A week had gone by for Issei, who was now a little older. From seven in the morning to three in the afternoon, Issei was at school in the main classroom. For two hours after that, he was under the tutelage of Göndul who, after talking with Freya, was teaching Issei magic of all different kinds. Norse magic was the most common she was teaching him, but also just plain magician magic. She was also giving him more formal education, but due to Issei actually being a quick learner Göndul decided to assist Freya in actually improving the boy. She was still cold and merciless to the human, but she couldn't deny he was impressing her more and more by the passing day.

From half past five to eight at night, Issei was under Freya's instruction. For the first week, and still the same, she was making sure Issei was physically fit. This is where we would find our human today.

"Come on, you can do better than this Issei! You were at fifty yesterday! You can do seventy today!" Freya cheered him on, standing above the human boy who was struggling to lift himself up off the ground in a push-up.

"I'm… trying!" He yelled out at his trainer, before he collapsed on the ground. "I… I just can't!" He complained.

"Come on Issei, you were so close. You only had five more to go. If you do five more… I'll let you wield a sword."

"Really?!" He exclaimed, and quickly got back up onto his push ups, quickly doing five within thirteen seconds, as if he wasn't tired at all. Freya chuckled and smiled at the exuberance and excitement that a child had. A human child.

"Looks like you weren't even tired at all." She teased. "But, a deal is a deal. I suppose I can start giving you weapons training as part of your routine. Sparring does give you muscle definition."

"Sparring? You mean… fighting?"

"That's right, there's no better way to learn a martial art or a skill with a sword or an ax than a spar." She said, grinning at the boy as she summoned two wooden swords through her magic. She then tossed the now nervous child one of the swords. "What's the matter, didn't you want to learn how to use a weapon Issei?" She taunted.

"Not like this! I thought I would do stances or hit a dummy!" He said.

Freya laughed, grinning at the boy. "You read too many fantasy stories Issei. No, you're going to be trained like I learned how to fight. Through blood, sweat and tears. Are you going to chicken out?"

"I'm not a chicken!"

"Sounds like you are to me." Freya said, taunting the boy.

"I'm not a chicken!"

"Bawk bawk bawk!" She replied.

"AAAAH!" Issei roared, taking his one handed sword with both hands and charging at Freya with his sword above his head as if he was going to bring it down upon her. Freya, had no mercy. She used the sword in her right hand to knock the sword out of Issei's hands with a horizontal slash. She would then pivot on her left foot to get behind the boy who was now standing in shock, and then kick his legs out from under him, sending him up into the air slightly before he fell onto his back. Her sword would then flip around so it was pointing down and she brought it down on his midsection, right over the Aorta artery. This caused the human child to exhale all the oxygen out of his gut, as well as curl up in pain.

"Anger is a tool but never use it as the weapon. Anger can be a source of strength and power, but it can cloud your mind. Never fall for the taunts of your opponents." She scolded, staring down at Issei as she stood up and pointed her sword down at him. Issei merely held his chest and stomach, tears starting to roll down his face.

"Your mother would be disappointed. Crying after being beaten and then quitting when you lose." She said, using his mother as her tool to train him. Make him strong.

"I'm… I'm not crying." He said with a small voice, wiping his face with his sleeve before slowly getting up. "I'm not giving up. I'm not going to give up!" He said, standing up straight. He truly did love Frigg.

"Good to hear it." She said before tossing Issei his sword. "That sword is a one handed sword. The grip is too small for two hands, especially when you are older. A weapon is an extension of one's self. Imagine it as a glove on your hand. It's part of your arm and you can use it as such." She said, doing a 'dance' of sorts as she started to twirl her blade around in her hand while spinning on her right foot, slicing through the air.

