Both Ace and Rocky would be returning back to their home, Ace just merely looking around, hoping to get to know more of the place at the least, the good news is that he has got some good memory's back, but still no memory of his life, while Rocky trailed behind being a little thoughtful about his brother, named Max, who has gone missing with his parents
Rocky: - (Max, where have you gone, I really want to find you so badly, you along with our parents together, I've felt so lonely for so long, I just...)
He then turned around to look over at Ace
Rocky: - (Well... at least Ace is by my side, so I don't have to worry about being lonely, but I hope I'll find you again while I keep exploring)
Rocky looked down and lost in thought, which while he was distracted, would accidentally step on Ace's tail, which caused the poor boltund to flinch at this
Ace: - Ow! He would panic and shoot a lightning bolt in the air so suddenly, which from afar would attract a Luxio, who would be curious and moved over to check it out
Meanwhile with Rocky who, getting surprised by the bolt, would flinch and snap out of thought before noticing how he accidently stepped on Ace's tail, retracting it a bit out of panic
Rocky: - Ah! A-Ace, I'm... S-so sorry, I-I didn't mean to step on your tail since I-
Ace: - Dang it Rocky! This is the SECOND TIME YOU'VE MADE ME MAD! FIRST YOU SPAT WATER AT ME IN THAT CAFÉ, AND NOW YOU- He paused a bit, noticing Rocky who had suddenly fallen down, all panicked and scared for his life, staring down over at Ace, in which he suddenly noticed, and started to worry, lowering his voice in a slightly calmer tone before trying to help Rocky back up, in which he would flinch slightly
Ace: - Oh jeez Rocky I'm... I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to snap at you like that...
Rocky would try to calm himself down, taking a deep breath before grabbing onto Ace's paw to pull himself back up, still shaken a bit from Ace's sudden outburst
Rocky: - It's... it's alright, I didn't mean to step on your tail to begin with, so... I should be sorry for doing that
Both would look away feeling slightly worried for the other over what happened, until suddenly the Luxio who arrived at the scene would break the silence
Luxio: - Hey! I saw a thunderbolt in the sky and heard yelling over here, is everything alright? He said, running over with slight concern, Rocky was too stunned to even say anything, so Ace came in to chat with the Luxio
Ace: - Yea, just some minor problems that's not worth worrying about, and my tail getting stepped on, but everything is fine now
The Luxio would nod, but before heading out, Rocky had a great idea and would try to stop the Luxio
Rocky: - Hey wait, sorry to interrupt you but, would you mind joining me and my friend to form an exploration team together? We kind of need one more friend to help us out over here
Luxio: - Oh? An exploration team?
He would then try to think for a bit, before nodding
Luxio: - Sure! I'll join in, I don't have anything better to do myself.
This would make Rocky feel better as he happily smiled
Rocky: - Great! It's nice to meet you, uhh... What was your name?
Luxio: - My name's Citrine, and who are you guys?
Rocky would walk back to introduce Ace to the Luxio
Rocky: - My name is Rocky, and this is my friend Ace He said pointing to Ace, who smiled and nodded
Citrine would also nod as well, before looking curiously over to the two since he knew where the guild was at first
Citrine: - Say, where are you two headed anyway? The guild is that way you know He said, pointing over a certain direction, while Rocky nodded
Rocky: - Yea it is, but we're going to my house so we can get some supplies before we head on to the guild first. He said before continuing onto his direction
Citrine: - Alright, that sounds good. I'll just follow behind you two He said coming along as they made it over to the house.
Rocky, being the curious one however, would look over at Citrine curiously
Rocky: - Say, did you ever plan on joining the guild before? You didn't look so enthused to accept to join the group
Citrine: - Oh yea, about that...I have been to the guild before, but I got too scared and ran off before I could even enter.
Rocky: - Oh my, sorry to hear. But hey, you can join us, and we could be a team together!
Citrine: - Yea, I think we can form a team together, it should help me face my fears, though I shouldn't be speaking of myself like that
Rocky: - Hey, it's alright, I'm sure you will be just fine if you joined the guild, now c'mon, Let's get going! He said excitedly before running off again
Ace: - Hey, wait for me! He said, running to hopefully try to catch up to Rocky, with Citrine doing the same.
