir chuckled Softly "alright precious...go to bed now" Noir said as Rishe nodded and rushed to her bedroom to go and sleep
"H.hello dear" Veldora said nervously "if you have the nerve to keep the kids awake then you know exactly what I'm going to do" Noir said making Veldora flinch
"Sorry dear" Veldora said as Noir sighed "keeping the kids awake for a bedtime story" Noir said shaking her head in disappointment
"But dear I only told them about our love story" Veldora said with a pout making Noir sigh slightly as she walked over to Veldora
She sat near the edge of the bed to see Blake was peeking out "is this what you call putting the kids to sleep" Noir said as Veldora pouts
"Do you want me to sing you a lullaby little one?" Noir said softly "no thank you mama, Papa's story made me feel plenty tired" Blake said as she yawned
"This is the last time your getting anything sweet before bedtime" Noir said looking at Blake who pouted tiredly making Noir compare her husband and youngest daughter
"You really are your father's daughter" Noir said with a sigh "But I look more like you than I do dad" Blake said making Veldora pout even more
"Well some of us are just born lucky" Noir said making Veldora exclaim "hey!" While both mother and daughter giggled at their husband/father's reaction
"That...is not funny" Veldora said now crossing his arms feeling annoyed "goodnight darling" Noir said kissing Blake's forehead
"Mama? Do we really have to go home tomorrow?" Blake asked making Noir clear her throat "yes dear we still have a castle to tend to" Noir said caressing Blake's hair
"But I don't wanna be a princess it's boring" Blake said whining as Noir sighed 'yep she's definitely her father's daughter alright' Noir thought to herself
"Goodness your very active maybe the tickle monster will pay you a visit tonight" Noir said smirking while Blake pulled the sheets over her body and fell asleep instantly
Veldora was amazed at how quickly that worked "now then" Noir said standing up and then turned to face Veldora who flinched
"I think it's about time we go off to bed too don't you agree Veldora" Noir said as she grabbed the back of his shirt collar and started to drag him to the bedroom
Later...
"When I say get the kids to bed, I mean immediately is that understood darling" Noir said making Veldora whimper "yes dear" he said feeling like a kicked puppy
Noir sighed and layed on the bed next to Veldora who relaxed as well "goodnight darling" Noir said softly "goodnight love" Veldora said as he held her in his arms
