ATTENTION! IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you started reading Harry Potter: SHIELD and Sorcery before July 27th, 2024 then I would highly suggest you start over.
I have gone through and edited my previous chapters, and added new ones to expand on Harry's time in the Marvel Universe.
Some things will be very similar and others were deleted and rewritten from the ground up. I'm not saying there won't still be problems with grammar or misspellings, it is very hard to see your own mistakes when writing.
Also Sorry I've been MIA for a few days I was just finishing this up and will now be reposting and adding new and old chapters.
Thanks for reading

After finishing the tea and walking back to the foyer Yao turns to Harry, "Now I know you have the means to take care of yourself, but I would be more than happy to allow you to stay with us in Kamar-Taj. You could learn much and I would love the opportunity to study the magic you wield."
Harry thought for a moment and accepted. His eyes widened as she spun her hand to the side and a portal to a courtyard opened. "This way Master Potter." She stepped through and Harry followed, stepping in a cold courtyard with a few monks traveling in the early dawn light.
His steps were light as he followed her through a temple, people bowing as she passed. They slowed in front of a doorway leading to sleeping quarters, "This will be your room while you stay here. If you need anything I'm sure someone can help you. I will talk with you later after we both get some rest." She smiled lightly and walked off leaving Harry to enter his room. He stepped in closing the door behind him. The room was nice, if minimal, a bed and a desk with a small window letting in light from the braziers in the courtyards nearby. He first took a pouch from around his neck and opened it pulling out a steamer trunk. He placed it on the floor and opened it to reveal the top of a ladder. Harry climbed his way down enter a small room with a desk, cabinets, and a door. He stepped up to a cabinet and pulled out a fresh set of clothes, laying his destroyed dragon hide and robes on the desk chair. He pulled on a pair of black sweat pants and a t-shirt. He stepped back out of the trunk and put it back in his bag. He turned and caught his frame reflected in the mirror. He was tall if thin and slightly gaunt, his face was shadowed and sunken in. He hadn't had time to see himself like this in years, constantly running and trying to survive or searching for a way to win against the evil that hounded him.
Viewing himself in a mirror is something he had not done for many years. His glasses were lost long ago and he had stumbled through his library and used a magnifying glass at varying distances to find a way to fix his sight. When that went to a dead end he got a little extreme with his ability to regrow limbs and liquefied his own eyes. He had never known a pain quite like it, but four days later when he was healed up his eyes worked like brand new. Now it was his body that needed work, ribs stretching his skin taut over his frame, a bulge of his stomach showing his lack of sustenance over the years. He had kept growing until he reached around 5'9" - 5'10". His hair was still a mess but was longer and sat between his shoulder blades, his face had a messy and unkempt beard that stood out next to the hollowness of his face and paleness of his skin.
Sighing he just laid down and let sleep take him, still not quite recovered from his journey through time and apparently space.
—
Stirring from the most restful sleep in years, Harry looked about his new accommodations and promptly flopped back down letting the light from his slatted window fall across his quiet and still room. His mind wanders freely, from the monsters he fled day and night for years to the friends and family he lost. A singular tear slipped from his eye as the realization that he might actually save everyone he lost. An unknown amount of time later he sat up only to notice a set of robes, much like the ones Yao had worn yesterday, sitting on his desk. He got up and stretched, feeling his joints and muscles ache from the most inactive time he had had in years. As he slipped off the shirt and pants he caught his reflection again. Parts of his ribs poked at his chest, joints larger than many parts of his body and the muscles around them. The most notable feature being the 'tattoos' dominating his arms and neck, a long bumpy line along his right forearm, a solid black line on his left bicep, and a triangle at the base of his neck. His survival on a demon infested planet could be attributed to these markings, each representing a part of the Hallows. The line, the Elder Wand, Death Stick, or Wand of Destiny, granting him the ability to use his body as the focus for his powers. The circle surrounding his bicep, Resurrection Stone, most unholy and greatest temptation to those that have lost loved ones, it granted no ability to revive anyone but themselves, just the ability to summon and torture those he lost. When he found out that the Resurrection Stone was the reason for his increased healing abilities, he laughed, it had kept him healthy enough to fight constantly since becoming its master. Finally the cloak, represented by the triangle on the base of his neck, invisibility and levitation. All together they granted the greatest curse, immortality. Some would be ecstatic or jealous, but anyone worthy enough to be granted the title of the Master of Death, would think it nothing but a curse.
Shaking away his thoughts he slipped on the green monk robes. He folded his clothes and left. As he left his room he felt the familiar pain of hunger and decided that eating would be the first order of business.
Walking down the hall he saw Master Hamir carrying a scroll. "Master Hamir!" Harry had called as he walked a bit faster to catch up.
Master Hamir turned around and showed surprise at seeing the man from last night in monk robes and calling out to him, "How may I help you..?"
"Oh, sorry about that, my name is Harry Potter. I was wondering if you knew where I could find something to eat or cook with?" Harry said realizing he had never introduced himself, as he doubted Yao gave out information on him.
