[EDIT: 06/01/2023] Okay, so, I made Nedzu a little more COMPLETELY aware that sending the kids to a war zone is a risky move...so I changed the dialogue! But I will say, that he'll be changing his mind soon...you'll see...until then, I just didn't want the kids to think everything is a-okay and whatnot when they go back to school. XP It's kind of like a national emergency, and they can't ignore it. Plus, this was a spur a moment for Nedzu, and he wanted to make sure All Might is alright...either way, I made it make sense a little bit, as I changed some of the dialogue. So take a read again and tell me if it's okay now! Also, I changed Shigaraki's attitude and observation of Joker. XP
...Endeavor lost his Quirk.
"Urk!" Endeavor - Enji - exclaimed in a pained grunt as he stepped back from the shot that he received. He clutched at his stomach, getting the bullet dart out of him as he yanked it off.
He looked up at the person who shot him, Dabi, Touya, his oldest son, in shock.
Dabi just grinned in satisfaction.
Joker also grinned behind his mask, albeit even more widely and sadistically.
The people all gasped around the Hero and Villains, shocked at what was transpiring.
"...T-...Touya..." Enji's eyes were wide and filled with...dread? Fear? ...Sadness?
"I advise you to not call me by that name anymore, old man!" Dabi warned him.
Meanwhile, in the coming distance, the police cars were coming in behind the tour bus.
"So...what do you want to do with him, Dabi?" Joker asked him, "By the way, would you all be so kind as to give us a lift? I hear that Kurogiri guy is known to carry a good amount of people."
"Eh? Uh, yeah. Yeah, sure. You know about Kurogiri?" Dabi asked him.
"Oh yes, Hacker gave me all the details. He's good at that. Especially on who the big guy is behind your League," Joker told him.
"Wow. Pretty nifty minion you have there. Speaking of minions, do you want us to bring them with us as well?"
"Oh, why of course! I'm not that heartless! Haha!"
"Heh! Alrighty then," Dabi then jerked his thumb towards the bus behind them, signaling Kurogiri somewhere.
Then, a black mist appeared, materializing into existence, in front of Joker and Dabi, and in front of Enji.
"As for what I'll do to Endeavor," he turned his attention to Enji, his father, "I won't kill him now. But I do want to see him at his lowest. Is it okay if we bring him with us?"
"Why, sure!" Joker said ecstatically, "I was just going to suggest that!"
"Nice!" Dabi grinned.
Enji's eyes widened at that suggestion.
Joker then yelled out, "Boys! We're getting off this ride! We're gonna jump on a new one, so come out to the front and bring Overdork and All Dud over here!"
"Oh! Wow! Uh, alright then, Boss!" Rubber said with a thumbs up from the driver's window. He turned around from his seat and told the rest of the crew, "Okay, you heard the Boss! Let's get out of this rental!"
Meanwhile, the mist began to grow, forming into a shape of a person, that being Kurogiri, and then, as the dark mist grew, out of it came Spinner, Magne, Mr. Compress, Twice, and lastly, Shigaraki Tomura. Shigaraki stood in front of Joker and Dabi, along with Mr. Compress and Twice standing on each of his sides, while Spinner and Magne were facing Enji.
Smiling an evil smile behind the dismembered hand, Shigaraki spoke out. "Well, greetings then, Mr. Joker. It's nice to finally meet you."
"Likewise," Joker smiled wickedly behind his mask. "I appreciate all the help you and your men have given us so far, Shigaraki."
"Ah. You know who I am. Then you probably know the League members and my Sensei who is in charge of it all."
"Oh, that I do," Joker's broadened grin was hidden under the mask. "Hacker has a tendency to look into things that he really shouldn't, honestly. But don't worry, he and I won't reveal anything too surprising," he gave Dabi a knowing glance behind the mask.
Shigaraki smiled crookedly, "Well, that's mighty reassuring."
Dabi smirked as he felt Joker's glance aimed at him. "Heh. Yeah. Thanks for that," he then called out to Spinner and Magne, "Hey, Spinner! Magne! He's powerless now! You can knock the bastard out!"
"Sure thing!" Spinner then dashed to the shocked and stunned powerless Hero as he delivered fast punches and kicks to his chest and abdomen, and jumped up to perform a forward spin, letting his heel hit the back of his head.
POW! POW! POW! THUMP! THUMP! THUMP! WHAAAAM!
"ACK! UGH!" Enji exclaimed as he was brought down to the ground and on his knees from the blows.
"Hell yeah! Now for the finisher!" Magne said with a wicked smirk as she got her wrapped giant magnet stick out, "I can just use this old thing the old-fashioned way!" She lifted it up and slammed the metal magnet stick onto Enji's head.
WHAAAM!
"URK!" Endeavor was knocked down on the ground, face first onto the pavement.
BAAAM!
And then, Enji was knocked out.
The people that were watching the scene all gasped in horror, confused and frightened at what was playing before them.
As soon as the other henchmen of Joker, as well as dragging Overhaul and the thin All Might, all came out of the bus, they all gathered around the other Villains in front of the vehicle.
"Boys, meet our new partners in crime!" Joker introduced his men to the League.
"Greetings." Turtle.
"Yo." Crystal.
"Heyo." Rubber.
"Sup?" Cham.
"Hey." Thermal.
