It had been about six months since they had started dating. They had informed the squad about their relationship and everyone was fine with it. Everyone is free to love who they want and they just happened to love each other.

It was dark and raining outside. The weather was beautiful, but there was no way they could have their picnic outside. Having a nice romantic dinner at Lucy's apartment would be just as great. She was wearing a black knee length dress and black leather heels. No matter hot cold it was, she wanted to look her best on a date. Her blonde shoulder length hair had been pulled up into a nice short pony tail. She added some eye liner and grabbed her purse, she was ready to go. She ran towards her car not wanting to ruin her hair or makeup with the pouring rain. She drove to her girlfriend's apartment. She took a last quick glance at her mirror and headed towards the door. Her heart went wild. Lucy was wearing a marine blue one shoulder, knee length dress. Her white heels matched her white pear necklace. She looked absolutely gorgeous.

"Loke, you look great." Lucy greeted her letting her make way towards her apartment.

Loke blushed, "Thanks, you too."

She headed towards the kitchen. The table had been set, there were two plates filled with delicious home made food with a glass of wine on both their sides. There was a set of candles in the middle of the table and everything seemed perfect.

"You hungry?"

She turned around and faced Lucy, and smiled.

"Starving."

Dinner had been delicious. She felt replete, and decided she had had enough.

"Dinner was great." he kindly thanked Lucy.

"Thanks, take out food is always great."

She snapped her head towards her shockingly confused then laughed, "That was take out food?"

Lucy giggled, "Yeah? That's funny, you thought I could cook."

Loke smiled, "Yeah, apparently I thought wrong."

The both made way towards the living room couch. Lucy dimmed the lights and turned on the t.v. while they both watched a movie called 'The Notebook.' Loke turned around and faced Lucy. She wanted to make a move but was afraid if she did, she would only make things awkward. What if she wasn't ready to go that far? She lowered her head instead and sighed.

Lucy turned towards Loke with a confused stare, "Loke what's wrong?"

She turned around and snapped her head towards her, "Huh? Oh, it's nothing"

Lucy gave her a half-hearted smile and turned around back towards the television. The movie had ended and the room was completely silent, everything had gotten awkward and Loke decided to break the silence. "Its pretty cold huh?"

Lucy turned around, "Eh, it's not that bad."

Loke gave a quick glare. Couldn't she take a hint?

"Guess not." She murmured.

They had been sitting in the silenced room for over ten minutes now and she was starting to get frustrated. It was obvious that it wasn't going to happen today.

Ales sighed and smiled, "I think I should get going."

Lucy turned around and faced her, "I'll walk you to the door."

They both got up and Lucy handed Loke her coat. She headed towards the door and turned around wanting to thank Lucy once more for dinner but was suddenly surprised with a kiss. It was sweet and marvelous. Her lips were soft and warm. She closed her eyes as her tongue slipped in between her lips. Her lips made way towards her neck leaving a long quick kiss in between her perfect breasts.

"How about we take this to my room Miss ?" Lucy whispered seductively in between kisses.

Loke stared into Lucy's chocolate brown eyes while they headed into Lucy's bedroom, closing the door after the
