Well here is my new story. This was a one-shot but while I was brainstorming without much internet service when I was traveling. I started to write this story out. First I posted the one-shot story, the next few chapters are the same as the one-shot but go into more detail and situation.
As I mentioned I started changing my writing style from POV to third person. There were many reasons but it was getting hard to write Yukino's perspective as a guy. For my story with a mature rating, the sexual intercourse was getting hard to write, I was using H manga and doujin to write some scenes from the women's perspective.
Well, enjoy the one-shot. While I finish writing and editing the first chapter.
Yukinoshita Yukino stood at the edge of the bustling university courtyard, her sharp eyes narrowing as she watched Hikigaya Hachiman being led away by a trio of unfamiliar students. His usual deadpan expression remained, but the group seemed determined to drag him off somewhere against his will.
It was the opening ceremony for the incoming first-year students. Yukinoshita had expected nothing more than the typical mundane speeches and introductions. However, this unexpected scene piqued both her curiosity and concern.
Without hesitation, Yukinoshita followed them, her steps purposeful and silent. She had no intention of letting her boyfriend, Hikigaya, get into any trouble. The group entered a building she recognized as home to various student clubs, and her suspicions deepened as they proceeded down a quiet hallway. They finally stopped at a door marked with a simple, elegant sign: "Ice Castle." Beneath the name was a crude drawing of a castle, seemingly an attempt to make it look "icy."
Yukino's eyes narrowed further. Ice Castle? How fitting.
She pushed the door open and stepped inside. Her gaze immediately fell on Hikigaya, who stood in the center of the room, looking as disinterested as ever, while three individuals surrounded him. Each exuded an air of cold detachment, but it was the woman in the center who caught Yukino's attention.
The woman was striking—curvy, but not excessively so, with long, flowing white hair cascading down her back like a snow waterfall. Her light blue eyes were as cold as ice, yet there was an odd warmth in her smile as if she had been expecting Yukinoshita.
"Welcome to the 'Ice Castle,'" the woman said calmly. "A club for those with a... colder demeanor."
Yukino's expression remained unreadable, though a flicker of annoyance passed through her eyes. "I see," she replied coolly. "But why did you take my boyfriend?"
The woman's smile widened slightly, her gaze briefly shifting to Hikigaya before returning to Yukino. "We want him to be the president of our club."
Yukinoshita raised an eyebrow. The idea was absurd—Hikigaya, club president for cold, detached individuals? It was almost laughable. Almost. But something about the situation gave her pause.
Hikigaya sighed deeply, his eyes meeting Yukinoshita's in a silent plea for rescue. Yukinoshita didn't break her gaze from the white-haired woman.
"And if he refuses?" Yukinoshita asked, her tone sharp.
The woman's smile remained unchanged. "Then we'll just have to convince him. Someone who can interact with people like us certainly belongs here."
Yukino's eyes narrowed again. This is going to be interesting...
The tension in the room was palpable as Yukinoshita and the woman exchanged measured looks. Hikigaya, awkwardly standing in the middle of the room, did his best to maintain his usual indifferent demeanor despite the strange circumstances.
One by one, the other members of the "Ice Castle" stepped forward to introduce themselves.
The white-haired woman was the first. "I'm Akiyama Sayuri, first-year," she said coolly, her light blue eyes flicking to Yukinoshita before she stepped back.
Next was a handsome, slender young man with glasses. His icy blue eyes, partially hidden behind silver frames, were as emotionless as his voice. "Fujimura Kaito, first-year," he said briefly, stepping aside without another word.
The third person, a woman with long, straight black hair and piercing black eyes, stepped forward. "Kurosawa Misaki, first-year," she stated calmly, giving Yukinoshita a brief, assessing glance before stepping back.
Lastly, a striking woman with loose, wavy black hair and sharp brown eyes introduced herself. "Takahashi Rina, first-year," she said simply, her tone stoic.
Yukinoshita introduces herself and Hikigaya, "Yukinoshita Yukino and that thing is my boyfriend, Hikifrogy-kun"
"Oi, can we not make fun of my name this early in the semester? Hikigaya Hachiman," said Hikigaya
With the introductions complete, an awkward silence settled over the room. The members of the "Ice Castle" stood together, exuding an almost tangible coldness.