"How y'all doing?" Hacker.
Overhaul and All Might's eyes widened at the predicament they got themselves into.
Shi-...Shigaraki!? What does he have to do with all of this!? Toshinori thought in shock.
"Greetings to you all. It's a pleasure meeting all of you," Shigaraki said, "Now, how about my men try and push back the police for you kind gentlemen?"
"Oh wait! Actually, what about Loco?" Cham spoke out.
"Oh that's right," Joker looked behind him, "We should wait for him. But in the meantime..." he turned his head back at Shigaraki, surely an evil smile on his face behind his mask, "Yes. That would be really nice."
Shigaraki chuckled, "Well, alright then! Twice! Mr. Compress! Do your things!"
Mr. Compress smirked under his mask, "Gladly."
Twice cheered, "Yeah! Yeah!"
They both rushed to the back of the bus and see that the cop cars were just now coming up to them.
"You wanna go first, Twice?" Mr. Compress asked him.
"Nah, you go ahead. Nah, I'll go ahead when you do your thing." Twice told him in two different tones in his voice.
"Hm. Okay then," Mr. Compress then got out some four marbles, and threw them underhand, letting them roll under the approaching cars.
They exploded on impact when they were run over by four of the cop cars, each of the marbles containing a grenade.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
The people on the sidewalks of the streets all screamed and ran away from the chaos that was happening, everyone running forward away from the League and Joker.
Meanwhile, with Tsukauchi and the driver, they were catching up to the scene after Loco almost rammed them. When they got near the two Villains, and dodged the falling cars from Mr. Compress's Quirk, the car screeched to a stop. Tsukauchi quickly got out and pointed his gun at one of them, that being Mr. Compress.
"Don't move!" Tsukauchi yelled at the Villain.
Soon, cop cars screeched to a stop and they all got out to aim their guns at the two Villains.
"Twice? I think now's a good time if any that you show them what you're made of," Mr. Compress said to him.
"Awesome! Fantastic!"
Twice then got his metal measuring tapes and used them to strike a car, impeding it as he dragged it, swinging it to the other cops, and crashing the vehicle and them into another cop car.
Tsukauchi cursed as he took a quick glance at the damage and started to aim at Twice. However, he sees something at the bottom of his vision. A marble came rolling underneath him, and upon seeing how the other Villain's Quirk might work, he dove forward away from the vehicle he came out of, which the marble went under.
Mr. Compress then snapped his fingers.
And a large boulder came popping into existence and under the car, bringing it up in a rapid fashion, letting the driver in the car be swung inside it.
"OH FUCK!" screamed the driver.
It flipped on its back and landed on the ground with a CRASH!
When that happened, Twice created clones of himself out of his hands, letting his other clones create other clones out of themselves. Soon, he was at twenty clones of himself. He stopped doing the process, and said to them, "Alright! Take 'em down!"
"YEEEEAAAH!" the Twice clones yelled out in a vigorous roar. They then either went up to the officers and beat them senseless, or they maimed them with their metal measuring tapes.
Tsukauchi got up to see that a Twice clone was coming at him. When the clone shot out a metal measuring tape at the detective, he dove out of the way, rolled back on one knee, aimed, and fired his gun at the clone.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
"ACK!" the clone then dematerialized into a sludge substance, apparently done for.
The detective then spun around and aimed at whatever Villain was in the area, trying to see who was present.
But then...
WOOO! WOOO!
"COMING THROUGH, BITCHES!"
Loco then started to come toward them from behind, speeding through the street like either a racecar or a…well, a train.
Some of the Twice clones got out of the way, while some of the police got out of the way as well, Tsukauchi included. Loco skidded to a stop in front of the two other Villains, still holding his missile launcher.
"HAHA! Be lucky you all didn't get run over by me, ya bastards!" Loco exclaimed as he turned around to face the police. Looking at the clones from Twice, Loco blinked, a little dumbfounded. "Hey, who are these guys!?"
"They're with me! Ditto!" Twice yelled out to him from behind.
"Huh!?" Loco looked behind him to see Twice and Mr. Compress. "Uuuh...oh hey! You guys must be the help we're getting!"
"Correct!" Mr. Compress said with a smirk behind his mask, "And since you're here now, I think it would be wise to leave."
"Yeah! Absolutely!" Twice nodded.
"Ah, okay! Actually, before we go..." Loco looked on at the police with a wicked grin, "Just to make sure, the one who made these guys won't die if I fire this last missile at them, will he?"
"The name's Twice! And nah, you can blow them all to smithereens! I know that I'm the real one! ...I think? Nah, I am! ...Maybe?" Twice told him, now a little confused.
"Yes, you're you, Twice," Mr. Compress told him. He turned to Loco, "Go on ahead and fire your missile."
"Awesome! Hehehe!" Loco then used the missile launcher to aim at anything, "How about some property damage for ya!?"
He shot the missile, and it soared over to the side of a business near where the police and their cars are.
BOOOOOM!
Everyone, from Twice clones to police officers to Tsukauchi, all ducked under the explosion from their side. Even the real Twice had to run over to Mr. Compress to not be caught by the flames of the explosion.
"Aaaand I'm empty!" Loco said as he now used the missile launcher as a stick now. He glanced at Tsukauchi, his eyes narrowing at the detective. "Hey, you're the one that shot me!"
