Ace woke up after thinking he was transformed into a Pokémon, but after opening his eyes, he saw that he was transformed in Boltund, and that he was on a bubble floating in the sky. Also, inside the bubble was the Mew.
Ace looked and saw that he was in the sky
Ace: - Why am I in the sky?
He looked down and saw he had paws instead of hands.
Ace: - Huh? Why do I have paws?
He looked behind him and saw he had a tail.
Ace: - Oh no am I a dog?
Ace then saw a reflection in the bubble.
Ace: - I'm...a Boltund?
Then he got a shot of pain in his head
Ace: - Ow, my head.
Mew: - Ah, glad you're awake now.
Ace: - Why did you change me into Boltund?
Mew turns around and looked at Ace
Mew: - Well, I brought you to this world so you can save it.
Ace: - Save it, but why does it have to be me? I have so many questions to ask you.
Mew: - Your questions will be answered in time, but for now this is where we say goodbye. Also, I would suggest that you get ready.
Ace: - Ready? For what?
The Mew snapped his paw and the bubble under Ace's feet popped and he started to fall from the sky
Ace: - What?! No, no, NO, NO, HOW COULD YO-!
Ace hits the ground hard causing birds to fly away
Rocky was walking in the forest when he heard something crashing.
Rocky: - (Hmm, that's odd. Eh, It's probably nothing. Ok ok, fine, I guess I can go check it out.)
Rocky went in the direction of where he heard the crash. Upon arrival, he saw a big crater and a Boltund at the bottom of it.
Rocky: - Oh my Arceus, I hope he's ok. He said, out of entire shock, running over to help the unconscious Boltund
Rocky: - Hey, are you ok man? He said, trying to wake him up by nudging him a bit, hoping to get him up, this in turn, got Ace to wake up
Ace: - Ow. What just happened?
Rocky: - Oh, thank Arceus you're ok! Though, how did you end up here?
Ace: - Well I was... huh, I don't remember. He said, looking around...seemingly lost and confused about where he was now
Rocky: - Oh, that's not good. Do you at least know your name?
Ace: - My name? Ace looked down in thought, thinking hard till it finally came to him Oh right! My name is Ace!
Rocky: - Well, nice to meet you, Ace. My name is rocky!
He replied nodded as he shook his paw, before asking
Rocky: - I'm guessing you don't have a place to stay, do you?
Ace: - No, I don't. I guess I better start looking for a place to sleep for the time being.
Rocky: - Well if you want, I have a spot open at my house...since my brother left. He said, emphasizing a bit of sadness at that last part
Ace: - Are you sure? I hope it isn't too much trouble for you. He said, a little worry in his voice
Rocky: - Not to worry Ace, you're fine! It's getting late anyway, and my house is a bit far from here, so we should get moving.
Ace: - Alright then, let's get a move on. He said, heading on forward, before Rocky stopped him
Rocky: - Wait, can I at least ride on your back on the way home? I'm tired from having to walk around all day. Rocky said with a sweat drop. This in turn cause Ace to roll his eye, before he turned to the Oshawott
Ace: - sigh Fine, you can get on my back, just lead me the way to your home.
Rocky: - Thank you, and sorry for making you do this. He said with a Mischievous smile as he got on Ace
Ace: - Whatever, just tell me where to go. Ace replied. Rocky then gave him the directions on where to go.
It took a good long while, but soon enough the pair would arrive at the doorstep of Rocky's home
Rocky: - Ahh, home sweet home. He said, getting off and stretching a bit, happy to be finally back
Ace: - Woah, Rocky, you have quite a large house.
Rocky: - a bit sad Yeah it is, but ever since my brother left 2 years ago, it got quiet and very lonely.
Ace: - Oh, I'm sorry about that, Rocky. Ace replied, looking over to the Oshawott in concern of his loneliness, the poor fellow
Rocky: - It's ok, man. Why don't we go to bed and talk more in the morning?
Ace: - Ok then.
So Rocky and Ace laid down on a bed made of grass that was already made there. Rocky was the first to fall asleep, instantly too. Ace, on the other hand, could not get any sleep, and looked out an open window.
Ace: - (I don't understand. Why did Mew choose me to save the Pokémon world? Will I even be able to do it?)
Ace then recollected a small memory about his past
Ace: - Panicking a little (Wait! Oh my god, my parents might be looking for me! How will I get out of here and return home? Are they even looking for me to begin with? Will I ever get home?)
Ace: - Calmed down (Agh, no use in thinking about it now, I better get some sleep.)
So, Ace closed his eyes and fell asleep.
Meanwhile, back in the human world, Kenny was standing in the same place and was in a state of shock.
Kenny: - (What just happened? Is this just a dream? Let me pinch myself.)
Kenny: - Ow that hurts. (Well, this is no dream. I think I should go and report this to the police.)
Kenny started to walk to the police station, but then stop
Kenny: - (Wait, should I really go and tell the police what really happened to Ace? Well, if I don't tell the truth, Ace's parents will find out the truth one way or another. They are the richest family in the city after all.)