Hikigaya, standing between Yukinoshita and the others. His deadpan voice echoed in the quiet room. "So, all of you are basically like Yukinoshita, a cold bi—"
"Hikigaya!" Yukino's voice cut through the air, her sharp eyes drilling into him. "I hope you're not about to say something rude."
Unfazed, Hikigaya shrugged. "No, I was just going to say you all don't like talking to anyone who's not smart and is, well, boring."
The "Ice Castle" members exchanged subtle glances, their expressions unreadable. Yukinoshita sighed, barely concealing her irritation with him.
"Well, Hikigaya-kun," Sayuri began, a hint of amusement in her voice, "you're not entirely wrong."
Kaito adjusted his glasses, his expression cold. "Intelligence is something we value. It's only natural we gravitate toward those who possess it."
Misaki nodded, her gaze flicking back to Yukino. "It acts as a natural filter," she added indifferently.
Rina, arms crossed, smirked but said nothing, observing with detached interest.
Yukinoshita glanced at Hikigaya, her expression softening slightly. "It seems we've found ourselves in the company of like-minded individuals, Hikigaya-kun."
Hikigaya sighed, resigned to the fact that his life had just become more complicated. "Great," he muttered under his breath. "Just what I needed—more ice queens."

The university campus was bathed in the warm glow of late afternoon, casting a golden hue over the scene as a striking group made their way through the crowd. At the forefront was Yukinoshita Yukino, walking with her usual grace and poise, her beauty undeniable. Her long, dark hair shimmered in the sunlight, and her sharp, intelligent eyes missed nothing as she took in her surroundings.
Yukino's presence only added to the group's already captivating aura. Akiyama Sayuri's flowing white hair and light blue eyes created a striking contrast to Yukino's dark features, making for a visually stunning combination. Fujimura Kaito, with his sharp suit and icy demeanor, exuded a refined elegance, while Kurosawa Misaki's dark, piercing gaze added an air of mystery. Takahashi Rina, with her curvy figure and effortlessly stylish appearance, completed the ensemble, each member complementing the others in a way that naturally drew attention.
In the middle of this picturesque scene stood Hikigaya, sticking out like a sore thumb. His slouched posture, indifferent expression, and casual attire were a stark contrast to the refined, graceful appearances of those around him. As they walked, onlookers couldn't help but stare, their gazes lingering on the group.
"Wow, who are they? They're all so gorgeous."
"I've never seen such a beautiful-looking group together. It's like they're from another world."
"And look, is that Yukinoshita-san from the rumors? She's with them too. She's so beautiful."
Then, inevitably, their eyes fell on Hikigaya.
"Wait... who's that guy in the middle?"
"Is he really with them? He doesn't look like he belongs at all. Someone throw that guy in the trash."
"Oi! Who said that?" murmur Hikigaya.
"What's he doing with people like that? Did he get lost or something? I hope they ditch him soon."
Hikigaya could hear the murmurs. Although he was used to being the subject of gossip, it didn't make the situation any less awkward. He sighed inwardly, his thoughts dripping with sarcasm. Of course, I'm the odd one out. Just another day in the life of Hikigaya Hachiman, the resident frog among a flock of swans.
Noticing his discomfort, Yukinoshita glanced at him briefly. "You seem out of sorts, Hikigaya-kun," she remarked coolly, though a hint of concern flickered in her eyes.
"Just enjoying the stares of admiration from the crowd," Hikigaya replied dryly, his expression flat.
Akiyama, walking beside him, smiled faintly. "You do stand out, Hikigaya-kun," she said, amusement lacing her voice.
Fujimura adjusted his glasses, casting a cool, dismissive glance at the onlookers. "It's not about appearances," he stated, echoing an earlier sentiment. "What matters is the substance beneath the surface."
Kurosawa, her expression calm and indifferent, added, "Appearances are fleeting. What's inside is what truly counts."
Takahashi, ever unbothered by the opinions of others, smirked and shrugged. "Let them wonder," she said lightly but firmly.
Yukinoshita, composed as ever, nodded in agreement. "People will always talk, but it's of little consequence. We know who you are."