Tsukauchi was getting up and looked at Loco, knowing that he was talking to him.
"Feh! Here! Catch!" Loco then threw the empty missile launcher with all his might at Tsukauchi, striking him and knocking him down.
"UFF!" Tsukauchi exclaimed.
Loco turned to the other two Villains. "Okay, now we can go!"
"...I think there's another reason why he's called Loco," Mr. Compress mumbled.
"Uh, yeah. Yeah, damn." Twice agreed with a nod.
Meanwhile, while that was going on, back with Joker and Shigaraki...
"I just can't believe that this is the one and only All Might...it's quite hilarious, really," Shigaraki says as he looks at All Might.
Toshinori just glared at the man that has tons of decapitated hands all over his body.
"And as for you, Overhaul, is it?" Shigaraki turned to Chisaki Kai, "Well, I do have to say that in maybe some other timeline, we would've been more acquainted...or not. Depending on your personality, you would be too serious for me to work with."
Joker chuckled, "Oh, that, I would tremendously agree with. As I always say, 'Why so serious?'"
Kai just glared at Joker and turned to Shigaraki, "You better watch your back against this slime. Who knows if he'll backstab you next!"
"Oh please," Joker said before anyone could interject, "If anything, I would think my whole plan came to fruition as of now!"
"What!?" Kai exclaimed.
Toshinori looked at Joker in surprise.
He...planned this?
"Why of course! You think I would've let Hacker email the League and reach out to the big man himself just so I can catch him for a cup of tea?" Joker jested towards Kai, "You must've missed the part where I told Shigaraki that Hacker basically looked up and surveyed all the Villains that were gathering in a secret lone bar that is located in 'place that shall not be named'?" he grinned evilly.
"My, my. You've certainly been analyzing our cause," Shigaraki said impressed, "Also, thank you for not revealing our location. You get points for that."
"Why thank you! Hacker was wise to, well, hack into the news station and eavesdrop on conversations from Heroes when the USJ incident occurred. Plenty of time for planning!" Joker said in a giddy fashion.
"Aw, thanks Boss," Hacker grinned with a thumbs up.
Thermal scoffed and mumbled, "Don't act like you're all hot shit, Hacker. Sucking up to the Boss will get you so far."
"Heh. Eh, well, you just don't have the resources like I do."
"Pfft! Whatever, man."
Incredulous as to what he's hearing, Kai just glared and seethed out to Joker, saying, "Then what is your goal, huh!? What are you trying to achieve!? To be part of this League!? To meet him of all people!?"
Toshinori glanced at both Kai and Joker, as his mind was stuck on one detail in both their conversations.
The big man? Him? Who are they talking about?
"Oh come now, you're really asking me this again?" Joker looked at him with the mask wrapped on his head, seemingly raising his brow and still smiling. "I just told ya yesterday! Remember?"
"No! That can't be it!" Kai exclaimed at Joker in hot rage, his teeth gritting as he seethed, "There has to be some ulterior motive! Your upbringing, the abuse you must have endured? Are you angry at society!? Angry at Quirked people looking down on you!? Are you angry that you're different!? Why would you even be associated with Quirked people like these in the first place? WHAT IS YOUR MOTIVE!?"
...Joker just looked at him, mask and all. Meanwhile, Shigaraki, Dabi, Kurogiri, along with Spinner and Magne(who were carrying an unconscious Endeavor) all looked at Joker, wondering what his reply was going to be.
"...I meant what I said," Joker replied coldly, "...Or...maybe I didn't?" he looked to his right to think, "...You know, sometimes, I get too involved with another version of myself, that I think I'm that version of me. I feel like I exist in one reality...but I feel like I exist in another. I mean, hell, I could be using their motive instead..." he turned his head back to Kai, "...Either way, I can just safely say that...maybe I'm just a little bit crazy."
Kai just looked at him...just looking at him dubiously, unable to register what he is saying.
Toshinori just blinked, not believing what he just heard as he tried to make sense of what Joker said.
"...But do know that I still have a goal in mind. Just take whatever I say with a grain of salt this time, hm?"
They can sense Joker's demented smile appearing under his mask.
"As for what my real goal is...well, I'm still trying to figure that one out myself! Hahaha!" Joker cackled.
Kai just stared at him dumbfounded...
The other Villains, Magne, Spinner, Kurogiri, and Dabi just turned to Shigaraki, who just blinked at the exchange. One thing was certain for the hand-covered Villain, as he thought...
...I hope we're doing the right thing recruiting this guy.
Then, Mr. Compress, Twice, and Loco came around the bus, and the former Villain shouted, "Okay! We're all set!"
"Um, good!" Shigaraki exclaimed, "Well, let's get going to your hideout then, Joker!"
"Certainly," Joker said with a twisted grin under his mask.
"Well, let's go, Kurogiri! Take us to the coordinates!" Shigaraki told the black mist-Villain.
"Yes, Shigaraki." Kurogiri nodded.
The black mist came upon all around them and surrounded and enshrouded the Villains, taking them to the hideout...
...And soon, they were at the neighborhood complex, Kurogiri carrying them all there.
"Alright, folks! Let's get-a moving!" Joker shouted out to them.