After a while later of running, they would arrive back to Rocky's house yet again, in which they entered, Rocky dashing over to a chest
Rocky: - You guys wait here. I'll get us the supplies we need before we go! He said, leaving it to just Ace and Citrine to look over at each other, Citrine would walk over to the Boltund, hoping to at least chat something over this silence
Citrine: - So, Ace, right? It's uhm... Very nice to meet you.
Ace: - Yea, it's nice to meet you too. Ace said, looking over and nodding at him, more silence just filled the room before Citrine spoke again
Citrine: - Say, how long has it been since you met Rocky anyway
Ace: - Not too long, why?
Citrine: - Ah, it just seemed you two looked like two close friends who seemed to know each other well, I'm very jealous of that. Speaking of jealousy, are you some sort of hot-headed person?
Ace: - No? Where did you get that idea from? Ace replied with a slight angered tone
Citrine: - (Mumbling) Well you sure seemed to like yelling at others, like a hot-headed guy He said, this only further provoked the Boltund even further
Ace: - What was that?! He said with a louder tone, eyes twitching from barely hearing what Citrine just said, which kind of provoked a bit of fear into him, don't want to make him outburst from before if he heard him from afar already
Citrine: - Nothing, I didn't say anything
Ace: - That's what I thought Ace replied, scoffing at the Luxio
Citrine cursed himself for making a bad first impression, and tried to quickly change the topic
Citrine: - Anyways back to what I was saying, you two seemed like really good friends, and I hope that your guys' bond will grow stronger than ever.
Ace, being confused at this, tried to correct him
Ace: - Yea, but I only met him yes-
Rocky: - Hey you two! I got the stuff we need for our journey as explorers!
Ace: - Oh you did? What did you bring? He said, looking curious at the items that Rocky seemed to have on him
Rocky: - Well, I got us a scarf and a bag with items inside. Catch! Rocky threw a red scarf and a bag filled with Oran berries over to Ace, which he caught with quick instinct
Citrine: - Nice catch
Ace nodded at Citrine before looking back over to Rocky
Ace: - So, what do I do with this? He said, holding the items, entirely lost as is
Rocky: - Just take the scarf and the bag and put them on! There's just Oran berries so it shouldn't be heavy hopefully. He said, rubbing his head
Ace: - Alright then, if you say so Ace said, putting on the scarf over his neck and the bag on him
Ace: - How do I look? He said, standing himself out so both Rocky and Citrine would see his new look
Rocky: - Wow Ace, you look so cool! Rocky noted, he can now be seen wearing a purple scarf over his neck, Citrine would notice this and get a little jealous
Citrine: - Hey! Where's my cool Scarf?
Rocky: - Oh right! I almost forgot to hand this to you, here! Rocky tossed over to Citrine a dark green scarf, in which he caught, he put it on over excitement
Citrine: - Aww Yea! Starting to look like an explorer now!
Rocky: - Yea! With the three of us, we will be the best exploration team out there! He said, standing proud with his two friends, Ace and Citrine
Ace: - Well, we should get going now, shouldn't we?
Citrine: - Yea, it should be over this way He said, heading out the house before Rocky stopped the two again
Rocky: - Wait Ace? Can I ride you again? I am quite tired from all the running and need to regain my energy
Ace: - Again?! He said with slight confusing
Rocky: - Cmon, I just want to ride on your back one more, pleeeease? He said trying to make cute eyes to convince Ace to let him get on
Citrine: - Hey, I think it might be a great experience, you two are great friends, no? He said with an innocent smile, this made Ace a little bit more upset, but thought it a bit before nodding
Ace: - Alright fine, I guess you can
Rocky: - Yay! Thank you again, Ace! He said, getting on the Boltund for the second time, before they decided to move onto the guild
A bit of time passes, now Rocky seemed to be humming a tune for the time being while ace wanted to continue the conversation from before, looking over to Citrine
Ace: - So Citrine, I wasn't able to finish speaking with you from before
Citrine: - Hmm? Oh yea, what were you going to tell me again?
