Welcome my readers to Season Two of Crystal Rainbow.

Now, let us begin.

Episode 20: The World Is My Stage

With his pencil in hand, Kameron lowered it onto the piece of paper in front of him. Locking his eyes onto the paper he began tracing his pencil, curving it and bringing it back to where he started. In his mind the images of what he wanted to make started coming into place. Little by little he continued tracing his pencil with his eyes narrowed. Any kind of sounds or voices surrounding him fell on deaf-ears. The only thing that mattered right now was completing his newest creation.

Although...some lingering thoughts still remained in his mind. The first was about the Kindergarten.

As of now, the information that he acquired about the location was that his family were born from it and that the remaining machines there are called Injectors. Not only that, but other Gems came into existence from the Injectors, though it does raise more questions. Since Gems came from the Injectors, does that mean they absorb energy from the planet? Who built the Injectors? And are there more out there? He wasn't entirely sure, but he'll find out one way or the other.

His second lingering thought was of his aunt Pearl and what she said to him.

Once he recovered from his cold aunt Pearl continuously apologized to him over and over again for an hour. Seeing her unleash waterfalls of tears from her eyes and snot dripping in front of him, a large surge of sorrow entered Kameron's mind and added some weight onto his heart. Though...some ounces of anger remained in his mind, seeing aunt Pearl in such a state...was a lot to witness. Kameron forgave her, even when she continued apologizing. She was truly sorry and...seeing someone you care about breakdown like that was very hard to watch. But...forgiving doesn't mean forgetting.

Lastly, his final lingering thoughts were about Elizabeth. Elizabeth was at his house. AT HIS HOUSE. Her being there was the last thing Kameron needed considering the circumstances he was in at the time. But...seeing her again was comforting. Still...he didn't think getting sick would have her be there, which now adds some complications into their relationship. He wanted to wait until their relationship grew before introducing her to his family, and now that was thrown out the window. Now, it's only a matter of time until he'll have to meet her family. When will it happen? Kameron wasn't entirely sure, but it's gonna happen.

"...Mister Evans."

Despite the lingering thoughts, Kameron remained focused on his paper. He'll figure out his problems as soon as he's finished.

"...Mister Evans!"

Yeah. That's a start. He'll just keeping working on what's in front of him and pay attention in class.

"MISTER EVANS!"

Shuttering at the booming voice entering his ears, Kameron stopped moving his pencil and raised his head up. In doing so his eyes were directed onto the teacher standing right in front of him, only...the teacher was narrowing his eyes and frowning.

"Do I have your attention now, Mister Evans?" The teacher asked.

Sucking in some air through his teeth, Kameron's cheeks started getting warmer at the realization around him. The other students had their gazes on him with some chuckling at him, some merely staring at him, and some looking at him with worried expressions.

"Y-Yes." Kameron replied to the teacher.

"I am aware of your intense focus upon the crafts you make considering we are currently in Third Period Art. You have my praises, but just because I allow you to draw once your assignments are finished that doesn't mean you can ignore me for the next ten minutes. Am I clear?" The teacher said firmly.

Kameron nodded his head. "I'm sorry. I've got a lot on my mind."

The teacher then lowered his upper-body until his face was dangerously close to Kameron's. "What troubles you?"

Though a little uncomfortable with how close his teacher's face was to his, Kameron at least needed to answer him. "It's...family issues."

The teacher pushed himself up and straightened his back. With the expression Kameron was giving off, a sense of sympathy passed onto the teacher, but it was no excuse to be ignored.

"I see. Then I suggest you settle your issues with your family as soon as possible. For now, I acquire you to pay attention when I call upon you. Otherwise, there will be consequences. Understand?" The teacher said.

"Yes, sir." Kameron replied with a nod.

RING! RING! RING!

The moment the bell started going off the students started getting up from their seats and began putting their belongings into their backpacks.

"Remember students, your projects are due Friday. You are given plenty of time, but don't procrastinate until the last moment. That is one of many weaknesses to those of great potential." The teacher announced.

Zipping up his backpack, Kameron placed it on and started making his way out the door.

Making his way into the halls he kept his eyes straight and one hand on his backpack strap. A sigh exited his lips as his eyes were beginning to dull. It's bad enough that his lingering thoughts are getting to him, but they also got him in trouble with his teacher. He'll need to handle this the moment he gets home, but...how he'll handle it is another story altogether. Closing his eyes for a moment another sigh exited his lips before he reopened them.

