Izuku and Bakugo stand side-by-side in the fake city where the entrance exam occurred.
"Match 10 begin," the announcer says as Bakugo and Izuku walk forward.
Izuku draws his sword and moves slightly in front of Bakugo as he waits for the attack.
"What are they doing?" Ojiro asks. "Don't they hate each other?"
"I guess they came up with a plan," Mirio says. "Even the heroes who hate each other the most tend to have to work together, on occasion."
"I did hear a lot of yelling earlier," Jiro says.
"Any ideas," Momo turns to Shote.
"No idea," Shote says. "But I'm guessing they found one they both agree on, or they would still be arguing with each other."
10 minutes earlier:
"You will rush to the exit while I fight All Might alone."
Bakugo blinks and starts yelling, "WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I'LL FOLLOW A STUPID PLAN LIKE THAT!"
Izuku holds up his hand and lifts a finger, "One, even though you may hate it, you know I'm a better fighter than you, so I will be more likely to draw off All Might."
Izuku lifts another finger, "Two, we both need this. You to prove that you can actually work on a team."
"I CAN WORK ON A TEAM!" Bakugo yells.
"No, you can't, as proven by your exercise with Iida and the fact that during the sports tournament, you couldn't get the max points," Izuku says.
"Moving on, I need it to help prove that quirkless can be heroes," Izuku says.
Izuku takes a deep breath and says, "And I also need it as vengeance for what he did that day. I know you understand revenge, so that should help convince you."
Bakugo pauses and says, "No, I may love Aunty, but I still have to fight to prove to them I can fight."
"They know you can. What they don't know is if you can work on a team," Izuku says before pausing and continuing. "But if that won't convince you, maybe this will."
Izuku leans into Bakugo's ear and whispers something.
"Texas Smash!" All Might's voice calls out from the other side of the mock city.
As a shockwave starts to rush toward Bakugo and Izuku, Izuku raises his sword and, with a smile, says, "Here we go. Death Scythe!" Izuku's voice rings out as the force of the air is cut cleanly in half.
"You need to watch your surroundings better, Young Midoriya," All Might says as he appears next to Izuku and throws a punch at him.
"Do I?" Izuku's voice comes from behind All Might as the visage in front of All Might disappears, and Bakugo starts rushing towards the exit.
"Yes, you do," All Might says as he slams his foot into the ground, causing the ground to violently shake, and Izuku to lose his footing and fall on his back.
"I have you now, hero!" All Might yells as he slams his fist down into Izuku.
All Might's eyes widen as he stares down in disbelief.
"Do you really?" Izuku says from the ground as All Might's fist slams into Izuku's suit jacket rather than his body.
His suit jacket, which is filled with dozens of dangerous chemical compositions.
"OW!" All Might yells as a large multicolored explosion fills the area leveling several nearby buildings.
Izuku smiles before he notices All Might quickly rushing out of the smoke toward him with little more than burned clothes.
"Carolina Smash!" All Might yells as he puts his arms up in a cross to strike Izuku.
Izuku quickly dodges underneath the blow and lands a few quick strikes on All Might before leaping out of the way again.
"Something feels off," All Might thinks as he shifts his weight around he relaunches himself at Izuku and notices how much easier it feels before looking down and noticing the handicap weights have been cut off.
"I must thank you, All Might," Izuku says calmly several dozen feet behind All Might after the afterimage from his latest attack wears off.
"For what hero," All Might snarls.
"For giving me a chance to go all out," Izuku says with a dark smile that sends a slight shiver of fear through the symbol of peace as it reminds him eerily of All For One.
Izuku continues, "You see, I promised Shote that she would be able to witness a fight with me going all out. Quite frankly, I couldn't think of a time when that would be possible because while she is incredibly powerful, my training puts me above her, and that's not even mentioning the extensive surgeries my uncle forced me to have to make sure I was able to fight to the full extent that my training allows me to do."
"You are a foolish hero if you think you can beat me," All Might says as he rushes toward Izuku with a full-power punch aimed at his head.
Izuku weaves out of the way of the punch and quickly launches his sword forward, causing a cut along All Might's abdomen as he launches past Izuku and towards Bakugo.