Joker's crew and Shigaraki's crew all ran to the complex, Magne and Spinner dragging Enji, while Cham and Thermal drag Toshinori, and Crystal basically carried Kai.
Before they can enter, Joker paused for a second and said, "Oh! I almost forgot! Hacker! Would you be so kind as to give me that detonator?"
"Sure thing, Boss!" Hacker said as he came up to Joker and gave him a device.
"Hm-hm-hm-hm-hmmm!" Joker chuckled ominously, "Just a little something for them to be disoriented with."
He pushed a button on the device.
Tsukauchi got up from the thrown missile launcher, getting back on his feet as he yelled to his men, "Come on! We need to keep moving!"
The rest of the police agreed and ran around the front of the bus where the three Villains ran off to.
Upon seeing that a dark mist was surrounding the other Villains, Tsukauchi tried to get a shot in with his gun, aiming it and firing it.
BANG!
But it was too late. The black mist faded away from existence, as well as the Villains.
They were gone.
Tsukauchi gritted his teeth in anger. "DAMN IT!" he exclaimed loudly.
The other cops were coming around the tour bus, some of them going inside it to see if anyone else was on the bus. However, it all looked empty, the Villains surely escaping the scene.
"Shit!" Tsukauchi cursed, "Could this get any worse!?"
Meanwhile one of the police officers that was on the bus saw that one lone missile launcher was resting there...with something on the missile that was attached to the weapon...and a light was blinking out of it.
Then, the officer realized his mistake.
"Oh shi-!"
BEEP!
BOOOOOOM!
The tour bus exploded, killing the cops that were inside, and creating a fiery ball of flame as the explosion knocked aback the police, Tsukauchi included.
"GAAAAUGH!" Tsukauchi was sent back a few feet and rolled over a couple of times, letting him roll on his stomach. He looked up at the damage that was created by the blast and saw that the bus was destroyed, with some of his men being flown back by the explosion.
Tsukauchi could only think of one thing.
...Me and my big mouth.
"...And there we go," Joker said with a crooked grin under his mask after hearing the far-off explosion. He and everyone else then entered the complex.
Upon seeing that everyone was dead in the complex, Shigaraki and his crew couldn't help but admire the handiwork. Toshinori just looked on at all of the death in morbid shock. Meanwhile, Kai just only seethed.
"Wow. Nice job on cleaning house," Dabi complimented.
"Yeah. Damn, makes it look like I'm in a painting," Magne says.
Shigaraki was also impressed, "I say, Joker, did your men do all this?"
"Absolutely!" Joker replied jovially as he got his mask finally off, "...Well, two men and a woman."
Shigaraki, the rest of the League, and Toshinori looked at Joker's face for the first time, seeing that it resembles a clown.
A clown... Toshinori thought as he observed Joker.
"Ah," Shigaraki analyzed, "So you do keep a clown persona. Any reason why you chose to be a clown to threaten your enemies?"
"Oh, why that's easy! Clowns just want to have silly, absurd, and over-the-top fun and make people smile. So, I thought, why not just make people smile through chaos?" Joker smirked evilly.
"...Huh...you know, I kind of agree with the Overhaul guy. What is your motivation? You can't possibly do this because it's...well, fun, right?" Shigaraki asked him.
Joker's smirk turned into an evil grin, "How about this? We both get to know each other while we go through this walk of anarchy together, and I'll exclusively tell you what my real motive is when the time comes when everything is going downhill for these Heroes. Does that sound like a deal?"
Shigaraki stared at him...and shrugged nonchalantly, "Eh, sure. Why not?"
The grin on Joker turned twisted, "Excellent."
It was then, Hare, Razor, and Whip came walking through, the former excited to see her Boss back.
"Mr. J! You're back!" Hare exclaimed ecstatically as she rushed over to him, "And...hey, who the hell are these guys?" she asked in surprised confusion.
"Oh, no need to be alarmed, Dear," Joker assured, "These men, and woman over here, are gonna help us with our cause real early instead of later!"
Magne's eyes widened and smiled in enlightenment as she was thankful that she was recognized as a woman.
"As for who they are, meet Shigaraki and his crew, also known as the League of Villains! As well as All Might! Oh! And that unconscious fellow over there is none other than Endeavor! Haha!"
"Whoooa, you even got All Might and Endeavor?" Hare asked in shock, "Wow...huh. Man, All Might looks like he'd seen better days."
Joker cackled, "Oh, you are such a doll, Hare!"
"Awww, well, you're a handsome genius, Puddin'!" Hare said with a smitten look as she giggled.
"Wow, two Heroes for the price of one?" Whip said, "Way to go, Boss!"
"Well, it was Dabi here who pulled the trigger," Joker gestured to Dabi behind him with his thumb. "I just lend it to him."
"Well, hey, either way, awesome job, Boss! You got all of this city scared shitless of you, as well as us!" Razor said, "Oh, by the way, we got everything set up in the basement! And that Eri girl is all tied up down there!"
Toshinori looked puzzled by that, "Eri girl?"
Joker, however, ignored him and told his henchmen(and woman), "Oh, good, good! Excellent work, you three! In that case, everything should be in order then!" he turned to Shigaraki and asked him, "Now, excuse me for suggesting this to you, as I would like to think you're your own leader yourself, but maybe you could tell ol' Kuro here that he should bring All Might and Endeavor to your base as of now? I just have a couple of more things to do, before I relocate over to your hideout. Oh! And also, you should probably let Kurogiri bring the Eri girl with them as well?"