Just when he was about to turn into the corner coming up a small ounce of pressure got placed onto his jacket-hoodie sleeve. Stopping in his tracks, Kameron turned his head to see who it was and as he did his eyes lightly widened with his heart skipping a beat. It was Elizabeth, showing him her radiant smile and soft eyes.

"Hey." Elizabeth said softly.

Kameron blinked at her while his cheeks started getting warmer. "Hey..."

Her smile remained as her cheeks began getting warmer. The sight of her boyfriend...now all better...it made her heart flutter. But...the look in his eyes made her smile disappear.

"Do you want to talk?" She asked.

With her smile vanishing, the warm sensation in Kameron's cheeks started cooling down. He gave her a silent nod.

"Okay." Elizabeth said. "I also want to talk to you about something too."

Kameron raised eyebrow at her, but gave her another nod. Her lips lightly curved upwards while she lowered her hand to his, intertwining her fingers with his and increasing her grip. Curling his fingers into her hand he lightly increased his own grip before she started walking with him following behind.

Going down the halls the couple took a turn to the right and slowly stopped in their tracks upon reaching their destination. Raising her hand out, Elizabeth grabbed the handle of the double-doors in front of them and pushed it forward, opening the door and allowing her and her boyfriend to go toward the other side.

On the other side of the door there were a large, large array of seats. On the ground there were red carpets with interesting diamond-shaped patterns etched into them. Up ahead was a massive stage with black curtains spread wide open and various spotlights shining down from above.

On the stage there were several students standing side by side with sheets of paper in their hands. Next to the students was a young Caucasian man with short brown hair and eyes. The man wore a plain black T-shirt with lime green pants and black shoes. The man covered his mouth with fresh tears dripping from his eyes alongside a collection of sniffles exiting his lips.

"It's hopeless...! It's hopeless!" The man said before he began walking in circles. "How could this have happened? Why did this have to happen? WHY MUST THE UNIVERSE PUNISH ME FOR WANTING A SIMPLE DREAM!" He added, dropping to his knees.

Coming up to the stage, Elizabeth and Kameron pointed their attention onto the sobbing man.

"Mister Thespian." Elizabeth called.

A gasp exited the man's mouth as he turned to the sound of her. Another gasp exited his lips at the sight of Elizabeth and Kameron near the stage. Rubbing away the tears from his eyes, the man crawled toward the edge of the stage, locking his eyes on the couple.

"Elizabeth... My dear, you have returned." Mister Thespian said before turning his eyes onto Kameron. "Ah, Kameron. It's good to see you too."

"You too, Mister Thespian." Kameron replied. He then turned to his girlfriend with a confused expression. "Uh, why did you bring me to the Auditorium?"

Elizabeth hummed a little as she raised her other hand to her hair, twirling it. Her eyes adverted from his for a moment until she looked back at him.

"Remember...when I told you I was busy during certain weeks?" Elizabeth asked, receiving a nod from her boyfriend. "Well... There's a play coming up soon and I'm in it. I wanted to ask if you'd come see it when it would be ready, but...we have a problem. Our lead role...is in the hospital."

Kameron's eyes lightly widened. Ouch... The main role is hospitalized. Wait a minute... The main role is hospitalized and his girlfriend wanted to talk to him about something. Turning his head to his girlfriend and to the stage, it didn't take long for the gears in Kameron's head to start turning and understand what she wanted to talk to him about.

"Kameron. Will you play lead role?" Elizabeth asked.

Letting the words enter his mind, Kameron lowered his head, making his eyes look at the carpet below. Lifting his head up he shook it, "I'm sorry, but I can't."

A gasp exited Elizabeth's mouth. She then turned to Mister Thespian whom covered his mouth as his eyes started shaking. The other students looked at each other with concerned expressions from Kameron's answer.

"Kameron, please. I've wanted to perform this play for years." Mister Thespian choked. "We've only got a week left until opening night. Without a lead role the funding will go to the football team. The coach made me make a bet with her. If she wins, I'll have to quit my job. If I win then the entire football team will have to come and watch our performance."

Barely being able to pick himself, Mister Thespian intertwined his hands together and looked at Kameron with sobs exiting his mouth. "I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY JOB! I've always wanted to be an actor, but I always got declined. I gave up my previous job as a mailman to work here. If I can't achieve my dream, I can at least ensure that the next generation can achieve theres. Please! Please play lead role!"

