Back in the human world
In the late morning. Nick just woke up
Nick looked around his older brother's room.
Nick: - Man, Ace has a nice room. I feel a bit jealous that he has all this stuff in his room. But since he's not around, I'm sure he wouldn't mind me going through his stuff. It's not like he's going to remember where everything should be.
Nick started to go through Ace's stuff. He saw Ace's phone on his dresser.
Nick: - I'm sure Ace wouldn't mind if I went through his phone.
Ace's phone was passcode protected, but Nick was good at guessing passcodes.
Nick: - Hmm, I wonder what Ace's passcode would be. Thinks for a moment. I got it. It might be his birthday.
Nick looked around to find what Ace's birthday was till he found a calendar on the wall
Nick: - So Ace's birthday is November 15th. Let me try and see if that will unlock his phone.
Nick enter 1115 and the phone unlocked
Nick: - Man, Ace, you really need to use a way better passcode for your phone, but I am sure he'll never know I went into his phone just to read his messages.
Nick went to messages and saw a message between Ace and his team, but right below that one was a conversation between Ace and his girlfriend sally.
Nick: - Ohhhh now this is going to be a fun read.
Nick started to read what Ace and Sally talked about.
A few minutes went by and Nick decided to look at something else.
Nick: - Alright, let's see what else Ace has.
Nick saw that Ace had a lot of awards and trophies in a glass case.
Nick: - Well it seems like Ace is as good as me in academics and sports, but I have way more awards than him.
Just then, Nick saw a Nintendo Switch right next to the trophy case.
Nick: - Oh, this must be Ace's Nintendo Switch, and that there must be the Pokemon Sword game case sitting right next to it. Which means that dad got it for him for his birthday, since he works at Nintendo. I am sure Ace wouldn't mind if I played on his switch.
Before Nick got his hand on the switch. An angel popped up on his left shoulder.
Angel: - Nick, you shouldn't touch Ace's Switch without asking him. Going through his stuff was wrong but going and playing on his switch would be crossing the line.
Just then a devil popped up on his right shoulder
Devil: - Come now, Nick. Your brother isn't here. It's not like he is going to find out.
Angel: - But when he comes back, he will know something is wrong and will know someone went through his stuff.
Devil: - But when will Ace come back? He can be gone for a long time for all we know.
Angel: - *sigh* Well, you're on your own. Don't call me when Ace yells at you for going through his stuff when he finds out.
The angel left.
Devil: - Now that he is gone, why not go and play on Ace's Switch, Nick.
The devil left and Nick shook his head
Nick: - That was odd, but I think that devil was right. Ace would never know that I was playing on his Switch.
Nick picks up the switch and turns it on. He saw that Ace has a lot of games on his switch, but Pokemon Sword was the only game card inside the Switch. Nick opened the game but sees that Ace isn't very far in the game. But unknown to Nick, someone else messed with Ace's switch before him. Nick then chose Ace's profile and gave an evil smile, and deleted what he thought was his save and started a new game file. He played for a little bit when he got the smell of his mother cooking lunch. So he saved where he was and put the Switch back where it belonged on the table.
Nick walks downstairs
Nick: - Mom?
Lisa: - Oh, morning darling. Or should I say afternoon?
Nick: - Hehe, kinda didn't see the time there, mom.
Lisa: - Well it seems like you got a good night's rest then
Nick: - That I did. Speaking of which, mom, is dad at work?
Lisa: - Well ya, was there something you needed from him nick?
Nick: - No, but I thought you guys would be getting my room ready so I wouldn't have to be sleeping in Ace's room. I don't want to upset him if he finds out I was sleeping in his room.
Lisa: - That's so nice that you care about Ace like that, Nick but your dad and I are a bit busy today, but we can start working on it tomorrow if you don't mind.
Nick: - Sure, mom. I don't mind.
Lisa: - Alright, but first, let's have lunch since I just made it. You must be hungry since you didn't have breakfast.
Nick: - I sure am
Both Nick and Lisa sat at the table and started to have lunch. They also talked to catch up as Lisa had not seen Nick for a month since the last time she went to see her parents.
