"Welcome to I Island what is the nature of your visit?" A woman at a counter asks the last man exiting a recently arriving plane.

"We're here to see the exhibits," The man in the front says.

"Okay," The woman stamps the passports. "Welcome to I Island Mr. Kinzoku."

"Thank you, ma'am," The man says as he walks into I Island.

After a few minutes, he pulls out his phone and sends a text.

"When does a ripple become a tidal wave?"

Laughter fills the air as Star and Stripes, Sir Nighteye, and Izuku all sit at a table outside a coffee shop.

"He really said that was his villain name?" Izuku says between fits of laughter.

"Yeah he did," Cathleen says as she laughs with them. "I mean seriously out of all the villain names you could possibly choose, why Pseudonym?"

The laughter continues for a solid 2 minutes before it settles down and Cathleen says, "Look Izuku… I'm-"

"Don't," Izuku says as he looks at her with a smile. "It's fine. I get it you were busy and hey I had somewhere to go so it wasn't all bad."

"Still I could've at least visited," Cathleen says.

"Seriously don't worry about it," Izuku says. "And look, my uncle was even able to give me training and surgeries so you didn't even have to do it. Though I still greatly appreciate the offer."

"I meant it, and still do if you want it," Cathleen says.

"I'm fine big sis," Izuku says. "I'm fine."

"Okay so long as you're sure," Cathleen says before smiling again and continuing. "So when are you going to show me what these surgeries of yours can do?"

"I'm gonna be honest I'm not sure the island wouldn't sink if I tried," Izuku says.

"He's not exaggerating that much," Sir Nighteye says. "He managed to take down Mirio before the whole Deku incident started."

"He can't be the most powerful in the class though," Cathleen says. "Not with the other third year causing that Earthquake."

"I thought it was a second year," Sir Nighteye says. "Do you have any idea who it was Izuku?"

"No idea," Izuku says, keeping with the script given to him by U.A. "I was taking an exam at the time."

"Hmm, shame," Cathleen says. "U.A. is keeping it under wraps pretty well."

"It is U.A.," Sir Nighteye says, sipping his coffee. "They aren't exactly well known for openness."

"True," Cathleen says. "Especially since the sports festival."

"It… has been bad since then," Sir Nighteye says taking a sip of his drink. "Very bad."

Meanwhile

"This is bad," David says looking at the screen. "Very bad."

"What level is it at now?" All Might asks.

"You don't want to know," David says turning away from the screen. "I figure you got one maybe two fights left before your quirk is gone. How could it have come to this it dropped so quickly from the last time you were here."

"The fight with the Nomu probably," All Might groans. "Took me nearly everything I had just to get one of them."

"Wasn't there only one?" David asks.

"Technically," All Might says. "It has a splitting plus regeneration quirk that allowed it to clone itself."

"That's a strange combination of quirks," David says. "I figured AFO would keep a quirk that strong."

"You'd think so wouldn't you," All Might says.

"So who defeated the second one," David asks.

"Izuku Midoriya," All Might says, shivering slightly. "He cut the damn thing in half straight from its brain down."

"Ah so the symbol was the one to do it," David says while glancing at his notepad.

"The Symbol," All Might scoffs. "Is that what he's known as?"

"Tread very carefully," David says as all levity leaves his voice. "My daughter is quirkless too."

All Might blinks before saying, "I'm sorry it's just… never mind."

"No, no," David says with a glare. "Finish what you were going to say."

"David I've known Izuku for a bit and well… he isn't exactly what I'd call a symbol. At least not of anything good," All Might sputters out.

"Not of anything good," David says his voice rising. "Sure why would having the first fucking quirkless hero in Japanese history be a good thing. My mistake I guess only people with quirks can be heroes."

"I didn't mean-" All Might starts.

"No, I get it the great All Might views the quirkless as people to be saved not potential heroes," David starts to yell. "What should I expect from the same man who didn't even know their plight was happening in his country."