Great...

Seeing Mister Thespian sobbing like a child sent surges of guilt right toward Kameron's heart. This was a very, very important event for him and his job was literally on the line.

Turning to Elizabeth, she increased her grip in his hand. Her eyes shook lightly as if she was looking directly into her boyfriend's soul. He can't do this. It's not that he has a disdain for theater, no, he respected the arts and their crafts, but...it wasn't something he could get into. And from a practical perspective, his mind isn't in good shape right now, so...taking part in this now wouldn't be good for everyone else. Still...if this was important to Elizabeth and Mister Thespian, then...there was a chance he could help them.

"Okay! Okay! I'll do it." Kameron announced.

Hearing Kameron's words, Mister Thespian seized his sobbing and wiped the endless tears falling from his eyes. He then blinked at Kameron as his lips quivered upwards.

"I don't have much experience being in plays. The last one I was in was in elementary school. Two, I've got a lot on my mind right now, but I'll put it aside and help. Lastly, what is the play called and what is it about?" Kameron said.

Mister Thespian sniffled and turned to Elizabeth, "Miss Diaz. Please help Kameron as much as possible. I'm sorry, but I must go and compose myself." He added as he managed to get up and walk off stage.

The next day at the auditorium Kameron stood on stage with Elizabeth standing in front of him. In their hands they both held a collection of paper in their hands containing their lines to the characters they need to be. Off stage Mister Thespian sat in the front row of chairs with the rest of the cast sitting next to him.

"Now. Let us start with Part One. Begin." Mister Thespian announced while clapping.

Lowering his to his paper, Kameron gazed upon his lines.

[?]: The Dark... My home. The only home I've ever known. From the moment of my birth until the day I die; The Dark shall forever protect me.

Once Kameron was finished Elizabeth turned to her lines.

[?]: The Dark will not protect you forever.

Kameron took a step forward.

[?]: Who are you? You are not from The Dark.

Elizabeth stepped forward and lowered her paper while putting her attention onto her boyfriend.

[?]: I am not from The Dark. I am here to bring you into The Light.

Raising his head, Kameron looked at his girlfriend and quickly turned around, making her see his back.

[?]: That wretched place... You mustn't speak to me. The Light has no place for me.

Just when Elizabeth attempted to speak her part a collection of clapping interrupted her. Both her and Kameron turned their attention to the seats and pointed their eyes onto Mister Thespian.

"Okay, okay. That was good, but...Kameron, I need you to add some feeling into your character." Mister Thespian said while standing up.

Kameron raised an eyebrow at him. Add feeling to his character?

"What I mean is to try and become your character. Try to understand what your character is and understand how he feels and thinks. Be as if you are him." Mister Thespian explained.

'Be as if I am him...' Kameron thought.

"We are going to take a break so I can enjoy some hot pockets. Elizabeth, you are doing well, but you must become your character yourself, understand?" Mister Thespian said, earning a nod from her as walked away.

At the Evans Residence Kameron and Elizabeth were upstairs in Kameron's room.

Elizabeth lied down on the carpeted floor with Kameron right on top of her, straddling onto her waist and putting his hands onto her wrists. The couple locked their eyes onto one another. The more they looked at each other the more their faces started to burn. In a position like this, anyone would feel a whole plethora of emotions in their head. Their faces were getting dangerously close as their breathing started touching.

"Why? Why do you keep coming to me when I tell you not to?" Kameron asked firmly.

Elizabeth's lips slowly stretched upwards.

"Because... I want to be with you. That...is my desire." Elizabeth said calmly.

Kameron glared at her. Why...? Why would she want to be with him after everything that transpired? After all the warnings he gave her. After all the pain that occurred from their choices, she still wants to be with him? Is she that naive?

Continuing to stare at her, crystals began to creep from his skin. Little by little the crystals grew and spread across his face. On top his head two crystals grew out and curved themselves until they reached their length. Opening his mouth his lower and upper lips grew long and pointy crystals. His eyes began emitting a cyan glow, almost covering each corner of his eyes.

"Even when I'm...like this? Would you still like me?" Kameron asked.

Keeping her smile, Elizabeth gave him a nod. No matter his appearance, her desire to remain with him remains strong.

