TwinStarDragon: There will be more in the future. And rest assured, Bakugou will receive his karma.

ProjectIceman: Yes uwu

Dagobah Municipal Beach Park

Musutafu, Japan

After lunch, Izuku and his friends pick up all the plastic plates and utensils before tossing them into the plastic bag.

"Let's not repeat the same mistake," Ochako says. "I doubt both of you want to clean the beach again anytime soon."

"No." Both boys say in unison as Ochako giggles.

"I still have nightmares of all the nasty smells hitting my nose like a truck!" Eijirou exclaims in horror.

"For me, it's like thousands of needles piercing inside my nose and entering my lungs," Izuku says as both of his friends pale at the mental image.

"...thank you, now you'll kept me awake tonight..." Ochako mutters as Izuku gives her a sheepish grin.

"Sorry, sorry." Izuku let out a nervous chuckle before taking all the trash into the trash can he placed for the public beach.

"So, Izuku." Izuku turns to look at Ochako right in her eyes. "Is...is it okay to ask what happened to your dad?"

"..." Izuku remains silent before sighing tiredly.

"Y-you don't have to tell me if you're not comfortable," Ochako says while waving her hands.

"Sit down, I'll tell you guys," Izuku says as both of his friends sit down. "My dad...it's been a while since I even think about him..."

"Izu-bro." Eijirou was cut off by Izuku lifting his hand.

"I'm okay, Ei. Besides, it ain't fair for you to tell us what happens to your parents but I don't." Izuku says as Eijirou reluctantly nods. "You see, my dad...is a good-for-nothing deadbeat." Both of them did not see that coming.

"It's been a while and if my memory was right, it was 2 years since I was declared quirkless," Izuku says while rubbing his head. "He was...disappointed at me for being quirkless, but he hid it well. All the fake sweet tone, false promises, the lies, both of us never suspected anything until he got his promotion and transferred overseas. I had trouble recalling all the details of that day, but Mom's...heartbreaking cries...I remember it very clearly." Izuku rubs his head. "I...I guess that was the moment I...start getting obsessed with heroes and villains, drowning myself in delusions of mending my friendship with Bakugou and...wishing for a quirk...at the cost of missing most of my childhoods."

"..." Both of them go to hug Izuku, who stiffens at first but returns it. Kousuke saw this and joined in by hugging Izuku's head, causing him to let out a small laugh.

"Thanks, guys..." Izuku says honestly.

"If your deadbeat dad decides to come back, call us. We'll help you." Eijirou says.

"I'll remove his gravity and let Eijirou do the rest, maybe send him to the sun," Ochako suggests darkly, causing Izuku to let out a nervous laugh.

"Ocha, that's a crime. I rather not let my friends in jail." Izuku says as Ochako huffs.

"Well, we just need to remove the evidences. Make it look like an accident." Ochako adds as Izuku sweatdrops.

"I don't think flying to the sun is an accident," Izuku says before they all laugh heartily.

"But Eijirou's right. If he's giving you trouble, call us." Ochako says.

"Meh, I doubt he'll come back. I bet that right now, he's having fun with all the money and women he could get, like a typical family drama antagonist." The trio imagines Izuku's dad laughing haughtily with money falling from the sky and two ladies sitting next to him in suggestive poses before they all snort in laughter at how silly it is.

"And if it follows the plot, he'll be dealing with a heavy dose of karmic retribution," Eijirou says before they all laugh again.

"I guess so," Izuku says before smiling at the friends he made. He wishes that he never put on the rose-tinted glasses and filled himself with delusions and obsessions. All the happiness and fun he's experiencing right now made him regret everything in his past several years. Right now, he wanted to cherish his friends and the time he spent together. He still wanted to be a hero, but he wasn't as obsessed as his past self.

"Well, now that we're done. How about we go and dive into the sea!?" Ochako suggests that Kousuke also interested.

"Maybe we should wait a little longer, we have just eaten our lunch," Eijirou suggests as Ochako merely nods.

"Well, how about while we wait, we help to make Kousuke a sand castle? Made a good one like the one I saw on the internet?" Izuku suggests as Kousuke bounces up and down excitedly.

"Yes, yes! Giant sand castle!" Kousuke excitedly shouts as Eijirou laughs.

"Good idea!" Eijirou says as he clenches his biceps and his tail wags violently. "Let's make a manliest castle ever!"

"Nuh-uh! I want to make a fancy one, not a manly one!"

"What!? Why not!?!?"

"You'll add weird things, nii-san!"

"Will not!"

"The last time we made a Lego castle, you added dumbbells to it!"

Izuku and Ochako laugh at the brothers arguing with each other as Izuku simply grabs the bucket and shovels.

"I'll go find some seashells, maybe it'll help for decorations," Ochako suggests.

"Sure," Izuku says with a smile. "Just don't go into the sea, Ocha." Ochako nods before pausing.

"O-Ocha!?" Ochako asks as Izuku widens his eyes and covers his mouth, a pink tint on both of his cheeks.

"I-I-!" Izuku stammers as Ochako giggles a bit.

"I don't mind. If you call Eijirou by his nickname, then I don't mind if you do the same to me." Ochako says as Izuku sighs.

"Then you can give me a nickname, it's more fair," Izuku suggests as Ochako nods.

"Alright then, Zuku," Ochako replies before walking away, missing Izuku's face slowly turning red. Said the the boy distracting himself by turning his head to see Eijirou and Kousuke still arguing.

"Alright, you two, knock it off. We don't need siblings arguing with each other when all we want is to have fun on the beach." Izuku says as both boys stop before looking at Izuku.

"But he started it!" Both brothers exclaim as Izuku facepalms.

"Hi, you're supposed to be the mature one. Are you seriously trying to argue with a kid a few years younger than you?" Eijirou had the decency to look sheepish as Kousuke stuck his tongue out at his older brother. "Also, Kousuke. You don't have to say how your brother is weird."

"...I'm sorry," Kousuke mutters as Eijirou pats his head while Izuku shakes his head with a sigh. He felt like he was babysitting two 5 years old.

Suddenly, Izuku feels a chill in his spine and a wave of energy hits him. Judging from Eijirou's sudden pause, he must've sensed it too.

Both boys turned around and froze at the scene they were witnessing. A huge portal gate with water swirling around it, with a beach hat falling to the ground near them.

The dungeon has emerged and Ochako was sucked into it.