After lunch
Nick: - That was some great lunch, mom. It's been a while since I had your cooking.
Lisa: - Thank you, Nick. Ace loves my cooking after big games and would eat a lot, so I would always keep a lot of food in the house.
Nick: - Not surprised since Ace works a lot. I'm proud to have a great older brother like him.
Lisa: - Yes, I know.
Nick: - Mom, I have to go to practice now. I have to get ready for the big game against Ace's team.
Lisa: - Alright then, Nick. Don't be late for dinner.
Nick: - I won't mom. Don't worry
Nick runs to his school on the other side of town
Nick: - Well, this is a great workout, but when I get there, I will be too tired to practice with the others. There must be an easier way to get to school.
Nick thinks for a minute about how he could get to school faster
Nick: - Thinks to himself (Wait a minute, I'm a Pikachu. If I was able to run very fast in grandma and grandpa's house, I should be able to do that here. Though, I should make sure I'm not drawing attention to myself if I do that in public. I try to dash towards my school like how I did it at their house, then run normally just before the door)
Nick then dashes like he did at his grandparents' house, and gets to school in only a few seconds. Then switches to running normally when there are only 5 houses between him and the school building. He tried to be subtle, but he did create a small lightning trail behind him. Thankfully for Nick, nobody saw it.
Nick: - Well that worked, and I'm here early.
Nick walks in the door, and sees his friend in the hall
?: - Finally show up early for once, eh Nick?
Nick: - Well, you're one to talk, considering I see you walk in after me everyday, Ned.
Ned: - I just thought to come early so we can talk about the game between us and the New York North End highschool.
Nick: - Oh yeah, about that…
Ned: - Yeah?
Nick: - We'll be facing my brother in that game.
Ned: - Wait, what?! You told us you were an only child.
Nick: - I did, but I found out that I have an older and a younger brother that both go to the North End highschool. Both of them are on the Football team there.
Ned: - Well, this is a surprise. I think this might be the first time in our schools' histories that siblings are facing each other.
Nick: - Yeah. It'll be hard for my parents to decide who to cheer for.
Ned: - Well, are you going to tell the team the news you told me?
Nick: - Yes, but it's early, and the whole team isn't here yet.
Ned: - Are you worried about going up against your brother's team?
Nick: - A little, since I just moved back into my parents house and I saw that my brother has a lot of football trophies
Ned: - So, more or less even match I see
Nick: - Huh?
Ned: - You also have a lot of football awards, don't you?
Nick: - Well ya, I do, but…
Ned: - So don't worry, Nick. Both teams have great QBs, so it'll be a fair game right?
Nick: - That's true, but my brother won 2 state championships since he started to play football, and I just have 1.
Ned: - Oh, then that is a problem.
Nick: - That and Ace's team have good team chemistry. They don't fight. They all know what Ace's next moves will be once they're on the field.
Ned: - Come on now, Nick. Our team has good chemistry as well. Maybe not as good as your brother's team, but good nonetheless.
Nick: - Well ya, but Ned, have you forgotten what I said? My brother won 2 state championships since he started to play football.
Ned: - Ya, so?
Nick: - So he and his team can beat us easily.
Ned: - Nick? What did you do last night? Cause before today you were so excited to go against North End High, and also, if we win this game, we will be one step closer to going to the state championship.
Nick: - I know, Ned. I'm excited about that. I'm just worried I won't be good enough to go against my brother knowing it's him on the opposing team.
Ned: - Ok, but you didn't answer my question. What were you doing last night?
Nick: - I slept in my brother's room while I'm waiting for my room to be finished so I can sleep there?
Ned: - Ok. Did you do anything else?
Nick: - I may or may not have looked through my brother's stuff while in his room…including his phone…and Switch.
Ned: - Did you get any insider tips or leaks?
Nick: - I didn't look at his phone for long, but I did go playing on his Switch.
Ned: - What did you do on his Switch?
Nick: - I…deleted his save of Pokemon Sword, then started a new game myself.