Pulling himself away from her, Kameron released his hands from her wrists and got off her. Putting his back against his bed the crystals on his face started going back into his skin and vanishing, like they were never there. Turning his head he watched Elizabeth roll over onto her stomach before raising up her upper-body and remaining on her knees.

"H...How was that?" Kameron asked.

Turning to her boyfriend she slowly crawled over to him, stretching her arms out with each push until she came up and sat right next to him.

"That was great." She said softly. "You were definitely getting into character there."

Kameron soon turned his head away from her. Closing his eyes his cheeks immediately started getting warm. Wow... Just...wow. Why is that in the play? WHY DOES THE CHARACTERS HAVE TO ENGAGE IN SOMETHING SO...SPICY? Are they really gonna have to do that in front of the audience?!

"Kameron?" Elizabeth said, tilting her head at him.

Slowly turning his head to her his cheeks got even more warm to the point his whole was now burning red. Dammit!

Looking at her boyfriend's fully red face, Elizabeth's eyes started to widen while her own face started turning red. The positions they were in... How close their faces were... I mean...they were just acting, right?

"U-Um..." Elizabeth moaned.

"C-Can that be enough for tonight?" Kameron asked.

Elizabeth nodded. But...she also reached out for his hand, making their fingers intertwine with each other.

"C-Can I... Can I try something?" Elizabeth asked.

Kameron nodded.

Given the chance, Elizabeth slowly pushed her head to her boyfriend's. The closer she got to his face the more her eyes started to close. As she got really close her eyes were shut while her lips were then planted onto his.

A small muffled gasp exited Kameron as his eyes greatly expanded.

This... This...was actually happening right now. Elizabeth Diaz has her lips on Kameron Evans. This was no lie. This was no illusion. This...this was real. The warmth of her lips on his. An all-new sensation spreading all over their bodies. Their hearts beating at like a million beats per second.

Soon enough...Elizabeth pushed herself away as her eyes reopened. Looking at her boyfriend she smiled and increased her grip on his hand.

"Whoa..." Kameron said quietly.

"Whoa..." Elizabeth replied quietly.

"Um... T-That was...wow..." Kameron said quietly.

Elizabeth giggled at his reaction. "I liked it too. Now, when we do that scene it won't feel too awkward."

"Oh...sure." Kameron replied.

Pushing herself forward she raised out her other arm, wrapping it around Kameron's upper-body and putting her head onto his shoulder.

"After the play, can we go on another date?" Elizabeth asked.

Kameron closed his eyes and used his other arm to wrap it around her upper-body. This embrace... It just felt so...right. Like...all of his troubling thoughts were being calmed by this amazing girl. Gaining a crush on her was now becoming the best thing that had ever happened to him.

"Sure. And thanks for helping me." Kameron replied.

Elizabeth hummed while embracing him.

Within the Auditorium a huge selection of people came walking it's graces and took their selected seats. Among the people were the Evans family, whom turned their eyes on the large stage as they walked and found their seats to be in. Luckily for them, their row was large enough for them to be in, though Citrine needed to sit on the floor due to his larger stature, but at least he'll be able to see and not block anyone's vision.

Next to Green and Christie a group of three came and sat next to them. The first was a tanned-skinned man with short black-hair and brown eyes. The man wore a white collared-shirt with black pants and black dress-shoes. Next to the man was a tanned-skinned woman with short brunette hair and brown eyes. She wore a golden necklace with a short white dress and white heels. Lastly, next to the woman was a tall tanned-skinned young man with bushy brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a buttoned-white collared shirt with black jeans and black dress-shoes.

Turning his head the man planted his eyes onto Green. Just from looking at him his eyes blinked, but he could tell who he was.

"Excuse me." The man said, gaining Green's attention. "Are you Kameron's father?"

Green raised an eyebrow at the man, but seeing that he asked a simple question, Green nodded. "Indeed, I am. Who may you be?"

"Esteban Diaz. This is my wife Maria, and my son Miguel." The man said while raising his hand to his wife and son.

Diaz... That's the surname from Kameron's girlfriend, Elizabeth. Green's eyes lightly widened to the realization of whom he was speaking to. His lips lightly curved upwards while he raised his hand to Mr. Diaz.

"It is nice to meet you." Green said.

Esteban raised out his hand planted it into Green's before they shook. "It is nice to meet you too. Perhaps after the play we can talk more?"

Green nodded.