Hikigaya felt a mix of irritation and grudging acceptance. Easy for them to say, he thought. They're all practically perfect. But I guess there's some truth to their words. Despite his usual cynicism, he couldn't ignore the subtle sense of unity within the group.
As the "Ice Castle" members and Yukinoshita continued walking, the whispers and stares followed them, but none of them seemed to care. They moved as a cohesive unit, unfazed by the opinions of those around them. Whether Hikigaya liked it or not, he was now part of that unit—an unexpected addition to a group of ice queens and kings, standing out in a way only he could.

The restaurant was bustling with activity, catering to various groups of diners. It seemed like an ordinary evening, yet tonight was anything but. In one corner, a long table had been set up, adorned with elegant decorations that sharply contrasted the lively atmosphere of the establishment.
The "Ice Castle" group had taken over the space, immediately drawing attention. What was supposed to be a peaceful welcoming party for Hikigaya and Yukinoshita quickly turned into an event of its own. Normally cold and reserved, the group members were surprisingly animated, transforming the gathering into a spectacle.
Akiyama, while maintaining her usual elegance, laughed and chatted animatedly with Takahashi. Fujimura was deep in conversation with Kurosawa, their voices rising and falling in a lively debate. Even Takahashi, typically aloof and confident, was visibly excited, contributing to the boisterous atmosphere.
Onlookers and servers couldn't help but speculate about the scene unfolding before them. Murmurs spread through the restaurant as patrons and staff observed the unusual group.
"Are they filming a commercial or something?"
"They look like models. This must be some kind of celebration or promotional event."
"I've never seen a group like this before. Is it a party or a photo shoot?"
Amid the clamor, Hikigaya and Yukinoshita took on the role of organizers. Realizing that none of the "Ice Castle" members were inclined to interact with the staff or place their orders, they stepped in to manage the situation.
Hikigaya, familiar with the group's cold indifference, approached the server with a list of orders. "We'll need several appetizers, main courses, and drinks for everyone," he said in his usual deadpan tone. "Just make sure to keep it coming."
Yukinoshita, standing beside him, added, "And please ensure there's a variety of options. Everyone has their preferences."
The server, bewildered but professional, nodded and hurried off to fulfill the order. As Hikigaya and Yukinoshita returned to the table, the staff continued to watch the scene with curiosity.
The celebratory atmosphere carried on, with laughter and conversation filling the space. Before long, the onlookers' curiosity shifted to speculation about Hikigaya's role.
"Is he the manager of this group?" one observer whispered, noticing Hikigaya's calm authority amid the chaos.
"Seems like it. He's organizing everything," another replied, glancing at Yukinoshita, who was equally composed amid the noise.
"He must have some influence over them. They seem to follow his lead."
Hikigaya, aware of the whispers, chose to ignore them. He was used to being an outsider and focused instead on managing the situation, ensuring everyone had what they needed.
Yukinoshita, ever observant, noticed the curious glances aimed at Hikigaya. "It seems people are starting to notice you, Hikigaya-kun," she remarked, her tone carrying a hint of amusement.
Hikigaya sighed, his expression as indifferent as ever. "Just another day in the life of the underdog, I guess."

As the night wore on, the lively atmosphere in the restaurant continued, with the "Ice Castle" group enjoying their food and drinks. Laughter and conversation filled the air, but the mood was suddenly interrupted by a new arrival.
A young man, looking both hopeful and nervous, approached the table. Despite the group's icy demeanor, he mustered the courage to speak, his eyes darting between the women seated at the table.
"Excuse me," he began, trying to sound casual, "I couldn't help but notice how beautiful all of you are. I was wondering if any of you would like to grab a coffee sometime?"
The group fell silent, their conversation momentarily halted by the unexpected interruption. The women exchanged glances, their cold expressions unchanged as they prepared to respond.
Akiyama, ever the epitome of elegance, spoke first. "I appreciate the offer," she said, her tone as frosty as her gaze, "but I have no interest in engaging with someone who cannot understand the subtleties of refined company. I suggested that you disappear from my sight."
Kurosawa, with her usual aloofness, followed. "If you're looking for genuine conversation, you're mistaken. I have neither the time nor the inclination for such trivial pursuits."