"HE NEARLY KILLED ME!" All Might yells causing David to blink.

"What?" David asks.

"In his final exams he nearly fucking killed me with one attack," All Might says.

"You were fighting children for their final exams!" David says. "What idiot thought that was a good idea!"

"Nedzu wanted to test out the students in more real-life situations," All Might says. "And you're missing the point that he nearly killed me."

"What did he almost hit you with a sword," David says sarcastically. "Well, that normally kills people. Sorry to say you're not invincible."

"HE NEARLY KILLED ME WITH ONE FUCKING PUNCH!" All Might yells causing David to blink. "One fucking punch was all it took to nearly evaporate a whole city. One step was all it took to cause earthquakes across Japan. I don't know what the fuck I'm supposed to do against that David!"

"Be glad he's on your side," David says. "He will be the new you when you're gone."

All Might looks out the window and mumbles, "I hope you're right, David. I hope you're right."

"All it was was some Butyl Lithium and Chlorosulfonic Acid," Izuku says, blushing.

"It's still very impressive," Cathleen says. "I may have to add that to my arsenal of things to alter."

Izuku smiles as he says, "Well thank you but it wasn't that much-"

"Eee!" A loud high-pitched squeal interrupts Izuku, causing him to quickly crouch his body and glance around.

A girl with long blonde hair comes running up to Izuku, grabs his hand and starts frantically shaking it, "Oh my god you're Izuku Midoriya. You got first place in the Sports Festival. You nearly beat the daughter of Endeavor while baiting her to use her fire. You managed to kill one of the Nomu during Deku's debut. I can't believe I'm able to meet you. I'm your biggest fan."

During this rant Izuku glances uncomfortably towards Cathleen and Sir Nighteye, who are busy chuckling at Izuku's reaction. Izuku gives them a glare before turning back towards the blonde girl and saying, "Thank you, miss…"

"Oh, I'm Melissa Shield," The girl says before continuing. "But that doesn't matter you're the first quirkless hero in Japanese history and-"

"Wait. Shield? As in David Shield?" Izuku asks.

"Oh yeah, he's my father," Melissa says. "But that's not important. You are Izuku Midoriya/ I'm sure you don't care about that, especially with Sir Nighteye and Star and Stripes already at your table."

"I was beginning to think she didn't recognize us," Cathleen mutters at Sir Nighteye.

"I was enjoying the idea," Sir Nighteye mutters back.

"Didn't your father earn the Nobel Quirk Prize?" Izuku asks. "That's very impressive."

"You can tell my father that later he's busy chatting with All Might. Speaking of which, Aunt Star, do you know why everyone has been so cold to him recently?" Melissa turns to Cathleen.

Cathleen glances at Izuku, who shakes his head ever so slightly, causing her to say, "Nope. No idea."

"Weird," Melissa says before turning back to Izuku. "Now then, how is it you got so powerful and can you teach me?"

"Uhh," Izuku says, glancing around before a voice says, "There you are, Melissa. I lost you there for a bit. Oh hey, Izuku! Hello, Sir."

"Hey, Mirio," Izuku says. "I take it you're the one who he brought along as his plus one."

"Yep got to meet David Shield before he started talking to All… Might. Sorry, sir," Mirio says.

"Don't worry about it," Sir Nighteye says with a slight amount of disdain.

"That's cool," Izuku says. "Oh, and Melissa, to answer your question it was just a very strict training regiment."

"Cool, could you train me?" Melissa says, staring at Izuku.

"Uhhhhhhh," Izuku says, glancing around.

"Melissa, I thought you wanted to be a scientist," Cathleen says.

"Yes, but now there's a quirkless hero in Japan, and that means I can be one too," Melissa says, not removing her eyes from Izuku for a second.

Izuku sighs and pulls back his sleeve to show Melissa the scars on his arm, "It's not all fun and games. It's very rigorous training, and it nearly killed me many times. I only got through it through sheer willpower."