Both men released their hands from each other and put their attention onto the stage. Ready to witness the play their children are in.

Backstage, Elizabeth stood in front of a large mirror wearing her costume. She wore a pure-white dress with white eye-liner, white eye-shadow, and white lip-gloss.

Looking at her reflection her lips curved upwards. She literally looked like an angel, yet her being an actual one was far from the truth. Tonight...she'll partake in amazing play and the most exciting aspect of it was that Kameron was joining her in it. Just thinking about him and for what was going to happen made her smile and had her heart fluttering.

"Elizabeth."

Hearing her name called she turned her head away from her reflection she turned it to the other female actresses.

"How is it dating Kameron?" Actress#1 asked.

Elizabeth tilted her head at her. "What do you mean?"

"You know, dating a guy who goes around fighting monsters. What's that like?" Actress#2 asked.

Elizabeth narrowed her eyes at them. "Kameron isn't just a slayer. But to answer your question, it's nice."

The actresses tilted their heads at her. Just nice? That's it? No. No, it can't be that simple. There's no way.

"Have you two...you know, taken the next stage?" Actress#1 asked.

"Yeah, has he made any moves on you?" Actress#2 added.

Elizabeth narrowed eyes tightened before she turned back to her reflection. Raising up her arms she held them as she closed her eyes.

"No... He hasn't." Elizabeth said calmly, but firmly. "He's not that kind of person. He's kind to me. He's nervous around me. And he doesn't do anything to me unless I make a move." She then reopened her eyes, "He's unlike anyone I've met, but...neither him or me want to rush this. We'll take our time and see where this goes."

Both the actresses stared at her with widened eyes. Their perspective on Kameron was wrong. Then again, they barely knew him and only knew things about him through rumors. Elizabeth got to know him and understand the kind of person he really is.

*knock knock*

Hearing the knocks, Elizabeth and the actresses turned to the door.

"Ladies. The time has come." Mister Thespian said from the other side.

With that confirmation, they all turned to the door and approached it.

The lights in the Auditorium began to dim and darken until they faded entirely. The chattering among the crowds were then silenced as they placed all of their attention onto the stage.

A spotlight soon turned on and stepping out from the curtains was Mister Thespian.

"Good evening everyone. I am Jamie Thespian, the drama teacher of Dewey High School. Tonight, I am proud to bring you all a performance that I have been wanting to do for a long time known as The Heart. I hope you all enjoy. Now...let us begin." Mister Thespian announced before going behind the curtain.

Act 1

The curtains began to open up and upon the stage were darkened walls.

From the left side of the stage Kameron walked in and stood directly in the middle. He wore some black eye-shadow with some black lipstick and silver earrings. He wore a long black sweater with black pants and shoes. Around his upper-body his arms were restrained by fake chains.

Narrowing his eyes he looked upon the crowd.

[Hollow]: The Dark... My home. The only home I've ever known. From the moment of my birth until the day I die; The Dark shall forever protect me.

Soon Elizabeth came, walking toward him while holding both of her hands together.

[Glow]: The Dark will not protect you forever.

Turning his whole body Kameron glare at her while bearing his teeth.

[Hollow]: Who are you? You are not from The Dark.

Elizabeth then released her hands and raised one to Kameron.

[Glow]: I am not from The Dark. I am here to bring you into The Light.

Snarling, Kameron turned his whole body around, making Elizabeth look at his back.

[Hollow]: That wretched place... You mustn't speak to me. The Light has no place for me.

Elizabeth then lowered her hand and looked at him with a sorrowful expression.

[Glow]: I mean you no harm. I wish to help. The Light can give you warmth. The Dark can only give you despair.

Kameron turned around and locked his eyes onto his girlfriend, glaring at her harshly.

[Hollow]: The Dark provides shelter. The Dark can protect me, regardless of despair. The Light blinds fools. The Light may give warmth, but it also gives pain. I want no more pain, so leave me be.

Turning around Kameron ran off stage, disappearing behind the curtain.

Elizabeth watched him go and raised her hand, placing it onto her chest.

[Glow]: Try as you may, I will heal your pain.

Elizabeth then jogged across the stage and disappeared as the curtains started closing.

Act 1: End

The crowd started clapping rapidly.

Soon after the curtains started opening up again, only now a large cardboard block appeared at the center of the stage. On the floor the male actor sat down, dressed in a similar way as Kameron with fake chains wrapped around his body.