Takahashi leaned back with an air of disinterest. "I don't do coffee dates with people who don't understand boundaries. Your approach is as misguided as it is unwelcome."
Yukinoshita finally spoke. "I don't find your attempt at conversation appealing. It's best if you leave us to enjoy our evening."
The young man's face fell, and he mumbled a quick apology before retreating, his confidence visibly shaken. The restaurant staff, who had witnessed the exchange, exchanged glances of disbelief and sympathy for the rejected suitor.
Fujimura, having watched the entire exchange with his usual calm demeanor, remained unfazed. He received a plate of food from Hikigaya, who had noticed Fujimura eyeing it. "Here, Fujimura. I thought you might like this," Hikigaya said, offering the plate.
Kaito's eyes lit up as he accepted the food, a subtle smile forming on his lips. "Thank you, Hikigaya-kun," he said in his monotone voice, though a hint of genuine appreciation slipped through. "This is my favorite."
Hikigaya, noticing the rare shift in Kaito's expression, felt a quiet satisfaction. 'Looks like even the ice-cold Fujimura has a soft spot for good food,' he thought, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips.
As Fujimura savored the dish, Hikigaya reflected on the contrast between Kaito's rare display of happiness and the cold rejections from the women earlier. It reminded him that he might be the weird one or he was masochistic if he enjoyed their company.

The night had settled over the city, and the once-bustling restaurant had long since emptied. Hikigaya found himself walking alongside the "Ice Castle" members, guiding them home out of politeness and a sense of responsibility. The cool night air provided a welcome contrast to the warmth of the restaurant, and the distant lights of Tokyo sparkled like stars.
One by one, Hikigaya escorted each member to their respective homes. The streets were quiet as Akiyama, Fujimura, Kurosawa, and Takahashi offered their brief goodbyes before disappearing inside.
As Hikigaya and Yukinoshita walked alone, the contrast between them felt even more striking. Yukino's elegant demeanor seemed softened by the gentle night breeze, while Hikigaya's usual indifference was touched with an unspoken contentment from the evening's events.
When they reached Yukino's neighborhood, Hikigaya turned to her, a small, wry smile tugging at his lips. "Well, Yukinoshita," he said in his usual warm yet matter-of-fact tone, "it's been an eventful day. I'll see you tomorrow."
Yukino's cheeks flushed a soft pink at his words. She hesitated briefly, then met his gaze with a mix of shyness and determination. "Actually," she began, her voice slightly hesitant but laced with an underlying confidence, "I was thinking… I could come over and spend the night at your apartment, Hachiman."
Her unexpected request hung in the air between them. Hikigaya's eyes widened slightly, and he blinked in surprise. "Uh, what?" he stammered, momentarily caught off guard.
Yukinoshita's blush deepened, but she held his gaze with a touch of nervousness. "I thought it might be nice to spend some time together, alone. If you don't mind, that is."
Hikigaya stood there, processing her words, his usual deadpan expression giving way to genuine surprise. Well, this is new, he thought, trying to gauge her sincerity.
He glanced at her, noticing the deep blush on her cheeks, and felt a strange mix of uncertainty and excitement. She's actually asking to spend time with me. This could be interesting, he mused.
Finally, he nodded, a small, amused smile forming on his lips. "Alright, Yukinoshita. If you're sure about it, I guess it wouldn't hurt to have some company."
Yukino's face lit up, her smile soft and relieved, the blush fading as her usual composure returned. "Thank you, Hachiman," she said gently, her voice filled with sincere gratitude.
As they walked together toward Hikigaya's apartment, the night seemed to brim with new possibilities. The city lights shimmered in the distance, and their footsteps echoed in the quiet streets. For Hikigaya, the evening had taken an unexpected turn, and as he glanced over at Yukinoshita, he couldn't help but feel that perhaps this was the start of something different—something adult-like.
Side by side, they continued through the cool night air, a quiet anticipation building between them as they made their way to Hikigaya's apartment, ready to see where the night would lead.
I hope you enjoyed it. Now then, I'll work on the first chapter. Let's enjoy Hikigaya's next chapter in life: University.