Issei closed his eyes and put the sword in his right hand, gripping above the pommel in a tight grip. He breathed in and out slowly, as he imagined in his mind what she was talking about. 'Part of my body… part of my arm...' In his mind, several opponents started to appear. They were all shadow figures as he didn't give them any faces, but they were around his size. Issei started to twirl the blade in his hand, getting a feel for it, before striking out with a thrust of the sword. He extended his arm out straight stabbing the first shadow figure right in the gut, before yanking his sword out. The figure of shadow disappeared, leaving two more. He twirled on his right foot, his wrist turning to point the sword downwards, blocking the shadow figures strike. He would then push his sword out, making some room, before his wrist straightened out and he swung the sword diagonally across the shadow figures chest, making him disappear. This figure thrusted his sword towards Issei, who jumped back, slightly out of the range of the thrust. Issei twirled his sword around to face behind him as another thrust was sent at him. Pivoting on his left foot, with his sword to the right, the shadow sword was now in front of Issei below his own sword which left Issei to step back and stab backwards with his left hand on the pommel, penetrating the shadow's gut. He also disappeared. When Issei opened his eyes, he was staring at Freya who clapped and smiled at Issei.

"Göndul was right. You really are a fast learner. You can go far, if only you can get the confidence in yourself, but that'll come with time. Now, you ready for more Issei?"

"Yes Freya." Issei said, holding his sword out at her.

"Good… then come at me with all your might!" Freya said before Issei charged at her.

Another two years had passed in Asgard, which meant another six in Midgard. Issei was now a fourteen year old teenager, hitting puberty the year before. Issei's routine didn't change much from where it was two years ago. He was still going to school full time, training with magic under Göndul as well as training with weapons under Freya. Freya focused mainly on the sword, but also spent a decent amount of time training Issei in unarmed combat. Issei picked up the sword fighting pretty quickly, but Issei had true natural talent when it came to fighting with his bare hands. That was where he shined quickly, which meant that Freya had to focus more on the sword fighting than anything else.

It was Issei's birthday, or the day that he was brought to Asgard by Frigg. Marking his fourteenth birthday. As such, things were going to start changing for Issei, one of which… is Odin was going to start taking a more personal interest in Issei's development, which is where we find the young human teenager now. Odin and Issei were currently in the training hall located within the palace, which wasn't the place where Freya trained with Issei. No, this training hall was for Odin and his direct family. Issei was wielding a steel sword while Odin was wielding his spear.

"I hear you've been progressing well with Freya. I couldn't do this before but with you becoming a man, I figured it was time. I want you to show me what you have Issei… for you shall now be training with me as well." Odin said. This was Issei's life. School and training. The poor boy had no friends in school and no social life. His entire life was dedicated to the betterment of himself and Asgard… which wasn't his choice as he was forced to by the Gods and Goddesses… or so he assumes. Issei took his sword and started to make his way closer to Odin, circling the Allfather who merely stood at the ready. Issei was waiting for the right time to strike, so he just merely closed in and started to poke as Odin's defenses, for Issei knew that Odin was a stronger opponent, so he had to be cautious with this. Odin smiled, seeing that Freya was teaching him well. "You impress me my son. Freya has been teaching you well, which means I don't have much to teach you in the ways of combat… but there is much more to be done to mold you into a warrior. Come. Tomorrow is your day off from school so we're going to go to Midgard together."

"Why are we going to Midgard father?"

"We're going hunting."

"Hunting?"

"Yes, for there is one thing Freya has not taught you that will either get you killed or will save your life."

"Yes father." Issei said, bowing his head. Odin smiled and shook his head. His right eye, which was a gem glowed a bright yellow light, before a portal opened up in front of him. "No need to bow my son, but it's time." He replied. The portal led to the Yggdrasil and together, father and son stepped through the portal to the branches.

Half an hour later, their walk along the branches came to an end when they arrived at the Midgard portal. They took the portal and they arrived in Norway, deep in the forest on the other side of the mountain where Issei's human parents were. Issei looked around and shivered, rubbing his arms before remembering he has magic and discretely warmed up his body using Norse Magic. Odin gave a nod of approval at that, before summoning a bow from the Well of Urd and handed the weapon as well as a quiver of arrows. Issei placed the bow on his back, as well as the quicker, with his sword tucked into a sheath on his waist.

"What are we hunting?"

