7 months after the funeral of Inko Midoriya

"Begin," Razor says from a monitoring room overlooking the combat arena of which Izuku is standing in the center.

Izuku dodges a blow from one of his 4 opponents leaping into the air and twisting himself like a figure skater as he throws 4 daggers into the brain of his opponent causing it to fall to the ground dead. The "it" in question is what Nana calls a Nomu a large black bird-like creature each of which has the strength and speed of All Might. As Izuku lands on the back of another Nomu he takes out a sword from a sheath on his back decapitates it and does a backflip to dodge another blow from a third Nomu landing on the head of the last Nomu which he uses as a trampoline as he launches himself into the air landing on the ceiling of the training arena using magnets in his shoes to attach himself to the ceiling as he takes a breath and then launches himself back down at the Nomu, still stunned from having it's head used as a trampoline, and kicks it's head sending it launching off of it's body and hitting the third Nomu stunning it as he quickly decapitates his final opponent.

"Well done," Razor says over the intercom "you managed to defeat all 4 Nomus in 10.47 seconds a .28 second decrease in your time from yesterday."

Izuku turns towards the control room and bows saying, "All thanks to your training sensei."

Razor smiles as she looks down at the boy- no man standing bowing at her his formerly weak stick-figure-like body now having the lean build of a trained fighter from months of training, "None of that now you earned this victory. There are times to be humble and there are times to brag this is one of the times when you can brag Izuku or should I say… Deku."

Izuku looks up and says "Wait you mean-"

"Yes my dear nephew, your training is complete." AFO's voice comes down through the speakers "You have earned your villain name and status now come and join us in the bar to celebrate."

Deku smiles as he leaves the training arena and goes up to the bar to see Razor, Kurogiri, Nana, and AFO sitting at the bar.

"Congrats on finishing your training cuz," Nana says as she walks up and hugs Deku

"Now then celebrate Kurogiri bring out the good liquor let's get this kid drunk!"

Kurogiri sighs and says "Nana you know that he's been trained in being able to resist all manner of drugs even while in combat so how exactly do you plan on getting him drunk?"

"Tch buzzkill," Nana says as she walks back to the bar grabs a bottle of whiskey from the cabinet, and pours herself a glass.

AFO walks up to Deku and says "Congratulations Deku I knew you could do it."

"Thank you, Uncle," Deku replies

"I believe it is time for me to give you your own quirks."

Everyone looks over and watches as Izuku bows his head and says, "Thank you I promise I'll make you proud."

"I know you will Izuku. Now take my hand."

As AFO extends his hand toward Deku he reaches out grabs it and breathes in expecting some type of feeling in his body making him feel different he looks at his body and says, "I don't feel any different."

AFO laughs and says "Did you expect to get some sort of euphoric experience out of getting a quirk or something? No that's not how it works it just a part of you like you've always had it."

Deku nods as AFO continues to explain each of the new quirks because the author doesn't feel like doing the manga schtick of explaining it later in the text during a flashback

"The first quirk I gave you is called Evaluate, it allows you to look upon a person or object and see their weak points via a red glow. The more vulnerable the point the more it glows. For instance, if you were to use it on All Might you would see a very bright red glow where I managed to destroy his digestive system a few years ago.

The second quirk I gave you is called Perception which allows you to sense all of your surroundings within a limited range of about 10 meters though with more training I am sure you will be able to increase that range to be much higher than 10 meters.

The final quirk I gave you will be especially helpful for the assignment I am going to be giving you. It's called Memory Viewer and it allows you to be able to discreetly view someone's memories by touching them and activating the quirk.

Both Evaluate and Memory Viewer are active quirks which means that you have to concentrate on them to be able to activate them but Perception is what is called a passive quirk which means that it will always be active whether you want it to be or not. Do you understand everything I've told you Deku…."

AFO's voice fades as he sees his nephew scribbling in his journal muttering to himself incoherently as Nana looks over at Razor and asks "So… how long does he normally do this for when he gets new information about quirks?"

Razor shivers and says "You don't want to know. It would probably be better to just give him a smack on the back of the head to snap him out of it."

"Wait what mission?" Deku asks in his normal tone

"Your first mission as a villain of course." AFO says "Your mission will be to infiltrate the UA High hero program and get as many of the students there as possible to join our league of villains and to gain as much information on those who won't join our league as possible."

"How am I supposed to become a part of that program if I don't have a quirk don't they have a requirement about that?" Deku responds.

"No, they don't it's just that no quirkless person has ever tried to become a hero."

"So he lied about there even being a chance of me becoming a hero," Deku thinks to himself as AFO continues

"There is also one perk that comes with this mission that should be a bonus for you." AFO takes a sip of his drink and says "All Might is going to be a teacher this year and you'll get a chance to show him the error of his ways."

Deku looks up and slowly smiles and says, "Well then I'm in let's show that fucking asshole what when you claim to be something you're not."

Nana puts her arm around her younger cousin and says "Hell yeah Izuku let's give that fucking asshole what he deserves."

Deku starts laughing with Nana as they both start drinking and playing Mario Kart against each other.

As the night draws to a close Izuku thinks to himself about his new quirks and as Nana leaves he remembers something.

"Hey, Nana?" Izuku says Nana turns around and says

"Yeah, what is it Izuku?"

"I can't believe I haven't asked this yet but I'm curious what's your villain name it seems like something I should know if we work together in the field you know?"

Nana looks up at the ceiling and says "You know I don't think I ever gave myself one… I know Blight because that is what I'll be. A blight on all heroes who dare stand against me. What do you think?"

Izuku looks at her and smirks saying "Did you just think of the first word that's a synonym for Decay and use it for your Villain name?"

Nana glares at Izuku and throws a pillow at him from a nearby couch "Hey!"

Izuku says blocking the pillow from hitting his face "I didn't say it wasn't good heck I think it's the perfect villain name for you just a little on the nose okay."

"Oh, you have no room to complain about being on the nose cuz." Nana says smiling at Izuku. "All you did was choose the name that you were bullied with like that's entirely original."

Deku laughs slightly sadly as he looks down and says "Yeah I guess you're right."

Nana's smile goes away and says "I'm sorry I know it's a touchy subject… Are you sure you don't want me to kill him?"

"NO!" Deku yells looking up at Nana "I may hate him with all of my being but that will make Aunt Mitsuki sad and I don't want that after all she did pay for my mother's funeral."

Nana smiles and walks away to her room saying "Fiiiinnnneeee I'll see you tomorrow Izuku and I promise I'll beat you at every game of Mario Kart we play."

"In your dreams cuz," Izuku yells after her as she goes to her room as does Deku both of them getting ready for their part in AFO's plans.

Author's note: Hello sorry I haven't ever really done an author's note before so I don't really know what to say in this. Sorry if the fight between Deku and the Nomus sounded a bit clunky this is the first time I've done a fight scene that wasn't for Star Wars and hence not just "And then (main character) spun around and shot the stormtrooper/rebel behind him straight through his stomach" or something like that so please bear with me. The next chapter will be the UA entrance exam. I hope you all are enjoying the story and please if there is anything you think I could do to improve please let me know in a review.

Deku's Quirks

Evaluate: Upon looking at a person or object while the quirk is active the user will see the weak points of the target shown by a red glow however it can only be used on one opponent at a time.

Perception: allows the user to sense all of their surroundings and have perfect spacial awareness within a limited range

Memory Viewer: allows the user to see the memories of people they touch while the quirk is activated however if a memory is too painful it will cause the user to have a mild nosebleed.
