Chapter 11 Sham

Dark shadows flitted around in the darkness. I looked nervously to the left and right.

Who were they? What should I do?

I didn't know how I had gotten here, but the point was that I was here, even though I had no idea why.

It all started out very cheerfully, a forest, squirrels running around and the sun tickling my face.

Everything was a sham.

The trees became horrible figures from my nightmares and the squirrels turned into monstrous shadows that slowly came towards me. The sun was gone too, it was completely dark.

I was being watched. I just felt it.

One of the shadows moved towards me. I backed away, but it did nothing to me. It only said: 'What you seek is seeking for you.'

Then I saw the face. I screamed and turned around and walked into a tree. I fell to the ground and I tried to count the shadows before everything went black.