Ned: - Oooh, that's bad. Your brother's gonna be mad at you.
Nick: - You're not helping, Ned.
Ned: - I'm just telling you what's likely gonna happen.
Nick: - Whatever, let's head to the field.
Ned: - Locker room first. We need to change for practice
Nick: - Oh, right
Both of them head to the locker room and get changed. Then, they head onto the field.
Practice continues for 4 hours
After practice, Nick and Ned walk to the park in North End New York City
Nick: - Want to see where I live now?
Ned: - We can swing by your place after we see the area.
Nick: - Ok. Let's go here first. Points to the park
Ned: - Sure.
Both walk in, but shortly down the path, in a secluded spot, they see some familiar faces
Nick: - Alex?
Alex: - Oh, hey Nick. How's it going living with your parents?
Nick: - I love it. So nice to be back with my true family.
Ned: - Made some new friends, Nick?
Jack: - Who are you?
Ned: - I'm Nick's best friend, Ned
Will: - Nice to meet you, Ned
Mark: - Yeah, welcome
Ned: - Likewise
Nick: - What are you doing here?
Alex: - We were just discussing some strategy for the homecoming game.
Ned: - You were discussing strategy without the rest of your team?
Jack: - Yeah
Will: - Anything wrong with doing that?
Ned: - I guess not
Alex: - Yeah, nothing you need to worry about
Nick: - Well, we aren't on your team. Remember?
Alex: - Oh right
Jack: - Don't go breaking anymore ice, Alex
Alex: - I'm not! I'm not!
Ned: - What ice?
Mark: - Our strategic ice
Ned: - HA!
Nick: - Not laughing as he knows what 'ice' they're referring to
Ned: - Come on, Nick, that was a good one.
Nick: - I'm good
Ned: - You're always in a mood to laugh. What's up?
Nick: - Nothing. I just have a lot on my mind
Ned: - You were kinda slow during practice earlier. Do you want to talk about it?
Nick: - I was thinking about our strategy for the game.
Ned: - Oh, then it's for the best you don't break our "Strategic ice" says the last part in a mocking tone and smirks
Mark: - Hey!
Unknown to everyone, they're being watched by someone
Ned: - Say, where is your team, uhhh…
Alex: - Alex
Jack: - Jack
Mark: - Mark
Will: - Will
Alex: - And they're home now.
Ned: - Nick, you said to me you were sleeping in your brother's bedroom, correct?
Nick: - Yes?
Ned: - Where was he sleeping?
Nick: - He wasn't home
Nathan, hiding under a playground slide: - (Looks like those four are having fun.) Sees who Alex's group is with (Who are those 2?)
Ned: - Where is he? Alex said their team was home
Nick: - I don't know. He disappeared a couple days ago. Didn't you see the news?
Nathan: - (News?)
Ned: - Do you have any other siblings?
Nick: - Yes, my parents told me I have 2 brothers
Ned: - Ok, where are they?
Nick: - I don't know. Neither were home last night
Ned: - Alex, what's going on? You said your team was home, but 2 members are missing.
Alex: - I'm sorry. I wish I knew
Ned: - Nick? Can you explain to me what's going on?
Nick: - Tries to think of something else to redirect the conversation, but can't. Sigh I think we should let Ned know
Ned: - Let me know what?
Alex: - Are you sure, Nick?
Nick: - Yes. We can trust him
Ned: - What?
Nathan: - (What are they talking about?)
Nick: - Ned
Ned: - Yeah
Nick: - The reason I don't know where my brothers are is because they're not in this world
Ned: - What do you mean?
Nick: - Have you played any of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games?
Ned: - Yeah, I have
Nick: - You know how those games start, right?
Ned: - Yeah. A human gets pulled into the pokemon world to fix some problem over there, then they choose whether to stay or go back to the human world. What's your point?
Nick: - Well that scenario has happened, but in reverse
Ned: - Reverse? Are you saying there are pokemon here?
Nick and the others: - nod
Ned: - Wh-where are they?
Nick: - Some of them went back to the pokemon world
Ned: - Who?