Shigaraki hummed in thought. "Well...I don't see why not. I mean, hell, maybe Sensei and All Might can get acquainted again. But what about this Eri girl you're talking about? Who is she?"
"Oh, don't you worry about who or even what she is...because she'll be the most important addition later on," Joker said, his smile turning twisted.
Toshinori didn't like the way this was worded, and decided to intervene, "Wait, wh-what's going on here!?" Toshinori asked them, this time getting Joker and Shigaraki's attention. "Who is behind your League, Shigaraki!? And who is this Eri!?"
Joker, with his bare smile widening, looked at Shigaraki as he said, "You know, why not I let you tell All Hack who's in charge?"
"Oh, why, thank you! I do like to see the look of surprise on the one and only All Might's face when I tell him this revelation..." Shigaraki turned to Toshinori, "Well, All Might...remember the time you ripped a Villain's head off? Do you happen to know which one that is?"
Toshinori's eyes widened at that question. "...What?"
Now his smile widening, Shigaraki told him, " What initials are this? A.F.O? Go ahead, guess!"
"...All...For...One..." Toshinori said in shock, his eyes wide with fear.
"Yep! Sensei is All for One! Hehehe!" Shigaraki grinned widely now.
"...N-...No..." Toshinori mumbled softly.
Then...Tsukauchi's hunch was correct!
"As for who this Eri girl is, well," Joker chimed with a demented smile, "Don't worry your precious little head about it. She'll be handled with care."
Toshinori just looked at the madman in horror, speechless as sees Joker's evil smile, looking like a bringer of ill tidings...an agent of chaos.
Joker turned to his Whip and Razor, "Whip! Razor! Bring the little munchkin up here! I'm thinking she has enough excitement for the day!"
"Oh, uh, sure, Boss!" Whip said. He then mumbled to himself as he and Razor turned around to walk away, "I mean, we just got her down there, but I guess some things change for the better for the plan."
"Don't complain. You don't want the Boss on ya, do ya?" Razor told him.
"Hey, I wasn't complaining! I acknowledged that the plan changes at times!" Whip said as he and Razor walked away to get Eri.
Joker chuckled as he turned back to Shigaraki, "And excuse me, Shigaraki, but I have to borrow you for a moment. In fact, I want you to do something for me, since...well, I happen to know what your Quirk entails."
"Oh?" Shigaraki's eyebrow raised up, "What could this task be?"
"Well~..." Joker went up to Shigaraki and whispered in his ear. "There's a special someone down in the basement that our Yakuza friend looks up to~..."
"...Go on..." Shigaraki was interested.
"How about we walk this way and I'll tell you? Just to get away from any eavesdroppers?" Joker said with a smirk.
"Hmm...okay. I am really interested in what you have to say!" Shigaraki grinned at the clown.
- Back at the UA Campus -
When Midoriya got his shoes out of his shoe locker, he sat on one of the benches and puts them on. It took a while for him to get to the shoe lockers, the feeling of...shock, perhaps, still wearing on him. The shock that the No. 1 Hero was defeated...by one psychotic man.
In fact, multiple Heroes were defeated, killed even, by the orders of that one man.
The power and influence he had against those with Quirks...
...It made him think as he sat there...
...I would never be a Villain...but...Joker had the power to motivate these Quirked individuals, even gain the trust of someone that was in a criminal organization from a bygone era...all without a Quirk...
...It was certainly a bizarre thought...
...Was it, though?
...I...I wonder...I wonder if I can have that-
Midoriya instantly shoved that thought down.
No! You...You're gonna be a Hero...
...He sat there, pausing after he tied his other shoe...
...But...is it possible to be a Hero...without a Quirk?
...The thought plagued him...
...Maybe...I mean...could I have stopped Joker without my Quirk?
Ding!
"Hm?" Midoriya looked down at his right side, the phone in his pocket giving out a text. He got his phone out of his pocket, and read the text...
...His eyes widened in horror.
"..Wh-What?" he whispered to himself.
The text was from...Shouto Todoroki.
He said in the text:
[Midoriya! My Dad got his Quirk taken away! Where are you!?]
Midoriya replied and texted as fast as he can.
[I'm in the shoe lockers! Do you want to meet here!?]
...Midoriya stood up, running his hand through his green locks in anxiety...
Then, as quick as he could, Shouto replied back.

Everyone else?
Not wasting time, Midoriya texted back a reply and dashed out of the shoe lockers. He waited outside of the room to see if he could catch find them and flag them down.
Sure enough, Todoroki, his friends, Uraraka, Iida, Asui, Ashido, Kaminari, Jirou, and even Yaoyorozu came down to meet up with him. There were even Kirishima, Tetsutetsu, and Kendo who were all with them. They all looked distressed, but not even more than Todoroki. He really looked...shocked. Horrified. Maybe even...scared? It was such a foreign look for Shouto.
"Todoroki!" Midoriya called out to him as they neared him.
"Midoriya! My-...my old man...he-he's been kidnapped!" Todoroki revealed in what almost sounded like panic.
The green-haired teen froze. "Kid-...Kidnapped?"