Act 2

Turning his head the male actor looked at Kameron walking up to him before sitting down and putting his back against the block.

[Sorrow]: Hollow. Where have you been?

[Hollow]: I was walking; wandering the darkened skies. But...I was approached by a girl.

The male actor turned his head with a curious expression.

[Sorrow]: A girl? Where in The Dark did a Siren managed to get your attention?

Kameron turned to the male actor and shook his head.

[Hollow]: She wasn't from The Dark. She was from The Light.

The male actor gasped. With his legs he pushed himself up until he was standing again. As he did he glared at Kameron.

[Sorrow]: What!? You spoke to those from the other side? Have you forgotten what they've done to us? What they've done to our kind?

Using his strong legs, Kameron slammed his feet onto the floor and pushed himself up again. Glaring at the male actor he bared his teeth and growled.

[Hollow]: Our words were brief. And I have not forgotten. How could I when the wounds in our flesh are still fresh and open. The dying screams of our kin echo in my mind. Their expressions before they expired.

Kameron turned away as his lips started to quiver.

[Hollow]: The Light will never be forgiven. They have no place with us.

The male actor walked up to Kameron, placing his head onto Kameron's. On contact Kameron turned his head slightly while keeping onto the male actor's. Both of their lips quivered with fresh tears dripping out of their eyes and falling onto their cheeks.

[Sorrow]: Father's passing mustn't be for nothing. Though we are weak, we must keep his memory alive and remain in The Dark. You and I... We are all that remains.

Small sobs exited the boys as they kept their heads close.

[Hollow]: Yes, brother. Bound to our chains, we will remain in The Dark. If the girl from The Light comes again I will take care of it.

The male actor slowly pushed his head away. Opening his eyes he looked at Kameron and nodded.

[Sorrow]: Be sure to not let her trick you. Ensure that The Dark is not welcome to those from The Light.

Kameron opened his eyes and nodded.

[Sorrow]: Good. Come, brother. Let us visit father's grave.

With a silent nod, both Kameron and the male actor turned at walked off stage as the curtains were closing.

Act 2: End

The audience started clapping rapidly with some even giving out cheers.

The cheers and clapping began to calm down once the curtains opened up again. At the center of the stage three mirrors were placed to the right while the spotlights from above started shining brighter than before. The two female actresses came out and turned to the mirrors followed by Elizabeth slowly walking up to them.

Act 3

[Radiance]: Where have you been?

Elizabeth held both her hands together and took another step forward.

[Glow]: I...I was at The Dark.

Both female actresses gasped and rapidly turned around. Female actress#2 jogged up to Elizabeth and placed her hands on her cheeks.

[Illuminate]: Why? Why would you go to such a dangerous place? Why would you leave The Light?

Elizabeth raised up her hands and slowly removed Actress#2's hands from her cheeks. Turning her body she took a few steps forward and directed her eyes onto the audience.

[Glow]: I left The Light because... Because it is time for a change. It is time that we move forward.

Actress#1 scoffed and walked up to Elizabeth's right side, narrowing her eyes.

[Radiance]: Sister! Why must you be naive? Has your time in The Dark make you forget? The Dark has taken so much from us! Our Mother has sacrificed herself for us. We are all that is left of The Light and you seek to taint it with those demons from The Dark?

Elizabeth turned her whole body to Actress#1, glaring at her harshly.

[Glow]: No! I desire that we must put the past to rest.

Curling her hands into fists, Elizabeth turned around and walked back to the mirrors.

[Glow]: I have not forgotten what our Mother has done for us in her final moments. However, we have taken so much from The Dark as well. We took their Father.

Turning around to both of the Actresses, Elizabeth's eyes began to shake.

[Glow]: Redemption. From both sides. Let us join together and bring harmony to both worlds.

Both Actresses turned to one another with worried expressions. Turning their gazes back onto Elizabeth, Actress#2 walked up to her and took one of her hands into her own.

[Illuminate]: Sister... You are talking about a dream that cannot occur. Those from The Light despise those from The Dark. The opposite is also true.

Actress#1 walked up to Elizabeth and took her other hand into her own while giving her a soft expression.

[Radiance]: Perhaps you should rest. Some time in The Sanctuary will clear your mind.

Elizabeth gasped at the two. Lowering her head she ripped her hands away from the Actresses. Turning her body she began to sob and run off stage.