Nick: - My brothers
Ned: - You have pokemon siblings?!
Nick: - Yes, I do
Ned: - So, are they like adoptive siblings?
Nick: - They're not the only pokemon that have been here
Ned: - Th-there are more?
Nick: - Mhm
Ned: - Who else?
Nick: - Points to himself I am one
Ned: - Wha? What are you talking about?
Nick: - I am a pokemon. I'm not human
Ned: - Jaw drops so far it hurts him a little bit. Agh
Jack: - You ok?
Ned: - My best friend is a pokemon?!
Mark: - Hard to believe, but it's true
Ned: - Wait, you all know this?
Nick: - Yup, they know
Will: - We were all surprised to hear that Nick and his brothers are pokemon.
Nick: - And that's not all
Ned: - There's more?
Nick: - Yep
Ned: - What other pokemon are here?
Nick: - My parents and grandparents are also pokemon. You've been to my grandparents' house before, Ned, but you haven't seen what they really are.
Ned: - No way, I don't believe it. If you're a pokemon, prove it
Nick: - Holds out his hands Look
Ned: - Ok Looks at Nick's hand
Nick: - Creates a spark of electricity in his hand Now do you believe me?
Ned: - Still hard to, but yeah, I do
Nick: - Thank you
Nathan: - Is shocked by what he heard (No…don't tell me…) Realizes he made a mistake (The Ace and Ben I brought over to the pokemon world… aren't Teresa's kids?!)
Ned: - So, what's it like being a pokemon?
Nick: - I don't know. I only found out I was one recently
Nathan: - (How could I have made such a big mistake? I've got to fix this fast.) Tries to think of how to fix his mess (I should think this through more than other important decisions I've made thus far. Maybe, that young man's parents could help)
Nick: - I did find out I can run super fast. I managed to get to school for Football practice in like 3 seconds.
Ned: - So that's how you were early today for practice. You used your pokemon power to speed your way to school
Nick: - Well, it's my Pikachu power. I am a Pikachu
Ned: - I see. Well, have fun speeding ho- Sees something behind Nick Uhh, who's that?
Nathan: - Wide eyes (What?!)
Nick: - Who? Looks behind him There's no one there
Ned: - Under the slide
Nathan: - Tries to move completely behind the slide. Says worriedly (Busted)
Ned: - I know you're there! You might as well come out!
Nathan: - Walks out from behind the slide
Under a light from a nearby lamppost, everyone can see a white figure come out from behind the slide
Nick: - Who is that? More importantly, what is that?
The figure comes a bit closer
Alex: - Wait a minute. Tries to make out what the figure is, and recognises it as Nathan. Nathan?!
Nathan: - Ehehe, hello Alex
Nick: - Alex, you know this thing?
Alex: - Yeah. He's a Mew. His name is Nathan
Ned: - A MEW?!
Alex: - Not so loud!
Ned: - Sorry
Nick: - What is a Mew doing here
Nathan: - Catches up to the group I was just roaming around when I saw you guys talking here.
Ned: - So you were spying?
Nathan: - Kinda, but I was interested in the part where you were talking about other pokemon who were here
Nick: - Yeah, and what about it?
Nathan: - I know these 4, but what are your names?
Nick: - I'm Nick, and this is my friend Ned
Nathan: - Ok. Nick, did you say you were a Pokemon?
Nick: - Yes, I'm a Pikachu. I found that out when my parents came to visit me at my grandparents' house. All of them are pokemon as well.
Nathan: - Do you know their names? Not what YOU call them, but their real names.
Nick: - Of course. My dad's name is Jake Rogers, my mom's name is Lisa Rogers, though her maiden name is Lisa Unchained, her mom's name is Lesley Unchained, I don't know her maiden name, and my mom's dad's name is Gordon Unchained. I don't know much about my dad's side of the family.
Nathan: - So they are still here
Nick: - What do you mean "still"?
Nathan: - I brought them over here 30 years ago
Nick: - Wait WHAT?!
Nathan: - Yup. I brought them from the pokemon world to this world. I'm surprised they haven't tried finding me after all this time.