"Yeah!" Ashido cuts in, concern washing over her features as she glanced at Todoroki, "He got his Quirk erased and they kidnapped him!"
"Man, things are getting really bad here! *ribbit*" Tsuyu said in a slight panic as she rubbed her hands together anxiously.
"I agree!" Iida said, "I think we need to go to Principal Nedzu's office and asked of him what we should do to help out!"
"I think that would be wise!" Kendo said, "I mean, this changes everything if not only All Might, but Endeavor lost his Quirk!"
"But are we really gonna go out there!?" Jirou asked everyone in worry. "What about our parents!?"
"I don't know about them, Jirou, but I think our parents would understand!" said Kaminari, "We're in the Hero courses, and we're training to be Heroes, so it might make sense if we all offer to try and save All Might and Endeavor at this point!"
"Yeah, Bro!" Kirishima nodded at that, "There has to be some kind of emergency class or something when it comes to something dire!"
"Totally! I'm ready to fight Villains just to save more Heroes and civilians from this maniac and his crew!" Tetsutetsu exclaimed valiantly.
"I don't know, I mean it's too soon...should we wait?" Uraraka asked anyone.
"While I do want to go out there as well, I have to agree with Jirou and Uraraka," said Yaoyorozu, "I mean, just because we're riled up doesn't mean we would be in the correct headspace right now," she turned her attention to Midoriya, "Midoriya, what do you think we should all do?"
"Huh? I mean..." Midoriya just stood there for a second, until he said, "Well, first of all...I'm really sorry to hear that about...your dad, Todoroki."
Todoroki frowned as he looked down, his face almost scowling, "I...I don't know why I would be this worried...I mean, after all that he's done..." he looked up at Midoriya, "Midoriya. There's also something else."
"Something else?" Midoirya blinked.
The kids all looked at Todoroki.
"...The one that shot and erased my dad's Quirk...eyewitnesses said that it wasn't the Joker. There was a report in a news outlet that recorded the person with their phone. It was..." Todoroki glanced at the floor with a conflicted gaze, "...it looked like...my older brother."
"WHAT!?" the kids, as well as Midoriya, shouted.
"Y-Your older brother!?" Midoriya exclaimed in shock.
"...His name was...well, his name is Touya," Shouto explained. "It's...rather complicated. I don't want to go into it right now."
"Okay. Don't worry, we won't, Todoroki...but then, is your brother...I mean, is your brother...is he now a Villain?" Mina asked him cautiously.
"...I guess he is," Shouto mumbled.
"Whoa..." Midoriya stood there in shock, taking it all in, "...I...I don't know what to say, Todoroki, but...I'm so sorry you have to deal with all of this."
"...My family is not perfect, but..." Shouto gritted his teeth in aggravation, "Damn it! I know it sounds terrible, but I feel like I shouldn't care about what happens to my dad...but..." he closes his eyes to try not to shed any tears.
"Todoroki?" Yaoyorozu looked at him with shocked eyes.
Tsuyu, Mina, Kyouka, and Ochako looked on as well, a little shocked that Todoroki is opening up like this.
Kaminari and Kirishima both placed a hand on each of Todoroki's shoulders, with Kirishima saying, "Hey, man, it's okay. We totally understand."
Midoriya frowned somberly at his friend's grief.
"..." Todoroki looked back up at Midoriya, "There's actually something else that I read that involves my father's capture...the news said a dark mist came, and people were coming out of it."
"What?" Midoriya softly said in surprise. "Dark mist?"
"Yeah...the only people that we know about this dark mist, is one guy back at the USJ, where we face that Nomu and...Shigaraki...they all came and joined Joker in taking my dad away!" Todoroki explained.
Midoriya's eyes as he gasped. Everyone else gasped in horror as well.
"The news said that there were other people there...other Villains," Todoroki looked at Midoriya with a serious expression.
"...You mean...there were more Villains? With that Shigaraki guy?" Midoriya asked him.
"It sounded like it."
"...Could...Could Shigaraki and Joker might be joining forces?" Midoriya asked in dread.
Todoroki frowned as he thought, looking down at the ground, "...I don't know, but I would think that's what was happening back there…" he looked back up at Midoriya and said, "Midoriya. While we probably do need to wait until Monday to go back to our classes, I think we just need to talk to Principal Nedzu at least about what we should do next, even if they do tell us to wait. In fact...we can't just stand here and do nothing! We need to go over there and ask him if there's any help that they would need!"
"...Well, you're in luck, Todoroki," Midoriya turned to Yaoyorozu with a smirk, "Because as for your question, Yaoyorozu, I was thinking the exact same thing as Todoroki. We should all go to Principal Nedzu and try to give out our services!"
Todoroki, as well as the other kids, Yaoyorozu included smiled in agreement.
"Then let's go to the Principal this instant!" Yaoyorozu affirmed.
"Yeah! Let's!" Midoriya nodded.
Nedzu's Meeting Room
"...This has gone from bad, to extremely worse," Nedzu said as he had his paws together to make them into a tent in front of his furry face.
"Extremely worse!?" Power Loader exclaimed, "For some reason, I don't think that's even a good enough analogy! This a catastrophe!"
"I can't believe it...even Endeavor..." Ectoplasm muttered.
"The news even told us about how this Joker knew about Endeavor's...I guess I'll just say 'past'," Vlad King mumbled.