[Radiance and Illuminate]: Sister!

Turning their bodies, both Actresses ran after her while the curtains closed.

Act 3: End

A collection of claps echoed all over the Auditorium. Soon the claps started to silence when the curtains began opening themselves again. The mirrors were removed as the lights above started to dim.

Act 4

The rhythm of a piano began to play as Kameron walked on stage. His gaze went onto the audience in front of him as he fell onto his knees. Lifting his head his lips curved downward with small breaths exiting his mouth. His chest puffed up and down with every breath. With one more breath he closed his eyes and softly hummed.

Elizabeth then walked upon stage, looking at Kameron with a worried expression. She then fell onto her knees, making Kameron look at her.

[Glow]: Hello again.

Kameron narrowed his eyes at her and turned his head away.

[Hollow]: Why have you returned?

[Glow]: I've come to see you.

Kameron scoffed.

[Hollow]: You really are naive. Time and time again you've come to see me and yet I don't want you here.

Elizabeth raised up her hand and stretched it out toward Kameron, planting it onto his fake chains.

[Glow]: Yes. I am naive. But...I want to be here with you because... Because I want to. Please, will I earn your trust if I release you from your binds?

Kameron turned his head and blinked at her. Looking down his eyes locked onto her hand on his chains. Raising his head he locked his eyes on Elizabeth's.

[Hollow]: These chains aren't meant to restrain my kind. They are to keep us in check. If you unbind me, I will lose control.

Elizabeth smiled softly.

[Glow]: I am not afraid. I desire redemption for both of our worlds. I will trust you, no matter what happens to me.

Gripping onto the chains, Elizabeth pulled them upwards, breaking them apart and unbinding Kameron as the chains fell to the floor.

His eyes widened at her actions. Lifting his arms he brought them up to his face. His arms...they were free; no longer shackled by the chains. Lowering his arms he looked back at Elizabeth, whom continued to smile. Narrowing his eyes he pushed himself forward, tackling her to the ground and shocking the audience. Straddling onto her waist he raised his freed arms and clamped them onto her wrists. Both of their faces got dangerously close toward one another, with their breaths making contact.

[Hollow]: Why? Why must you continue coming to me when I reject you?

Elizabeth's smiled remained as she gazed up to him with soft eyes.

[Glow]: As if told you before, I mean you no harm. Your eyes... They are beautiful, yet filled with pain. I wish to heal your pain. I still trust you, but I will understand if you do not feel the same. You may do what you wish with me.

Saliva went down Kameron's throat. Being this close with Elizabeth like this and in front of a large group of people was...very unnerving. Yet, he didn't look at the audience. Only her. So...closing his eyes he released his hands from her wrists and pushed himself away. Removing himself from her waist and picked himself up from the floor. Looking down at her he raised his hand, allowing her to take it before pulling her up onto her feet. Releasing her hand he turned around, making her look at his back.

[Glow]: You wish not to end me?

[Hollow]: What would be the point? Killing you will only invoke the wrath of your remaining kind. And even if you were to perish by my hands it wouldn't bring those I loved back.

Kameron then turned around, facing Elizabeth.

[Hollow]: You said you wish to heal my pain. I still do not trust you, but...I am not as merciless as my brother. Show me how you will heal my pain.

Elizabeth slowly walked up to Kameron. Taking in every step she took while putting her attention onto her boyfriend. Once she got close to him she wrapped her arms around his waist and pushed her lips onto his.

A muffled gasp exited Kameron's lips, yet he closed his eyes and allowed the sensation to flow through his mind and body.

Soon after Elizabeth removed her lips from his and smiled sweetly at him.

[Glow]: That is how.

[Hollow]: What...what did you do?

Pushing herself to him she rested her head onto his shoulder.

[Glow]: I gave you love. That is all.

Closing his eyes, Kameron raised up his arms and slowly wrapped them around his girlfriend's waist. A soft hum exited them both as they increased their embrace while the curtains began to close.

Act 4: End

The crowd roared with cheers and thunderous clapping. The Evans clapped ever so loudly with smiles across their faces. Next to them the Diaz family also clapped, though Miguel glared at the stage. Esteban and Maria solemnly gazed at the stage, though small grins spread across their faces.

The applause from the audience started calming down once the curtains started opening up again.