"Elk. The ones here in Norway are absolutely delicious when roasted… it's one of the reasons I come down to Midgard every winter." Odin said with a smile, patting his son on the head before he knelt down, pointing forward in the trees. Thirty yards away, a large buck with massive antlers was grazing one of the few plants that grew in the mountains, as well as above the snow. Odin smiled at Issei and gestured. "Come on my son… line up a shot." He cheered on his son. Issei took the bow off of his back and took an arrow out of the quiver. One of the things that Freya had taught him for a little while, was how to shoot a bow. Lining up the shot, Issei tilted his head to make sure he was on target before he let loose the bowstring, sending the arrow flying down the mountain, in which it connected into the buck's flank, sending it tumbling down a few yards down the mountain before crashing against a tree. "WOW! Fantastic shot my son!" Odin said, surprised yet eagerly complimenting his son before he got up. "Let's go get our dinner." He said, placing his hand on Issei's back and leading him down to the elk.

When they arrived, they found that the Elk was clinging on to life, his eye staring up at the pair. Odin knelt down and Issei followed suit. Odin glanced over at Issei, who was staring at the dying elk. "He's… still alive." Issei muttered and Odin knew this was going to be hard, but it needed to be done.

"Your sword Issei." Odin said, in which Issei was quick to pull the sword out of his sheath and offer it to his father. Odin shook his head. "You need to do it… finish what you started." Odin said, watching Issei intensely. Issei looked at Odin with a little bit of fear and worry, not sure what he should do. He's never killed before. Issei took his sword with a gulp and placed both hands on it, with one behind the pommel as he aimed it towards the Elk's spinal cord in its neck. He fidgeted for a good twenty seconds before he started to pull away.

"I… I can't do this." Issei said, only for Odin to grab Issei's hands with his own, gently guiding the sword back into place… and slowly pressed down, in which the Elk violently shook, from the pain of the sword being pushed into his flesh. Odin removed his hands and Issei pushed the sword all the way down, severing the spine of the Elk, which killed it quickly. Issei pulled his hands away, leaving the sword in the flesh of the elk, staring at his hands. Odin's left hand was quick and started to pat Issei on the back.

"You did good…" He said quietly, knowing that this was going to be hard on Issei but it was necessary. Odin would remove his hand and sit down in the snow, cross legged, looking out past the Elk down the mountain towards the valley below. Issei took a few minutes to get a hold of himself, but he mimicked his father and looked out at the valley. They sat like this for a good twenty minutes before Issei spoke.

"This was never about dinner was it…?" He asked quietly, and Odin just smiled sadly at Issei.

"Afraid not. One thing that a warrior must do… kill his opponent… You could learn all the skills using a sword or a bow… but when it comes down to it… If you aren't willing to go all the way… you could die… or your friends could die alongside you." Odin said softly, hugging his son to his side as he spoke. "I watched you train every so often… and I watched you grow… I know you didn't enjoy this… but it was necessary. Killing the Elk today after your arrow shot was also necessary… to keep it from suffering."

Issei said nothing and frowned, staring down at the Elk before him. They decided to just sit in quiet for a good ten minutes, before Odin decided to try something.

"Hey Issei, would you like to know another great reason why I love coming to Midgard?" He asked, grinning lecherously.

"Why?" Issei asked, forgetting all about his woes about killing the elk.

"Boobies." Odin said, getting up and forming another portal. "And there's no other place in the world to see breasts… than Las Vegas!" Odin cheered, pulling Issei into a portal.

Coming out of the portal into an alley way, Odin took his son by the hand and dragged him off into the main street. Issei's eyes widened as he looked around, bright and colorful lights lit up the entire city, show casing that they truly never sleep or stop partying here. Walking around the side walk were many people, men and women alike from all different colors and races. Sizes, shapes and ages. Old and young. Some dressed in skimpy clothes and others dressed in suits. Odin took Issei to a front door, that had a large brightly lit sign above. It said 'Naked. Wet. Wild. XXX'. The building didn't look all that well kept, but when Odin and Issei entered, the interior was not at all like the exterior. Bright chrome and silver filled every inch, with flashing strobe lights covering the stage. On stage, was a fully naked woman, except for a pair of black knee socks and stilettos.

She was dancing along a pole, flipping around, spreading her legs which gave sight to a something that Issei never knew existed. Heaven. A Pink heaven. Odin cheered and brought Issei around to a booth that wasn't taken, plopping the awestruck teen in the seat, before waving over a waitress. Odin looked at the woman with a grin. This woman was a ten. She had long black hair down to her ass, a slim waist but thick hips, and her breasts were big and perky.

"Good evening sir, good to see you again. Who is this young man with you?"