"Yeah..." said a worried Midnight, "I mean, wow, all the stuff Joker said...that's not going to let Endeavor be shown in a very good light at all."
"Hm...some would say that his whole Hero career is already ruined when all of that info came out," Eraserhead muttered.
"My goodness, All Might and Endeavor are both in danger," Present Mic said, a little contemplatively, "Whatever we can say about Endeavor, he still is a hostage. All Might on the other hand...well, this will bring shockwaves to this city and all over Japan. And not the kind of shockwaves I would do."
"Damn it! We need to do something!" Hound Dog declared, "We can't just sit here and do nothing while one of our own is held captive by some madman!"
"That I know..." Nedzu sat there in his seat as he thinks, "...This calls for a national emergency. We might even have to bring the Hero Public Safety Commission in on this."
"But what about the students here in UA!?" Power Loader asked Nedzu, "We can't just continue classes letting them all think everything will be fine and dandy!"
"Yeah! Their morale will be at an all-time low when it hits them that All Might is captured and...and powerless," Hound Dog added.
Eraserhead frowned, not because of the word powerless(kind of), but at the word 'powerless' and All Might being mixed in together...
"Damn...this really is bad..." Eraserhead said, hating to admit it.
Recovery Girl, meanwhile, was just silent the whole time...
...Toshi...you poor boy...losing not only your Quirk, but...losing the thing to remember Nana by...
"Yes, yes, all of this I also know..." Nedzu narrowed his beady eyes, "...Perhaps we can-"
And then, the double doors opened in their conference room. In came Midoriya and the rest of the gang, determination etched in their features.
Eraserhead and Vlad King all stood up from their seats, surprised that some of their students just barged in on their meeting.
"Hey! What are you kids doing here!?" Vlad King exclaimed.
"Who the hell let them in?" Eraserhead wondered to himself.
"Principal Nedzu!" Midoriya called out to him, "We want to help not only get All Might back, but Endeavor as well!"
"Please!" Todoroki said, "You have to let us do something!"
"That's right! We may be Heroes-in-training, but we need to act like the Heroes we admire at this very moment!" Iida also pitched in.
"There must be something we can do!" Yaoyorozu said, "We could accompany Heroes as sidekicks to fight alongside them and beat these Villains to try to find All Might and Endeavor! Please, Principal Nedzu, we really want to help!"
All the teachers and staff looked at the kids. Eraserhead just stood silently as he glanced at Nedzu. Recovery Girl just looked at the kids, but mostly at Midoriya, seeing the burning passion to help out as best as he can.
...Well...I can only hope Midoriya can keep his Quirk…
Principal Nedzu was silent...until he said, "Students, you shouldn't have barged into our meeting like that," he lowered his paws on the table, "And your proposal on helping us get back All Might and Endeavor is unnegotiable."
"You can't be serious!?" Kirishima exclaimed, "It's not manly whatsoever to sit around and not do anything to help out your Heroes and other people!"
"Yeah, man!" Tetsutesu also exclaimed in agreement.
"I agree also!" Kendo said, "Heroes are supposed to answer the call! And we have to not only answer that call, but help those around us! The people here in the city and in Japan must have faith in Hero Society again!"
"Come on, we feel like we're experienced enough to get the job done now!" Jirou said, "Just give us a chance!"
"Yeah! That time at Yaoyorozu's place was just a sneak attack done by that Joker and his minions! We're all ready to go out there and fight!" Kaminari proclaimed.
Midoriya stood his ground, "Please, Principal Nedzu. We may be Heroes-in-training and just kids, but we have to be able to do something! UA is known as the top Hero school in the country! We may not have our provisional licenses yet, but we can't just go back home and think everything will be fine! We have to act! We need to act!"
"I'm not finished," Nedzu spoke suddenly.
The kids all went silent upon hearing Nedzu speak again.
"...As I said, it's unnegotiable...however, that's what certain teachers in other Heroes schools would say."
The kids all perked up in surprise.
The teachers and staff looked at Nedzu.
"Huh? What are you saying, Nedzu?" Vlad King asked.
"What?" Eraserhead said in shock, "Wait a minute, you're not suggesting..."
"What I'm merely stating, is that we at UA are a vastly different Hero school than any other school. While you all had your internships, every one of you has a very long way to go in getting your provisional licenses...which is why I decided to lessen the time for you on getting them," Nedzu revealed.
Now the kids looked shocked.
"What? You mean..." Midoriya said, a little confused but hopeful.
"Starting this Monday, I will test you all, both Class 1-A and 1-B, to get your provisional licenses. However, instead of actually going all through the test physically, we shall give you written tests to complete. Once you all complete those tests, we will next test you through brief simulations at our grounds. If either one of you passes the grade, we will get every one of you to work alongside Heroes to find this Joker, as well as his men, and to find the man known as Shigaraki from the USJ incident along with these new Villains."
"Wait...are you...are you saying we'll be going into the front lines soon?" Yaoyorozu asked the Principal in curious hope.
"...Perhaps," Nedzu said with a nod.
"WHAT!?" The staff all yelled out.
"Wait a minute, Principal Nedzu, are you sure that's wise!?" Power Loader asked him.
"I for one object to this! They're just kids!" Recovery Girl exclaimed.