Act 5

Kameron and Elizabeth stood at the middle of the stage with the male actor standing on the left side while the two female actresses stood on the right. The male actor's chains were removed, freeing his arms while the female actresses dresses were torn and ripped.

[Sorrow]: Traitor!

[Radiance and Illuminate]: Traitor!

Hand in hand, Kameron and Elizabeth glared at the actor and actresses. They soon took a step forward.

[Glow]: This has gone far enough! This conflict has gone on for too long! We must bring a new era of peace! One where The Dark and The Light can co-exist in harmony!

[Sorrow]: Silence, witch! You speak of nonsense! You've blinded my brother and yet you talk about peace!?

[Hollow]: She has healed my pain! Together we both learned that through harmony and balance we can create a better future for all!

[Radiance]: Get away from our sister, demon! You've corrupted her long enough!

[Illuminate]: You will be punished for tainting our pure and beloved sister!

Soon both the man actor and female actresses charged at Kameron and Elizabeth. In the fraction of a second Kameron pushed Elizabeth out of the way, release her hand from his. Raising both of his arms out, Kameron closed his eyes as the male actor placed his hand onto Kameron's back while the female actresses placed their hands onto his chest.

[Hollow]: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Wailing into the air like beast, Kameron soon put his arms down as the actors gasped with widened eyes. Elizabeth took gasped with one hand covering her mouth.

All three actors removed their hands from Kameron right when he lowered his head. His legs began to twitch as did his arms. Soon...red liquid started spreading all over his back and chest. Kameron's head jerked forward as he coughed with red liquid coming out of his mouth, earning shocked gasps from the audience.

Turning his body, Kameron walked near the edge of the stage. His legs wobbled with every step until he came to a complete stop. Lifting his head the audience gasped at the small stream of red liquid coming out of his mouth. Lifting his head up high he fell onto his knees.

[Hollow]: Father... Brothers... Sisters... I...am sorry. Now...I can be at peace...

Closing his eyes, Kameron's body tilted forward until he collapsed onto the stage.

[Glow]: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Elizabeth soon got up and over to Kameron. Falling onto her knees she turned his body onto his back. Fresh tears soon fell from her eyes, falling onto Kameron's face. Lifting up his upper-body slightly, Elizabeth lowered her head and planted her lips on his. She then removed her lips and raised her head, gazing at Kameron's face. With her other hand she caressed his cheek with sobs exiting her mouth.

Lifting his upper-body Elizabeth wrapped her arms around his body, placing her head onto his shoulder.

Watching Elizabeth comforting Kameron the actors fell onto their knees and started sobbing.

Soon the lights above went out.

Act 5: End

The audience soon raised themselves up from their seats and started clapping and cheering at the top of their lungs.

The lights slowly came back on and Kameron, Elizabeth, the actors, and Mister Thespian all went toward the stage side by side. Hand in hand they gave their audience a bow before turning around and walked toward the back of the stage as the curtains started closing.

Backstage Mister Thespian started giggling while jumping in place, "THAT WAS AMAZING! YOU ALL WERE SO FANTASTIC!" He added before stopping and putting his face into a neutral expression. He then turned to Kameron, "Thank you so much for helping us, Mister Evans."

Kameron gave him a nod. "You're welcome." He then turned to Elizabeth, "You were really good out there."

Elizabeth sniffled before wiping any remaining tears. "Thank you." She added before pecking her boyfriend's cheek. "This meant so much to me. And...you were good out there too."

Kameron smiled as he turned to the others, whom smirked at him.

"Just keep in mind that I did this because you asked and for Elizabeth." Kameron reminded.

"Aw, but you were really good. You sure you don't wanna join the drama club?" Actress#2 asked.

Kameron shook his head.

"Well, thanks for the help." The male actor said.

Mister Thespian then started clapping, gaining everyone's attention.

"Okay, everyone. Let's get out of our costumes and get ready for the after-party." Mister Thespian announced.

Hearing this both Kameron and Elizabeth looked at each other and knew what was coming next.

"Ready for the inevitable?" Elizabeth asked.

"No point ignoring it." Kameron replied.

Both of them then closed their eyes and let out heavy sighs.

End Of Episode 20.

Hope you all enjoyed the beginning of Season 2.

Also I gave Jamie the surname Thespian because I thought it fit him since the word means actor.

Anyways, see you all soon. Be ready to face the imagination of my galaxy-brain's treasure trove.