Ned: - What would they have a need to find you for?
Nathan: - I don't know. Maybe they would've wanted to find me to return to their home world.
Nick: - Well, would you like to see them?
Ned: - Nick, are you just going to let this "Mew" into your home? You don't even know him
Nick: - I could say the same thing to you.
Nathan: - Would you please take me to them, Nick?
Nick: - Follow me Starts heading home You all are welcome to come with us.
Everyone follows Nick home.
They all get home without issue
Nick: - Here we are
Nathan: - I missed them when I was here last time.
Nick: - You nervous about seeing them after so long?
Nathan: - I'll be fine
Nick: - Ok then. Opens the door and walks in
Everyone else follows behind
Nick: - Mom, dad, I'm home
Lisa: - Welcome home, Nick. How was prac- Pauses after seeing who is behind Nick
Jake: - What's new, ki- Sees his wife frozen. Uh, dear?
Lisa: - Jake…look at who's next to our son
Jake: - Looks next to Nick to see a face he hadn't seen in a long time. N-n-Nathan?
Nathan: - Sees Jake and Lisa Oh uhhh…hi
Lisa: - Still a bit shaken by Nathan's presence. What are you doing back here?
Nathan: - I came here to see you
Jake: - Is everything alright in our home world? You brought us over here to protect us from an evil pokemon
Nathan: - Everything has settled down for now, but unfortunately that evil pokemon that you're talking about is here, in this world.
Jake: - So, we're not safe?
Nathan: - I wouldn't worry about that. It seems he hasn't done much of anything to this world since he came here
Jake: - He must be lurking, plotting his next attack against us.
Nathan: - Nah, I don't think so. Devon isn't the type to sit still waiting for an opportunity to strike.
Jake: - How do you know?
Nathan: - As hard to believe as it sounds, that mon that attacked you is my younger brother
Jake and Lisa: - WHAT!?
Jake: - You're not going to attack us too, are you?
Nathan: - No, I'm not working with my brother against you
Jake: - Phew, thank Arceus
Lisa: - Could you tell us why you took our kids to the pokemon world?
Nathan: - Huh? Is shocked by Lisa's question
Lisa: - The four kids behind you told us you changed our son, Ben, and Ace's friend, Kenny, into pokemon and took them to the pokemon world, and I guess it would be safe to assume you did the same thing to Ace himself before taking Ben and Kenny.
Nathan: - Surprised to find out they know about him taking Ace, Ben, and Kenny away. Y-yo-you already know?
Jake: - Ace's disappearance was on the news, and as Lisa just said, those four told us about you taking Ben and Kenny
Nathan: - I'm sorry, but I made a mistake by bringing your sons over.
Jake: - What do you mean "mistake"?
Nathan: - Your sons were not who I intended to bring back to the pokemon world.
Jake: - So? Can't you just bring them back here?
Nathan: - There's more to Ace's situation than what you know.
Jake: - More?
Nathan: - When I brought your Ace over- Hesitates -I passed down my Mew of Happiness power to him
Everyone: - Gasp
Lisa: - Wait, what do you mean by "our Ace"?
Nathan: - There's another Boltund/Raichu couple in the Pokemon world who were also attacked by my brother, but when I found them, the Raichu, Oliver, had his Boltund wife, Teresa, separate from him and keep their kids safe. I found Teresa and her kids shortly after and she asked me to take them somewhere safe, and I couldn't think of anywhere else but this world.
Jake: - Wait, so that Yamper/Pichu pair we gave to my adoptive parents', those were who you intended to bring back?
Nathan: - Oh, right. I did give them to you when I came here with Teresa. Thank you for giving them a safe place to live, but yes, you are correct.
Just then, a tire screech can be heard outside
Jake: - Who's that?
Lisa: - Facepalms I forgot my parents were coming over today to see our house since they've never been here before.
Jake: - What?!
Lisa: - Well, we've always gone to their house to see them whenever Ace and Ben were at weekend Football practice. They never came here once.
Gordon and Lesley get out of the car and make their way to the front door.
