The skies above the city of Chesterwich were darkened by the swarm of Astronema's Velocifighters. It was in chaos as Quantrons and Piranhatrons wreaked havoc. Amidst the turmoil, 13-year-old Justin Stewart, the former blue Turbo Ranger, watched the devastation on television in his house's living room. His heart pounded from a combination of fear and determination. He looked outside to the left of the street to see something horrifying: his dad being accosted by a group of Piranhatrons!
He immediately rushed out of his house to help his dad. But. Mr. Stewart was already keeled over from injury. "Big mistake!" he roared as he charged at the Piranhatrons.
Justin Stewart has been involved with martial arts for as long as he can remember. His dad owned a martial arts school, and his mom was an instructor. She was a 6th dan black belt in Tang Soo Do and had taught young Justin this discipline since he could walk. Justin was a prodigy, earning his black belt in a few years.
But two years ago, his mom died. Not long after that, his dad closed the studio. Not long after, accidentally discovered that the teenage friends he made were the legendary Power Rangers. He was chosen by Rocky De Santos, with Zordon's blessing, to succeed him as the new Blue Ranger. Together with the other Tubo Rangers, he fought against the beautiful but barbaric intergalactic pirate queen Divatox, who sought to conquer Earth. But several months later, his dad got a new job int he city of Chesterwich, and they had to move away.
Back to the present, Justin called upon his martial arts training and beat back the Piranhatrons. He had them beat and running, but reinforcements had arrived. Just then, there were blue laser blasts at the Piranhatrons, destroying them. They came from Mountain Blaster, who had arrived on the scene. Jsutin got in and grabbed the spare blue Turbo Morpher the vehicle had.
"Mountain Blaster, Turbo Power!" he yelled, morphing into the Blue Turbo Ranger once again.
"Please take my dad to the hospital." he said to the blue jeep. "I have something to do." he continued, in a more serious tone.
With incredible speed, the Blue Turbo Ranger raced through the city's streets, quickly incapacitating the Piranhatrons & Quantrons. Upon reaching the city limits, he saw an old 'friend' leading another wave of invaders: Elgar. Elgar was the nephew of Divatox who aided her attempts to destroy the Turbo Rangers and conquer Earth. He now works for Astronema. Visions of their previous encounters filled Justin's mind. They first met on the island of Muiranthias and later, at the Angel Grove Energy Center.
Taking notice of the Blue Ranger, he said, "Well, well, well. If it isn't the blue turbo twerp.I thought so. Some of my boys told me that they encountered a blue Ranger in this town. I know full well that the blue Space Ranger, T.K., is in Angel Grove."
"That's T.J." Justin said, correcting him.
"Whatever kid. Ready for a rematch?"
Without hesitation (and no civilians around), Justin de-morphed, standing tall in his civilian form. 'Elgar, let's settle this once and for all."
Elgar sneered at the boy. "You think you can take me on without your Ranger powers? You're more foolish than I thought."
Justin clenched his fists, his eyes blazing with determination. "I beat you before without them. And I've only grown stronger since then."
With Card Saber in hand, Elgar charged at him. But Justin was ready. He dodged and weaved, his movements swift and precise. After rescuing the Space Rangers from Lionizer, Justin realized that one day, he would be needed again. So, he resumed his martial arts training, getting stronger, faster, and better.
Justin unleashed a series of punches and kicks, the memories of his martial arts training guiding him. At one point, Elgar charged him. But Justin executed a spinning back kick that sent him flying away several feet! Elgar struggled to his feet, surprised by his adversary's new strength. "What is this? You can't be this tough!" he said, struggling to get to his feet.
"I've been working out." Justin simply said.
The remaining fight was intense, but Justin's newfound prowess became evident with each moment. He landed a series of powerful blows, each one pushing the villain back. The villain's confidence began to waver as he realized that he was outmatched.
Justin then picked up Elgar, spun him around, and tossed him to the ground. The villain again scrambled to his feet. But instead of continuing the fight, he turn tail and ran. "This isn't over, kid!" he said while retreating with his forces.
A triumphant smile spread across his face. "I am the strongest, toughest kid int he world!" he declared. But he had little time to celebrate. The war was still raging on. He then re-morphed back into the Turbo Ranger and resumed the fight for Earth.