"Wind Blade Kick!" Izuku yells as he leaps into the sky and slams his foot down into All Might, his foot blade stabbing into All Might's shoulder.
"Holy Shit!" Monoma yells on the other side of campus as he is thrown to the ground as a shockwave comes from one of the training sites.
"What the heck just happened?" Tetsutetsu asks as he looks at the now cracked ground all over campus.
"I don't know, and I don't think we want to know," Vlad King says as gets up off the ground and walks his class to their normal final exam.
Bakugo sprawls to the ground as he quickly glances backward to see what just happened.
"Holy…" Bakugo mumbles as he sees All Might standing up again and swinging at the countless afterimages of Izuku flying around him while trying to get the blade out of his shoulder as slashes keep appearing on his skin.
"Detroit Smash!" All Might yells as he throws his uninjured arm at one of the afterimages of Izuku.
"Omnidirectional Slash!" Izuku says as the fist passes harmlessly through the afterimage as a few hundred slashes appear all over All Might's body.
"Come on and fight me properly you coward," All Might calls out as he turns and faces Bakugo.
"I'll tell them everything," Izuku's voice rings through Bakugo's ears. "Every scar you gave me. Every burn. Every time you told me to kill myself. Everything."
Bakugo quickly leaps off and starts flying towards the exit as All Might launches toward him.
"Texas Smash!" All Might yells as he throws a punch to cause a shockwave to hit Bakugo.
"Not a chance! Death Scythe!" Izuku says as he appears in front of the smash and slices the air pressure in half again.
"Detroit Smash!" All Might yells as throws another smash that slams into Izuku's chest head-on.
CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!
These are the sounds that are heard as Izuku flies back a mile through building after building after building until he finally hits the wall next to the exit sign.
"Oh no," Bakugo says as he quickly rushes over to Izuku.
"I didn't mean to hit him so hard," All Might mumbles as he starts walking forward towards Izuku's body.
"Is he okay?" Kirishima asks, staring at Izuku's body on the ground.
"I'm going to have to check on him and call the match," Recovery Girl says as she starts leaning over to the button.
Shote leans her head down as Momo puts her hands over her mouth in disbelief and Ururaka and Shinso share a glance before looking at Mina. Mirio simply continues staring at the screen waiting for the inevitable outcome of the attack to occur.
"Izuku…" Mina mumbles as her eyes start to water. "Please, no."
"Hahaha," A slight chuckle fills the room causing everyone to look at the screen in varying amounts of shock.
Izuku slowly gets back off the ground as he smiles at All Might, pushing past Bakugo who is staring in shock. "I must admit All Might you've done well. Much better than I was expecting you to do but what else would be expected from the number one hero."
Izuku cracks his neck slightly as he starts slowly walking forward toward All Might with an intimidating presence rolling off him. "In fact, you've not only run me nearly dry on my normal bag but also hit me with a blow that if not for the surgeries I've had would have certainly killed me but hey sometimes having overprotective family members is helpful."
"What exactly were those surgeries?" All Might thinks to himself as he takes a defensive stance.
"But I digress after all since that attack took up a solid amount of the storage that my surgeries allow me to take I believe it's time I ended this quickly," Izuku says as his smile darkens significantly.
"Oh shit," Spinner says as he falls to the ground inside the LOV headquarters.
"What the hell was that? Are we under attack?" Dabi says as he quickly scrambles off the ground.
After a few seconds of no heroes bursting through any doors, everyone slowly calms down and they all start to check the internet and news to see what happened only for their eyes to widen as the headlines start to roll in.
"And that's why the Yakuza-" Sir Nighteye is interrupted in his presentation with Endeavor, Mirko, Gang Orca, and a group of other heroes by a powerful shake that sends most of them into a defensive pose.
"The hell was that," Kesagiri Man says as he quickly gets back up from the floor.
"I think it was an earthquake," Best Jeanist says as he slowly puts his strands back on his clothes.
"Well if it was it was very large," Endeavor says looking down at his wristband computer (inspired by Izuku's during the hunt for Stain). "Let's see reports are still coming in and the epicenter was… oh Jesus."
"What? Where was it?" Mirko asks as Endeavor puts his wrist computer on the table and shows the group where it was.