"Yeah!" Midnight said, feeling a little worried about this decision, "I mean, isn't that a little too extreme, Sir?"
"Not only that, but what about the Quirk Erasing stuff that Joker cooked up!?" Present Mic added.
"This seems like a bad idea, Nedzu!" Vlad King also said.
"Everyone, quiet," Nedzu told them all.
They all went silent for the time being.
"First of all, since Cementoss is not here at the moment and finalizing the plans for the dorms in UA, this was almost bound to happen either way. Secondly, while Joker attacked Eraserhead's students at the Yaoyorozu Estate, we were already going to try to deal with him...but after what has happened, after what he did to All Might and Endeavor, this will now be a personal matter. He declared outright war. And now, All Might and Endeavor are in a very dire disposition. I say perhaps because I am still debating if this is even a good idea. But I think if our students, the Hero classes in general, are ready to go in and see how real Heroism should be handled, I think now would be a good time if any. And there's no need to worry, they will be guided and watched over by certain Heroes, as I will not let these children go off alone in the fray. In fact, our mission is only to search for All Might and Endeavor. We will not let the children engage in battle when these Villains reveal themselves. However, if they try to attack the children, be ready to protect them with all your lives."
"But...what about their parents?" Eraserhead asked Nedzu that. "How are they going react to this?"
"Simply put, every one of you, in the staff, and even you, students, must not tell your parents what you are about to do next week. Tell them that we will go on a field trip on the day we go off to search for All Might and Endeavor as a Quirk Responsibility session. We will brief this news to the rest of your class on Monday. In the meantime, when everything is ready, Cementoss should be making the dorms on the same day. We will discuss what the plan should be when we get to that point in time. However, to all the students here as of now, I will be blunt. In the next coming days, you will be searching for two Pro Heroes and will be up against potentially dangerous Villains who will have no problem taking your lives short. If you are up to this urgent task, then I commend you for it. Although, I urge you to not try and go up against these kinds of Villains. With what they have, we want you to still be intact and still have your Quirks. We will see how well you'll do these tests on Monday, and see if you are in fact, ready to go out there on the mission. Until then, if you are having any second thoughts about going on this mission, then I also urge you to speak up as well. This will not be your typical lesson at school. This will be a mission to save All Might and Endeavor. One that is imperative for all of us to succeed. Once you get your provisional licenses, we will do preparatory training on Tuesday for the whole school day. Wednesday would be the day we act and find them..." Nedzu lowered his head down, "...We can only hope and pray that All Might and Endeavor will not be harmed until then."
The kids all looked at their principal, intently listening as they carried a thoughtful silence...
"...I'm ready," Midoriya said with his fist up to emphasize his point.
"I am too," Todoroki nodded, his expression hard, "Even though I have one arm to do it, I'll still try either way."
"I will surely answer the call!" Iida told him.
"I'm going in as well! We will save All Might and Endeavor!" Yaoyorozu nodded, her expression serious.
"Yeah! I'm ready to save some Heroes and kick unmanly Villain butt, bro!" Kirishima said.
"Ditto!" Tetsutetsu exclaimed.
"I'm ready for anything!" Kendo said in determination.
"Hey, you don't have to ask me twice! I'm ready!" Kaminari said.
"Yeah! Let's save All Might and Endeavor and kick these Villains to the curb!" Jirou nodded with a fist up.
The rest all agreed...which left Uraraka.
She went silent for a moment...until she said, "You know what? Not only do I want to save All Might and Endeavor, but I want to beat these punk-ass Villains to the ground! They'll pay for what they've done to those Heroes, Sir Nighteye, and Togata-senpai! I'm ready to rip these Villains a new one!"
...The kids looked at Uraraka in shock for a moment.
"...What? I meant it!" Uraraka said, a little puzzled.
The girls just looked at each other for a moment and just shrugged.
Meanwhile, the boys all just blinked...and it was one boy who thought...
Wow. I don't know why, but what Uraraka said got me all...tingly? Iida thought.
Nedzu looked up and nodded at the kids, looking intent. "That's what I want to hear. Keep that spirit going inside you. Rest for now, and be prepared for the tasks ahead. When that day comes, stay close to your Heroes as they guide you. Again, I ask you to not go up against these Villains whenever they might make themselves known. Be alert and be wise in your decisions. With that said, we will show those Villains the true meaning of going 'Plus Ultra'!"
The kids cheered while the staff went quiet throughout the whole thing, wondering if this was even a good idea...
Eraserhead looked at his kids, and his eyes focused on Midoriya.
...Kid, I can only hope you're ready...I don't necessarily agree with this, but...it seems you and my other students have already made up their minds.
Recovery Girl looked on at the kids, her eyes soon focused on Midoriya.
Midoriya...kid, I can only hope you don't get yourself killed. You're a strong boy, and I really do see what Toshi saw in you when he chose you. Just whatever you do though, try to save Toshinori as best as you can...and don't be the last bearer of One for All.
Nedzu saw there, looking at one student in particular...
...I hope this is the right thing...I'm certainly taking a risk...I can only hope the Heroes that I recruit will look after these students and try to keep them safe...this will only be the beginning, Young Midoriya. You and your classmates must prevail to find them. Failure is not an option. We must save All Might and Endeavor!
Okay! So, next chapter, we'll...you know what? I'll just let you guess. XD