Jake: - Well, you 7 shouldn't crowd the door. Come in further
The kids and Nathan walk into the living room
Outside
Gordon: - So this is where Lisa's living
Lesley: - And Jake. Can't forget about him, dear
Gordon: - I know that. You know how I always love to spread a bit of fairy dust in my speech.
Lesley: - Well you haven't spread any fairy dust for real in 30 years
Gordon: - I know
They walk inside
Lisa: - Hey mom, dad
Lesley: - How are you doing, Lisa?
Gordon: - Nice place you have here
Lisa: - Yeah, it's pretty cool.
Gordon: - Sees the kids standing in the living room. Seems we were not the only ones planning to come here.
Lesley: - Our grandkids' friends are here, Nick is here,... Sees Ned Ned as well, and… Sees Nathan Gasp
Gordon: - Les? What's wro- Also sees Nathan. You're back.
Nathan: - Chuckles nervously. Glad to see you again.
Gordon: - Yeah. It's been so long. Thanks for saving us from that other Mew
Nathan: - Unfortunately, that Mew is my brother, but you're welcome
Gordon: - Really? That Mew was that Sprigatito that was picked on all the time?
Nathan: - Yup
Gordon: - Sad that he decided to use a Mew power for evil
Nathan: - Mhm. I've been trying my hardest to help him see that what he's doing is wrong. Wanting to get back at bullies is one thing, but harming others isn't the way to do it.
Gordon: - Hopefully he sees the light soon.
Nathan: - I hope so too
Gordon: - How's our son doing?
Alex: - Son?
Jack: - You have another pokemon kid?
Gordon: - Yes. Lisa has a twin brother named Splat. He's Nick's uncle
Nick: - I HAVE A WHAT?!
Gordon: - Mhm. Last time we saw him, he was still a Shiny Eevee
Nick: - A bit confused now. Wait a minute. A family of Raichus and Boltunds, and I have an Eevee uncle?
Gordon: - Did you already forget I'm a Shiny Sylveon?
Ned: - Wait wait wait. Nick, your whole family is made up of pokemon?!
Nick: - I already told that in the park. Are you seriously still in disbelief?
Ned: - Well, yeah. I just can't imagine pokemon, here.
Gordon: - Wait, Nick, you told Ned the truth?
Ned: - Yeah, sorry about that. I kinda forced it out of him
Jake: - I guess that's fine since Nick trusts you a lot. Just like how much Ace trusts Kenny and these 4 teammates of his.
Nick: - Thank you. Wait, who's Kenny?
Alex: - This guy. Shows Nick the video of Ben and Kenny turning into pokemon
Nick: - That Meowstic?
Alex: - Mhm, he was changed into a pokemon by Nathan here. Shows Nick a video of one of their team's Football practices. That's what he looks like for real.
Nick: - I see
Just then, another tire screech can be heard outside
Jake: - Anyone else you invited over I need to know about, Lisa?
Lisa: - I only invited my parents
The people in the car get out and walk up to the door
?: - Knock Knock Hello?
Gordon: - Opens the door Hello?
James: - May we come in? We have something we'd like to discuss
Gordon: - You were the other guests that visited us with my daughter, right?
James: - Yes
Jake: - Can see who's at the door Oh, Mr and Mrs Adams. Please come in
James: - Thanks
The Adams family walks in
James: - Oh, and this our youngest son, Blake
Blake: - Hello
Lea: - He's Kenny's younger brother
Everyone else: - Nice to meet you
Gordon: - You said you wanted to discuss something?
Lea: - Yes.
James: - Sees Nathan
Nathan: - Realizes that they see him (Devon, is this some kind of sick joke you're playing on me?)
James: - No he's not. We came of our own accord.
Nathan: - Shocked that James just read his mind. Wait, what? Your abilities still work here?
Ned: - Abilities?
Jake: - Abilities? Like… Gets a shocked look after thinking about what Nathan could be talking about
James: - Mhm
Ned: - How many pokemon are in this world?
James: - I don't know, but yes, we are also pokemon
Alex: - And Kenny? He's also one?