"I have willpower," Melissa says happily.

"But do you want this," Izuku says, grabbing her hands. "Be honest, do you? Because it is quite frankly hell."

"... I-" Melissa starts before a loud explosion interrupts her causing everyone to glance over and then walk over to the source of the noise.

"With a clearance time of 26 seconds, he's in 8th place!" The announcer says as she points to the screen where the smoke slowly fades away to reveal Kirishima.

"Huh. What's this thing?" Izuku asks as he looks around at the small mountain of rock sprouting out of the ground.

"It's our hero simulator," Melissa says. "It times you on how long it takes you to defeat a small array of weak robots."

"Interesting," Izuku says, a slight smile on his face.

"The hero course has been reset so please welcome our next challenger!" The announcer says.

"DIE!" a scream comes out as a rain of explosions comes from an angry pomeranian rushing all over the map.

"I was wondering when he'd show up," Izuku mumbles softly as Bakugo finishes the course.

"Look at that time! Only 10 seconds that puts him in first place!" The announcer says.

"You should try it," Cathleen says.

"Huh," Izuku says, glancing at her.

"You should try it," Cathleen says looking down at Izuku. "I want to see what my little brother can do."

Izuku smiles, cracks his knuckles, and hops down the wall in front of the announcer as Bakugo and Kirishima leave the arena.

"Oh my… Ladies and gentlemen the Quirkless Demon has come to the villain course," The announcer says as Izuku steps up to the starting spot. "Begin!"

A cloud of smoke rises from where Izuku was standing as he flies around the course launching off the walls of the arena causing what looks like simple streaks of green light around the arena.

"Wow…" the announcer says as she stares at Izuku landing right next to her again as the mountain slowly starts to slide apart into countless pieces. "2 seconds to destroy not only all of the robots but also destroy the mountain."

Before the pieces can fully fall away however a wave of ice covers the mountain and stops it.

"You need to learn to check your strength sometime, Izuku," Shote says as she walks out of the locker room.

"2 and a half seconds!" The announcer screams in excitement.

Izuku walks up next to Shote and asks, "You've been working on speeding up your ice output?"

"Yes, glad you noticed," Shote says.

"Trying to beat me next time we fight," Izuku teases.

Shote smiles and says, "Perhaps now then I must take my leave I have an event I must go to."

Izuku glances at Shote and realizes she is wearing a much more formal-looking dress than normal and he smiles slightly, "Good luck, Shote. And tell Momo I said hi when you're done."

Shote stops and turns back and smiles slightly, "I will."

Izuku gives a small smile before hopping back up over the railing and landing in front of the group.

"So how was that?" Izuku asks.

Cathleen chuckles a bit, "Impressive."

"Incredible," Melissa says.

"Nicely done," Mirio says.

"Thanks," Izuku says.

"Izuku Midoriya?" A guard says walking up to the group.

"Yes," Izuku says.

"Your examination is ready," The guard says.

"Examination?" Star and Stripes asks.

"They want to see what my training did that allows me to do what I just did," Izuku says. "Don't worry I'll be done in time to be there for your speech."

"Okay," Star and Stripes says as Izuku leaves.

As they walk Izuku pulls out his phone and sees a text, smiles, and responds.

"43 Left under your command."

On the other side of the I Island, a man smiles and walks towards section 43 L after crushing the burner phone using his quirk.

Author's Note: Hello, everyone, and I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I apologize for not posting last week. I was in New Orleans on vacation and I intended to write but… well let's just say that the TV shows don't lie when they say there's a bar on every corner in New Orleans and that fact affected the quality of my writing a bit. Anyway, next chapter we will have the party thing and the fun that will bring. I hope you enjoy. Also, I now have a (very dead) Discord server. Anyway, Please feel free to join to talk about the fic or whatever else you wish /8VCq3MmKgs. Anyway, please feel free to review the piece if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions on how I can write better until next time. I hope you all have a great day.