Ace: - it's just Rocky, the thing is, I just met him yesterday because well, I lost my memories that day
Citrine: - Wait, you have Amnesia?!
Ace: - Yea, I do.
Citrine: - Oh Arceus, what happened?
Ace: - Well, from what I remember, I just landed and hit my head, hard, but when I woke up, Rocky was able to find me, and take me to his home.
Citrine: - Wow, that was some crazy timing then
Ace: - Yea, but it does lead me to asking... Can you teach me some electric moves? You seem to know more than I do since I hit my head and I can't remember anything
Citrine: - Yea sure, I can help teach you how to use moves, it isn't that hard once you get the hang of it! He said, nodding with a smile. Ace smiled back happily, feeling a bit better he was able to at least learn some moves for his adventure
Rocky: - There it is! The Guild of Infinity! Rocky said, pointing over to the guild itself
Citrine: - Well what are we waiting for? Let's go! He said as both Ace and Citrine started to get a move on, till they got to the entrance of the guild, where they see a hole with rope attached to keep mons from falling, and a platform to scan the Pokémon's feet, along with the entrance of the guild closed up for entry
Rocky: - Well, here we are. It looks like we just need to stand on the floor there.
Rocky got off Ace turned around to notice Citrine a little nervous
Rocky: - Citrine? Is everything alright?
Citrine: - Huh? Oh uhh... it's just, I've always been nervous trying to join this guild for a long time but been too scared to even bother joining
Rocky: - Oh right, you told us about that... but this is the time you start conquering over your fear now!
Citrine: - I know... I just... I don't know!
Rocky looked at him a little worried, till he had an idea
Rocky: - Here, why don't I go first, then you can follow me and Ace right after?
Citrine: - S-sure
Rocky: - Alright, here goes...
Rocky walked over to the floor, and stood on top of it
?: - Pokémon detected! This footprint belongs to Oshawott!
Rocky stepped on, and look over to Ace
Rocky: - Now it's your turn, Ace!
Ace: - Ah Ace walked up to the floor and waited
?: - Pokémon detected! This footprint belongs to... to...
?: - What wrong, Diglett? What's the problem
Diglett: - It seems, this is a new footprint, I don't know anymon with this footprint
Silence filled the room, leaving the Boltund confused and the Luxio more worried
?: - It's fine, let the mon pass, we can take their species into note later
Diglett: - Next!
Ace moved out of the way, turning over to the Luxio
Ace: - That was...odd, was it because I'm new to this world
Rocky: - Well, I would assume it was because your species isn't from here, so it's pretty uncommon. Anyways, Cmon Citrine! You got this! He turned to the Luxio and nodded at him to come
The Luxio looked over nervously, before slowly getting on this time
Diglett: - Pokémon Detected! This Pokémon is Luxio! You are all free to go now!
Soon enough, the door opened with some staircases that followed down for the trio, Citrine would sigh in relief that it was over
Rocky: - See? It wasn't so bad! Now let's get going. Rocky said before running down excitedly. Ace looked over at Citrine as he went down to follow, before he went lost in thought
Ace: - (Citrine must be really nervous, I genuinely feel really bad for him)
He then followed behind, and the doors closed right behind as Ace was introduced to a large group of mons working around under the guild entrance
Ace: - Woah! This is what a guild looks like? It feels so populous
Rocky: - Yea, it looks great, doesn't it? It looks like a super... c-c-cool...
Rocky got lost in his words as he just now saw someone, a Dewott who he seemed to recognize very well, tears started to form slightly, Ace went over to look at the Oshawott
Ace: - Rocky? Is...is everything alright? You seem pretty tense.
It didn't take long for the Dewott to notice the Oshawott and walk over to him
Dewott: - Rocky? Is that you?
Citrine, now also worried, walked up to him
Citrine: - Wait, you both know each other?
Rocky rubs his tears a bit before he looked over to the Dewott himself, with a slight angered tone in his eyes
Rocky: - Y-yea...he is my brother. One who has gone missing for years