James: - Yup
Nathan: - Yes, there aren't members from just 3 pokemon families here, but 5. The Rogers, the Ace and Ben I mistook Jake and Lisa's kids for, The Adams, and myself and Devon
Blake: - Mom, dad, you never told me this.
James: - I'm sorry, but we had to keep our true origins a secret from the rest of the world
Blake: - Why?
James: - Do you know what people do to animals or animal-like creatures? Since we're not like the animals here, we might get experimented on like lab rats.
Nick: - Was that a similar reason for why you didn't tell me or my brothers about what we really are?
Jake: - One reason of the bigger reasons, yes
Nick: - Ok, I feel a little better knowing it was for our safety
Blake: - What pokemon am I?
James: - You were born an Espurr, but your body hasn't glowed yet to signal your pokemon evolution, so you're still an Espurr
Blake: - Alright
Alex: - Do Ace, Ben, and Kenny know this?
Nick: - Know what?
Alex: - That you're all actually pokemon. They think they're humans that turned into pokemon. They don't know that, for their whole lives, they were actually pokemon living like humans in this world. How do you think they'd react to hearing they weren't truly human?
Nathan: - Ace and Ben already know that they're pokemon.
Alex: - Wait what?
Nathan: - Yeah. I think Splat told Ace at some point 'cause Ace told Ben the truth when I "accidentally" dropped them into the pokemon world on top of a table full of dirty plates. Though, Kenny still doesn't know. At least, to my knowledge, he doesn't
Nick: - Well, why don't we go tell them?
Jake: - I think that's enough world hopping for one week. I don't think I can take losing another kid because they went to the Pokemon world.
Lisa: - I'm ok with it as long as it means he can see his siblings after so many years.
Jake: - Sigh You're right
Lesley: - I think having someone go over to find your kids would help a lot
Gordon: - And perhaps Nick could also prepare for possibly having to fight Devon.
Blake: - May I go too
James: - I'm sorry, but you're too young for something like this.
Lea: - Don't worry, you'll see Kenny again soon
Blake: - Ok mom
Nathan: - Ready to go, Nick?
Nick: - Aren't you forgetting something?
Nathan: - Oh, right. Changes Nick into a Pikachu
Nick: - Now I'm ready
Ned: - Sees his best friend is now a Pikachu You look awesome, Nick
Nick: - Thank you, Ned
Lisa: - Make sure you don't drop Nick off somewhere unpleasant, Nathan
Nathan: - I'll try better with where I open the portal into the Pokemon world
Nick: - Ok, let's go
Nathan: - Right
Jake: - Stay safe, son
Nick: - I'll try
Nathan: - Grabs Nick's paw, and teleports them both to the Pokemon world
Ned: - And there they go
Mark: - To Alex, Jack, and Will. We should probably head out too. Our team is preparing a night time Football practice session in a few minutes.
Alex: - Right.
Jake: - Thanks for stopping by
Lisa: - We'll come down to watch your team at the field
Alex, Jack, Mark, and Will: - See you then. They all head towards the school
Ned: - I should probably also head back
Lesley: - We can drive you home if you like
Ned: - Thank you. And I promise to keep all of this pokemon stuff between us
Gordon: - Thank you
Gordon, Lesley, and Ned get into the Unchaineds' car, and drive back to the South End
James: - We should leave too
Jake: - Ok. Will we see you at the game?
James: - We'll be there
James, Lea, and Blake also leave
Jake: - This was an interesting evening
Lisa: - Indeed. I didn't realize the Adams family were also pokemon. I guess it must've happened around the same time we got the other Boltund's kids.
Jake: - Could've been, but they could've also come here at a different time and we never noticed.
Lisa: - That's true.
Jake: - Let's not think about it anymore tonight. Why don't we head over to Ace's school to watch his team's practice, and have your parents come watch with us?
Lisa: - Alright then.
Jake: - Sends Gordon a text message to have him and Lesley go over to the North End high school after dropping off Ned
Jake and Lisa get into their car and drive off to the North End high school.