So, Kenny decided to tell the truth. So, he went to the police station and told them what happened to Ace. After a while of waiting, they arrived and started to do their work. The lead officer came to Kenny.
Officer: - Thank you for the info, Kenny. Mrs. Rogers called us not too long ago about trying to call Ace a few times, but he never answered his phone.
Kenny: - Ah, no problem, officer.
Officer: - Why don't you go home, Kenny. If we need any more information, we will call you.
So, Kenny started to walk home.
Kenny: - (Why did this have to happen Ace? I just hope wherever Ace is, he's safe, and besides, he has that mew with him, so maybe I shouldn't worry too much. Well, I better call Ace's parents, and tell them what happened)
So, Kenny took out his phone, and called Ace's house. But instead of Ace's mom answering, his younger brother, Ben, picked up the phone.
Ben: Hello?
Kenny: - Oh, hey Ben. Are your parents home?
Ben: - Hey Kenny, and no, my parents left home in a rush. Was there something you needed?
Kenny: - (Sorry Ace, but I need to tell your brother what happened, because they will worry, and I don't want your family to hate me for anything because I hid information about you from them)
Ben: Hello? Kenny? You still there?
Kenny: - Oh, sorry Ben. Yeah, still here. Well Ben, remember when you had a fight with your brother today?
Ben: - Yeah, don't remind me. I still feel hurt that he injured me, and he didn't care that he got injured himself at football practice and that I told mom about it. It seems like he does not like me.
Kenny: - Come on now, Ben. Ace really does care for you. Remember when you started high school? Some of the students made fun of you, and you were also shy and could not stand up for yourself. So, one day after lunch, a group of students came up to you, and started to make fun of you. Then, more students from lunch got up and started to watch as they made fun of you. I was there and was watching, and I was sad that those bullies kept making fun of a new student. Just then, your brother, who was at the time the captain of the football team and newly elected student body, came up and stopped them. Then he faced you and gave you a hug. Also, he watches every soccer game of yours, no matter if he had to do something else at that time. From what I've seen, he does really care.
Ben: - Yeah, I guess you're right. He does really care when I am in trouble, and he always cheers me on every game, and always gets me ice cream when I lose a game to help me feel better.
Kenny: - See, I told you Ace cares about you, and he always will, even if you two don't always get along.
Ben: - Yeah. So, where is my brother? Did something happen to him?
Kenny: - Well in short, after getting yelled at by your mom, me and your brother went to a forest to meet a Mew, and well, the Mew took your brother away.
Ben: - Hahahahah, good one, Kenny. Now for real, what happened to my bro?
Kenny: - Ah...Ben, that really happened. Check the news.
So, Ben turned on the TV and went to the news channel. After watching it, he dropped the phone and started to cry.
Kenny: - Ben, it will be ok. I promised Ace I will always help him no matter what.
Ben picked the phone up while tears flowed down his eyes, angered that now his brother is gone of all things
Ben: - THEN YOU BETTER FIX THIS KENNY BECAUSE YOU MADE A PROMISE TO MY BROTHER, AND I WILL NOT TALK TO YOU TILL HE'S BACK HOME! GOODBYE!
Ben hung up the phone
Kenny: - Ben, you there? Agh, me and my big mouth. Well, I better go home and think about what to do next about this problem.
Kenny started to walk home. He felt so bad that he kept his head down, but when he was crossing the street, Kenny did not see a car coming. When he looked up, he got scared and scrunched down to his knees while covering his head with his hands. Luckily, the car stopped a few inches away from Kenny. Just then Ace's parents came out.
Mr. Rogers: - Kenny, are you ok?
Kenny: - Looks up to see Mr. Rogers Yeah, I am ok. I'm guessing you guys just came back from the crime scene. He said, as he got back up, giving a sigh of relief that he wasn't hit by a car.
Mrs. Rogers: - Well, thank goodness. You shouldn't go out onto the road walking mindlessly like that! It isn't safe! She walked over to Kenny. All he did was reply with a sigh as he got up
Kenny: - I know I know, that's on me.
Mr. Rogers: - Anyways, what happened to our son? I wanted to hear from you what happened since you were with him.
Mrs. Rogers was calming down and she crossed her arms, slightly worried for the most part
Kenny: - Well in short, after you yelled at him (He pointed at Mrs. Rogers), me and Ace went to a forest to meet a Mew, and well, the Mew took Ace away.
Mrs. Rogers started to cry, and Mr. Rogers gave her a hug and told her that their son is strong, and he will be ok
Kenny: - I-I'm sorry.
Mr. Rogers: - It's ok Kenny. We know that you were helping out Ace the best you can. Why don't we bring you home for the time being?
Kenny: - Thank you. That would be great.
Both Kenny and Ace's parents would enter the car, and they went to drive over to Kenny's house.
Back to the Pokémon world.
Ace was having a bad nightmare and woke up
Ace: - AAAAHHHH! Panting out of fear
Ace was sweating, he looked at his hand in fear
Ace: - Panting slowed down Why did I have that dream?