"This is my son, Issei. He just turned eighteen today and as a birthday present, I thought to myself, that if I was his age, I would have LOVED for my father to have taken me here."

"Its your birthday?! Well, happy birthday! Let me see what I can do for you on your special day." The waitress said with a wink. "So what shall I get him to drink you think?" She asked Odin.

"Oh get the same as me. Just don't tell anyone." He said, winking at the waitress who grinned back.

"Of course, he's twenty one after all." The waitress said with a conspiratory wink before walking away with a sway in her hips.

About five minutes later, the woman came back with two large glasses filled with a brown liquid. It smelled of fermented honey as well as a hint of raspberries. It was Mead! Odin cheered and started to chug down the alcohol from the mug, grinning all the way. Issei, being stared at by the waitress, took the mug and took a sip, cringing a bit. Odin grinned down at his son.

"What's wrong Issei? Don't like this manly drink?" Odin teased, in which the easily impressionable teenager quickly started to chug his drink, ignoring the sting going down his throat. This prompted more encouragement and cheers from both the waitress and Odin!

"Yea that's my boy!"

"Now, I couldn't get all that I wanted for this mans birthday, but, I did manage to get something special. Our best performer… will be all his all night in the VIP lounge." She said, winking at Issei. "I do hope you enjoy yourself tonight birthday boy." Issei was then taken away by the waitress, by his hand, who led him into the VIP room, closing the door behind her and having one of the bouncers lock it from the outside. The waitress grinned and would give him the greatest night of his life, thus far.

It was three twenty in the morning when Odin and Issei returned to Asgard and their palace. He had placed the portal in a large walk in closet on the far side of the palace, away from where his wife would surely be. He opened the door to the closet and turned to Issei, who… was drunk. Not just drunk. Smashed. "Keep as quiet as possible, we need to sneak back to our rooms without your mother noticing." Odin said with a hushed whisper. Issei nodded a little and followed Odin as best he could, though with the poor kid drunk he was a little sloppy in his walk. And loud.

"I LOVE BOOBIES!" Issei cheered, almost yelling it out for the entire palace to hear. Odin turned to glare at Issei.

"SHH!" He scolded, trying to keep their cover, but it was too late.

"Oh dear husband, what exactly did our son just say?" Spoke a voice, filled with venom. Odin turned and gave a weak smile. "Oh Issei? He merely said that he loves book-" Odin was silenced when Frigg glared at him and taunted him as if saying 'Tell another lie'. Next to Frigg was Freya, who was wearing her Valkyrie armor and staring both Odin and Issei down. Issei, being as drunk as he was, could not read the room.

"I love breasts! Father has shown me breasts! Breasts are life! I got to squeeze breasts!" Issei cheered, before hiccuping. His eyes drifted to Freya's chest, and gave a lecherous grin. Freya noticed this and raised a brow, before nodding.

'Makes sense that he's finally starting to notice women as women. Puberty… so much fun.' She thought with a roll of her eyes, but she didn't seem to care.

Frigg stormed up to Odin and took him by the left ear, twisting it and forcing the man to bend over. "So you pull Issei away from Freya's training to take him to a damn strip club?! TO SEE BREASTS?! I'm well aware of your lechery my dear husband, but to corrupt my CHILD to be like you?! Oh you're going to wish you hadn't. Let's go!" She said, dragging the Allfather away to be punished and scolded like never before. This left Issei alone with Freya. Freya sighed.

"I don't think you'll get much sleep in the palace with Frigg yelling at Odin… not to mention she'll be too busy with him to help detoxify you. Come on Issei."

"Freya is taking me home?! Woo boobies!" Issei grinned, staring at those breasts.

"Yes Issei, you get to see my breasts when we get to my home. Come now." Freya said, shaking her head, leading Issei away. When they arrived, Freya would lay Issei down on her bed, in which made Issei even happier, but what Issei didn't realize was just how tired he was. Freya shook her head once more. "Jeez… Odin really has done a number on you… hopefully you will be better when you're sober." Freya muttered, frowning before heading to the living room to get some sleep on the couch.

Off in the distance, if you really tried to listen, you could hear wails of pain and yells of fury coming from the palace as well as a powerful God begging for mercy from his wife.