Master Hamir nodded his head, "Yes there is a mess hall where you can grab something to eat. Follow me." He stepped down the hallway leading to a new courtyard. Walking across it they walked through another hall before the smell of rice permeated from a serving hall with tables and a connected kitchen. "Here we are Master Potter, if you need anything else you can ask someone in the blue robes."
"Thank you Master Hamir." Harry gave a polite nod as Master Hamir turned and walked away. His grumbling stomach turned his attention back to the mess hall. He walked up to the serving window and received a large bowl of rice with a small bowl of veggies and meat. Taking his bounty he found himself a small table to himself before he dug in with gusto.
He watched as students in white and red quickly ate before attending other duties, each person he saw was from somewhere else in the world. Slowly the simple task and relaxation he's felt appearing on this world allowed his mind to wander, thinking of his new goals, the ability to save his world from annihilation, and what he could learn here.
He remembers being too worried about threats to his life and school back when he attending to do more than the bare minimum. After the Battle of Hogwarts he found himself simply fighting to survive. Threats beyond the norm and fleeing the demon armies with other wizards and witches from around the world slowly but surely removed his ignorance and inexperience. He learned so much of the years of fighting off demons and other people alike. People from around the world teaching magics unknown to the European world, books found all over, spell theory, runes, rituals, elemental magics, warding, and enchanting. Hermione had flourished when the different wizarding groups bonded together to fight off major threats. Her and other intellectuals were researching and spell crafting to make better weapons or attacks to fight back. He had never done well on the theory but with time he started learning more his theory shored up enough to implement the plans Hermione had created.
His chewing stopped when a shadow slipped over the table. He looked up into the dark skinned man with a serious expression, "May I help you with something?"
The man regarded him for another moment "Are you Master Potter?"
Harry quirked an eyebrow before nodding in the affirmative, "Sure am. Did you need something? Also, who are you?"
The main gave him a slightly disapproving glare, "My name is Karl Mordo. The Ancient One has summoned you." He then proceeded to turn on his heel and walk away.
Harry sighed and shoveled the last of his rice in his mouth and got up to drop off his bowls while following Mordo. Stepping out into the courtyard he saw Mordo waiting for him at a doorway leading into a building. Following him in he can see a Library off to the right and the Left is a series of windows looking out into a training ground. At the end of the hall is Yao sitting at a tea table. "Thank you Mordo for finding Master Potter for me."
Mordo gives Harry another sharp glance before bowing to Yao and leaving. Harry takes a seat, "Do not worry about Mordo, he just believes in following procedure in the most structured of ways."
"Ah, so he's a break before you bend type of person." Harry took a sip of his tea as Yao nodded to his assumption. "First of all I want to thank you. I slept wonderfully last night, for the first time in a long time."
"Yes, well that's what I wanted to talk to you about. You are under no rush to do anything, so I would like it if you took the time to heal." She gave his features a sad look, "There is plenty of time for everything else after. Then when you are on your way to recovery I will teach you. I am personally interested in what someone of your skill set would do with access to dimension energies."
"Well it looks like I will be here for a while." Harry said with a slight smile, "Mind giving me the tour?"
After their tea Yao took around the facility telling him where everything is, who takes care of what, and just what they do. The entire place was shaped like a rectangle, Courtyards in the four corners, one in the center. The rest is dominated by the buildings themselves.
"We train ourselves to battle extra-dimensional beings so that we might protect the Earth. Some people here do not join permanently and only come for healing, others come for enlightenment, and some stay for battle. So feel free to talk with anyone. Oh and before I forget," She reaches into her robe and pulls out a card, "this is the Wi-Fi password and shipping address."
Harry gave the card a glance and shot Yao an incredulous look, "Wi-fi? Many would assume that magical monks, such as yourselves, would not be on the Internet."
"Yes well, what is that saying? To assume, make an ass out of you and me?" Yao smiled as Harry chuckled. "Now, the last place I wish to show you." She led him down a set of stairs into a low ceiling book repository. "This is the library, many books here have knowledge on things humans haven't seen nor heard of in centuries. You are of course welcomed here and I hope you will find it as fascinating as I do."
It didn't take long for other Masters to join him in teaching the key to the Mystic Arts. He already believed in the abilities of dimensional energies, his connection to his own magic made using different energies easy. He did stumble when it cam to the more demanding dimensional planes and found himself not using their energy at all. He understood creating contracts and giving up something to call upon power not your own and had no desire to tie himself to another so soon.
His martial arts training was progressing well, even if his fighting style was more 'school yard rumble' than an actual technique. He slowly worked his body back into something that looked like it functioned instead of barely holding together. Lean muscle covered his frame, his ribs no longer showing, and his face back to the slightly soft aristocratic features instead of the sunken cheeks and bug eyes. He had cut his hair and shaved the beard, showing a man in his late twenties but the eyes so deep that what they had seen would consume lesser men.
His knowledge of his own magic and what he had learned through his life had allowed him to teach in turn. Many of the trainees found themselves having an easier time in learning when 'Master Potter' made training sessions light hearted and fun. Other older masters disapproved of his methods but didn't argue at the successes.
It had been four months when Mordo showed up at the training yard looking for him. "Potter, it is time for you to earn your keep."