As a rumble spreads across the room AFO smiles slightly as he takes a sip of tea, "It seems that Deku is showing the world a touch of his strength, Doctor."
"That it does," The Doctor says as he stands a few feet away working on a computer. "On the plus side, it seems he still hasn't gone overboard yet."
"That is true," AFO says. "That is true."
"Ultimate Move: Death Punch," Izuku says as he presses his foot down one time and launches himself towards All Might.
For Izuku time almost seems to slow down as his fist gets closer and closer to All Might. "This little escapade is gonna be costly isn't it," Izuku thinks to himself. "Before this, I could argue just training hell I thought the surgeries would probably be enough for most of this but between Omnidirectional Slash and this I'm definitely not going to be able to come back next semester without them levying a whole slew of tests on me. Fuck, I'm going to have to move up the plan aren't I? Okay let's work on that later we can get that to work later for now we need to figure out a way out of this. I can't kill All Might right now. For one, I haven't caused him enough pain yet to grant him a death so peaceful. Plus a student killing the number one hero would definitely leave many people putting the dots together very quickly but since I haven't used any moves I've shown during my fight with Endeavor and all it should be fine. After all, we turned off all the cameras during the Yakuza job and the fight with that fucking bastard and I didn't… oh shit I did use Omnidirectional Slashes in that fight before I sliced off his hand. Shit fuck that's not good… okay okay just stop a moment before you hit him like you practiced sure it may inadvertently destroy… most of this prefecture but it'll be fine just aim it slightly more upwards so it mostly hits the sky. Man, the fear in All Might's eyes right now is very enticing but no no no you can't kill him. Not yet. Sure it would be so easy right now to just turn him into a red mis- NO! Stop, just aim upwards, and redirect the strike slightly. Alright, let's do this."
Izuku tilts his fist up slightly and stops his fist an inch away from All Might's face.
As the wind force flies upward and above all of the (remaining) buildings into the stratosphere, All Might simply stands still in shock as Izuku's smile lightens back up as he says, "I win." Before quickly disappearing and reappearing on the other side of the escape gate.
"T-t-team Midoriya and Bakugo win," the announcer says as All Might continues to stand there dumbfounded by the attack he just saw. An attack that if it had hit would have killed him.
There were very few people who could have killed him it wasn't truly impossible, nothing was in a world where quirks are so varied and widespread. But very very few people that he knew of had enough strength and skill to kill him. Of course, there was America's number one hero but that was the only one who didn't join the dark side who was this powerful. The only way that Izuku was this powerful is if someone of that level of power trained him which left either the possibility that Izuku knew Star and Stripe and she trained him or a villain did.
"Shit," All Might thinks to himself as he watches Izuku walk off into the changing area with a very shocked Bakugo as his life just got a lot more complicated.
Several hundred miles away an above-average wave hit a very large island as a scientist continues to work on a new enhancer for Yaoyorozu Industries.

This will not be a complete power fantasy where the protagonist wins solely through plot armor (cough original manga cough) but… yeah there will be a solid amount of power fantasy in this. Deku's Quirks
Evaluate: Upon looking at a person or object, while the quirk is active, the user will see the target's weak points shown by a red glow. However, it can only be used on one opponent at a time.
Perception: allows the user to sense all of their surroundings and have perfect spatial awareness within a limited range (Now 100 meters/yards)
Memory Viewer: allows the user to see the memories of people they touch while the quirk is activated. However, if a memory is too painful it will cause the user to have a minor nosebleed and a migraine. It can only be activated once every 24 hours.
Deku's Gear:
2 custom swords: each capable of cutting through 10 inches of steel and has a variety of features that can be put into it including poisons and other fun things that I will come up with later
A variety of knives and flashbangs
Stun gun: 2 million volts per shock
Deployable cameras: Small cameras that stick to walls and other objects and are linked to the suit computer. They can see in infrared, normal, and ultraviolet light.
Deployable smoke emitter: small smoke emitters that can emit smoke for up to 1 hour
Various chemical mixtures created by Razor for different situations
Deku's Armor upgrades:
Boot Blades: 10-inch blades stored inside the boots of the armor that can be extended by flexing all the toes on either foot.
